Hi

I had idea number [protected] which is postpaid.

i already stop the service of this number before a year ago. but service not stop and due amount on this card is 1000+

then i go to idea store and stop the service, the executive told me to pay bill of 1000. then i paid this amount and told him to stop service.

but service not stop and generate next 2 month due 980. after that i go to store and tell him to stop service. the executive told me that i sent mail to stop service but service not stop from upper level from me.

now idea send me to mail every day to pay due amount which is i already pay.

i registered complaint again idea in consumer forum.

please helm me out.

I raised a request of port to another network and had already submitted my advance payment of idea postpaid connection. After that, i received multiple calls from idea network for not change postpaid idea connection to another network. I refused their offer and strictly tell them that i've already made my mind to switch my cellular network. Also told them since a year, i'm not using this number after join jio. After a week, i got a message that my request of (Mnp) port is canceled due to payment pending. Again i went to idea outlet and asked them the reason then again they tried to retain me but i refused.
They're doing the same thing again and again with me. I'm sending the port request and they're rejecting my request. And send me the bill of idea network which i'm not used since a year that's why i want to (Mnp) port this number from postpaid to prepaid. Another network is providing me a great deal with port and in prepaid. So, i want to move into that network.
I don't want to pay bills of that network which i'm not using.
Please look into this matter asap.

Mere number se kisi call nahi lag raha customer care ko bhi nahi. Bas outgoing call barred dikhata hai or kat jata hai. Maine call settings main ja kar sahi karne ki koshish ki to password maag raha hai... Please help me

I am praveen s. I ported from idea to airtel recently i. E. About 3 months ago and i have not received the refundable deposit of inr 300 that i had paid to idea while procuring the postpaid sim. Also i had paid excess payment of inr 37 at the time of porting. Total due to me from idea celluar is inr 337.67. I have attached the screenshot of the bill.

Now in this bill cycle idea has made a bill ammount of 2297.00 inr. Which is too high to pay. And logically it also not to be paid. They are saying that i downloaded some wap which i even do not know.
My request is my bill ammount should be sort out first. Otherwise i wouldn't use idea. I can pay my normal bill ammount.

Dear sir/madam,
Under the instructions, information and authority from and on behalf of my client vodafone idea limited formerly known as m/s. Idea cellular limited, having its circle office at 11/1, sharada center, erandawane pune-411004, herein after referred to as my client, i serve upon you with the following legal notice of demand:

My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter-alia in the maharashtra & goa telecom circle by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication, government of india.

My clients state that you have subscribed for mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and the aforesaid mobile phone connection and account id[protected] was allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.

As per terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter-alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of rs 1218/-is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid mobile phone connection.

I, therefore, call upon you on behalf of my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above with interest @ 2% per month from the due date till the realization of amount within seven (7) days of the receipt of this notice failing which i have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences.

I had recharged rs 500/- on 16 aug 2018.

Thiruvalla kerala state. As it was heavy flood in this region those days, this recharge was done through a friend outside kerala. This amount appears in my account but it had not been credited under any head and my balance credit today is re 1/- only. Please get this credit regularised so that i can avail data inter net facility on my phone... V chandy

From Oct 15 - Oct 20th I was in Bhutan for personal visit, before leaving I had enabled international roaming. During my visit, my mobile got barred and I was not able to call or receive any calls. I had to take local sim to resolve my calling issues.

Oct 21st, when I came back to India, I first called up with the idea customer care service provider, they said I had unbilled amount to 60, 000 Rs and because of which they had barred me from calling. I asked them the split and justifiy for such a huge amount. Customer care agent after many awaits said they even don't know and no one is idea can explain that to me. I had to wait till my bill generation (15th of every month) and once bill is generated then only it can be explained. Till next month 15th I don't have any outgoing calls, no data, just incoming calls.

Oct 22ed, I went to idea store for follow up, this time I had to encounter a rude agent, saying to me that the bill amount is 82, 000 always and not 60, 000 (I have a sceen shot for this which I didn't bothered to show him). He also had no answer for my simple question, how 82, 000 bill? Where my credit limit is also 71, 000 and bill amount goes beyond that.

I am wondering why such a huge bill without any explanation, and directly barring from services. Impacting my personal and business needs. Please consider this as my formal complaint, I even tried to reach out idea on there email id [protected]@ideacellular.com.

Changed my idea sim from 3g to 4g. Since then facing 4g network issue from more than 3 weeks now. And customer care is not supporting in solving the issue. Registered a complain too but it has been closed without solving the issue. I've been asking executive to put someone senior on the phone since 3 days but apparently no one is "available". If you can't resolve this issue, let me know clearly. So that i can port it to some other network provider. I'm fed up of calling idea customer care again and again, i've got better things to do. It's been almost a month now. If you can't do anything about it, please let me know. Thank you!

My current plan will end on 24/10/18 so i have recharged 459rs for 84days. Myidea app showing validity of calling plan for 84days from date of existing plan but 4g plan start from today & will lapse 4day before calling plan.
As per regulation, plan must be activate after expiry of current plan which is not happening for 4g data.
Idea customer care person told me that data plan starts immedietly after recharge & current balance data become nill. But actually like other services provider it must be start after expiry of current plan.
In that scenario, for idea customer you have to recharge on same day of expiry to avoid loss of existing plan which is ridiculous.

My idea sim isn't working from past 2 weeks.. It's showing zero network. No network available. M nt able to make any calls or even send a single text as i don't have any network. Currently m in hyderabad using a kerala idea sim. Not only this,. Earlier before this situation happened my network used to get vanished all of a sudden and i had to switch off my phone nd switch it on so tat network should come. Please help me out solve this problem. Hoping a good response

I received a call from this number [protected] and he claims he is my friend and he is from patna but i do not know him. He is asking my personal and family details and he calls me late night and disturbs him. He wants to talk to me but i am not interested and he is frustrating me. He is a spammer and he harassed me.
Please block this number and mark as harassment.

Idea send me a msg call and talk neha and call rates are 10ps./sec i called at 556969 and when i called this number a lady attend call and say i am payal and after this she give phone to another lady and she says i am neha speeking and after this she took my call on hold and deduct my balance 52 rs.
After this i called to 198 they says did you call on this number with our previous permission then i says you mentioned for pre confermation then they says you are not talking mannerless way, and cut the phone. So i want action againt company fraud and against mis behaviour of staff.

I was using idea nirvana post paid plan of rs. 389/- and a discount of rs 50/- plus taxes and on 14/09/2018 i opted to migrate to jio and the idea disconnected the service and according billing cycle is 1st of every month to end of the month. Accordingly my billing for a month should be 389/- minus discount of 50 plus taxes it is about rs402/- but where as idea cellular raised a bill of rs 772/- (Pro rata from 01-09-18 to 14-09-18 + some 500/- for no proper clarification from the customer care centre and taxes on these amount) it is the violation of trai norms, when one is opting to migrate they should not put penalty and the billing is exceeds my monthly plan. I explained to the concern stating that i will pay actual that is minus rs.500/- and they refused to accept and i drawn a cheque for rs272/- and dropped in their retail outlet situated at kaggadasapura, bangalore.

Dear sir/madam, i am the last person to default on paying the bills because i worked in a leading public sector undertaking as a manager finance.

I request you kindly take appropriate action at your end and advise the concern to revised the bill. I

The idea customer service is hell pathetic. They have charged heck amount suddenly for the postpaid bill 299, they charged 2700 plus.in spite of calling them several hundred times to deduct the bill amount they never did. Now they are threatening my friends and family. This isnt fair anymore. If they are ready to reduce the correct billing amount i'm ready to pay it.

My idea 4g sim was broken 22 days back then today i bought a duplicate of that same no. all calls are working and i am able to send sms but im not receiving any of the sms. why?
And pls tell me can i get my pending sms of 22days which i cant able to read ? will they come ?
i want my sms of 22days . is there any source to get it ?

I did my recharge on my idea no [protected] for rs 149/- by online but the recharge is not completely done but money is deducted in my bank account. and no money credited into my account yet today. so please look this matter and send my money on my bank account. The voice is not heard while calling since last 9 days. This problem is happening in all idea cellular mobiles in throughout the area. There is no voice on customer care number too.
Somehow the problem was not resolved even after complaining to the company.
