Request to registered complaints of harassment towards me by your customer service, negative attitude & lies of idea employees and take appropriate action.

1. It all started around 3 month back, idea company employees & customer service started calling me everyday (2-3 times) for porting to idea cellular service. After around 15 days of back to back call from idea i got frustrated and told them to port, as i don't want to receive any more calls from them. They told me the scheme that i would be charged 289 rs & will get 20 gb of 4g or lte data. First complaint is your company employees harassed me by calling me everyday even though i already told i don't want to do porting.

2. After porting to idea, i got 15gb of 3g data or may be it was 20gb of 3g data, i don't know exactly because it was shown 15gb initially in myidea app. I called customer care & they told me they don't have 4g or lte services in idea delhi. I told them to register complaint toward it. I never got a call back from customer care regarding what happened to my complaint. The customer care service assured me that my 4g will be activated in a week. But it did after 2 months in september. My second complaint is your customer service did not told me the truth & did not give proper response regarding the same.

3. After 2 month, i received a call from idea employee that my due is pending from my previous operator, i told him ok i will clear that, tell me how to clear it. He told me i have to go to airtel store to do the same. So i asked him why should i have to go to airtel store. He told me as we can't do it from our side. I told him when you were porting my sim, when you wanted me as your customer i never visited any place. It was all done at my house & working location. But now i have to go to airtel store. So it did not made any sense to me and why should i waste half day. I asked him if there is your supervisor or anyone who can help me please connect me to him. He did not connect me to anyone even after i told him i don't want to talk to him, just connect me to someone superior to you. So the third complaint is if you don't know how to give services to customer why you have all these fake care promises.

4. Finally, today my number is barred, i can't make calls & use my data even though all my bills are cleared from idea. After talk to customer service in the morning. As your customer services have no sense or idea how to deal with customer i thought why should i risk loosing my number and visited airtel store, cleared my dues which they told me 381rs. I cleared the dues still my number is not activated. I sent the transaction screenshot to the number provided by divya na at 12pm which is [protected]. After 2 hours of wait i again called customer service. Rekha na, don't have any sense, respect toward customer told me visit airtel store. I told her that i visited it and cleared due which they told me 381rs, she told me its 495rs shown here. Instead of telling me that ok sir we are looking in this matter and will resolve this issue asap i felt negative attitude from her side. I then told her all my situation and asked to register complaints towards idea service she then transferred my call to ravina yadav which told me she don't have access to any helping team which could listen to all my complaints. She can't generate any complaint. She can't mail helpdesk & can't connect me to any other person who can help me.

    I ahd been to idea last month to change my service network to jio. Had asked them the total outstanding bill. They told me its 550 i was so pissed with the network i paid away all 550 to just close of the network and today i get a mail and a call that there is a pending amount of 127rs. When i had asked in the store that will i have to pay any other charges they said no u have paid the entire amount. Now they say u have to pay and jio calls and tell me if not paid we will have to cut down ua services. Tries opening the bill sent to me of mail from idea m not able to with the same password what i used for last 3 years.

    After upgrading my idea sim from 3g to 4g today, I am not abale to recieve text messgaes as well as OTPs. Although I can make calls, recieve cals, send sms. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible. My no. is [protected]

      My idea sim [protected] was deactivated without any intimation, i am using the number for last 6 7 years, it's my go to number for all utility and banking and email accounts.. I came overseas i did a recharge on august 5 2018 tried to do a recharge on october 9 2018.. But number shows deactivated.. Now i cant do net banking and access my funds.. How can you guys do that

        Sir i am suffering from call drop issu from 1 weak at danish kunj near post office kolar road bhopal pin code -462042.. I try all other options to resolve it bt still there is a problem on making call i am unable to make call my phone call cut after a minute not only in idea including all services provider...           My Idea number is : [protected].
          I was charged by idea celular wrongly today. Matter is not for Rs 3 they charged but about cheating to customers. My phone was untouched and lookcked from 8:15 pm to 10 pm today. They are saying I dialed USSD code at 8:30 pm which charged me. Will you believed they are not ready to understand that I am correct. They are just believing in their system and not customer. Here I attached screenshot of sms I received from them.

          Hope you will help us in this matter.

          I came to know Idea Android App stategy which shows it as cheater company now openly. Check my attached files. How they can run USSD codes from background is their own app. I now disabled permission and want you to aware all customers.

                Your representative informed me that she had activated 299rs plan on my number
                But what she had done... Provide 100rs discount instead of changing my plan.

                Tax on 399rs will always be greater than tax on 299rs plan.

                You haven't provide me plan as promised
                Currently my bill was generated according to 399rs

                Moreover, discount also not provided in this bill cycle.

                Don't know what type of service you provided

                  I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).

                    I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number in 2 time. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened two times dtd.04/10/2018 (Which was not know to me at that time) and 2nd time it is today i. E. 06/10/2018 for text msg of joke on wife in telugu please resolve as soon as possible

                      I had a postpaid connection from idea company allotted no was [protected], i have stopped using this connection since 7 months back with adjusting all dues, but company generated bill for next month and then sent notice to me. Again i have made payment of 273.00 rs against the notice today by using idea application as said by idea representative. Transaction is successful transaction no is ncmp[protected] on 06.10.2018.
                      When i have approached to mr. Mazid khan mob no [protected] after payment was made heade arrogant egoistic conversation with me. Then i have contacted to miss surbhi she told that payment was made but that number allotted to some other person and you made payment of him if you want resolution then you should come to idea office indore which is 160 km far from my village and my office. I am totally harassed by idea co. And repeatedly they sent me notices of outstanding amount even after payment. I request you to please kindly look in to matter.

                        I have recharged twice on date 05/10/2018 at the same time for idea card, (I. E rs 75 plan and 75 plan).
                        I didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and the page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing the same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same data pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 199 anyhow it would be really appreciable. Even i called to idea customer to talk after conveying the overall problem she told me to be on hold as she is transferring my call to her supervisor and after 10 seconds she directly disconnected the call i don't know why.

                        Can you please let me know the refund process asap.

                            I recharged my idea sim on 22nd sept. 2018 for 1. 4 gb a day plan. There was no network range issue but i couldn't use internet. I have called them a hundred times, but every time they said it will be solved in few hours, which never happened. On 29th sept. They registered complaint and told that it will be solved before 5th oct. On 5th october i called them about the same, and now they ask me to wait until 10th oct

                              Dear Sir,

                              My wife took Idea sim card 3 years back and she has submitted all government recognized proofs which were required.
                              Suddenly after 3 years 2 weeks back, one of their customer care executive called my wife and was asking her to submit Aadhar Card.
                              They have disconnected her number without prior information. How insane you were? Don't you have minimum common sense that how it affects your customer who has been using that as contact number for 3 years and you guys deactivate it.

                              Initially we did submit all the proofs and obtained the SIM card, but why IDEA network is asking for Aadhar again.

                              I questioned the same with your customer executive that i would like to talk to your senior management and he hung up the call.

                              Is this the value that you give your customers??

                              I want it to be reactivated . Please respond.

                                Today, i did recharge rs 250/ - amount deducted from my account but recharge not received. It happened 3-4 time. Many customers are facing like this problems. If they cannot handle or resolve these irritating issues, sell out the company to any responsible person. Maximum executive guy are useless who do not gives proper response. Your site has no attractive and useful offers. You are running to provide internet offers with combo. Kindly resolve the issues.

                                  Sir/madam,

                                  I was called by a sales executive of idea cellular and asked me to take 211 plan which was better than existing plan if i

                                  Port in to idea from other provider. I accepted and ported in to idea. But shockingly, they activated 389 plan with rs.100

                                  Discount, but still it is more than rs.211 which i opted. When i called executive jeevitha about this, she said i should

                                  Pay only rs.211+gst and remaining amount will be adjusted. But in actual, the remaining balance is being carried forward

                                  Every month and it was not adjusted. Each time i called her, she has been saying same thing.

                                  Now, because of pending amount, they deactivated my connection and asking me to pay the balance to restore the service.

                                  It is absolutely misguiding and cheating the customer to take the idea connection.

                                  I request idea provider to give the plan which executive promised to give me and activate the service immediately.

                                    not showing network in saudi arabia

                                    I cant get idea international roaming network since i land in saudi arabia
                                    And i link my all bank accounts in this number, i was port this number from tata docomo to idea but when i land here in saudi arabia i can't get network i tried to put sim many mobile and search manually or automatically but i did't get network
                                    Kindly solve it this problem as soon as possible and my idea number is [protected]

                                    Firstly service desk girl who constantly call us to pay the bill amount they doesn't have manners how to speak with the customers. After paid the bill we ask to deactivate the postpaid service they doesn't help for that now that sim is not activate from last one and half month still idea charged us bill of rs 850.. Who will be answerable for that bill desk doesn't present any record of the bill.
                                    Very disappointed with the service like this.
                                    Requesting you to please discontinue this postpaid plan we are happy with prepaid plan only.

                                      Good evening

                                      I am an old idea customer bearing the number as above, a few days back when in india and planning for an australian business trip, i had enabled my international roaming with the main aim of getting sms from india to take care of internet baking requirements (Otp pin etc)

                                      When i enrolled for this, i was promised that if i don't use the phone in australia there will be no charges due if i kept the phone on air line mode or didn't accept the call. This i religiously did.

                                      Now it seems you have billed an high amount of about rs11000... Now this is ridiculous... Now one will feel cheated... Especially when one has been with you for more than 12 years.

                                      Moreover you may note that i have a australian number to take care of my telecom needs down here

                                      I trust that you will look into this matter urgently and re-instate my line immediately

                                      I have been using Idea phone for last twenty years and today I am ashamed to be called a idea customer today … now my phone is not working from 13 Apr 19

                                      I have raised complaints # C[protected] / C[protected] / E[protected] / E[protected] and[protected]

                                      I have mailed / made calls and visited Vodafone and idea service centres several times … when I make calls to customer service they give all kind of reasons and mention it is escalated or will be sorted out in 30 minutes … This has happened at-least 5 times

                                      Hope this message helps me in sorting out the issue
