Sir/madam,
I was called by a sales executive of idea cellular and asked me to take 211 plan which was better than existing plan if i
Port in to idea from other provider. I accepted and ported in to idea. But shockingly, they activated 389 plan with rs.100
Discount, but still it is more than rs.211 which i opted. When i called executive jeevitha about this, she said i should
Pay only rs.211+gst and remaining amount will be adjusted. But in actual, the remaining balance is being carried forward
Every month and it was not adjusted. Each time i called her, she has been saying same thing.
Now, because of pending amount, they deactivated my connection and asking me to pay the balance to restore the service.
It is absolutely misguiding and cheating the customer to take the idea connection.
I request idea provider to give the plan which executive promised to give me and activate the service immediately.
