Hello,

My idea no. Is [protected], yesterday night i recharged with 10 rs and today morning it's remained only 0.46 paisa, customer care said i have sent 2 sms between 11 to 12 and played some game, but no any above action performed by me, idea is cheating daily when i got recharge then they deduct complete of my balance and not giving any solution worst service. I will stop using it's service if they don't refund my balance back.

    Hello,

    Tried calling customer care but they are not ready to take my complaint as i use only one mobile number and there is mandatory to provide alternate number which i dont have.

    Since few days i'm facing too much network /data problem in my office. Internet is like stone age.

    Date : 1 oct 2018

    Kindly resolve the problem at the earliest. So that i'll connected to internet and should not run here and there to find the network outside office premises.

      Atleast from last 1 month i am facing problem with idea network and internet connectivity at my home and office too. I have been regular customer of idea from last 8-9 years with all my family members numbers also but this creats a mess now i will port all my numbers if problem not being resolved soon. Both problems are occuring at 2325, ganga sagar, koshta moholla, sharda chowk, madan mahal jabalpur 482003 (My home address), and wright town, gk tower jabalpur (My office) 482001 address.

          Hello,

          Balance abruptly deducted from my idea no. [protected]. I complained to customer care but they are saying its because i downloaded/updated some game. I am using aqua neo pro keypad phone and usually balance deduction happens at 2.15 am night and i never play any game on the same mobile. Please get refund my deducted balance and do the needful so that i can recharge my phone.

          I received call from idea customer care, they were saying that balance deduction is due to some service sms sent by my phone as sim toolkit option is activated so I need to deactivate the same from my phone. but there is no any sim toolkit setting is present in my phone. I request idea to off all the settings from there end other than calling and sms so that i can recharge and use the balance on calling and sms only and refund my deducted balance.

          Hi, Again deducted 1 rs for no reason, If Idea is not stopping this kind of deduction I will stop using its service and port my no. to some other service provider. no any permanent actions are performing by them and they are losing there valued customers day by day for this kind of service. My sympathy is with idea but I don't see any improvement on there service so I don't have any option except leave their service.

          sms came from [protected] in hindi "Hum apko muft me Iphone7 bhejte hain" and again 50 paisa deducted from my balance. Any one looking into my complaint or not acknowledge the same.

          Again deducted 29 rs after recharging with 35 for validity extend. They are insanely doing this every time i recharge. I called to 198 but system generated message was your no. is not belonging to the state which you are asking help.

            One of the employee of Idea cellular form S.R. Nagar customer care center nameRAJU gave us improper information and made us rotate all the idea centers in hyderbad from morning.
            and all the centers are forcing us to do recharge of minimum 248 or 575to get sim activated

            but i spoke with one of the person from idea 198 call center and i have a clear information form them that minimum of Rs.76 is more than enough to activate the sim

            I want to talk to Superior to talk about this issue.
            If i didnt get any resolution with in 24hrs i will go to consmers court.

              I (Gaurav kr maheshwari) am idea post-paid customer since last 4-5 yrs. My no is [protected], at this no. Idea offered me a add-on connection with zero rental (No is [protected]). Only a single bill will be generate for [protected]by miss vandana (Idea executive - aligarh zonal office). This add on connection taken by me after many no. S of call and home delivered by idea another male executive at my permanent address at my mother id using aadhar card.
              Since last 3 months post-paid bill is generated at my secondary no. After first bill generation idea executive says, sir please pay this bill next will not come and your connection will be add on. But still idea team denying for same. And bill generated continue.
              And i am daily received call for new add on connection

                From last few days we are facing problem of very weak network in our area i. E. Tehsil - purandar dist - pune (Mh)

                Toooo much worst service providing by! Dea.

                If such problem remain for few days maximum number of people will port to other.

                Not requesting you but this just advice to resolve issue i[censored] care your customer. Call getting breakd, internet speed is very much slow... Then why we are wasting our valuable time to such worst service provider which is called as idea...

                Look in to the matter and resolve it

                As early as possible...

                If after two days problem not resolved by you... I will send details about how many customer port to other..

                  I (Rajesh dewan) a customer of postpaid service of idea cellular ltd;
                  I approached to maan communications (A franchisee of idea cellular ltd in safidon) about 2 months earlier with a request to change my postpaid service into prepaid, they clearly deny and said issue is beyond their authority and refer me to their zonal office panipat, as i went there zo asked me to go back to maan comm. Safidon and assured the resolution.

                  But after about 3 weeks when i go to maan comm. Safidon again they again deny me to resolve my issue saying the lack of trained staff.

                  Please take notice of it

                    Hi,
                    I had idea postpaid sim till 9th august 2017 and i blocked that sim in august. But, i got a bill of 1179 in september (16th september 2017). I did not use the sim in that month then how would i get bill for that month that tto the sim which is blocked. I've called customer care and explained all this they said they will come back to me but till now no one did.

                    Today i got a call from delhi sessions court saying aditya birla group has lodged a complain against me, because of non-payment of idea bill. And she is forcing me to pay the bill. She called me 5 times till now to pay the bill.

                    Is court really calls us for paying bills?

                      Hi i ported my number [protected] from docomo prepaid to idea prepaid. But for activation i called two times to 59059 and both the times they told your number we are unable to find so plz try after some times. So afyer 5 minute i already tried 15 times at least but it was not connecting to 59059.

                      So now what should i do??? If i cannot call 59059 then it will never be activate.

                          Sir/madam,
                          I'm a resident of kharar city in punjab. I'm a banker and i have to travel daily from kharar to jalandhar and i come back at night. From 3 days im facing network issues in kharar. When i get back home. If i call someone that call disconnects automatically after 2-3 mins. For 2or 3 min call works and after that all signals goes off and call get disconnect. This problem im facing since 3 days continuously only when i m in kharar.. I. E. From 9pm to 7am.. When im traveling to jalandhar or when im there in the day time.. There is no such issue. So i guess problem is with the network in kharar area.
                          I donot face such problem when im traveling. That time call works well. Im using idea since 4-5years. Please look into the matter.

                          Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

[protected] with rs. 149/- there described unlimited calls but when i called 1000 minutes in a week then call automaticaly cut and when i comlaint to customer care they says these are our hidden conditions. I want full claim of my money & mently harrasments. Please solve my problem soon and take reasonable action againt idea celluler otherwise i file a complaint in the court.

                            Is this capping apply in jio only there are many other oprators in market which providing 24*7 free calling then where was your capping. I want clain against this offer for more details relate this matter to 'Carbolic Smoke Ball Company Case' and then take any action.

                              I have done a recharge of rs.35 on my phone no. 8*03 on my idea app by using bhim upi. Amount got deducted from my account but the my idea app crashed while on billdesk. I have not received any information regarding failure or success of the recharge and no balance was credited in my idea account or bank account either. Upi ref no.[protected]

                                (I have received the new idea sim but since no network appeared so i had give back to nk store, mylliem to give to you to check why there has been no network and why the simcard is not working. There has been no information since then. I went yesterday to ask but she asked me to send message to this number.

                                    So we call customer care and the customer care disconnects the call on your face.
                                    Yes that is what I would like to begin with.
                                    The tone miserable not friendly rude and couldn't help me out with what I was looking for.

                                    TERRIBLE TERRIBLE DISGRACE TO IDEA.

                                    There seems to be no record of your customer care officials and hence they have no fear with the way they speak.

                                      Hi sir/mam,

                                      I am writing this complaint for the reason of idea cellular network issue. Last 2 weeks in my office location idea network is fully down. This network down issue facing 2 times in last 2 months. Last time after calling customer care after 8 to 10 days take to resolved the issue but this time after calling customer care nothing action taken from last 4 to 5 days.

                                        Request to registered complaints of harassment towards me by your customer service, negative attitude & lies of idea employees and take appropriate action.

                                        1. It all started around 3 month back, idea company employees & customer service started calling me everyday (2-3 times) for porting to idea cellular service. After around 15 days of back to back call from idea i got frustrated and told them to port, as i don't want to receive any more calls from them. They told me the scheme that i would be charged 289 rs & will get 20 gb of 4g or lte data. First complaint is your company employees harassed me by calling me everyday even though i already told i don't want to do porting.

                                        2. After porting to idea, i got 15gb of 3g data or may be it was 20gb of 3g data, i don't know exactly because it was shown 15gb initially in myidea app. I called customer care & they told me they don't have 4g or lte services in idea delhi. I told them to register complaint toward it. I never got a call back from customer care regarding what happened to my complaint. The customer care service assured me that my 4g will be activated in a week. But it did after 2 months in september. My second complaint is your customer service did not told me the truth & did not give proper response regarding the same.

                                        3. After 2 month, i received a call from idea employee that my due is pending from my previous operator, i told him ok i will clear that, tell me how to clear it. He told me i have to go to airtel store to do the same. So i asked him why should i have to go to airtel store. He told me as we can't do it from our side. I told him when you were porting my sim, when you wanted me as your customer i never visited any place. It was all done at my house & working location. But now i have to go to airtel store. So it did not made any sense to me and why should i waste half day. I asked him if there is your supervisor or anyone who can help me please connect me to him. He did not connect me to anyone even after i told him i don't want to talk to him, just connect me to someone superior to you. So the third complaint is if you don't know how to give services to customer why you have all these fake care promises.

                                        4. Finally, today my number is barred, i can't make calls & use my data even though all my bills are cleared from idea. After talk to customer service in the morning. As your customer services have no sense or idea how to deal with customer i thought why should i risk loosing my number and visited airtel store, cleared my dues which they told me 381rs. I cleared the dues still my number is not activated. I sent the transaction screenshot to the number provided by divya na at 12pm which is [protected]. After 2 hours of wait i again called customer service. Rekha na, don't have any sense, respect toward customer told me visit airtel store. I told her that i visited it and cleared due which they told me 381rs, she told me its 495rs shown here. Instead of telling me that ok sir we are looking in this matter and will resolve this issue asap i felt negative attitude from her side. I then told her all my situation and asked to register complaints towards idea service she then transferred my call to ravina yadav which told me she don't have access to any helping team which could listen to all my complaints. She can't generate any complaint. She can't mail helpdesk & can't connect me to any other person who can help me.
