Dear friends,
Never take connection of idea postpaid. My idea postpaid connection is from rajasthan circle, i want to change my circle only, from rajasthan to haryana. They told that i have to go in jaipur for circle change. Now i want to mnp this number in airtel after bill payment of rs. 400 against 210 but they aren't giving the clearance also. Now i have to close this number after changing my number in all accounts like aadhar card, gas connection, bank account, credit card etc. Because i have no option.
Friends my advice is that always take jio service. No one can competete the jio plan & all india roaming free. Thanks to mukesh ambani to finish their monopoly.

I have completed about 5 years using the idea postpaid. I have changed my job. My new job location is in a roaming area for my existing Idea number. For using the same number, I want to change my postpaid number to prepaid one. After so many request to customer care they are not agree to change my connection postpaid to prepaid & neither my circle, also they are not agree to close this number also. They tell that I have to go in other state from where I got connection 5 years back. If you go to take new connection then they will provide service at your doorstep but after got connection customer have to roaming around there.

Still complaint not resolved why you marked complaint as resolved ?
I have given request for change my number from postpaid to prepaid & for circle also rajasthan to NCR. My old number also closed & New number not started after 03 days has past. They have no solution for this. Customer care executive ask me to wait for some more time. Really Idea service is very poor. Never take idea connection.

    I have purchased sim of idiea in augest first week. Uptill now i have not recived any bill. U say bill is send on email. I have no email provided when i purchesed sim. I was not having email add. So. Now u have charged me 620 rs. With late payment charges. As u have not send me bills i was not knowing about bill. So u have to wave all this charges after august bill. Refund me all 620 and cancel my sim no. I will have to complin for this in coutemer protectin i[censored] not take action on my complain.

      I am receiving msgs every next day rs 10 rs 5 is deducted. Now the balance is left rs... As per customer care this is charged when clicked on game link, whereas I haven't clicked on any link. I think it is a new way to earn money. I need a resolution and my money back or I am going to stop using idea services, bcz there are still other service providers who are excellent in services and doesn't charged unnecessary unauthorized money

        I have taken idea 4g network for my mobile iphone 8plus
        I am not getting 4g instead 2g and 3 g are coming most of times
        The speed is very poor and i am unable to use internet
        The problem is reported to idea 12345 but every time they suggest setting but of no use and again and again 2g network is coming
        I am tired of idea of speed problem
        Though the area where i am living is having 4g but may be lot of idea customers are there in that area and 4g speed is rededucef
        If the problem persist we have to change the network
        As claimed in tv advertisement, there is no 4 g and proximity 4 g spearing on miobile

          My wife smt rich's salvi mobile number [protected] she apply for her number convert from prepaid to postpaid. She pay 500/rs for converting number prepaid to postpaid to idea branch sardarpura udaipur rajasthan 313001.
          Sales person told us that it is security amount and refundable.
          Bt we port sim from idea to airtel and six months pass away and we not getting security amount.
          I will concern to the consumer court as soon as possible.

            I havn't used the internet on my idea sim, but i m charged with extra 500 for some 134 mb, i was promised a waiver by an executive but suddenly they deny giving waiver on that amount. I have jio sim which is used by me and by no change i have used idea internet. From past 18 days i m continuously contacting idea to provide me with the solution but i have there no interest

              Hi

              I am currently in us and have stopped receiving idea sms some the last couple of months.

              The mobile does not pick up at&t or t-mobile signals. I was regularly renewing my packs to keep the number activated.

              Today when i went to renew, the website said my mobile number is invalid.

              I need some resolution. Please let me know who to contact and how to get this resolved.

                Hello sir/madam
                I did buy three postpaid numbers from idea two months ago [protected], [protected], [protected]. I got hospitalized after some days because of serious sickness i couldn’t pay the bill i went to idea store today to pay the bill but they said you have to pay 1441 rupee even i did not use sim card for two months. & my one month bill was near about 600. They activated plan on my sim card without my permission & threatened me to pay the bill otherwise i’ll get fined.
                I said kindly deactivate my these all numbers i don’t use. They said we can’t do because you have to use for one more month.
                Kindly solve my problem i will pay only for which plan i did activate in starting first month not for the next month because i didn’t tell to activate plan on my number for next month.

                  I have canecelled my idea connection ([protected]) on 4th of july 2018 and it was processed by 7th of july i have attached the screen shot of the same below. Even after cancellation idea is generating bill and the employees of the idea call me now and then and they are haressing me to pay the of the same i have cleared my payment of the connection on 4th july and requested to cancel my connection and the request was processed and the connetion was disconnected on 7th july i have all the proofs regarding this please help me in this.

                      We recently applied for postpaid to prepaid conversion. Four days after application, postpaid got deactivated and prepaid is not activated. We are able to receive incoming calls only. We couldn't recharge / make any outgoing calls. When i tried reaching to customer care, no one is responding. We i do balance check, it shows 0, but we couldn't recharge, its says recharge failed.

                      And i recharged this but i didn't get that offer.i called customer on this issue but they are saying u have only 1p per second only, but i had a proof of that message and today also i got a same message.please rectify this issue.

                      Don't port on idea Vodafone company, services are worst and no net work, they took150 each from us as prepaid charge, now they are saying it's postpaid.worst network, there staff comes and goes as duty but no responsibility to Clear this issues and looks helpless.

                      No Idea 4g signal bar and occationaly it transmitts internet signal
                      Idea 4g was working fine up untill 2 months ago
                      Now the signal is very weak cannot even see a bar lit up for a miniut it goes away
                      I had to rely on another service provider for internet

                      The speed is slow.. its like 200-300 kbps. And even if the dongle is connected it does load sites and shows that data is limited or no internet access. It works properly on some days but most of the time its useless. please solve whatever is the problem ASAP.

                          On 26/9/2018 my balance was deducted because my internet balance was completed so i call idea customer care and they said that so they told me to stop the internet services by messaging stop to a number number i forget the number.. Again yesterday 15/10/2018 my account was deducted 159 rupees.. I called the excutive and explained the issue and again they are saying to stop the internet service by dailing1925... But on that day their executive said to message and i messaged to that number and i did that... Today what di i do noww

                          i said them to listen the call recordings on 26th september ... that their executuve said to message a number ut he didnt said me to call a number
                          We as a user expect you to provide us the a proper network for communication.
                          When ever i try to send msgs from my number it always fails. 90% of the times my msgs are never delivered and the call drops often. hell irritated with your network.

But your coy not credited the amt of talk time for rs 25/- whereas you mentioned in the reply letter that talk time has been credited. My bal shown is 000.                               I have ported my number [protected] from past 15 days after number was activated in idea network am not able to make a call neither receive a call which is disgusting and on top of that idea customer care executives make false promises and they have send me a text stating that issue is resolved i question them please connect me on the same number which is having problem if the issue is resolved.                                 I had requested for a pre-paid connection and your idea executive gave me a postpaid connection and he did not even think of informing the same to me. My first bill was generated at rs 176 and i paid and also requested for conversion to idea pre-paid. But all in vain. Till now i am not aware of my rental package also. This is the level of responsibility idea is taking. Idea has not even validated my correct email address. And now idea has generated a bill of rs 1200 and still, i don't know what i am paying for. Is this service correct and ethical.

                                Idea seems to me like a fraud and that scams people out of their money. I am going to initiate a consumer complaint now. Because idea customer care executives and ms ravali from the senior department don't care and just say that i have to pay. This company is extremely greedy for money and has no ethical standpoint.

                                Please note i have not got a single mail for payment of rs. 1200 and the company executive don't give a # about it. The only thing is they want me to pay!!!

                                These IDEA executives just call me and waste my time. No ethics. I dont know how they are running a company also. I hope it should become insolvent one day and get acquired by any telecommunication service provider, so that I dont get to hear about idea.
                                I recharged online yesterday my idea number [protected] net package 1 gb 28 days offer 45 rupees till now not activated please check it immediately

                                  All your customer service executives do is keep me waiting. Some of them even kept me waiting for 10 minutes without any fruitful solution.

                                  If idea does not want to fulfill offer then why falsely advertise it on e-commerce websites?

This no can not be dialer and i found similar complaint registered in 2016 by someone else.
