Many times complainted but no action taking.
Really it’s very worst network in the city.
Simply showing many offers but without network straight.
Giving so many unlimited offers but no use a 1% to citizens.
They don’t care at all consumers.

    Hi i have 2 idea connection one is prepaid and another is postpaid.

    Network are showing full in phone but when we called error showing on screen that network not a available and also call dropped.

    I have complain against this in idea but did not received proper response and still facing the same issue.

    Networks are not working properly.

      The cug plan under vodafone idea (Formerly idea) is of zero utility now. Our company, technowave id systems (P) ltd requested for 2 numbers 18 days ago and they have not yet been activated. The sales executive, mr ratheesh and the key accounts manager, meera sreedevi always cites one reason or other to not activate it. They neither respond to calls or mails when a complaint is raised. This completely unprofessional approach is forcing us to change our service provider.

        Due Very poor and pathetic service and fake commitments and wrong information provided by customer care numbers going to port my both post paid no.
        As in Augustmonth they told me that a nirwana plan activated at your no. And no your bill comes approx 650 of both no but in this month i got my bill approx 1000 of both no and when i made a call at cc they told me there no request generated for nirwana plan.
        So bye bye idea as you don't have any value of your customers and customers don't have time to call at cc again and again coz customer also have more important work in his life.

            I have been charged Rs-6/- without my usage of any mobile application. Usually my phone will be handover to security in my office. During the day 29th September I received a message stating that I was charged 6Rs for nothing. I called to customer service (Deepti) immediately and they said that you pressed *123# due to which I was charged 6Rs. But my phone is in lock mode and the phone I am using is Nokia x2 which is feature phone. I told customer service person that I have not used my mobile. Even though they are telling the same repeatedly. I asked for evidence. There was no reply. Please find screen shot attached and from that you can see that I was charged within fraction of seconds and this was not first time for me.

Hence, we request you to send SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS or else you can refer the below given steps to stop the flash service manually from your handset. Also, you can dial 155223 to deactivate value added service from your account and for your network concern we informed you that we are trying our best to enhance the network coverage in your region. We would appreciate if you could bear with us while we strengthen the network and improve our services.

            Refer to the below given steps to deactivate the Flash SMS:-
            - Go to your handset SIM Toolkit
            - Click on Idea Flash option
            - Tap on Activation
            - Click on Deactivate

                Last 1 and 1/2 months my wife and me are suffering of call drop and poor network. We have raise a complaint with idea but not found any solution.
                They are closing the case by provide standard answer that they will build a tower in our area,

                We are also not satisfied with internet access speed.

                We are really frustrated with the service. I may loose my job due to low speed and call drop and poor n/w

                Please please please do some thing.

                Sorry to say but it is now unbearable, for such big company require 1 and half month to built a new site, it is really a not acceptable.

                I may loose my job due to this poooooooooooooooooor Network and call drooooooooooooooooop...

                If any politician complaints same kind then company will resolve this in one night also by launching a new site.

                  Hey I brought a new idea sim of same no. Which I lost ..before..After buying it is activated I tried many times to 59059 but it is not connected ...I'm trying from Last two days but not activated.i think idea is wrose network.they didn't fill customer service

                    Like idea is the worst cellular brand i have ever used. Worst networks in the universe. I have experienced bad network in like 70% of places i visited. I complained today and not before because today i was in the bus and there was a guy besides me he was watching full hd videos on youtube (Jio lte) while i was trying to put my phone into airplane mode on and off then data network on and off that somehow i will get a ducking internet connection. That felt bad!! Really bad. Now i'm pissed. I am about to throw my sim card right where it belongs, into a ducking garbage.

                      My name is tapan kumar sahoo & my idea mobile number is [protected].3 days back my idea number suddenly stopped working. I couldn't understand what's went wrong. Suddenly i reached idea store near to me which address is m/s unique solution, situated at: shop no-3, metro mansion apartment, ravi talkies road, lewis rd, square, bhubaneswar, odisha 751003. Upon reaching there, the concerned authority checked my mobile number and told me that due to non usage my number got deactivated & in order to activate i bound to take post paid connection in that number. They forced me to take postpaid connection in that idea number to get it activated but i denied that & asked to them that how can my number deactivated by showing reason for non usage as i am frequently making calls from that number & keep recharging even as per trai mandate operator can't deactivate prepaid number if there is incoming calls to this number & it must include in usage category. I regularly receive incoming calls then how idea company deactivated my number. But all my words went vain & store excutive refused me to help if i am not taking postpaid connection. Then on 1st october 2018 i approched your main idea store which is patia my idea idea cellular ltd
                      Address: plot no. 437, ground floor, patia, upon reaching there, excutive checked & told me that your aadhar number is linked with more than 4 idea mobile connection & therefore your number got deactivated. I couldn't understand who telling the truth. I told to him that omi have only one idea number which is linked with my aadhar & i don't have any other idea number which is linked with my aadhar but concerned person never listened to me and told6me that we are sorry but we can't help you. I don't know he spoke truth or not but i don't know anything about what exact issues is? But i have only one idea connection & don't have other idea number. If my aadhar linked with other idea number then investigate the matter & resolve my concern asap. Thanks.

                          I had ported my tata docomo postpaid number to idea upon suggestion from tata docomo network people. While porting i had cleared outstanding bill of tata docomo. After then i was in idea network and using it. Later they deactivated by number stating that my bill was pending with previous operator 380around. When enquired they stated the bill is for using tata docomo network for around 1week during porting time from tata docomo to idea. When i realised it and paid the amount with tata docomo people it took around 1 month. Since it was not that easy to pay the bill as it was now in idea network paying through online is not possible, and tata docomo service centers were all closing almost everywhere. Now when i paid the bill and requesting both network people for reactivation of my mobile number they are telling to wait again 90days and they will check with tata docomo people. That also not sure whether i will can get my number back or not. My concern is that when i ported to idea isnt it's responsibility to help regrading this bill payment. And i dint receive any due date information for deactivation. Now i am struggling between tata docomo and idea people to retain my number.

                            Every time i make a call to someone, the first 10 seconds is taken by an automated voice telling about idea schemes. I am fed of this service. Despite activating the dnd again and again, there has been no response from the idea team. It's a bad name for such a company if they are not able to resolve such trivial complaints and are not able to keep their customers satisfied. Please look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise i will change the operator to a "better one".

                                Hi Team, Since few days, my mobile network is not showing signal. I enquired with IDEA customer care and they said my sim is churned and I need to contact the nearest retail shop for further details. Please let me know the process to get my number. I have been using this for all the bank details.

                                  Amount of Rs. 459 has been deducted from my account when I recharged for unlimited call pack of Rs 459 through patym at 12: 03 am on 30 October.
                                  I have attached copy of successful recharge through Paytm.
                                  I am unable to call through my idea number.
                                  Please solve my issue ASAP

                                      I have an idea postpaid connection number: [protected] having 349 segment plan.

                                      I submit the following for your kind necessary action:
                                      I have been charged rs.149/- extra in the name of feature charges for last three months.

                                      Additional to that I have been charged for roaming for Rs: 220 when I remember taking an international roaming pack.

                                      I really don't understand what this feature charges are.

                                      Please revert back my money for the number of months I have been charged for and I look forward to receiving a rectified bill for November month.

                                      Idea guys do u even have a spine. Every time I raise a complain here there comes a generic reply and then no action. Another day one of your representatives called, narrated here the entire story, she said will raise my concern and get back. Its been 2 weeks since then. Will anyone stand up and cater to the isse?

                                      Thanks Idea for being so unprofessional and taking complains so lightly. Now I have to take up the matter with Nodal and Ombudsman office and TRAI.
                                      It is so sad that even after so many reminders and complaints Idea team does not seem to give any importance to the issue and there has been no communication to solve it. This leaves me with no other option rather just port out of such unprofessional service provider.

                                        Two days back I.e. on sep 27th 2018 at 9.56 pm my idea sim [protected] got deactivated which i am using from 2012.
                                        On checking further with customer care they simply saying your documents were not submitted.
                                        But they didn't contact me before deactivating my sim.
                                        On sudden action taken by them I am suffering a lot and was unable to perform operations related to my sim like netbanking.
                                        This is redeculous rule passed by idea company and no one acting responsible for this.
