Hi

I am using idea postpaid services since more than 4 years now and till june’18 i had no issue related to services and payment. But in last 3 months my bill is not syncing up with my actual usage and is very high. For july and august bill i was told by your customer service team, that i called on an isd number because of which my mobile bill were high, which i never did. To check same i tried to call on that number, which was coming out of reach. For september also my bill was very high and i was told that i changed my plan on 11th sept, which also i never did. I requested them to connect me to someone who can resolve my concern, which they denied to do.

Expecting immediate support to get it resolve.

    Hi this side atul dagar my mobile number is [protected]. Its serious complaint regarding data disconnect. I am facing this problem since long time, i have talked to customer care centre but not resolution for my complain. I seek serious solution for this problem. If my problem is not solved i will port my connection with other services provider. Company will loose his regular and long associated customer.

      Number [protected] recharge time 3.20 amount 349, i recharge through idea app its was showing amount 349 3gb per day data but my recharge got cancel and i receive message that i will get my money after 7 days what if i don't have money i will be without access to internet in digital inida
      I spoke to idea customer care they said it will take 7 days but why its not my fault i want my money back right now or to be recharge done.
      Its idea fault they didint update there application

        To get refund of rs15 another 4 ruppes lost in calling them. Automatically some game request in night when i was sleeping 00:53 am got initiated which i have not done for which i have been charged 10 ruppes for game and 5 rs for sms. On number 53010 from my number [protected]. To get balance i called for which another 4 us lost in calling. Refund my 10+5+4 =19. Customer care are not replying proper no response proper and also deny to refund

              I have never trusted the provider they forcibly took my aadhar records by blocking my number previously and I. Had no choice in contra Supreme Court discretionary decision. They.they robbed my money previously from my account rs 9 or so stating some company policy of giving better service and when I took the issue they told me company decision. I have strong doubts my data is likely to be sold as they had no reason to take my aadhar mandatorily before SC final decision. It's a serious matter and I do not trust the company in any manner. Kindly have my aadhar records deleted which I even doubt they will. In case of misuse of my records in the future I will blame the provider first. What was the need to blackmail us otherwise by blocking services to our mobile if we did not provide aadhar cards naturaly it was for a purpose not known to us now. May be later truth will be out. Contact me on [protected] for any call or correspondence. I have completely lost faith in the company as dangerous and malicious intent on their part on unsuspecting customers

              There was a malicious rule made by the company some days back that if we do not use or phone for a call or otherwise our number will be blocked shows they wanted us to indirectly give them money in the form o[censored]sing the phone even though sim was in the mobile and mobile was on shows intentions of provider to cheat common unsuspecting customers .what is this a company really really! What more is to come I do not know

                  I ported out from voda postpay to idea prepay. I cleared the last bill. After 2 months o[censored]sing Idea said I have dues to voda. If I don't clear, my no will be deactivated. I mailed voda, they sent me reference no. I paid the last due amount. Still Idea has kept my no on hold to make outgoing calls.

                      Unable to send sms, registered complaint to customer care executive on 198.
                      Today i received an sms from idea that the complaint is resolved and issue is closed, i am still unable to send sms, customer care executive says that in our system issue is solved, he also refused to raise appeal to the complaint. I requested to transfer the call to senior, then he replied that no senior is available to take call (What kind of 24*7 service is this).

                        I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 5 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance.

                          I am not a Idea customer, they constantly calls me to covert to idea and also they send sms for the same. I asked them for DND service but no action has been taken. Its highly inconvenient.

                          I receive multiple calls a day to regarding promotions and once denied they call back again.

                            I am using idea since last two months worst service and today they stop my outgoing calls without any information. When i called up to 198 the operator says because of my bill is pending with my earlier mobile company they stop my outgoing calls.
                            They says they sent me message about the same on 10th of this month but i did not received any message on 10th of this month regarding the same. And if my bill is pending with other how they can took this action without any information.

                              What the hell is this idea? What are you doing. I have 4g handset and i also have 4g sim card. And i have dont recharge of 399 of 4g pack. It's not coming 4g it's coming 3g. I have called your customer care 50 times but nothing happened. This is the last time i am using idea and i will not recomend idea to any one. Airtel is best and idea is wrost. Do somthing i[censored] can idea.😐

                                Don't provide well services from network side. They harass too much after contacting. I request to convert from postpaid to prepaid but after contacting & without any permission they activate a new low budget postpaid plan. If i asked why they did the customer service provider respond me that they did it with the permission of the consumer. They neither provide any well service nor provide any attaintion.

                                  This is the third time that my amount was deducted stating that i dialed *123# but the funniest thing is t that time my phone is in my table draw n i am giving a lecture on stage. Its better to portfrm this nonsence. My last five call data also not showing that i dialed that number. This is happening to some more of my circle also. Why idea people doing foolish things n loosing customers.

                                    i am your premium customer as per your executive says, my name is DHANANJAY RAJULKAR, My idea number is [protected], [protected], [protected], i am using idea services since 2007 on my [protected] number, i have received call from your idea customer care executive on 8/9/18 there are several persons and serveral number from which i have received calls, and talked with persons, they offered me plan on saturday around 1pm, after understanding plan i asked person that i have 124 gb data balance in my current plan and i want to carry forward it to new changed plan is it possible, so the person dont have knowledge of that so transferred my call to another person and the person gave me confirmation that your 124 gb of data will be transferred (carry forwarded) to new plan and after that i gave him confirmation to change plan, after that almost of 5-6 days plans gets activated but the data was not there...pls check all the telephonic conversation with all your executive first, now they are telling me that your data will not get carry forward due to some x.y...z reasons, i am asking that if your executive dont know about that my data will not get carry forwarded then why they give me confirmation?, pls check all my telephonic conversation for verification...

                                    i dont want any compensation or cash back... i want 124 gb of data on my balance...

                                      I am an idea sim user with mobile no. [protected] issued in madhya pradesh. I am unable to make a call and even receive a call and message also. This all started happening after the vodafone idea merge. I am able to use cellular internet though. I am also carrying a vodafone sim in parallel. I am having unlimited pack offer of rs.399 in idea but still i am unable to use it (Except internet). Also this is creating so much problem. Please consider my complaint and do the needful as soon as possible.

                                        Hello sir,

                                        I have made this complaint on 21/09/2018 since then i had spoken with two of your customer care representatives. Both of them have not been able to give me satisfying answers, hence i asked them the name or email address of his or her senior and requested them to do not close the ticket until my problem is solved.

                                        I am specifically disappointed with the treatment i got today on call, the girl disconnected the call without my confirmation (Please listen the recorded communication).

                                        One more thing, i can see the status closed on the ticket tracker and the dates are surprisingly misleading, like closure date is yet to come. (Attached).

                                        Please do not close this request until i am satisfied with the resolution.

                                        Please help me, as i facing the problem sine 4 years, and i am really frustrated now and thinking of changing the service provider.

                                        I seriously hope the positive work on this.
