Dear Team,
i am your premium customer as per your executive says, my name is DHANANJAY RAJULKAR, My idea number is [protected], [protected], [protected], i am using idea services since 2007 on my [protected] number, i have received call from your idea customer care executive on 8/9/18 there are several persons and serveral number from which i have received calls, and talked with persons, they offered me plan on saturday around 1pm, after understanding plan i asked person that i have 124 gb data balance in my current plan and i want to carry forward it to new changed plan is it possible, so the person dont have knowledge of that so transferred my call to another person and the person gave me confirmation that your 124 gb of data will be transferred (carry forwarded) to new plan and after that i gave him confirmation to change plan, after that almost of 5-6 days plans gets activated but the data was not there...pls check all the telephonic conversation with all your executive first, now they are telling me that your data will not get carry forward due to some x.y...z reasons, i am asking that if your executive dont know about that my data will not get carry forwarded then why they give me confirmation?, pls check all my telephonic conversation for verification...
i dont want any compensation or cash back... i want 124 gb of data on my balance...

the mentioned above they are calling me undauntedly and talking dirty ...
i request you please take a action kindly help me, sir from last 3 week they are calling me for talking a postpaid connection. mentioned no. i recevied calls on 26/09/18 at 10.40 am to 10.55 am. kindly help
