Hello sir,

I have made this complaint on 21/09/2018 since then i had spoken with two of your customer care representatives. Both of them have not been able to give me satisfying answers, hence i asked them the name or email address of his or her senior and requested them to do not close the ticket until my problem is solved.

I am specifically disappointed with the treatment i got today on call, the girl disconnected the call without my confirmation (Please listen the recorded communication).

One more thing, i can see the status closed on the ticket tracker and the dates are surprisingly misleading, like closure date is yet to come. (Attached).

Please do not close this request until i am satisfied with the resolution.

Please help me, as i facing the problem sine 4 years, and i am really frustrated now and thinking of changing the service provider.

I seriously hope the positive work on this.

I am living in gandhinagar where idea's main office is located but still i am not able to get better network in my home. I am not able to receive proper signals. I cannot talk with ease, i am using idea 4g but i am not able to use even 2g internet in my home. Very poor service by idea. I have raised so many complaint s to idea customer care. But still they are not responding and they are not improving their network in randesan, gandhinagar, gujarat.

Don't always find a way to fool the customer. i was dialed *121# to check the best recharge and it shown that in Rs 149-UL L/N/R+1GB /D, 28D, when i recharge to the same amount then i got a message MRP-Rs 149, ULT L/S/R + 1GB 3G Data+100 SMS/Day(Now you are giving only 1 gb data) One of the worst cellular company of india.

Dear sir/mam

My name is mohit mahajan and i am one of the loyal customer of idea company. My mobile number is [protected] and child no is [protected] and i port my both number from airtel to idea company in nirvana plan.in this plan company executive commitment that 200 rs discount for life time, but discount only for six months. When i again request for port from idea to airtel company then receive call from idea company that you can change your plan in 249 rs on both numbers and take benefit of family pack with 20% discount. When they change my plan 190 gb data lapsed. But right now both number convert into 249 rs plan but unable to convert into family pack. When i talk to mr baljit singh on wednesday evening he said executive done the wrong commitment and we are not convert the plan into family pack.

I have not receive any benefit after change my plan. I have humble request to you that kindly give me benefit of family pack with 20% discount.

I had a postpaid sim, to which i went to switch to prepaid. First of all, for such a quick task, the store employees made me to roam for 2 days to the store. And later, after 2 days, during the switching procedure, when i was asking about the details regarding prepaid recharges to one of the lady customer executive, she started to answer so rudely as if a begger is standing in front of her rather than the idea customer. When i warned her about giving a complaint, she called some men for harassing me instead. The fact i guess i get from her behaviour is that i am no more a postpaid customer, so there is no value for a prepaid customer. She warns me rudely not to come to the store next time and go to the other outlets in the city. Who the hell is she to tell me not to come to the store? (Only if she is a closely related with mr. Aditya birla). And when i tell this incident to her senior, he says to let it go and mind my work.in an indirect way, (Get the hell out of here). I would wish for his black carrier in his future, one day when in emergency, he would get the same response.. I would rather give a police complaint, just because of the reason the executive is a lady, i stopped myself. Thank god i am not a part of idea anymore, i have even gave a port request for airtel.

this is in reference to my mobile no [protected], i am getting flash messages after every incoming call outgoing call, after text messages and also data balance, sports and many more flash messages on screen every moment from june 1, 2018.
I had given complain over voice call multiple times on 12345 and [protected] also visited idea store of balkampet hyderabad.But till now it is not resolved and always very very pathetic response every where. Sent message "stop" on 593350 .
Changed sim card and also changed handset also but that all crap is still coming.Last complain was registered on 13.09.18 when i called at customer care and they told this will be closed by 15.09.18 but still all flash messages are coming and irritating me every day.

Your customer care is completely useless and these dumbs always try to escape by saying some thing or all craps.

Either resolve the same on very high priority as i have got irritated of this or else i will port my all the numbers.

When i joined in an organization its name was vijai electicals ltd. During that period i purchased cum sim cards for my family. Later my organization name has been changed to toshiba transmission and distribution systems (India) private limited. Recently i lost my mobile and sim cards (Jio & idea). I got instantly replacement jio sim and also activated but the replacement idea sim is not activated and asking for authorization letter from organization. Even that also i have submitted but again application has been rejected. Now i am in a big trouble that i need support. Please do the needful.

I called on 198 and told them that there is no network in my idea celluar phone.
But there is no update on this as yet. We cant able to receive/dial any call from belw mentioned idea nos.

Please suggest whether i switch to another cellular network services due to the network problem in my house.

I am your old post paid idea customer. I have been complaining for the last 2 months. I have to convert my number to prepaid but no action is being taken from the company
Can your customer not run the card of your choice? Will we also walk with your choice? I am being mentally troubled with the last two months that you keep post paid card but i need a prepaid card. I have applied for post to prepaid 9 times to get it done. No intentional action is being taken by you

I have received my signals but when i was trying to call to 59059 for televerification process it is telling that the number does not exist.
I read in some sites that the no service process last for 4 hours only. So, if the number is not connecting what can i do?

I am resident of nasik [ maharashtra ]. i recently shifted to our new house which is located in very prime area. i am facing very much problem because of no network coverage in our area. i complained twice to customer care still there is no improvement at all.. they just register our complaint and later call us after 3 to 4 days saying we are trying to improve it, but its just a fake commitment, no improvement at all. i even requested to give booster at our place, but n action is being taken.

I am sorry to mention this that idea, whose services i am using since last 10 years, has degraded themselves to a level that they dont have even a qualified educated hr management who just cant hire and train well behaved, educated, sophisticated customer care executives.
I just had a call with one of them, audio attached, has no manners to talk to a customer and resolve their queries. This pathetic # asked me to press "ok" after dialing a number provided by her. I asked what is this "ok" and just listen to her tone the way she talked to me and drooped the call - idea mai call karne ke liye dhanyawad without answering me properly. My maid has much more sophistication then her.
I will be soon porting my both numbers from idea to vodaphone. Such miserable customer care department i just cant stand.

I Have a idea number [protected] the sim card is registered with my name Syed Amer Aleem and it is linked to Aadhar Card also and i am using this number since last 6-8 Years, recently i had recharged with 398 rupees plan in which i got 1.4 GB Data per Day unlimited Call and 100 sms per day but the network is very bad and internet speed is also very poor, whenever i am making calls voice is not clear and calls gets disconnected automatically, and while browsing internet it just keeps loading, not playstore is opening and youtube videos just keep loading, and instead of showing 4G it shows H+ or G as networks, i had done complaints many times on there complaint number 198 but they did not do anything.

From airtel it was said that to pay the bill extra so as to fecilitate smooth porting and the balence amount will be credited to airtel by idea in first bill. But If I call idea then they are telling that it will be blocked in that account itself as advance... What the hell

I did not know idea gives problem in internet Most of the time 2G network come inststead of 4G
The area is having 4G network then why it is 2G network
Some times idea symbols disappear and network not coming My important work stops

Last second customer care executive I talked with has very rude behaviour he use so many bad words too and when I say him i will take action about that he says ja krle jo karna he these type executive not good for this type of companies pleas take please take strict action about that my idea mobile no is [protected]

Dear representative,

Yesterday i met with an accident near health caps factory village tajowal in distt. Nawanshahar and lost my phone along with idea postpaid sim having number [protected]. Now it is switched off.

Kindly help me in this regard if you can provide me the location of phone etc. Otherwise block my sim so that misuse of mobile number can be stopped.

Abe haramkhoro apni aukat mai a jate ho jab network chalane nahi ata na to chalayan bhi mt kro samjhe. Itna advertising krte ho but ghanta kuch chalta nahi hai bas advertising mai hi mro salo kutte ke pillo na tumhara costume care kuch kr sakta hai na tere head kuch kr sakta hai tum to jald hi bhik mango ge dhek lena aur kitne bhi log mere asa pas tera sim use kr rahe honge sabko bol dunga ki phek de nikal krke aur tu us sim ko bhar lena le ja krke samjhgya aur chutiya ki aulad mere samne mt ana kabhi warna goli mar dunga samjha

Im using idea pre paid sim before 5 year but i have 2 other sim thats why im using service depending on best offer my idea number [protected] this special number
I'm purchase this number rs.1000 port from bsnl. I mail to customer care they said non usage of number thats why they are close my number, how can possible to this reason to close service permanently. This is pre paid number idea not maintaining my number it's my choice im use or not use any service. This is a harassment of costumers.

I submitted request for postpaid to prepaid migration in idea store. Next day i got call from idea customer care and offered 299 postpaid plan with 50 rs discount and additional 10 gb data. So i accepted their offer but they did not provide additional 10 gb data which was mentioned by customer care person. Upon calling to customer care, they are not adding 10 gb data to account and not checking the call record to confirm what customer care has told and agreed. This is clear cheating by idea and the are looting customers..
