Dear sir,
As iam customer of idea company, prior to idea i was the customer of airtel but from idea company a excutive and his manager calls me before two months and expain about the scheme of plan 211 (Excluding tax) and i accept that plan and convert to idea.
Now i got the bill of rs349, regarding this i asked to customer care, then he told me that they drop me in plan 389. This same thing had done by airtel also, so when i received this idea chip i clearly told the marketing excutive to drop in plan 211.
With whose permission idea have done this mistake and i want to know who gave the power to these excutives who are speaking false statements.
Today when i asked idea customer care person (Srinu), he told me to drop a complaint mail. Iam asking to your organisation thats what you are doing your work or simply doing fraud with customers, please look in to this and solve my issue.
My first conversation with shiva prasad, he show me stars in day and iam attaching audio clip of conversation for your persual.
And my second coversation had with his manager, i clearly spoke to him that i can't afford the bill morethan rs 250.
Please take immediate action on shivaprasad ([protected]&[protected]) and his manager ([protected]) and whole organisation before others will suffer.
Iam attaching all excutives audio clips but i really believe all are doing fraud.
Sir please take immediate action on this before people suffers.

Idea network is completely worst.. Their behaviour with the customers and i faced a problem like migrating from postpaid to prepaid, even paid all bills.. Still they were asking to pay some more money without any reason.. I explained clearly, still they were calling and torturing me like a hell..*.. Why should i pay when there is no need..

Hello sir, i m using the idea network for the internet but the speed is very less as compared to other network...i did so many times complain to your company but they didn't do anything and my speed issue did not solved... So its request to you plz provide a good network and speed to me... Thank you

My self pramod singh and my mobile no is [protected] i have port my two no ([protected]/[protected])airtel to idea 4 aug and idea selsman rahul his mobile no[protected]/[protected]) givan plan in idea(211 me 2 no with 25 gb data all call free 3000sms)but after sum day my mobile no port in idea my new plan is 389 activate nirvana plan almost 1 month past but problem is same we have sent daily mail to neeta hedau but my problem not resolve please solve this matter and confirm to me urgently . thanks

There is always no network available on my phone and it always show " Emergency calls only" so please sir help me to solve this problem. And it happen all the time. Sometimes there is network and sometimes it is not there.And I have recently ported my network from telenor to idea. So please solve my problem.

I have ported my telenor sim into idea. The shop where i converted my sim card told about activation of sim within 7 days. But even after 1 month, it's not activated. I could not find any range via operator at any time, any placr. And hence i cant make call to sim activation also. Even after i tried to search network operator, it shows me msg that it's currently unavailable. It's really mandatory for me to get sim activatied.

As the services provided by Idea Cellular is not satisfactory, I have ported from Idea Cellular to Airtel (mobile No.[protected]) in the month of March/April 2018. Now using by my father.

I have approached Idea Cellular in the month of April 2018 to refund my deposit amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) for which they informed me that they would take 45 days to refund.

Since I have not heard anything from Idea Cellular regarding my refund, I approached them in May 2018 and requested them to refund my deposit. Idea Cellular informed me that they have already refunded the money to one Mr. Sanjeev by cheque. I do not know who this Mr. Sanjeev is, and asked Idea Cellular to stop payment of the cheque for which they said it is not possible to do. I was stunned and surprised by their answer that they can not stop the cheque knowing well that the cheque was given to a unknown and wrong person - if at all really they have given the cheque. I doubt about this and I very much doubt their statement. When the genuine consumer himself (that is myself )is mentioning that he has not received the cheque and he does not know who Mr.Sanjeev is Idea Cellurlar is not willing to listem to me and stop the payment of cheque. Now three months have passed and I am yet to receive the refund. On 26th of this month, when I contacted Idea Cellular for my refund, their Customer Care Manager at Khan Latiff Khan Building, Fatehmaindan, Hyderabad, has asked me to wait for another one month.

Now I have asked Idea Cellular to give me interest from the month of March 2018. For this the Manager Ms.. said the company cannot give interest. I told them when I make a delayed payment, they charge interest on me and now why do not they pay me the interest when they make a delayed refund.

When they can't give interest on failing delivery/refund my amount, atleast they can stop my cheque payment after giving myself that the cheque has received by wrong person. What there action after knowing the complaint from the customer.

Fraud offers of idea post paid I Am 3 Years Old User Of Airtel. i got a call Idea customer care sales team, he Was Give Offer Me, if you port 3 number in idea, i was give this offer 211 Amount pear sim and 30GB Data 4G and 1000 sms, after i accepted this plan. i activated this plan 3 number.now my 3 sim activated But My plan not activated, on time all number are plan 398 amount and 16 GB data 3G Network not network 4G in Delhi, i complain idea care, he was say to me not plan activated your number sir 211 Amount. this time plan activated your number 398 amount and 16GB data and 1000sms sir sorry and disconnected my cal. after i again call customer care idea after register my complain But Not Resolve my Problem See evidence i attach

They have told me you will get a plan of 509 Rupees fir 90 days. And they have taken 560 Rupees total. But niw they have given plan 495 rupees for 84 days . After ten times call done by me. And that store girl is so ill-mannered don't even know how to speak with customers. I don't know her name but I have her cellphone number [protected]. Kindly take proper action against her behavior and tgis kind of fraud work. I know its not a big amount but she is so ill- mannered that I can't say. Hope I will get a response as soon as possible.

We are having a corporate postpaid connection with a total of 15 mobile numbers. One day we got a message
"dear customer, your request for barring is registered and would be actioned within 6 hrs. Through communication idc[protected] thank you."
Without any request for barring how they can disconnect our connections.
We have faced a huge loss because of this issue, who is going to pay!
Kindly take necessary action asap!

Idea Kerala says in their recorded message (IVR) when we make any international number that the cost of the cal to UAE will be reduced to Re 0.12 per second if you recharge Rs 18.

I did the recharge but they did not revise the per second rate. On calling their customer care number in Kerala they refuse to refund the overcharging and claim that this is not applicable to UAE.

Yet even today they merrily announce that UAE is included. This is cheating and false advertising and they need to be prosecuted.

Customer care of Idea always lie and cheats with the customers. These people have made the mentality to disturb the customers and dedudt their unnecessary amount everytime. These people don't have self respect and guts to their income. Really these people have deducted my Rs 20/- and not refunding my money. Really these people should ne sacked off out. Shame on you greedy hungry fellows for disturbing the customers and making fraud with them.

Yesterday i was interesting to purchase a new sim card connection, then i had visited on website of idea cellular, after wards i had a call regarding it, originally i was told spoke person that i need interrupted internet access, then he and she told me yes sir we will give you unlimited which was totally wrong marketing from their end. Secondly verification method was wrong, when the verification person was visit my residential address i was not available there, then how they had verified my verification without my presence.

So it is my polite concern don't activate [protected] this line strictly, otherwise i will go higher authorities or grievance either nodal officer or etc.

I'm using idea sim at pin code 201301 in noida but call barring problem how to remove call barring. I am using huwaei honor 9 lite.
Pls give me the barring password. I didnt activate call barring. I dont know how it got activated.

So pls deactivate or pls tell me how to deactivate call barring. I cant call outgoing and i didnt get incoming calls also.

Hope you will resolve the problem on priority. Its urgent

Worst coverage from idea...
From the past 10 months im facing very serious network issue at my location. No 4g only 3g.. I raised request in applete no proper response they said something will happen by 6th sep nothing happened it become more worst really unhappy with idea operator due to this issue...
What is idea going to do now... Really very unhappy

Inorder to port from Idea cellular service to other network, we need to send PORT Sms to 1900 to get a UPN code to port into other service. But it seems like idea company has blocked my sms sending to 1900, so that i cannot port my number. I am able send send SMS to other contacts but not able to send SMS to 1900. Also, when i called to customer care helpline, i did not get any help. And in next few attempts the helpline always showed busy. Please resolve my issue, I want to immediately leave idea service.

Hello, i am an idea customer. Somehow outgoing call barring got activated on my number and now it's not getting deactivated. It is asking for some barring password, i entered 1234, 0000, 9999 but it is not accepting. Please help as soon as possible. I am unable to call anyone, i can't even call idea care. Please help it's very urgent. My number is [protected].

I was using idea postpaid on my number [protected] till april 2018. During the period of my usage, i was not able to make calls or use internet properly. I stay in bangalore and you expect the network coverage to be good here. But it is the worst. For 3 months, i could hardly make any calls or use the internet. I also raised multiple complaints regarding this, but no action was taken. Finally, i decided to port out and since i could not use any of their services, i decided not to pay the bill. Today, some person named rk sharma called me from a number [protected] and [protected] and threatened me that idea had filed a case against me for not paying the bill. They don't provide proper network coverage, but expect us to pay the bills. This is really very bad. I have paid the bill however, as i don't want to go into all those things. But please take action against this. I would never recommend idea to anybody. This was the biggest mistake of my life

As i requested previous to idea cellular, they given wrong information to sell their product, this issue is still alive, i complained about idea cellular they given a wrong plane to me and approached me to take one more no. I got a call from idea cellular they told me they are giving 100 rs off on my bill this plane is of rs 389 i can take 1 more no. And i will get a bill of rs 400 maximum every month after discount and taxes. I again asked them, r u confirmed i will get only 400 rs bill every month after taxes. They told me yes, i take a new no. And i am getting 472 rs and this much of bill every month. This is wrong, this cellular company giving wrong information again and again. This is not only 72 rs if i will pay it for 10 months that will be 720 rs. This is too much amount for everyone.
