Hello,
As i requested previous to idea cellular, they given wrong information to sell their product, this issue is still alive, i complained about idea cellular they given a wrong plane to me and approached me to take one more no. I got a call from idea cellular they told me they are giving 100 rs off on my bill this plane is of rs 389 i can take 1 more no. And i will get a bill of rs 400 maximum every month after discount and taxes. I again asked them, r u confirmed i will get only 400 rs bill every month after taxes. They told me yes, i take a new no. And i am getting 472 rs and this much of bill every month. This is wrong, this cellular company giving wrong information again and again. This is not only 72 rs if i will pay it for 10 months that will be 720 rs. This is too much amount for everyone.

    I wanted to recharge 1gb/day 3g plan to 28 days of 199 rs but by mistake i click on 179 rs which provide me only 1gb for 28 days on 4g plan on 10/10/2018 3:51 am from idea app through paytm pay method... As i haven't converted my sim to 4g yet... I still use 3g sim and i wanted to opt to 199 plan by reversing this transaction... Plz help me deal with this... I have no issue with wrong number just wrong internet plan i choose by mistake... Even i can't see my transaction i'd no. Details

      Ear sir / madam,

      This is inform u that my invoice date;12/03/2018 amount of
      Rs.3678.13 in that invoice over billed amount of rs.2090.00 ([protected]) was added because of over data was used. As for our knowledge there is no information given to me either verbal, or mail so, i requested customer care for to wave off the over billed amount, they said cant do it. Hence i request you to send clear clarification.

      Note;

      1) nirvana plans rs.389 up to 20 gb data we can use it as per ur grid.


      2) your customer persons saying that i should call to customer service to stop the
      Internet service after used 20 gb data. So, pls show me the proof of any calls ur

      Customer. Person informed the terms and condition or mail sent to me.

      3) from past 5 years i am using ur idea network.

      I request you to look into the matter or else we are forced to close this account.

        I have an idea post paid no : [protected]. As i was checking my itemised bill for date 25th august 2018, i noticed that i was charged for calling a particular number '055181' on 23rd august 2018. I don't even know this number. On checking i read about other customers who have been charged for calling the same number by idea cellular. This is a fake number which idea is using to increase the bill amount of customers.

        Kindly look into this important matter.

            With due respect i want to change from postpaid to prepaid then also i am getting not able to do it as on visit they are irritarting me all the false comment and all the bill of dec to april are more than 500 which is not affordable, the total overall cost of the running this is to high please help me, hope the idea will help, and other is they are adding different charges to the bill which increase when reimburesed they only pay the basic not the gst which was included, can revrify with the bill of all the month

              I made 398rs recharge on my idea number [protected]. After complaining i got answer that your mobile has 1800mhz which is not supported on your mobile. Need to buy another mobile. Other operator like jio, vodafone is working fine. I got only 2g network in that mobile.
              Now they suggest to change mobile or use 2g speed internet. Very bad service provided by idea.
              I need refund or my number needs to port on other operator.

                I had upgraded my idea prepaid to postpaid.
                It has been almost 4 days but the sim has not yet been activated.
                Neither am I able to make calls not access Whatsapp.

                Note:
                My idea prepaid connection was in Kerala circle. But the postpaid was taken in Punjab circle.

                All the customer care executive says is it will get activated, but it has been 4 days already

                  I have been billed a huge amount for my idea number [protected] for using internet. I have not used any internet as i have an alternate number for internet. The bill amount is ridiculous and am not at all happy to pay. I want the incorrect internet charges waived off. I have called the customer care many times but have not received any resolution. Is this a way of cheating customers.
                  If this is not resolved and the extra amount not waived.

                  Secondly i am being harassed by idea by calling all the times, they are also calling all my family members without my permission and harassing them.

                    I was using idea network postpaid. whenever i was trying to change my plan from postpaid to prepaid, idea customer care executive had given me discount. when finally i decided to migrate from postpaid to prepaid, idea recovered since last 3 month discount. how any one can do once discount given they recover after 3-4 months. kindly refund my discount recovered.

                      My idea number is [protected] (Maharashtra circle)
                      I have come to kerala for 2 months and suddenly i lost network. I paid my post paid bill still the connection has not resumed.
                      On calling the customer care they tell me this number is not in my name.
                      I have been using this number since 8 years and i can not even port to any other network. I can not make any online transaction with receiving otp.
                      This is outrageous. Don't know what to do.

                        Dear,

                        My mobile was stolen in bus as on 25/08/2018 when i m going to work, please block the mobile number [protected] immediate which was in the name of dinesh kumar tandey,
                        I'm trying to block this number.. So i'm calling idea customer care 3 times but they are blocked sim but lost sim user unblocked sim and using my sim like contact number and many more... I'm very disappointed for idea security... So i want to deactivate my number
                        Please block and deactivate the mobile number at the earliest.

                            Hello sir, ma'am,

                            I am writing to you for complaining against your ambedkar chownk branch in karnal, haryana; 132001.

                            I visited that store on 11th of august to get my number mnp from delhi circle to haryana circle. Again on 16th for the same reason because i didnt get any response from idea. Post that, now its 4th september and my number is pd n stuck!! Its been good 25 days that i am stuck with this issue n getting no response other than that mam it will be done in a day or two.
                            1. This female executive started a wrong process which turned out to get my number pd.
                            2. No customer care service; rather telling me to go to delhi by myself to get my number activated; if not me then some of my relative. I did that too but when my friend visited the delhi store they said they can't do it. (What if the number was of tamil nadu, still would have asked me to go back t. N to activate my number.. This is crap.)
                            3. The manager (Neeraj) in the branch had no idea about the case even after 20 days because whenever i used to visit the store, he was never there.
                            4. The manager does not treat the customer the way he should.
                            5. When i asked him that please do it asap because its troubling me n its been good 20 days. And if not i will talk to higher authorities or even to the consumer court. He himself while responding in not so good manner asked me mam you are well educated please go to the consumer court regarding this.
                            6. They take no responsibility of the mess they created, even now after 25 days, if i don't visit or ask them about this, i have got no response or solution from them.

                            I am really pissed off from all the mess they have created n to that my number i stuck. It was 3 days easy to go process but i really don't know what kinda executives do you people recruit that they can't even do this.

                            I request you to please take care of it and take strict measures regarding this. I want you to shut that store down because they are incompetent; else i will take legal measures then. Please respond asap.

                            There's no response at all even now. Its been more than a month now, to that i got the last month despite of the fact that my number kinda doesn't exist. what kinda services idea impart to the consumers...I am just amazed.

                              I stopped using the idea number for more than 8 month after clearing all the outstanding bills. Requested multiple times to close the connection over phone and at their office. They just don't want to close it cause they want more billing cycles to be completed and ask to visit some other office at some other corner to close the connection. Every idea office doesn't have the option to close the connection but you do all the other selling even below a tree. Even after stopping to use the connection i had to pay extra 3 months of bill. After that when i reached the office where the connections are actually closed they refused to close, for which the reasons were random based on my questioning more like you will get a new bill use that to close, they have recently stopped us from closing connections and you could actually do it through call center, the server is down, i am not authorized.
                              And now i am getting calls from civil court stating to close the bill for the other 3 months. This is organised loot and very sad to see that our judiciary is actually helping them

                                I took a new handset last month which is one plus 6! While going through offers i read one about idea promotion! Giving extra benefits for recharge of rs.199 while now they give 1.4gb/day as per offers it was 2.5gb/day! The company is roasting us and stealing money! Shut the fking useless company or give my money back or resolve my problem! Fraud promotion leads to disappoint!!!

                                I have recharged my no with rs 20 no [protected] but only get rs 7 and before that for rs 10 I only got rs 1 only and have no service active on my no also with 18 %gst I have to get it around rs 13 than why you only give rs 7

                                  There has been a deduction of rs. 8/- from my cellular balance on 02.09.2018 even after having an unlimited plan of rs. 398 which was valid till 11.11.2018 and the data limit of 1.4 gb had not been exceeded. I was perplexed at the sight of the message notifying the deduction. I'm anticipating swift action towards this so as to restore my trust in this mobile service provider.

                                    Idea mobile deduct your phone balance in international roaming for those incoming numbers which you didn't pick.
                                    I can see these two numbers and call cost in idea app. That an amount of rs.199/- and rs. 100/-has been deducted as there were incoming call from numbers [protected] and [protected] dated 30/08/2018 21:50:38 and 01/09/2018 16:55:56 for 13 and 41 seconds

                                    But i didn't pick any call from numbers [protected] and [protected]. That's why i showed you the screenshot of my call logs that these numbers are in missed calls list. Not in received call list. The same things happened before also when i recharged with 1000rs. I already tolerated your company cheating one time. After contacting customer service their reply is same it shows in their system. Can't refund

                                      Dear idea cellular i am a jio prepaid user yet I received a message on 31/8/2018 stating that my request for call barring has been activated although I did not make such complain and I never owned an idea connection.it is causing inconvienance to me as I am unfamiliar with the issue .please explain what that message was about.thank you.

                                        On 18th aug 2018 i send request to port my prepaid number from idea to airtel. But without any notification or without any reason they rejected my request which cause me to pay extra sim charges at airtel outlet.
