Hello,
I had order vip no. From idea telly caller last week
After transferring part payment i received sim card and a call saying that i aftrt paying full balance sim will be activated in two hours now its past a week but my sim is not been activated and they r not refunding money also courier have been dispatched from professional courier for ur reference i m attaching pic of my paytm transaction.
Please look in to the matter earliest

    When i’m ready to port my number airtel to idea company they toled me the the plan 289 20gb net + 5 gb extra unlimited local std calls and 100 sms daily and incoming outgoing free, free 90% amazon's membership free.. But they just changed my plan into 389 and they only give me 16gb data. I spoke with several of people.. But they did not take any action if you would pull out my call records you would get to know that how many times i have been disconnected by your reperesentatives… i have some specific names as well who spoke with me and didnt take any action about my complaint. (Mis minakshi, mr sagar, mr rahul and mis versha. No has done anything to resolve this issue so far. Now today is my bill generation date and the bill is 971rs. I’m not gonna pay this because you guys told me total 25 gb data and you just give me only 16 gb data so that’s why i have to refill it) 5-6 gb extra data. This is your fault because you guys not giving me total data and i must say its been pathetic experience with you guys and i must say i did not recommend to anyone to port and take idea plan … (I hope you could do something to resolve this issue)

      Dated 31.8.2018 visit your centre new leela bhawan patiala-147001 your staff of Mrs. Kanchan misbehave with the client. he use abuse language with the clients. I am an Advocate. she teach me rules and regulation of the idea circle. when i visit your branch and said for pay the bill and she was said that there is only use credit cards and debit card. if i use debit and credit card than i am use online payment why i am visit the idea office.

      if idea team not taken any action against the Mrs Kanchan than i have send the legal notice against the Idea Leela BHawan Patiala-147001

        I had purchased an Postpaid connection by depositing Rs.3000 security as refundable for Idea(formerly Spice Telecom) connection numbered [protected]. I have now already ported the number to Vodafone due to deficiency in services of the provider, but till date i am yet to receive the security amount deposited. with them. It was deposited somewhere in 2007.

          Dear Madam/ sir,

          In Re: Notice for Recovery of Outstanding Dues Rs.1341.89/-in Respect of Account No. “[protected]” and Mob. No. “[protected]”.

          Under instructions and on behalf of my client Idea Cellular Limited, a Telecom Company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at Idea Cellular Limited, Worli, Mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at Idea cellular Ltd, Sharada Center, 11/1 Erandwane, Karve Road Pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.

          My client is engaged in the business of providing Cellular Mobile Telephone Services inter- alia in the Maharashtra Circle Service area by virtue of License granted by Department of Telecommunication, Ministry of Communication and Government of India.

          My clients state that you have subscribed for a Mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your Submission of Customer Application Form and other related forms/documents ("CAF" hereinafter) to my client and theaforesaid Mobile phone connection and account No.[protected]allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said Mobile phone connection.

          As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter- alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of Rs.1341.89/-is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid Mobile phone connection.

          I, therefore, call upon you on behalf my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above within the three (3) days of the receipt of this notice failing which I have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Without prejudice to the legal rights and contentions of our client, if in case you have any question on the above point, you may contact one of the officer named Shraddha contact no. [protected].
          In case, you have already made the requisite payments before receipt of this notice, please ignore this notice and else treat this mail as final call before initiating court proceedings.

          I have been away from the above mentioned address living overseas for 6 years. Do not recall any number by the one mentioned in the legal notice. This is just absurd. No details, no proof of account being opened by me, just a legal notice by email to try and get a payment done?

            Recently I ported my sim from Airtel to Idea. The sim was activated the signal was il getting.., but the problem is not able to register and call to 59059 number. It’s got disconnected several times, tried surely more than 38 times. And in the time of activation in Idea customer care I paid 399/- for rc. This recharge also not yet done ...fully disappointed with Idea ever .

            Please take a look into this concern and do the help

              Today getting phone call from idea bill collection agent and without checking that bill paid or not call me and using cheap language and told begger to me and threaten me that i will stop your services.
              Employees are so chep and rude with customer.
              As i am using Idea post paid card from so long and never miss my payment but their employee not respond well.
              There is no response from idea team as many time i complaint in idea call center regarding their misbehave.
              Worst service provided by idea.

                  What if IDEA loose two customers? Not a big deal for the huge Company whose name is big not work!
                  I'm dishearten to say that IDEA has situated "THE WORST IDEA STORE at NAWAB GANJ, SAHARANPUR (247001), UP"i.e. the worst telecom store I've ever visited i my lifetime. I 'm sorry to say that the staff is so irresponsible and if your company will not take any STRICT ACTION against them then they are gonna fool your customers and PEOPLE LIKE ME will surely go to some other telecom operator. From 4 monthes I keep on trying to switch from an expensive POSTPAID PLAN to a prepaid one and NO efforts from them. I've called customer care they're saying that it doesn't take more than few hours for that request, but that "store people including the owner" keep on procastinating and not listening. If YOUR COMPANY would not do anything then I'm afraid it's your loss.
                  DO SOMETHING I[censored] BELIEVE THAT U CAN TAKE CARE O[censored]R CUSTOMERS.
                  THAT's a very urgent step, I do not like to waste my time typing this letter.

                    My name is himanshu joshi, i live in village haritagaon, p. O.-bhimtal
                    Distt nainital (Uttarakhand). I am having an idea connection. My all 5 family members also have the same service provider. As i know there are 210 idea connection in my village. But we dont have signals here. I have taken 4g plan although i am not getting a single 2g network.
                    I used to call idea customer care daily but they are not taking any action.
                    I need to go to court if there is no action will be taken for the same.

                      I am idea user form my mobile balance regularly money is to be deducted. Just now a message comes to my number from 51998 written as "be ready for a naughty treat as this latin diva groves in a bikini. To view wallpaper click..."
                      I have not clicked anything. After some time another message came to me (8:50 pm 29/08/2018) saying i have been charged rs. 8.00.
                      I have contacted customer care they say that i have clicked some kind o[censored]ssd code. But i have not clicked anything.
                      The customer care representative was very rude. They dont want to retain the customers for the company. I am one of the old customer of idea company. I am not leaving the company when there are so much better tarrif options available in market. The debt on idea cellular is increasing and service quality decreasing day by day.
                      I hope i get response from idea cellular not from any bpo as they cant understand the value of old customers.
                      Please resolve me from this problem.

                        My name is vishal kumar singh, from bhagalpur bihar, i have unlimited pack on my mobile number [protected], i didnot received msg regarding any 100% consumed todays data pack, they directly cut my all 120 rupees of my banalce why? This is very ridiculous

                        As per our communication, you've been charged for data usage at 4paisa/10Kb. Hence, we express our inability to waive the charged amount. Kindly deactivate data consent so that you won't be charged post freebies of data, or non availability of any data pack for the mentioned number. To deactivate the same you need to send STOP TO 1925 OR call at 1925 and press option 2.

                          Hello,
                          I'm anila nair and i purchased idea 4g lte smart wifi hub (Number - [protected]
                          ; kerala circle) on 7th april, 2017 with the purpose of establishing internet connectivity on desktop computer. Although it was working fine initially, for past 6 months i have been having issues with it - ranging from low connectivity to connectivity dropping altogether. I have registered complains with the idea post-paid customer service executives twice, yet it has yielded little results, with issues persisting. The connectivity dropping is costing me dearly as i often end up lose connections during important meetings.

                          Please help me and do the needful.

                            I duplicated my idea sim because the early sim had some network problems. But after it was duplicated it is not recieving any messages.                               I am not able to use my idea sim as it is showing unknown voice mail number. what is this voice unknown mail number please check this and solve the issue, i have unused balance also in my account, it seems it is wasted.

                                I have recharged idea number [protected] 3 times since all the three times the loading of page got stopped. The message also not came. But after sometime my account got debited 3 times. I want the money back. All the three times during online recharging the page loading get stucked before the confirmation page appear. So i unknowingly recharged 3 times instead of doing 1 time for a plan of rupees 179 for the same idea number [protected]. I had done this in 28/08/2018 between 8.30 -9.00 a. M. I want the refund

                                We have 5 postpaid connections in Mathura and we ask to IDEA franchisee M/s Sharma Enterprises for conversion from postpaid to prepaid. But they have not replied properly.

                                  I have 3 connection of idea cards. Frequently i am facing a problem of network related. I already complaint to the idea employees but still i face this problems. Still no improvement i found.

                                    I have received an email form [protected]@gmail.com [kirti patki advocate pinnac memorise, kothrud, pune - 411038] stating

                                    "in re: notice for recovery of outstanding dues rs.446/-in respect of account no. “100*5198"

                                    I had already paid my dues while my connection was been ported to prepaid.
                                    Why is idea sending me this email is beyond me.

                                    At the time of porting my number the idea backend team gave false information to idea as customer is not available but i had picked up all their calls,

                                    I had to raise this issue with applet authorities to port my number to prepaid.

                                    Now idea is again playing its tricks to create some trouble for its customer of more than five years now, this is very sad that such a big company is playing such cheap tricks on its customer

                                        I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc.
                                        Please fix it asap. I want this issue to be solved as it is causing me a lot of problems in today's fast world. Please take the necessary action as fast as possible. This problem has stated just after the updating the sim from 3g to 4g. Before it was good. I wish the concerned authorities to resolve my problem
