Internet not bowering 4 days...

My idea sim is temporarily disconnected without any warning.i have recharge of 20+ .this is very disgusting. I am a regular user of idea...

Dear sir,
My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status because...

Internet not browsing since 4 days...

Not Network two days...

My Idea sim card has been not working for almost 5-6 months.Its actually not showing any network and I have recharged it 2 days before the card was having these issues. When I contacted the customer care service they informed that the sim is absolutely working.Then what is it's problem....

I idea sim is showing no service.
I have restarted my mobile thrice and pulled and placed sim card back even it's same . I trying to reach customer care but that's also not possible.
I need this to be resolved asap...

I recharged idea number for 399 today (June 11, 2021) through phone pay. I got a message saying the payment has been successfully made and the phone recharged. However, it has not yet been credited to this number....

I have a problem while televerification, when i tried to call 59059 call is not connecting. And there is no response from customer side....

Today i recharged through vi app. amount debited and money deducted from my account and they showd recharge successful. But rechrge is not activated....

Using Vi app and amount deducted from my account Transaction ID PRE[protected] at 09:38,
Still it is not activated...
