Vodafone Idea has activated a GamePind service without my consent. I immediately noticed that an amount of 35/- deducted. Another message says 35/- per week and renewal will happen for every week @35/-. The same message have information on how to stop. But this is not working of stoping the deactivated 155223 this is the number. Worst services

      Hello Idea team,

      Recently from three days idea cellular signal is becoming very weak. It used to work before fine but recently it is getting dropped. Please let us know what is the sudden issue.

              Dear sir,
              My sim card is not showing any network for last 3 days.
              I tried to solve the problem by restarting the phone, reinserting the sim, changing the phone and even changed the sim card as well from idea store.

              On checking with customer care, they tell me that all the services are active in my number but i don't see any network signal.
              I have lodged a complaint s[protected] but i cant see status because they send a verification code the same number. How can i receive a message when i don't have any network.

                    My Idea sim card has been not working for almost 5-6 months.Its actually not showing any network and I have recharged it 2 days before the card was having these issues. When I contacted the customer care service they informed that the sim is absolutely working.Then what is it's problem.

                          My name is rohit, sir 12 june time is 12.07 i made rechage through VI app of Rs 399 on my idea no.[protected] but in morning i see my rechage is not done or credit in my number... Night is see in VI app they will cheer up of my rechage but moring its gone like nerver done ...i shoked ...i contant to care they tell if money deduct .it refund 7 working day ...so help me figure out where is my money or ...plz refund it as soon as .thanx u

                              I idea sim is showing no service.
                              I have restarted my mobile thrice and pulled and placed sim card back even it's same . I trying to reach customer care but that's also not possible.

                                I recharged idea number for 399 today (June 11, 2021) through phone pay. I got a message saying the payment has been successfully made and the phone recharged. However, it has not yet been credited to this number.

                                        My phone has no network since last 3 days. Initially I thought that its problem in the place where I was located. But then while I was travelling and I finished my travel of more than 1000km, problem still persists.
                                        I tried to change sim slot, changed phone, did everything that should be done on my side. But still problem is as it is.
                                        More frustrating job is when I call to customer care and request to resolve the problem. They just assure to solve the problem and call back to my on my phone number which has no signal. Whatsapp customer care number send otp on same number which is not operational.
                                        I have no choice other than waiting at this moment.
