Recently i am trying to migrate my idea from postpaid to prepaid and started the process on 27th of the month and i received the first call regarding the same on the very next day. I clearly stated that i am not having good experience with postpaid and also i m not convenient with the rates of postpaid but still the executive was brainwashing me with doscounts and ither offer which i dont want to prefer i just simply need to migrate my plans and the executive did not process my request from then i received 4-5 calls i have replied them with the same reason and the same experience i have experienced woth your executives. The last executive told that visit the idea customer care with valid adhaar card so that your sim will be migrated today i checked in to your care only to come to know that your executives have not migrated me yet retained to postpaid this is very irritating i had never had such experience with any other services or serive providers this is not the way you should treat your customers very ridiculous. Now i have to start the whole process again and deal with your executives again very hectic and irritating. I am now thinking to even port the sim to other service provider. I hope this will be noticed and action will be taken hope so.

    I would like to draw your kind notice towards my post paid connection no. [protected] and the service provider is idea cellular limited. On 01.05.2018 unlimited pack of rs. 509.00 has been purchased online., in which unlimited all calls, 1gb data daily with 100 sms per day for 84 days. The said service is activated after the above purchase. However rs. 153.00 was the main balance has deducted by the services provider with any information. This is cheating with me and the same happened with my wife phone no. [protected] earlier.
    In the reply they stated that you have used data after over the daily data benefits and consumed data from dated[protected]:36:44 to[protected]:56:26 so charges has been deducted as per 4p/10kb.in this connection i am unable to understand how it can be possible that after1 gb data / per day more data can be used on domestic number residing at rohini sector-15, delhi where the signals of 3/2g are very very poor mean to say nil.
    Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter and take suitable action against the service provider for this type of behaviour with the innocent customers.

      On start of may i switched my sim from prepaid to postpaid and activated

      Nirvana plan however when i traveled international and left india my sim

      Range is disappeared.

      There is no network coverage in uae for my number and and i am not able to

      Really this is the level of Customer service of such a big company, every time i receive regret word from you people. at least understand what is the reported issue than just inquiring for contact details on every request.

      I HAVE ATTACHED SNAPSHOT FOR ALTERNATE CONTACT DETAILS,

      And requesting you to provide any Authorized(Support) person e Mail Address to have some communication. because we need to wait a week sometime to get reply from you.

      My colleague had faced same problem with same situation like me, and VODAFONE resolved that in 6 Hours(only one complain he putted and received call to confirm the Network.) If it was Product of India i would have chose for life time.

        Sir/ madam.

        This is in reference to your email dated 24/05/2018, i am still waiting for their respective team's call.

        I myself also called couple of time tried to reach idea customer care, but no luck, as still i am getting call from a lady (No [protected]) claiming to be calling from delhi court and informed in an indecent manner there is case against me as if i committed a crime.

        As idea as already agreed the wrong bill generated against my number. And i have already mentioned early in email that i am ready to pay the correct bill as early as possible.

        But the approach that idea cellular company taking to resolve this issue is totally unprofessional. As sr. Citizen and cellular relationship for more than 6 years i am be tortured and mentally harassed.

        As a responsible sr citizen i would like to complaint against this matter and would like to claim the suitable compensation if the matter is not resolved in professional way.

        Also therefore request you to take the immediate action against third party company who is calling me the harassing me else i need to approaching the consumer court.

            I have been studying online since 2 days for my sbi po examination, at 12am on 30th may 2018 my 3 months recharge pack expire and since i am trying to do recharge via idea app but it's failing as idea cellular network is not accepting payment my recharge value is of rupees 459 the money is not a problem here but my whole is going to waste because of it, please take some action.

                  I’m your regular customer but sorry to say facing network issue since joined idea network and complaint over and over but can’t get any proper solution. Please do the needful as soon as possible. If you are not able to provide my better service than please let me know, because i'm suffering too much due to your network issue.
                  Total downloading speed in my area is 70-110 kbps generally but sometime goes up upto 200 kbps in 4g, that was too low in terms of 4g. At last i said again team, do the needful otherwise let me know so that i'll switch to jio or anyone else.

                    Idea Cellular — idea cellular idea cellular demand legal notice! wrong bill charged

                    Hi, i was using idea postpaid maharashtra connection (Account #[protected] ; Mobile # [protected]) till dec 2017 after which i ported it to idea prepaid haryana connection after clearing out all bills.

                    After 4 months, i am receiving the mail from idea asking for some balance payment due.. As i have already cleared all the due with my idea & there is no due then why idea is harassing me & my family by sending these emails.
                    I also check my idea app and called idea haryana and both tell that no dues are pending from my side.
                    In addition to this Idea #, I am using another Idea # and never have skipped any payment.
                    Please help in closing this at the earliest.

                      I have ported out my Postpay number some 4 months ago and I am still waiting to get my refund of security deposit.

                      The deposit should be refunded in 30 without reminders or the company should pay a late processing charge as they charge in case of late payment of bills

Why my number has been inactivated by idea company? When i called on customer care they told me your number was being used for bussiness purpose by me. Thats why they deactivated my number but i hadn't used my number for any business purpose even i have only called around 10-20 times in last six month so how u can say i had been using this number for business purpose?                               This is to bring to your notice that i am facing voice call drop, voice clarity problem, internet connectivity problem past one month. I had complained atleast thrice but the matter was closed without concerning me.

                              For the first time when i complained the network people came to my home location to resolve the issue but soon after this the matter wasnt resolved and it got closed without concerning me.

                              Second time when i reported the same this again, i came to know the matter has been closed, when i raised the question then they again filed the complaint but again the case was close without concerning me.

                              Today i had complaint again, they said the same this that they are again opening the case.

                              I request to find a solution to the above problem asap

                                Someone continuously uploading my number on abusing website and i continuously got call from there representative

                                There are many more numbers.
                                Please do the needful as soon as possible as i am getting mentally tortured from these calls.

                                  Ive done a recharge of idea 129 ₹ through ussd code on 24th may, 2018. As per best offer of mine no. [protected], that 28 days validity should be given by idea, but i've only received 16 days instead of 28 days.

                                  Also raised a complaint via mobile call, they said that it will resolve before 9:12 am 26th may..

                                  Now they are telling me that you had to recharge it via retailer. Earlier their senior department told to wait 2 days due to technical issue promo unable to credit into my account, n now they a saying vice versa.

                                  My question is where they mentioned that you have recharge via retailer not thru ussd code..

                                  They are simply took my 129 ₹ for 16 days instead of 28 days.

                                  Then what's the use of having idea sim where we don't get 4g service yet, where we can't get full benefits if we recharge thru ussd code.

                                  Simple words, you just treated like that i'm not a customer of yours.

                                  Better to port into vodafone or airtel, also they don't give option to recharge thru ussd code.

                                  Also i'll raising a complaint wherever i can.

                                  Thanks for treating me so bad, really don't care of old customer.

                                    I was using idea postpaid connection ([protected]) from last 6-7 years. After using many years i convert it to prepaid (June 2017) with full & final payment of rs. 550. It is active with prepaid same no.
                                    My mobile permanently barred without any information. When i call customer care that the system showing my postpaid bill is due. I told him that is that possible, without full & final payment idea porting my no. From postpaid to prepaid? Than they asking me to submit receipt in nearest idea office. Today when i go to nearest idea office, they asking me to rs. 980/- is due against my postpaid connection. How it is possible?

                                      Hi,

                                      I have taken a monthly plan of rs 389 from idea cellular on my number [protected]. At that time idea executive says we provide welcome offer of rs. 90 discount per month in this plan for 6 months.

                                      Till today, idea has not given me rs. 90 discount to me. I am in loss of rs. 540 (Rs. 90 x 6 months)

                                      Even after so many calls and communication with idea store, i dint get any benefit

                                      I request hereby to help me in recovering that please

                                      As discussed, before a week I am using total 4 idea numbers in my home with same plan taken. Among them 3 numbers are already having Rs.90 discount which is proof for Rs. 389 plan. Note: I have attached screenshots

                                      Based on that, I can say Idea has missed to apply discount for my remaining 1 number. So I urge here to refund all the discount amounts for 6 months asap

                                        I am getting sms messages from iz-idea that a request for [protected] is awaiting approval.
                                        Today i have received a message thatrequest for port via o[protected] has been successfully registered.

                                        The fact is that i have never applied for any service from iz-idez and nor am i interested.

                                        I hope no one else is being allottted some connection on my name for misuse or illegal activity
