Complaint on huge bill amount of idea postpaid connection,

As i was using the idea postpaid connection since last 1 year, my number was nine zero six nine seven six zero nine four five, and all was working well, no due, no complaint, in last 1 years my bill amount was always below rs 1000/-however in feb 2018, they have raised my bill amount to 75000/-, without any intimation to me that your bill has been exceeded at your credit limit, as my phone bill credit limit was 2200/-

This amount is very very big and unimaginable it is very shocking and if something happen to my mental or physical condition idea will be responsible for that.

    Hi team,

    Idea has charged me incorrectly for my number [protected]. I have not even used internet and they had told i have 2gb data free. When i asked them to lodge a complaint and waive off the incorrect internet charges, they were very rude and barred my number. I was even ready to pay my call charges. They refused to lodge a complaint and gave my number to a collection agency. The collection agency has been harassing me since then by calling me all the time and using abusive words. I want to file a complaint against idea for incorrect charges and harassment.

      I am writing this mail you to explain the problem.
      The solution explained to me by customer adjective kirandeep kaur was about the internet​ problem which i had not mentioned.
      The actual problem is that my this number [protected] is registered/linked with my bank account. Whenever i have to do online transaction for shopping/payment recharge etc a otp sms should always received to registered no [protected] that is not receiving. And some times incoming to this number is also not available.
      But when i use internet on this number then automatically all problems is resolved my sms is received and incoming calls is also available

      I had port out this number from jio to idea on 15 may 2018 because of same problem but again it is happened in idea
      Please solve my problem otherwise i am going to comlain to trai

        I have been trying to either port my idea postpaid connection to any other service provider or i am trying to port it to prepaid idea connection from past six months. But the idea consumer center are not doing it.

        Many times i have paid my monthly bill in advance and even for next month but they are still not porting my postpaid connection.

        I have taken idea sim out from my mobile in February But still they are continously adding monthly rental bill to my account. I am really fed from idea.

                Sir/madam,

                My self p. Chandran nair idea mobile number [protected] associated with idea network for more than 6 years. Till january 2018 not even single bill was pending or delayed. December 2017 i changed my sim to 4g sim and wrong billing charged for the month of dec to jan.

                I am very frustrated with wrong billing charges. I have been charged with some random subscription services worth rs. 5000 one particular item 59 times with in minutes two? I am a senior citizen and do not have the habit to operate mobile at midnight 12 o clock and 3.40 am. I have got a land phone with internet connection and meet all the requirement of internet with this.

                Next day i visited the idea showroom and logged the complaints regarding this billing, people at showroom assured me that it will be correct and i will receive the corrected bill soon.

                Still date i have not received any detailed bill for the same and but getting call from third party calling me and threaten me by filling a case in court for recovery of the money. Also do not understand why idea network has given my call number history record to this party. They are calling all the people who i have spoken and saying that me and call received people name warrant will issued by delhi high court. Totally unprofessional approach by cellular network provider.

                I wish to pay the bill as soon as these unlawful charges are deducted from my bill and i request u to get into the matter and solve it immediately totally disappointed customer of idea.

                I really appreciate for your valuable reply. So i hereby request you to not to utilize my innocence and harass me further. If you do so you are forcing me to approach consumer court.

                  I am a existing user of your company from last more than three to four years i want to change my existing number product code from postpaid to prepaid i was visiting so many times at your stores vishal communication phagwara road hoshiarpur, chabra communication hoshiarpur, grewal communication ropar but they didn't ready to change my connection i request to customer care also the store owners replied company close to change the connection we are not done do whatever you want i was taking leaves from my job specially for this work i have full records and your customer care recordings also. Is anyone in your company to take a initiative and help the consumer. Your company open stores for threat the consumer. When i was told them i could not pay the bill till then my connection scheme code not changed. Please help me i am already pay the bills from last six months. If your company not taking any appropriate action and not able to convert my connection unwanted i will reach the consumer court and trai authorities for these matters how the telecom companies threat the consumer.                     Hi, i'm one of customer of your company.. Last month i wanted to transfer my card from postpaid to prepaid at that i was told that i have to clear last bill to do so... So i made the payement at idea store.. And in addition to that i was inform that i need to pay 1 or 2 day bill after 1 month... But yesterday i got call from [protected].. Informing that ineed to pay 500 rs more as my pending bill.. I was shocked as i already cleared my debts last month.. I asked her to give me time to check with the store person she told ok till 24hr (Working hour) your card will not be deactivated. Today i got message from the company that at 4 mycard will be disconnected.. Then again i called her.. And inspite of giving me proper answer she answered very arrogantly... And talked n abusive manner... I can provide you with the no. [protected].. Please i[censored] can teach her some manner that will be better from your company

                      I called idea customer care on 8th may and ask to activate internet pack on my mobile.
                      She confirmed me on phone that she has activated after that i started using internet. On 10th may i came to know that internet is not activated so i raised complaint to idea.
                      After so much follow up they waive off only 342 but the total internet charge which they applied with fraud was 530.

                      Its a fraud that you are saying customer that ur internet pack is activated but when customer use it you say pack is not activated.
                      This is new way to lure customer.

                      I need my full money back for internet charges. Pls stop luring customer and doing fraudulent activity.

                      Your plans are already very costly and you need to cheat customer to gain more money.

                        I have done my mobile recharge of 65 today.. Before doing this recharge i confirmed its validaty on idea cellular site.. And showed me unrestricted validity for this recharge.. Therefore i did this recharge.. But after doing this recharge.. I got only 9 day validity.. I am attaching the screenshot of the idea cellular site page where its written that its valdity is unrestricted or unlimited.. Therefore i want my recharge validity to be unrestricted or return my amount into main balance..

                        so today i got a call from idea that i didnot get unrestricted validity for my 65 recharge because i did not recharge the same amount through idea app.. first let me clarify one thing.. this offer is not at all available on the idea app.. if it was available on that app, i would have recharged from there.. i recharged from where it was available.. i also confirmed the same offer whether it is right or not by checking on the idea cellular. com site.. it was there.. thats enough, i cannot tolerate more.. now i dont want anything. i just want to port to other network.. thank you for having me here on idea..

                          I have recently shifted my number from airtel to idea. I was shocked to see the fraud that idea is doing.
                          I have a plan in which i get 100 messages, unlimited calls, free roaming, and internet. Still i have been charged for things and usage i haven’t done.

                          Spoke to the customer care also, they were reluctant to help. I shared my concern with the customer care and also told them that’s it’s a fraud, to which i was told that we can share data.

                          I m never going to pay fraud bills and if needed will take this to the court as well.

                          Such thieves and unethical companies operate in india.

                            I keep receiving sms to upgrade my older sim to 4g sim for free at any idea retail store. When i went to their store at 341, vallabh nagar, gumanpura, kota, rajasthan 324007 the rude guy at counter asked me for rs.10. My issue is not about money, that's not a big amount but issue is the misguidance and cheating. Either company is sending misleading messages or the store is trying to steal the money. On top of this, the store person was rude when i asked about some bill or receipt (Which they should provide if they are charging legally). But instead he asked to go anywhere else and when i told that no other company is charging he simply said that i should port out my number. Is this you call customer service?

                              Previous i was using idea sim. I was using idea for almost 3 years. Suddenly this year i've lost my sim card somehow. So immediately i went to the nearest police station and filed a complaint. After that i got a new idea sim card having my previous idea no. I got the new sim card on 19th may. 2 days have passed but am still unable to activate my sim card. It would be great i[censored] can fix this problem and active my sim card. I am facing a lot of trouble nowadays as the idea no is linked to my bank account and some shopping sites. Please provide some help. My idea no is [protected]

I hv called at 12345 that too chargeable number staff name manoj received call just a simple query of mine to get dialer tune song code of raazi that stupid fellow was not able to guide me properly and when i asked him to transfer my call to his senior he hung up the call on me stating that he is not able to listen my voice

                                  Hi. I opted for a plan change on 12apr 2018. Now the company has charged me for rs 500 as internet charges. As per my previous plan i had enough data balance and now they say as i opted for lower plan change i am being charged the same.

                                  And they have sent me bill in 2different heads bill shows internet charges and sms shows vas chagres.

                                  Kindly help as this is open loot. And fooling.

                                    Sir/madam
                                    My idea postpaid number +[protected] put on permanent disconnected without any inform. I had put my [protected] in safe custody for two months in maharashtra due to travel to onsite. My all bank work with this number and this is my oldest no as i am using it last 10 years. It was permanently disconnected 15 jan 2017 without any inform on my alternate number or registered email id.

                                    Even after reaching to idea care and with mail written them and provided needed documents they are not activating my number.
                                    Please help me and reactivate my number as soon as possible.

                                      I have been using my idea number since 2001 and for the last 1 and a half years i have been living in bahrain. Whenever i to make a call badly i get the message saying my outgoing calls are barred. To add to it they say if there is no activity on my number they will deactivate it. I have been trying to deactivate call barring for outgoing calls and it prompts for a call barring password. I want to know how to get this password while i am in bahrain so that i can still retain my number.

                                        One day suddenly my idea sim started showing no signal. So went to custom care and they said to take duplicate sim. But i could not take duplicate sim as my aadhar biometric was locked. To unlock biometric otp is sent to the idea number sim which is not working. So i need to get a duplicate working sim to unlock aadhar biometric. It's because of ideas fault that i'm denied of service. So issue me duplicate sim. I'm ready to submit other identification proofs for the duplicate sim. It's urgent.
