Helo i am sahil arora resident of mallan wala khas distt ferozepur, teh zira -
My parents including me all have idea postpaid connection - we deposited 250 for each connection
And then we port it

We ddnt get any refund

I wanted to port my mom no and then they asked for 118 rupees more to issue a new sim

So i decided to register a complaint

And till now we ddnt get any refund

    I am using your network and why did you fail to reach my number? It’s clear that it’s my complaint has to be only disposed with my two years net wick trouble along with my time valuable time and money.

      I want incoming details of 12 April 2018 between 3.15 pm to 3.40 pm. The callers mobile number & address. Thank you. Nathuni Mandal. Mob No. [protected] & my mail Id is [protected]@gmail. Com.
      Somebody has called on my mobile and gave me an OPPORTUNITY and later phoned and asked me to feed the OTP on the number. He then Rs. 8249 was debited on my Credit Card for usage done by K B P RETAIL SERVI INR WWW.STYLE JUNCTION. IN by converting it to FLEXIBLY ON 12 APRIL 2018.
      I HAVE NEVER USED FLEXIBLY. I HAVE COMPLAINED SBI CREDIT CARD & ALSO FILED MY FIRST AS INFORMED BY CREDIT CARD DEPT.

        My mobile barred from outgoing calls for nonpayment of previous operator even though I have paid it a week ago. You dont have a mechanism in place to check that ?
        Without intimation how can you bar the calls?
        Now when i call customer care they asking me to submit receipt in nearest idea office ? how fair is this ? why should I go so far to submit receipt.
        Waiting for 90 days expiry period.!!!

          For most of the times mobile data doesn't connect to internet. The place i live in has good 4g coverage. Often data transmission stops even when connected. To reconnect i need to enable n disable flight mode multiple times.
          When data is connected the speed is adequate but often disconnects causing inconvenience.
          Please that i have a 4g sim. Fully functional data pack.

            I have never seen this type of service from idea they doesn't know how to treat their customers. I got a call from retention team regarding the ret ul 299 plan for the numbers 95*4101, 95*2101 on 7th may'2018. 95*4101 was disconnected and showing no service message on mobile person who is using that number is a pregnant lady its very difficult to contact her. The person whom i spoke has changed the plan and i got confirmation mails for both the numbers, later around 8:49 pm again i got a mail stating that postpaid migration to prepaid for number 95*4101 but i didnot ask for prepaid migration as i'm getting better offer 299 plan.

            I want that offer plan 299 for number 9595*41014101, because that was not my mistake completely blunder from idea.

            I gave request for changing the plan to offer plan, after that plan has been changed to offer plan but with out any intimation again that has been migrated to prepaid plan. I asked the customer care executive she said migration has been done from idea store below is the address.

              Idea has been deducting balance from my grandmother's phone for no reason at all, for things like cricket score and a naked girls photo. Seriously? Naked girl? And they tell us we have dialed the ussd code when we haven't! No one else stays with us or uses the her phone and she doesn't know how ussd codes work. She only knows how to send and receive calls. Still they tell us we have dialed the ussd code. Seriously pathetic service! Half of the balance is wasted everytime on VAS we haven't even chosen.
              I recharged for Rs50 3 days ago. And Rs25 was credited. When I woke up this morning, the balance is just 1.34Rs. Where the hell did my balance go?
              Pathetic costumer care service. How we are supposed to resolve our issues if no one answers the call. Do not provide a number if you are not answerable. Very disappointing.

                I am faving a terrible internet and network issue from last ome month.
                Th internet speed is not steady and its showing below - 114 dbm means its worst 4g speed . I already completed on customer care and on 198 three times but they told me to chek my phone settings but i m facing same problem.When i am in other city i face no such problem Same with other customers as well. So basically its yours internet and network issue. So i request you if you have left any customer values for loyal customers please look into matter urgently and solve it.

                    Yesterday 07/05/2018 evening I received a message from IZ-IDEA saying, your request for promo offer activation for Mob. no. [protected] has been successfully processed through Communication Id C[protected]; I had not authorized such a service activation. Kindly register my complain against Idea as I have seen here that this malpractice has been happening with a lot of other folks too and kept unattended many times on complaint with Idea

                            Sir/mam,
                            1) just now i hv called idea customer care via 198 at 2.59. Pm on 6th may 2018 regarding recharge of rs 252. I requeated the c. Care person to provide a ref. Id for this conversation via sms. But he cut the call in meanwhile. Showing a poor behaviour.
                            Ref. Id also not given after end of the call.

                            2) i hv recharged an amount of 252 rupees on this no. For the benifit of 51 days @2gb. Daily.
                            After checking this offer by dialing *121#
                            Only i confirmed and recharged.

                            But after recharge it is showing 35 days instead of 51days

                            So plz help me regarding this

                              I am doing 459rs data pack from idea app but after selection of recharge i choose option upi for payment.. After upi it gives me option for enter vpa i entered vpa then it gives me requested for money message for approve or reject payment.. I am selecting an option approve using my upi app. Then my 459rs deduct from my account but benefit of 459rs on my number not recieve... Please check and refund my amount... My upi ref no[protected] for this transaction.

                                मेने बिल नहीं जमा करवाया मेरा बिल 500 का हे अगर मुझे आप ये नंबर प्रीपेड करकर देता हो तो में बिल जमा करवाऊंगा तो मुझे बोला की आप पहले बिल जमा karwa दो फिर हम आप का काम वाला प्लान क्र देंगे पर मुझे तो नंबर प्रीपेड में चाइये तो मेने मन करदिया
                                अगर ये मुझे मेरा नंबर प्रीपेड करते हे तो में मेरा बिल जो 500 का था जमा करवाने को तैयार हु

                                पर अब ये आईडिया वाले मेरे क्लाइंटों को धमकिया दे रहे और उन्हें द्र रहे हे जो की एक कानूनन अपराध हे

                                  Recently i changed my network from vodafone to idea. But at the time of mnp executive didn't said that idea 4g won't work mumbai for redmi note 4 devices. But after sim activation and recharge he told me that 4g won't work in your device. Kindly do the needful as it is one of the good network in india i don't understand why idea wont support in redmi devices. Kindly take necessary action asap.

I've been using idea and trusted the brand hence a bit urgency would be highly appreciated. We understand the sensitivity of losing sim card and contacts number which has credentials attached.                                         I have maharashtra circle phone number. For the last 10 years, i am using this postpaid service. Now, i want to change to prepaid.
                                        I approached 2 times to this store and i was told that, it is mandatory to buy rs 557 pack to convert to prepaid.
                                        I am frustrated with their cooperation and planning to port it to other providers.
