I have received idea postpaid more much e-bill with notice whereas i did not use idea postpaid connection last 3 month. I have used only one month.
Kindly provide to me my ebill used by me.
Idea call center executive to sold me idea sim to said idea monthly bill only 199 with gst
My first bill is rs. 227 (Jan18)
My second bill is rs 757 (So high) (Feb 18)
My third ebill is rs.858 (March 2018)
Now last bill is rs.917 (April 2018)
Kindly provide to me my used ebill

As per our communication, you've confirmed that your concern with regards to the migration has been resolved. Also, you've stated that the recharge of Rs.449/- not credited for which we've informed you to wait for 7 working days for the mentioned amount to be reversed. However, you can check with your respective bank or application used while availing the recharge post 7 working days. If still the issue persist, kindly share us the screenshot of the complete bank statement done from the date of the recharge to till date to assist you further.
