I have been requesting on idea customer care to deactivate one of my number that has been off since two months. One customer care executive told us to pay the pending bill then he will put forward the request for deactivation. We paid the bill then also we have been recieving calls from customer care telling us to pay more and more bills inspite o[censored]s telling them to deactivate the number. Every other customer care executive is telling us a different story and process for this, misbehaving with my mother on call to pay the amount that is actually not right as we already told them to deactivate the number. Whole of my family is using idea network and this behaviour from the network is highly unacceptable! Shameful! Either help us with the right information or we will be happy to switch to a better network than idea where everybody says different things about the one simple request!

    Last few days i had been complaining about idea network. A person was send to confirm and i was promised that a instrument will be attached to improve network and the cost will be taken care by idea. I was constantly promised by many representatives of idea call center for this resolution and was asked to wait for it. I had asked call center to send a mail detailing this solution. But it was not done.

    In the mean time i was asked to pay min rs.50000 by idea store manager for that resolution. I complaint immediately about this to idea.

    Now (19 may 2018-around 8.30pm) i had a call from idea-[protected] (Miss. Bhaghyeshri and mr. Kiran) telling me that no resolution will be provided. For repeater to be applied my bill should be more than rs.25000.

    Why idea gave false promises? Why lies?
    Idea wasted my last 15 days, who is going to compensate it?
    Calls to idea call centers are paid? Is idea going to compensate my bill?

    The worst part are all the lies. How can idea be so blatantly unethical?
    If my bill is rs.100, i wont be provided with good network?
    Is this idea service?
    Idea appellate authority is also not responding to my complaints.
    I just want my network improved. Thats the least idea can do

      Above my number was permanent deactivated from idea due to payment dues.

      I don't know how they did of my number permanent deactivated without intimation to us.

      I known after visit idea store and i was totally paid my dues as per request for activation. Same as confirm from idea store person and he said that, will started your number within week after payment.

      But still my number was not activated last 20 days.

      This is my number was given all my personal candid and bank an all.

      We have not got support from your idea store and customer care executive.

      Request please activate my number immediately.

          I port my total 5 no to idia but not working 59059 in any no and right now any phone no of mine are working and its very hamfull to me and my family...
          Please at least start my no for 3 months... I bag you... I cant change compnay before that...

            I was over charged by idea postpaid, as my previous postpaid plan was of rs 349 (Bill cycle dates 5 april 2018 to 4 may 2018) in between middle of bill cycle i changed my plan from rs 349 to rs 389 nirvana. I switch to new rs 389 plan on 24th april 2018.
            In final bill receipt i was charged as
            1) 5th april to 23rd april - (Rs 349 my previous plan)
            2) and 24th april to 4th may (Rs 389 new nirvana plan)

            After talking with customer care he told me i was charged with pro data basis fine..
            So my point since i have put my plan change request on 24th april (13:38hrs) then why my rs349 previous plan exists till 23rd april, prodata basis charges needs to add 24th april half day...

            Suppose if i send 1000 sms with my previous plan on (Rs349) on 24th so i have to be charged with rs 1.5 per sms but then i change my plan to rs 389 niravana plan as niravana includes free sms then in that situation pro data charges includes 24th
            And my bill slip needs to be look like this
            5th april 2018 to 24th april 2018 (Rs 349)
            And 24th april 2018 to 4th may 2018 (Rs 389)

            Im still dissatisfied with the response given to me .
            As in bill it is clearly mentioned that proration is done to calculate exact rental & usage charges based on the number of active days o[censored]sage.
            So if i have given plan change request(from rs 349 to rs 389) on 24th april then my previous plan will be active till 24th.

Arz Kiya Hay Dil Mein Dard, AnKhon Mein Anshu Hae, DilMein Dard Ankhon Mein Anshu hae, Jara Apne Wali Ka Number Dena Suna Hae Badi Dhansu Hae!. After that again a messege received, DearCustomer, You Have been Charged Rs. 3.00 and your current balnce is 31.58. I was surprise, deducted balance in my phone, without any ussd code dial and any link touched. I want to, what reason. Why deducted my mobile balance without any information. Please refund my amount.

I have registerd a complaint regarding this, but there was only a response stating that, a technical person from idea will come.. But none appeared after that.. Very disappointed

                  Idea plays 10 to 20 second long pre call announcement before connecting any call. I contacted Idea customer care regarding this, but they said we cannot deactivate it from our side. This announcement is very irritating and it wastes the time of consumers. This can cause some serious damage in emergency situations.

                  If the company do not take any action about this soon, then I am going to complain about this to TRAI or other higher authorities.

                    I was using idea postpaid connection in 2013. I stopped using it and got a pending bill against it.
                    I paid it in 2014 and the amount was around 2800 only.
                    Niw after 5 years i get a notice of the same amount and you guys are threatening me to take to court.
                    This is ridiculous.
                    You know as we are common people and will not want to go to court, you are trying to intimidated us.
                    There is no way i was using the number after final settlement and now your custo service person gives logic that you didn't request gor cancellation of the number of show the request
                    How can someone give you prove of some payment he did 5 years back
                    I am totally disappointed by this and would like to raise a case in consumer forum if this is not resolved immediately

                    Below is the mail

                    In re: notice for recovery of outstanding dues rs.2814 /-in respect of account no. “[protected]” and mob. No. “[protected]”.

                    Under instructions and on behalf of my client idea cellular limited, a telecom company registered under the companies act and having its corporate office at idea cellular limited, worli, mumbai – 400098 and one of its circle office at idea cellular ltd, sharada center, 11/1 erandwane, karve road pune - 411004, we hereby serve upon you the following legal notice.

                    My client is engaged in the business of providing cellular mobile telephone services inter - alia in the maharashtra circle service area by virtue of license granted by department of telecommunication, ministry of communication and government of india.

                    My clients state that you have subscribed for a mobile phone connection and it was sanctioned to you on your submission of customer application form and other related forms/documents ("caf" hereinafter) to my client and theaforesaid mobile phone connection and account no.[protected] allotted to you. You have availed and enjoyed best of the service/s provided by my client after activation of the said mobile phone connection.

                    As per the terms of the subscription, you were under an obligation inter - alia to make payments of the periodic bills raised upon you in respect of services availed by you. However, in spite of the receipt of the said bills from my client, you have grossly failed to make the said payments. As a result a sum of rs.2814 /-is due and payable by you to my client, as on date. Due to the failure on your part in payment of the said due amount, my client had suffered financial loss and was compelled to suspend/disconnect your aforesaid mobile phone connection.

                    I, therefore, call upon you on behalf my client to pay the said outstanding amount as mentioned above within the three (3) days of the receipt of this notice failing which i have definite instructions from my client to initiate appropriate legal proceedings, criminal as well as civil, against you at your absolute costs, risk and consequences. Without prejudice to the legal rights and contentions of our client, if in case you have any question on the above point, you may contact one of the officer named kailash contact no. [protected].

                    In case, you have already made the requisite payments before receipt of this notice, please ignore this notice and else treat this mail as final call before initiating court proceedings.

                      Sir my name is pradeep kumar pandey . i have receved a call from idea cellular they offer me 299 plan against MNP from airtel to idea my phone no is [protected] . they gives me unlimited calling ither roming or home network. 30 GB carry farword data every month. my KYC completed but when i was make call on 59059 to id confermation and activate the no. and plan then the excutive told me that their is 389 plan is activate on your no. in which compny will .gives you unlimited calling ither roming or home network and 20 gb data at this i hold the activation of this plan on my no . sir my mobile no is blocked and i am not able to use it so please healp me.

                          I was recharged 199 unlimited pack idea and its data useable is 1.4gb per day but it gives me only 1 gb per day please tell me whats wrong with this? If you are not able to fix this problem i will use another simcard service please give what customers needed we do not do it free i pay for 1.4 gb and you gave me only 1gb fix this problem soon or else i will do something for its return

                            I got a call from idea cellular limited. They told me that i have to pay 350 rs. For sim card because i took choice mobile number and i have been told that they will refund me with in 3 months in your idea account. I took sim cards.
                            Problem was that whatever tellycaller told me i didn't get anything in my services. And when i called her she gave me rough answers.
                            Even i didn't get help from store as well.
                            All the persons who are respresenting idea they gave me rough answers on questions.

                            FILED CASE AGAINST ME INSTEAD.
                            I AM REPORTING THE FOLLOWING IN NATIONAL CONSUMER COURT:
                            MENTALLY HARASSMENT
                            FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY
                            NO RESPONSE

                            I DO HAVE ALL PROOFS AND RECORDING OF CONVERSATION.

                              Sir, i have earial idea post paid connection [protected], in 2014-15 now after using many months i convert it to prepaid. Now it is active with prepaid same no. After that many call/ sms comes to me to paid due amount, other wise legal case will file, again call from delhi 30 hazari court ([protected]) that legal advisor deepak batra lodge a case against me, tell me to talk lawer rakesh kr. Sharma ([protected]),. Since i have already paid all my dues then only prepaid start then how can it is possible. Fraud team is working in this or what the matter.. Plz. Resolve the issue.

                                Please refer transaction id:[protected] through ccavenue regarding idea prepaid online recharge

                                While doing online recharge rs. 348 (After availing discount coupon of rs.50 on rs. 398) as reflected by ccavenue, rs. 398 were deducted from my account.

                                This is unethical and illegal as the amount to be deducted was shown to be rs. 348 while proceeding through online transaction but amount deducted was rs. 398.

                                The complaint email ids provided by idea are wrong so my complaint email also did not reach them.

                                You are requested to take immediate action.

                                  In this context I would like to inform you that the problem for which I made the complain not yet settled, neither I have got recharged for an amount of Rs.398/- nor I have got the amount back to my account.
                                  For your necessary doings I would like to inform you that the transaction was done by using Debit card of SBI and the messege that I received on Bank transaction is - POS IDEA at IDEA txn#NU[protected].The transaction was done on 08.05.2018 at 2.46 pm
                                  Kindly resolved the matter as early as possible.

                                    I had a recharge o[censored]nlimited plan but while using internet it gives me a bullsshit speed. My mobile is 4G and sim is also 4G and my unlimited pack is also of 4G. I live at prime location in called Bhosari in Pune, Maharashtra. speed never goes above 128 kbps. Also it reach 128 kbps hardly or very rarely. Kindly take the action as early as possible to increase speed of internet in said area. Else at least 10 customers from my side will port to Jio or Docomo which provides better network speed.

                                      I purchased an idea sim from idea store. At engineering collage chauraha lucknow at nearly 12o'clock. When i bought the sim they said that you can use the sim in 15minutes then i went at 6.30 regarding the rechrge he said he will do in just 2minute then again i went at 7.30 then they said sir no balance i will do it in just few minutes. And after that i asked for number he provided one but till today after more than 30hrs the rechrge is not done. And when i called that number no one cared to pick it up. And when i called to coustomer care they said we can't do anything. Such a shame to idea cellular network.

                                        I have been complaining about 300rs taken as activation charge for which i have not been given invoice.
                                        Visited 2-3 times to store on which they always told me to come afterwards.
                                        During activation they told me plan will be less than 199 but they activated higher one and after billing they said thats the lower plan.
                                        On my request i was never given bill due to which i didnt pay bill neither i used the following sim card after 1st month.

                                        Collection agents call you and repeatedly abuse you saying - aapki aukat nai payment ki to kyu lete hi and all.
                                        They dont accept their fault.

                                        After severat bouts they agreed to deduct and put bill amount somewhere near 600-700 on which i requested bill to pay they never sent me one.
                                        How am i supposed to pay without bill.

                                        Now out of blue moon they send legal notice without realising their fault.

                                        Note -
                                        1. I have never said that i will not be paying just needed clarification that company like idea (Aditya biral group company) will accept payment without reciept.
