I have replaced my reliance number with idea network. But i get continuous messages like:
Priya grahak, aapka idea number use na hone par bandh ho sakta he. Kripiya jaldi se jaldi! Dea number use karna shuru kare. Self care 1210 or *121*4#
So is the company trying to give continuous threats. I use 3 other networks namely jio, vodafone and airtel but never get such messages whether i use the card or not. The company is free to stop services anytime. Other companies are readily accessible and giving much more benefits and better services than idea.

      Dear madam/sir

      I got my number ported from idea gujarat circle to idea up east. After porting i was told to get an frc done for rs. 240 in which i would be getting 1gb data/day plus calling and sms for 1 month. I got my frc done at idea store sitituated at mangalam tower, 13 civil lines, golghar, gorakhpur. My number got ported on 29 april 2018 after which i started using internet services of idea. The internet got exhausted on the early morning of 2 may while i was surfing. When i downloaded my idea app to find out reason why it was not working, i was surprised to see the internet balance as 0.0 mb. I also saw the recharges made to my account was in two fragments one was of rs. 179 and the other one was of rs. 52, the total of which amounts to rs. 231 whereas i was charged rs. 240, (9 rs. Extra). I went to the store early morning at 10 am and asked them about this and also how did the data pack get over when i had 1 gb/day for my use, i was told by their one of the representatives that i had 1gb for 1 month which got exhausted that's why i was not able to use internet services. Their this change of reply left me ashtonished. Further i was told by them that if i wished to use internet services i need to recharge my account with rs. 199. That was a setback for me. When i asked the about the frcs made and about the money charged extra they said rs.5 was the sim charge (About this i was said at time of porting that sim would be free of cost), still the left over balance rs. 4 they did not have any response regarding this that why did they charge me rs. 4 extra. I am attaching the proofs of money paid and frcs below. I am also attaching available frcs during that time along with the reply from @idea_cares

      After getting no satisfactory response from the store, i complained online on official twitter handle of idea @idea_cares & @ideacellular. These guies also after sitting upon my complaint for 10 days said a bunch of lie that they reverted me where as no calls or emails were made by them to me in this regard. They did not even replied until i asked them about my status of complaint this morning on 12 may 2018.

      Sir what i want is idea should apologize for its mistake and give me what it promised i. E. 1 gb data/day for 1 month. Else i would be left with no option than to go to consumer court with my complaint to get appropriate compensation for subjecting me to this mental tension.

      No one has contacted me till now ! What kind of customer redressal mechanism you all have ! It makes me feel quite cheated sort of ! Don't you guies have sense of responsibility towards your customers? Or you just think them as a source of minting money just by fooling them! Its been days since I complained and still no response from your team. Its quite surprising ! I wanted this all to sort out peacefully here on online platform but I don't think you all want that ! I suppose you all want me to go to consumer court and get my right legally from there ! If that is so please do let me know?

      This is my last formal notice to you people kindly return my money in form of recharge which I have sought for or else you will leave me with no option than to go to consumer court & get justice from there !

        I got my idea number converted from postpaid to prepaid because of which my number gort switched off as postpaid connection is closed but prepaid connection is still not opened.

        Customer executives are just ggood for nothing saying that there is technical issue which will take time.

        If this internal transition cannot be resolved in given time taking days for fixation then how can a customer rely on idea services.

        This has blcoked me from all things.

          Idea celluar do regular cheating with customers.

          Please make correction in the bill otherwise close the number. Its too embrasing and cheating with customers. You say that convert your 2g sim to 4g sim and then you are playing game with small customers.

          Very bad. We will not pay the money at any cost. You can close the number itself.
          We have 3 numbers in our home and please do mnp of all the numbers.

            I not able to send messages from my idea number. I had enough balance and still iam not able to send any messages. I had called the idea customer number. They said to change the device or to check whether you have the correct SMSC centre address. I had tried all, but still it was not working.

            I had again called the customer service and register a complaint. They said to fix it by 10th may, but was not fixed.

            My bank accounts are linked to this account. In case of verifying device with sending a SMS from my phone, it doesn't work. If I think of porting the sim to a good network, I can't send the PORT SMS. Very poor service from idea customer service. Please fix this issue soon.

              I lost my postpaid sim card.so i wanted that number to be disconnected immediately. Since morning i'm trying but none of the customer care is able to disconnected. They are asking me to call thorugh postpaid sim. My sim is lost from where can i make a call. I'm very much disappointed with your service. I thought idea is a good network n service might be good but unfortunately the service is very bad. It seems that the employees working in idea are illiterate they dont know how to slove problems of customers. I'l port my sim to another network and i'l also advice people to leave this waste netwrok.

                I am using idea sim with mobile number [protected], without intimation they disconnected the network 6 days back and i visited the idea customer care centre on[protected] and they said that previous network postpaid bill should pay, i paid bill and provided the bill at idea they said it will activated in 24 hrs but after 48 hrs till it is not activated. Please suggest me how to proceed further...?

                      Today 10/05/2018, a wrong idea number recharge was done at a retail counter.
                      Idea recharge of rs. 459/- was done to [protected]

                      My actual number is [protected] and the transaction id: mh[protected]

                      I request you to look into this matter as soon as possible and provide some solution to this.
                      I again did a recharge of rs. 459 to my number [protected] and it would be great if reversal is made to the concerned retailer.

                        Hello sir i am here today to complaint you about the internet connection which i am using since 1 week i have made an recharge of rs 398 of plan constitutes daily 1.4 gb data with unlimited calls of 4g speed but i am unable to meet 4g network the signal was continuously changing it's frequency from 2g to 3g and 4g. I. E h+ e and 4g.. My question is here about why you make false statement that you are providing 4g service and making us fool by providing 3g or lower than it's speed i continuously made contact with your customer care representative but no use at all... Finally i would like to say a waste network which i have ever seen in my life also i am going to change all my family idea networks to better than u r network..

                          Hello sir, i recharged my idea no. On my idea app with 179 rs. Plan. The offer shown to me for this plan was 1.4gb data/day fir 28 days. But now i an getting only 1 gb data for 28 days. I have total proof of the offer shown to me. (Attaching the prrof)
                          So now its nesessary to give me the plan showed to me. Please process for it as fast as possible. Its very big amount for me.
                          So either you resolve my issue or i am gonna fire a case against you

                              I have online recharged for Mobile No. [protected](Kolkata circle) yesterday(08.05.18). Tran Id NU[protected][Transaction done from Guwahati] is generated for future reference and in my bank account balance was also debited. But recharge was not done successfully.I tried my best to contact customer service centre over phone but didn't get positiv solutions so kindly do the need full for the same.

                              The transaction was done by using Debit card of SBI.

                              The messege that I received on Bank transaction is - POS IDEA at IDEA txn#NU[protected].

                              The transaction was done on 08.05.2018 at 2.46 pm

                              Kindly resolved the matter as early as possible.

                                First of all my mobile is dual sim 4G supported smart phone .My idea mobile network suddenly goes down when iam using data with another network sim and while using data for transactions i didn't get OTP to my mobile because of network problem .I have raised the complaint to idea customer care number they are saying that network is fine.                                   We had to pay bills due amount, a lady called a tortured me with all sorts of dirty language and my bp has increased because of it and also she has called my relative, i dont know how did she get her number and asked payment from her for my bill.

                                  This is something unbelievable and untrust that a unknown lady has my call list and dares to call my relative.

                                    I have lots of problems with idea, when comparing with other network idea is highly cheating customers, even i dialed *101# 8 rs deducted per dial, 3 times deduction done when i tried to check the balance, full talk time offer i did recharge however they credited balance into promo account, they voluntarily cheated me, worst experience i had with idea, before making mnp i raise this complaint for those who wants to join idea services, waste of time, never use idea anymore...
