I do a recharge of 599 everytime. But I can't call any number. Whenever I call, it says the number is incorrect. No matter what the number is. I can't change the sim also as it was bought in Karnataka during college days. Now I reside in goa. The Idea store guys refuse to give me another sim. Also porting from one state to other using the same operator is also not available. Very very frustrated as even after paying so much money for the recharge, the calls are not going through.

Respected mam/sir
Idea is not providing quality network. Though i live in high tech are, poor connections. My mobile is 4g, Sim is 4g still idea is providing E+, H+ network. It Takes to long to load a single picture. I am fed up with this. I am unable to attain leactures due to poor quality of network it buffers alot. A humble request to resolve this issue.

I received the message, here it is:

I am a user of idea service in Maharashtra circle.

I have used your post paid connection for several years.

For the last one week, I have been trying to get UPC code to port out to another operator, but I am not getting any response, no error message.

Message "PORT 99********" gets delivered to 1900, but no reply from your side.

I tried putting the SIM in different mobiles, different SIM slots, nothing helped, everyday i call and complain, each time you say
it will get resolved by 6PM each day, but after a week you could not resolve my problem.

Now I'm irritated, enough is enough, I can't wait any longer and listen to their baseless and foolish reply.
I thought they would take it seriously and resolve it, but they could not.

I have mailed idea as well as all trai officials
