Money deducted bt recharge not done...

Respected mam/sir
Idea is not providing quality network. Though i live in high tech are, poor connections. My mobile is 4g, Sim is 4g still idea is providing E+, H+ network. It Takes to long to load a single picture. I am fed up with this. I am unable to attain leactures due to poor quality of network it buffers alot. A humble request to resolve this issue....

My account has been submitted twice but my phone was not recharged.

Have done the recharge via online. Money deducted from my bank account but the recharge was not done. Called customer care but no response. Send mail to [protected]@vodafoneidea.com, mail was undelivered.

No response from the company for the call or recharge...

Gareebo ko lutna band karo ullu bnana band karo sabse ghatiya network hai tumhara complaint kr kr ke pareshan ho gya hu main na hai customer care pr koi thik se bat krta hmesa ek hi issue btate ho system update 1000 issue bta dete ho 1 se 2 din tak ka time. Le lete ho uske bad phone lgate hai to or time le lete ho etne smay me kisi ki net ki validity khatam ho jaye mujhe ap ye btao agar 5 din mera net nahi chala ap kya mujhe 5 din ka paisa...

I've been charged Rs. 25 for pre-embedded games which I didn't even selected. This amount has been deducted from my balance which is wrong I did not selected this games.

I have network disconnect issue, call disconnect, automatic dialing +913095 will my all 3 idea sim card, no issue in phone, my contact number-[protected]. Location- Pune, facing issue from last 3 months.
Raised complaint near my 30 times but no resolution yet.[protected] have same issue....

I had complained 1 week ago but no response till now, my sim not showing network for 15 days and more..team idea is not solving my problem....

My number have no service...

Suddenly the sim stopped catching network. Sim shows no service.
I have tried following solutions:
- Restarting my device
- Reinserting the sim
- manually setting up the network
- tried using sim in other device

Cannot visit any idea store due to lockdown and also no stores are open. Please help!...
