Sir,
I have changed my sim from postpaid to prepaid at fothi kothi idea center, indore. They have charged rs. 100 for 4g sim activation. They have told earlier that this is for free. And from my alternate number also the have deducted the amount of 73 as a charge for activating sim. I asked them for receipt but they dont give receipts for cash recharge.

They told me that first recharge is compulsory for prepaid sim. So again i paid rs. 250 for 1 month unlimited recharge.in my account they have done recharge of 200 rs. When i ws telling them about this they said you have to pay this.
Only for converting my sim from postpaid to prepaid i have paid aprrox 1000rs.

If you can help me with this it would be appreciable.

I have visited bavdhan pune idea store 3 times since i wanted to link my addhar to idea mobile number. They have returned me all the time saying their server is not working. I have tried to link it using 14546 online number also. But it did not work and suggested me to visit nearby idea store. But idea store is not serving my request. Please do the needful.

I have idea 4G sim. It shows 4G network but the speed is very poor even i am not able to receive messages.
I am suffering this problem for almost 2 mont . I called customer care but i got disappointed every time.
If you are showing 4G network then services should be provided because we i am paying you for it.
If i am getting 4G signal so that my internet speed should be appropriate to the signal.
I suffered a lot due to this...
Just solve it..!

I am dharminder singh from vill. Zulfgarh near machhiwara in punjab using idea sim for last 4 year aprx. I buy it for a reason that it has coverage rang all over the punjab and good and affordable net packs. At the start o[censored]sing it was giving best but from the last two years when idea lunch 3g in my area i make my sim 3g. But now the time internet speed is very poor (Only in between 10 to 60 kbps and some times its increases to 500kbps but for very ssmall time period. It makes me miesrable. I can'i exces my instagram, whats app, facebook properly. And downloding speed is also poor. Should i switch my sim to airtell, jio, etc? Because i recharge sim for one gb per day but i can't use one gb because of low speed. Please do something... I am just wasting my gb. Do something to increase net speed..

I ported one number from post to pre. Been stopped for past 7 days. Everytime they are saying next day. You know now their Store manager is showing attitude. Nice Company. If you call to customer care and reach superviser to manager and write mail and here also. You always say go to Store. We are going and coming from store. Now Your raising voice and showing attitude what kind of company you have. Even local store people handle customer much better way.
These are the phrases they are doing showing bad faces and telling lies " we are not going to do, go to other store" after 6 days. This is the reply??? I wrote mails, here and msgs also. And finally these are their behavior. Imagine and they tell "we care for.." Mark my experience and word. Their motto to harassing customer. You tell them need to do post to prepaid and will see their true color

I was using prepaid card then they call me and told that your card is not link with adhar card so your card will be change in postpaid for one month then i said yes its ok. After they started without asking 359 rs plan. Then i call customer care they told me that your postpaid will be for 3 month for not for one month. I visited to my nearer customer care they told that they are rv people who do this. They told that you cant do preapid now after 3 month it will be done. I dont have that much amount to pay. Then another day from idea care phone came and told me that go and pay 500 rs your card will be change to prepaid then i paid. They didnt taken any action. They making me fool from three month. So if action will be not taken i will take action.

There was fraud transaction was made from my crad on your bill desk so humbly i am requesting to cancle that transactions. The transaction was made from 4335 [protected] on your bill desk at [protected]. We alreday done the police complain and also informed to the bank to assure you that we are alsk attching the copies of our diapute forms for sbi andfraudd transition card detils. Aprt from that i am also mail to your customer care email id [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com with full details bank dispute form + fraud transaction details and police complain on dated 25/01/3018 at 4.58 pm with reference i'd. E[protected]

Please take my matter as property and please get back to me asap for ay qury or iforming the status.

This is rediculos that you closed comm id c[protected] by saying that confrence call is active so ir cant be activated. Are you guys there for solving problem or creating problem???

I am totally disappointed by services provided by idea now. You guys should have asked me to deactivate confrence call and activated ir. You gusy just want to increase comm id in india.

I am not able to use call/ message services and you guys are making comm ids. The day i return back to india, i will make sure to port this number to some other service provider who can help customers better not like you guys just comm id's.

I am using idea sim card from many years. Today my phone is showing that "sim card is not ready" and it's not working. I am using lenovo k3 note smart phone. And sim is not getting signals other operator's sim are working but my idea sim is not working. I tried to power on and off multiple times, changed network setting tried to do everything possible from my side. Please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible so that i can use my mobile number (Sim card) to communicate with peoples.

Iam receiving international calls many times in a day. Toady i received calls from this no:+[protected]. Iam geting calls in the night too. They are irritating us. If this irritation continues, i may switch to some other network. I like idea network so iam continuing. Please help me to get rid of from this international calls. So kindly save your customers from these kind of disturbance

I was having idea mobile number for years... I went outside for sometime and hence couldn't use my idea number for around a sometime.. Now when i came back i was absolutely shocked to see that my personal whatsup msgs/photos etc. Which i forwarded from other number to my said idea number were seen (Bless tick st. 23 rd jan) by somebody else??? What nonsense is this??? Then only i came to know today that my number is allotted to somebody else... I will go to consumer court for this... This is absolutely ridiculous... How can idea cellular do it... What about my personal /bank msgs... All those would have been shared with that stranger without even informing me??? I will go legal if no response received immediately.

Hello i successfully got disconnected idea postpaid number i have paid the final bill amount also where ur representative directly came. To my home and collected then why again torturing me through many phone calls that from delhi court nonsense like that... It's annoyying me a lot... Kindly verify my old idea number was [protected] got disconnected in 23.3.2017... I have contacted ur customer care also regarding this but still am getting some nonsense calls

I had lost an amount of approx ₹80 in last 5 days from my number [protected]. This is 3rd time its getting deducted automatically saying that i had downloaded some services which i didn't even see or know about.

At the first time it happened on 24/1/18 and i don't know what they have deducted for and second time it is on 27/1/2018 saying i have downloaded something from indiagames which i didn't see or know about and i registered a complaint speaking to the supervisor and the complaint number is[protected] and it will about to solve on 30th january but it's been repeatative case with my mobile number. Kindly take care.

Today auto downloaded of 'wwe_vd from indiagames' without any subscription. Charged rs.49 even after not downloading any game, i talked to customer care 12345, but they didn't even try to listen my issue, he was forcing me to accept his opinion that i have downloaded that game from chargeble sites and not going to pay any money, please help me for back the complete amount.

As seen most of the complaints are regarding such unwanted auto download of games and all and dedication of money, so you must stop their trick

I recently ported out of idea to reliance jio

I had paid an excess bill of 100 rs so that i would be covered for the 7 days required to port out. I had ported out 2 days prior to my bill date and paid pro rate bill for next 7 days.

Now they have charged me 465 rs extra saying that i have used that much internet and that my jio number will be stopped if i dont pay the bill.

I definitely have not used that amount of internet and even if i have, it wont amout to 465 rs.

Please help me with this problem,

This is great treachery by idea. Nice way to get money out from lost customers.

Idear customer complaints : +91-[protected] team is not sharing complain number.

On 26th jan’18 by mistake while paying mobile bill through paytm of rs. 500 (Reference case id is gj[protected]) for [protected] i have pay for [protected]. Both are gujarat circle mobile number.

I had log call with paytm and they said as bill is processed and amount is transferred to idea only you can revert.

Today i had gone to idea store at mumbai mira road but they said as its gujarat number and they being franchise office can’t help.

Request you to transfer money back to my paytm account.
