Madam/Sir, I brought Idea Connection from more than 2 month I am facing many Problem. They deduct the amount from my Main account and says I clicked on the Paid link while Phone is inside the room and no body was inside the room. Many time I call the Customer Care tell Verify the detail even then he say Detail Not match. After That I send the 2 time message to 1900 for Porting the Number my balance is deducted but doesn't receives the Porting Code.
I am also not able to check by usage Properly for this Many time I call to the Customer Care First they say We cant register the Complaint. Then next time I call they say there system not working call us Properly.
Kindly Help me out so that I can change my connection without losing my Number.

Initially I was not receiving the Porting Code. But Now I am also not able to send message for Port at 1900. Message are sent to all other no except 1900, Message Centre is also confirm by Customer Care too. Balance is available to send message at 1900 too.

      I recharged today and the same day I received an sms from 55955 that XXXX amount is deducted from my balance even though I didn't subsribed to any VAS service.
      When I tried to complaint Idea through their no. 198, after waiting for long time I got to reach a customer care executive who was not ready to disclose her name nor was speaking at all. I complained about the deduction of charges for which she asked me to hold for a minute but after a few seconds the call was disconnected from their side.
      Pathetic customer service and pathetic network also.
      There is no alternate way to complaint in writing for such unwanted deductions and such customer executives.
      Is it possible to escalate such issues to senior level executives of Idea or there is nobody to hear our plea.

        Dear sir/madam,

        I (Savita gopikrishna kulkarni) had post paid sim of idea card. I used it for almost two years. Since jio sim was the cheapest one, i requested for port out to jio.

        Idea representatives advised me to make online payment in order to get noc for port out. As advised by idea representatives, i made on line payment of all my dues. After making online payment, i kept on calling idea to cancel my sim. Idea representatives stated having not received the payment so far. And advised me to make payment again & take up the matter with the credit card department. And advised me to make payment again. And also promised to return all extra payment made to them. Again i made on line payment.

        In spite of making double payment, idea representatives kept on delaying the noc.

        Hence, i was forced to disconnect my sim (Cell number [protected]).

        I kept on following up idea customer service through emails & phone calls. They kept on promising to refund my amount. Recently i got an email saying that the cheque sent to me had been returned to them to incomplete address.

        Neither tracking details were given to me nor the courier delivery boy called me.

        Today i have received en email saying that there is outstanding amount.

        I feel, this is cheating. Theerfore, i am forced to lodge complaint here.

          Sir,
          On 12 Jan 2018, I got a call from [protected]. A lady called saying that she is from SBI credit card(ending 3039) and they have an offer to convert my reward points to rupees and the mount of 4808 Rs will be credited back to my SBI Credit Card.
          She asked for my CVV and OTP and when I said I cannot give CVV she insisted that it was a secure line and also gave her SBI employee ID.
          She also told that the I will be receiving an OTP message from the SBI card -VK-SBICRD(from which I get all the transaction OTPs).
          After a few days, I found that there were four transactions of 4808Rs paid to IDEA Money Mumbai on my Credit Card on 12 Jan 2018.
          I had immediately called the SBI customer card dept and ask to block my card.
          Request to please help on this matter and get my money back.

              My complaint is about my idea prepaid number [protected], i was using my idea app, in that i found a page for special offer, i gone through that and i got an offer of 392 recharge for 84 days 84 gb data and unlimited calls, i did that recharge and i got only for 14*days, why they are cheating customers.                 Hi,
                I am very frustrated by using idea network. I called idea customer care and idea gallery so many times but no use.
                First thing i have not activated any service.but as per customer care i have activated 2 services in on 16 December 2017(don't remember exact date) for which my money got deducted. I had called customer care as i got money deduction message. they told me that they are unable to see one of the service and they can't deactivate it as of now (for which every day my 99 rs rupees was deducting ). they would deactivate it when my bill would get generate and i will get my refund after that. like this for 10 days every day 99 rs was deducting from my account. for other service my 70 rs deducted(35 rs 2 times) they told me to send STOP message . i did still other services are getting activated and again my 150 rs deducted.
                Every time customer care take request for money refund. again they cancel it.I lost my money, time and got frustration only.
                Don't fool people. For everyone 1 rs is also important.
                If i will not get refund i will port my number for sure. Don't give me false guarantee. (though i am writing all this very politely don't expect to not get abusive language from people see what you do. If you do like this you will get reaction in same language)

                  One case of mr dhananjay kale has come to us his number [protected] &[protected]. He is your customer and i handle this matter as human right officer as invested we come to know his idea number was closed from last six month his bill plan was 599 and was regular paying bills but suddenly charge him 5400 so he went to your gallery and close this number as his bill was only 1200 for two numbers he was ready to pay that and both numbers are not in use from last six months then also rental is adding and now telling him to pay the 5400 after six month as his condition is not to pay that much amount also no earning sources nothing then also when i explain him he is ready to pay 1200 only but your contact centre collection officer called so many relatives and friends and started abusing bad languages and words and blackmailing them which is totally against law they called me and one reputed person of our city and given bad words we supposed to receive a call from this girl nitu sharma (No [protected]) using filthy language against me and my family my friends being pregnant if any thing goes wrong with me or baby, idea will be held responsible for harassing me without knowing whom and wihich person they are talking so now i decided to file a fir against your company.
                  Being a national officer i want an immediately reply against this and stop all this nonsense as that person mr dhanjay kale is ready to pay 1200 which is actual use bill amount.

                    I am living in SLIET, Longowal. I have complained regarding the poor network of internet connection. Neither 2G nor 3G is working properly. I have complained on 10th Jan. They have given the date of 16th Jan to resolve it.On 16th Jan, I talked to them but result was nothing. Amid they said wait another 24 hours after that your problem will be solved. As today is 20th Jan. Till today they haven't solved problem. They continue saying wait for 24 hours, we are trying to resolve.

                      I am an idea prepaid user. Even though i have recharged for unlimited pack which provides 250 minutes of calling per day along with 1 gb data. Yesterday, rs. 28 was deducted from my balance, claiming that i has used up my quota of 250 minutes for the day which is totally false claim which i can prove.

                      Similar small deductions have been made from my balance in the last two months. Idea has always been unethical in this manner, claiming deductions on false usage claims. I don't know that dot is doing and why is there no proper policies in place for these telecom companies. Incredible india for real!!!

                        My number was charged with 35 rupees on today, 17th January, 6:21 pm. The following message was received :

                        "Thank You. We have received your request for service Mehfil-E-Sama and it is being processed.
                        Your Mehfil-E-Sama has been activated. Amount charged is Rs 35.00 /- for 1Week. Renewal charge is Rs 35.[protected]@1Week . To deactivate sms STOP to 155223. Click Now http://bit.ly/2f38ymE Your balance is Rs.209.44/-"

                        I haven't requested for any kind of VAS for that matter.
                        I contact customer care for registering complaint, but in vain. Anyways i got the service deactivated.
                        Please do the needfull to reimburse the amount as i havent requested in anyways for the same.

                          My idea sim card has stopped working all of a sudden. When i switch on my phone, it says "sim card not activated". However, i have been using the same sim card for a long time now. I thought maybe it was because there was no balance. But when i tried to get a recharge, it displayed an error saying that it was not an idea number.

                          This was my primary number and it is very important to me that the sim works. Please help.

                            My phone number is [protected] i got a massage that yu have been charged rs 100 for some annimation downloadinng i have never downloaded anything of that sort nor do i know what nazara is. Tried calling the customer care office at 123, 12345, [protected]. Didn't get connected to anyone. Also the idea website was. Not getting connected.

                            Please revert my balance of 100/-. It is shocking and annoying to see such messages of download and automatic price cut.

                              Dear team,

                              My complaint is not yet resolved but it marked resolved. Please help.
                              I can pay for 3 days rental which idea has given me before i port out to vodafone from 3rd oct midnight. But can not pay for full month which service i have not taken, also they have charged me internet service of sept usage in oct month.. Why? No one has clarifies me after first complaint lodged here. Please take it to concerned and provide the kind solution.

                                My name is vipul adhav an every month i have a problem of vas in my bill... I never activate any value added services... I called the costumer care... They said i can take an request to refund once in 6 months... If you guys are not waving off my vas... You are loosing the entire bill... I am very sure on this... Thank you

However, we would like to inform you that you haven't been charged for value added services in your current bill. Also, we request you to dial *121*46# or send an SMS as STOP to 593350 to stop the flash SMS and dial 155223 to deactivate the value added services.                                     6th january 2018 the under mention contacted your telephone number[protected] from where it had been twice spoken earlier on 4th january 2018 that the bill of mobile number[protected] of rs. 1700/- till 31st december 2017 was unpaid. It was informed that the said bill had been paid by cheque no. 376638 on yes bank m. G. Road indore dated 29/12/2017 and that the said cheque had already been cleared on 01/01/2018.

                                      I am using idea sim ([protected]), and today morning i got a message from idea that i have downloaded animation from nazara, which i was not done and i lost rs-92/-. I have not downloaded anything and i am not interested in it. This felicity was activated without my knowledge. I placed a complaint through your customer care executive whose name is rinumol and i got sr no - as[protected]. She informed that by 19th jan/18, 10.32 am my problem will be resolved. I need my money back and i am not interested in this activation. I have registered the complaint within 4 hours from the activation message. Please so the needful.

                                        My mobile number porting request rejected by my current operator even after extra payments paid.
                                        After call customer care, they are asking that is technical fault.
                                        I trouble from last 6 month for call dropping & network coverage problem but no any positive response received from idea. After long time troubling i decide to change operator, after doing all activity current operator continue reject my request without any reason.

                                        Please help to switch me from idea.
