I have done my mobile recharge of rs198 unlimited pack through idea app. The idea app showing me that in rs198 they gave me unlimited calling and 1gb 3g internet daily for 70 days but when my recharge is done then i am checking it. Idea app shows me that the offer validity is for only 28 days. I have also talk to your customer executives they said its only for 28 days not for 70 days.
If its for 28 days why you show it for 70 days i have screen shot of that offer and please do that what you shows to me.

Also send this mail to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com and appellate. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com but no reply from both side. I'am also provided those screenshot in this complaint.

I got below message from idea saying that, Dear Customer,
thank you for downloading Animation from Nazara.
You have been charged Rs. 47
Your balance is Rs. 0.85.
I'm very sure that I haven't downloaded anything from nazara or anything, even don't know what Nazara is. This is second time happening to me. Going to port out from idea next time.

    Have had a data connection postpaid taken at idea showroom in ambattur ot, mounasamy madam street. I had asked to migrate from postpaid to prepaid. The consultant that time was a ms. Jasmin. She told me it can be done and asked to return ten days later. This was around the 5th of october 2017. I paid all pro rata bills and whatever prescribed fees that needed to be paid. I was also given a prepaid sim, and was told that the postpaid account will be migrated. Taking that as a word of honour from the showroom representing the reputable idea brand. Anyways, i return a month later to find that the account had not been migrated and i had an outstanding bill to pay. When asked where the staff is who helped me, i was told that she no longer worked there and they cannot migrate the account and i am liable to pay the outstanding bill. My data services has been in non-usage, and i queried as to why i should pay for a service i had not received and secondly how can a consultant not follow on their work professionally, as idea is a reputed national brand.

    I was told they will look into the matter. I went back again twice in november, and now the amount included another outstanding amount. I was told that this matter is being investigated.in december i receive another bill. I then insisted on speaking to the store owner. I was told they are too busy and they would not be able to chat with me. I then went to the ambattur branch near the canara bank. I was told that this account could have been easily closed and they cannot understand what happened, hence i should go back to the ambattur ot branch.

    Once again i am back at the ambattur showroom, and i refused to leave till i speak to someone who is in charge. After an hour and a half of waiting, i spoke to a lady named priya who gave me her word that this will be sorted out. At the last week of december, i went again and was told that this issue is been investigated and it will be closed.

    Now we are in january 2018, and i am now billed again. On principle why should i be liable for poor tardy work of people who represent your brand.
    Secondly why are they dragging their feet to attend to my simple request, which does not need rocket science intelligence to comply with.
    Thirdly surely, there should be uniformed procedures and the staff cannot hold the well meaning customer at ransome.
    Finally, i humbly request if you can help me resolve this as i do not want to be branded a debtor as well as have this unnecessary burden upon me.

    I do anticipate your response timeously, and hoping that i do not escalate this matter to the national office as well as to the telecommunications public concerns ombudsman.

      I have recharged my mobile with idea unlimited for 3 months.
      But i am not able to use calls or data as there is no proper network coverage in my area "KTPS PALONCHA" power plant.

        I am using idea netwrk since 2years. But now i have network issues. I can't use data.3g and 4g are too slow. Frequently complainted to custmare care bt they give temporary solution again mobile data speed become slow. For sending one image or document i will spent 1 hour that is the condition. I am tired o[censored]sing this poor mobile network. Sometimes calls also not wrking, i can hear bt others not hear my voice during calling. When i called idea custmcare they said the problem o[censored]sing htc desire phone. Then why i dnt have any problem before. Definitely its your network problem. My no is [protected]

        I am using Idea network from more than 2 years and today I am not able to make calls nor receive calls ( Jan 24th 2018 ). Call gets disconnected soon after ( 4Sec ) after attending or while dialing. Is there any known issue going on, if so by when it will be resolved.

          Since last 6-7 days i have been recieving a message with voicemail from the above number. I have tried contancting idea customer care and evertime i have recieved differe things to try.

          Once i was told that it is my handset problem and you should go get it checked. Actually when something is wrong idea customer care blames on the phone (I couldnt send messages once upon a time and i was told it was my handset problem, and i told them how come other sim card work on it), so this time i tried it on different handset and i keep getting same message.

          Then i was told to write stop to 593350, still problem is going on.

              I had received a call from a mobile number @ 1.50pm (Dated 23.1.2018) in my mobile no., where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. After a while from credit card bank i received a message that my card is temporarily bocked for the suspecious transaction. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Comes switched off.

                Yesterday[protected], when i recharged my number [protected] it was showing 70 days for 309 rs. and 1.5gb / day but after recharge i received message that you got recharge for only 28 days and today when i gone to that webpage it is showing for 28 days only

                Why i had not got the benefit for 70 days? what is bluff idea cellular is doing?

                this type of offers u are showing and than erasing and cheating with public, i want my 70 days in 309 rs. this is really bad things by idea cellular

                  Idea send me bill of rs. 8664 in dec -2018, out of which almost rs. 6500 for one day international roaming data charge!!! The funniest part is, i have taken international roaming pack before i leave india, and idea claims the moment you request for an international roaming pack, it will get activated immediately, system wont check whether you are still in india or abroad!!! I took 10 day international roaming pack and stayed 8 days in singapore, they charges for international roaming data for a day @ cost of rs. 6500, claiming that the data pack validity is over. I am holding dec-17 payment and requested many times to sort out this things, they are not bothered to sort out even though i made number of calls. I even request them to cancel my connection, that also not happening telling me that they will sort out this mistake in billing.

                  PLEASE ANSWER THE BELOW QUESTION ..I HAVE BEEN REPEATEDLY REPLAYING YOUR MAILS ...I NEVER GOT AN ANSWER FOR THE QUESTION I RAISED ...I REACHED SINGAPORE ON 21 ST NOV-2017 AND RETURNED ON 29TH NOV-2017 . HOW COME YOU ACTIVATED THE PACK WHEN I AM STILL IN INDIA . AS PER YOUR REPLY, YOU ACTIVATED THE PACK ON 19TH -NOV-2017 ITSELF . THAT IS THE REASON WHY YOU ARE CLAIMING 10 DAYS PACK GOT OVER ON 29 - NOV AND CHARGED ME AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF RS. 6500 FOR ONE DAY DATA USAGE !!! THAT IS PURE CHEATING ...

                  My question never got answered and you people are taking customers for a ride !!!

                  I repeat my question again - How come you activate the international roaming pack when the customer is still in India ??? I requested for an international roaming pack for 10 days, told you people clearly I am travelling after 2 days . But, your system activated the pack immediately with out even checking whether I am hooked to an international network or not . Is that practice fair ????? Ultimately you are asking me to pay for extra one day international usage charge, arguing that my pack is expired !!!

                  I am disputing this international roaming bill completely and ready to go to Indian court to settle this matter, what ever expenses it may incur. Also, I have been asking you to disconnect my idea connection again and again, as I am not using this connection any more . I am not responsible to pay any of your future bills .

                    Idea provide me wrong information that my services are stooped which was activated but this was not done and my bill is very high i talk tomany times on customer care and they did not help with that. One most important thing that i only depend on my phone for my work but idea stop outgoing as well as incoming and way of talking of the customer representative and the superior are very rude. Now i will not be able to port my sim.

                      I got an email from idea broadband to attend lok adalat as they are saying i did not pay outstanding rs 2946.

                      I already raised below tickets to close my connection on 28th february 2017.

                      Service request has been generated. Please find below details:
                      Ticket date : 20/feb/2017
                      Ticket number : tct[protected]

                      The service request in your account has been closed. Please find below details:
                      Account number:[protected]
                      Service request creation date: 28/feb/2017
                      Service request number: tct[protected]

                      I paid in full for february billing before closing he connection.

                      Bill period - 1 feb to 28 feb (Bill number inr[protected]
                      Due date 15 feb, paid on 12 feb

                      Bill period - 1 march to 31st march (Bill number inr[protected]
                      Due date 15 march, not paid because service was stopped on 28th feb. Called customer care and they asked me to ignore.

                      Then you kept charging each month for a closed connection.

                      Also on march 20 i received the below email

                      Dear himadri chowdhury,

                      Your account[protected] will be deactivated tomorrow, please pay your unpaid amount 690.00 to avoid deactivation and late payment charge of rs 50 or 2% of outstanding whichever is greater.
                      To pay online click https://selfcare.ideabroadband.com
                      Please ignore if already paid.

                      I do not know why you deactivated on march 20 when i asked to deactivate on 28th march. Also even you deactivate on march 20, why you kept charging on monthly basis thereafter??

                      Why you are extorting money for a service you never actually provided???

                        I bought new sim yesterday. Two salesman directly sold in street. I am from mgr nagar, chennai.

                        They promised me as the plans will be activated within 30 min but more than 15 hrs the sim plans not activated. I have contacted the customer care but no solution. Also tried to reach retailer of idea but nobody picking the call and always switched off.

                        They provided the sim after resisted the aadhaar number and charged 150 rupees.

                          One of agent from idea cellular company give me idea postpaid sim with false promises, i not even activated the sim yet, still company is sending me messages of outstanding bill. I also went to idea store to close my connection and filled the form of closing postpaid connection permanently and paid the closing charges which they asked. I have receipt of that with me. But still idea cellular company had filed a court case against me in delhi court and wanted to recover charges of their services with i m not even used for single time. Help line no. Are not helping me, they too not closing my account. I need to know if i not even activate the sim card and not even registered for start the service how can i be liable to pay for bill, which i not even requested.
                          Kindly help me please and give me guidance to whom should i contact.

                            I have migrated from postpaid to prepaid and recharge with Rs 120 thru idea app and got failed SMS thereafter I called to their customer care executive (from my other idea number) and he told me do it once again as this may refunded which got deducted from my account.

                            I again recharge with Rs. 120 thru Idea app and again got failed SMS and money got deducted from my account again I called to customer care executive (from another idea number) and got shocking and surprising reply that money deducted twice neither will refunded nor recharge benefit shall provided as first recharge has to be thru retailer only, how its possible means I lost 240 for no reason and where my money goes to, he was not able to tell.

                            I have 2 Idea, 2 jio and one airtel connection and never face such issue of recharge money that this neither would refunded nor recharge benefit would provided, this is the first case of my life when as per customer care executive that I has been looted with Rs. 240 legally online.

                            Now neither I am getting incoming calls nor my outgoing call are working I felt made mistake to choose migrated to prepaid rather than to port out with better service provider.

                            Is this the way IDEA is working?

                              Hello, already i visited idea cellular office and paid amount 589/- rs. I have receipt and they told me the matter is closed and system will get updated but idea customer care always giving me mail to pay outstanding. Why they asking genius question every month also many times i told your customer care representative that i lost my sim i am ready to pay. I paid all outstanding amount those days. Please don't create confusion also you miss guiding me every time. Already i paid please update your system and give return reply.

                                My self sandeep, one of your idea cug customer from past 3 years. Recently i purchased two add-on numbers to my existing number. Suddenly i need to be relocated to other state. So new connection is not required for me. I visited idea store in visakhapatnam i requested them to cancel my new connection. But they refused it. They're not even bothered any of public requests. They simply shouting and they're not properly talking with us. I need my number to be cancelled as of right now.

                                  I have received mail from idea (67773/lok/feb-18 and 67772/lok/feb-18)- saying to attend lok-adalat at shivaji nagar court on 10-feb-18.

                                  I would like to state that before leaving india - i contacted idea many times via email and via online account saying to provide full and final bill. Instead of providing full and final bill, idea keep adding monthly change for next 3 month and they kept asking to pay inflated bill which i away denied. And i can provide all the details of email which i sent to idea.

                                  Given that i asked idea to close connection and provide full and final bill - which idea fail to do so - i can pay maximum last 1 month bill. Please provide full and final bill and i pay right now.

                                    I am using a idea sim of the following number, [protected]. Since 15 days network is fully gone and i tried fixing the problem by re-inserting the sim. As that idea dint work, i called up idea customer care. They instructed me to re-insert the sim and choose network operator as idea. I followed their instruction but was useless. After some days i again called customer care and this time they advised me to re-insert the sim and call to 321 from the same number. Even this time it dint work. Now please solve my sim issue soon as possible. I rarely get network for some time while i only get incoming calls and messages, but they are not outgoing. Please fix my sim problem.
