Hi,

I have raised couple of complaint to idea but no resolution given to me and complaints are closed without my feedback. I have been promissed to get 4g data services but i am not getting 3g services as well.

I wish to quit the number or wish to have resolution to my problem.

Currently, they are not returning money on pro data basis as well as not resolving my issue. For its its now waste of money for 3 months for 4 numbers i have.

If idea can't provide me services as they promised they should return the money.

Resolution means solving issue. You didnt solve the issue. You stated like we will improve network. This means till that time i have to bare in convenience and you guys didnt return money for not provident services you promises for.

    Dear sir,

    Greetings for the day!!

    I would just like to let you know that idea cellular ltd. Is intentionally rejecting my porting request. This is twice a week they have rejected my porting request without any intimation & that too i have advance amount deposited in their account.

    Please help me in this serious concern. As i am now going to take legal action them today my advocate is preparing a case against idea cellular ltd. For rejecting porting for payment issue.

    Screenshots attached for your reference.

    Please do the necessary action against them to suffer customer like me.

      I ported 2 numbers to idea cellular. Number porting happened on saturday night. Calling 59059 since sunday morning, nobody is answering. Call is going on hold infinitely. Idea cellular reps don't have a clue what to do. I have ported previously to other carriers, never faced this problem with them. Please activate numbers asap otherwise i need to port out of idea.

      I ported to idea from airtel last week.. It took 3 days and multiple complaints to activate network. Now i have a new problem. My handset is redmi 3s prime and i have a 4g plan. Data services are not working since activation. Idea customer care says that redmi 3s prime handsets have lower 4g frequency so idea 4g will not work on this handset and i have to use 2g plan. When they are selling plans they don't tell you this. Is there anyway govt can take such cheats to task? Airtel 4g used to work on the same handset, i ported out because of network issues.

        Dear sir,
        I have a idea no [protected]. From last 3 months i am getting a notification in my phone
        "voice mail received number un known"
        After this phone automatically open phone service and notification icon stuck on the notification area.
        Presently i am using sony mobile but i tried the idea sim on my huwai and lenovo handset as well. The same problem come in those handsets also.

        I am using other service providers sim as well like airtel, etisalat also on all these handset and with these sim no problem comes.

        So this is clear case of problem from idea side. Kindly resolve it with your technical team urgently. It is too much annoying and disturbing.

        I lodged many complain at customer care but nothing has been done so far from last 3 months.
        I will be travelling outside country from 23rd so kindly resolve this.

        I am attaching the screen shots of the handset and notification for your better understanding.

        When contacting idea customer care of idea they are blaming handset but i told them i tried the idea sim on lenovo huwa and sony mobile. The problem is coming on handset. Other sims in these mobile are working fine but idea sim is creating this problem.

        But unfortunately idea customer care is not understanding and resolving the problem. It is really annoying.

          I have received attached message from given number (58595) with voice mail. I asked idea customer service to deactivate the service as i have not subscribe for it. They asked me the same to send a 'stop' message. I asked them to do this from their end and i guess they have stopped this message but the voice mail notification is still popping up. And i m not able to remove this feature from my phone (I'm using oneplus 5t if it may help you). I contacted idea customer support so many time and they keep repeating only one scripted line ''currently, we have no service regarding voicemail.'' when i asked them to provide the solution they keep repeating the above scripted line. When i told them that you guys are failing to give solution and support they add 'sorry' word and again repeated the same scripted line. So my problem is how to remove that notification and stop popping it so many time on my screen?

              And then i called them agin that they didn't recognize my voice but when i called others they can leason me very properly and i also tried for 3 times to contact customer care service.

                Dear team
                On 15/01/18 i request for mnp for mobile no [protected] from assam idea postpaid to w. B idea prepaid. 19/01/2018 i received a massage that your port out request is successful and from 11.00 pm dated 19/01/2018 my both sim are no service till now. Kindly check the issue and resolve the problem asap. Already 40 hours over i have no signal in my idea sim. W. B customer care executive said it is in process but after 2 days idea was unable to activate my prepaid service.

                  An amount of 35 and 50 has been deducted for so called 'mehfil e sama' and 'crazybollywood'... I haven't subscribed for any of these... People on customer care have the worst communication skills... Whenever i ask for evidence of my subscription they tell to check my inbox... Inbox is what others are gonna send me not what i have done... And then sometimes they tell it's not idea... When i ask them to provide me details about the transaction they don't...

                      Continuous flash messages are popping up and blocking the phone activity, also balance is getting reduced. Pop up saying i’m using internet at default rate. But my data is in off mode, using only on wifi. Visited idea service center and dnd is activated but no use. Called customer care several times, some of them are rude and response is they can’t do anything moreover they said that those pop ups are not from their service provider. Screen shot is attached. Where to go resolving this issue.

When i recharged it from my idea app on dated 21/12/2017 with amount 449 rupees there are a offer show of 400 rupees cash back on this recharge in my idea app without any * mark and t&c. When my recharge done no cash back received. I call to customer care then they told me that this cash back received during your next 8 recharge & you must call before any recharge. During my next recharge on my other number [protected] from my idea app, i first call to customer care they told me you get your previous cashback to recharge other number with more than 50/ rupees. I recharged on 19/01/2018 with rupees 179. But no cash back received. Recording done apprx 8:44am and 9:35 am in idea customer care. They refuge to give me my cash back.

We would like to inform you, that the Idea discount vouchers are non-transferable and can be applied only to the number through which the cashback offer is availed. Also, Idea discount vouchers can be redeemed only on successive recharges of Rs. 300/- and above on Idea Website or My Idea App. Only one Idea discount voucher of Rs. 50/- is applicable per recharge. However, you can check the status of the vouchers received on My coupons section of My Idea App or logged in section of Idea Website for which the app needs to be updated to the latest version for vouchers and coupons visibility.

                          Hi,

                          This complaint is regarding my idea postpaid mobile number. My last bill was generated in december and when i checked it was showing the bill of rs 422 and there was a charges of rs 150 as a vas which was not activated by me. When i called the customer services team they refused to help. Final i was able to raise the request to remove the charges but the charges were not removed by the idea cellular. I was fade up of this and closed the number. Now they are harassing my wife for the payment.

                          I am ready to pay the bill but the amount should not include the amount of rs 150 (Vas charge) and rs 27 (18 gst charge). If idea will not remove this i will not pay it. I will take them to court.

                          Hi Lavina, you should check the details first. I received a call few days ago for the payment and they said I need to pay 320 and the renaming will be wave off. I already paid Rs 320 and now there us no debt in the account.

                              Hi, i had raised a complaint sending mailid with details of whatsup chat to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com. However idea have declined of such commitment and sent a mail of lok nyaylay intimation! Idea cellular for non-payment.

                              For a idea connection i was approached by idea agent, and i was told that for first two months there won't be any charges and billing will start only from 3rd month.. However there was bill generated, and even though i cross checked with the agent, he suggested not to pay the bill amount saying the amount will be paid by idea itself as you got the connection on offer... I had later request for discontinuance of the number and the number had been discontinued long back. However there has not been any steps on the complaint i raised against the bill and idea agent... I also have the whatsup chat with the idea agent ‪can be attached if it help...

                                Sir/madam,

                                I wanted​ my bill cycle to be 5th of every month instead of 15th which is as per corporate plan but after repeatedly​ informing them regarding my limitations when my idea postpaid no. Was activated it emerged out to be 15th of the month. This is pure negligence of team idea towards the requests of their valued customers. Really tired of taking up innumerable issues with team idea and running to idea store for every mistake and negligence of idea.

                                    My no is [protected] last week a service named filmy tube was activated and rs35 was deducted i immediately closed the service in 5minutes and called customer care regarding this but customer care is unable to say anything. How can idea deduct balance without asking customer to activate any service i think idea have to first confirm that if his customer wants to activate service or not by sending a message. I port in idea last month but i think i made a mistake by doing so. N ow i am thinking that i have to port out in any other company. Idea have to do some regarding this.

                                      I hv idea postpaid plan frm past 6yrs. My plan is of 400/- n i hv been charged 1800. Last mnth i lodged a complaint they said they hv added 600 extra n will be deducted in my nxt bill cycle. Also i had to pay the money twice as i made payment through card bt they refuse it. I personally submitted my passbook copy and went to idea offc for 3 times a week (Had to take half day from offc) waiting in queues with topken for 2 hrs each time bt they lost dat too. Today again i went to submit them at 7.15 n dat too checked their timing online where it was 7.30 pm. Literally we had a fight for half hr as they refused to take my documents. The employees were too harsh n said that i can lodge a complaint against them to whomsoever as they know no one will take the action against them. I had to gv up. My calls are barred where i hv already paid the bill in advance as they hv nt refunded me the amount. Idea company is cheating with us. Employees dnt hv manners or ethics to talk. All hopeless

                                        Hello my no os [protected] i port my no from bsnl to idea.
                                        Last week i opened idea app to check my data balance and after closing app a message came suddenly that you have been subscribed for filmy tube at the rate of rs 35 but i havent do anythig then i stop the service instantly i called idea customer care also but they told i have dialled a code but i havent dialled any code then i also mailse idea customer care nothing had happened now i m very shocked without doing anything how money is deducted from account now i think that i have to port out from idea.
