This is in regards to the discontinuity of the plan of rs.509 which was activated in dec'17 and which is supposed to be completed on 10/03/18.

However, after the consumption of 1 gb data, i have recharged with rs.23 to get my internet pack active.

After which my original plan of rs.509 which includes 1gb data per day, free calling, free sms, has been lapsed.

As per discussion with your service executive i came to know that only my data services has been lapsed, and free calling & sms services are still to be continued.

I just want to know, is this type of services you offer to your customers??

Just stop fooling around the people, if you cannot stick to your promises..!!

You never informed us about lapsing the services in between or never explained about the terms & conditions of your offer.

    Madam,
    I had register more than five complaints regarding network and voice call regarding problem .

    But finally idea expected representatives call and give me a feedback we have resolved your problem and you get network sometimes and somplaces in pune city.

    And that idea not mentioned in there tariff.

    If Idea unable to serve me then apologise and reembarrassed me.

    Why shoud I hang out next 70 days out off 84 days Plan.

      I got a message on my idea number that 5 rupees got deducted from my account and when I called customer care the executive talked to me very badly. after that i asked for a senior person to talk and i was kept on hold by saying that yes we are doing . but no body answered my called and the call got disconnected. This a complete cheating with the user.

        Without my permission, Idea is deducting my balance from my prepaid account.I didn't buy any game.Right now, I'm using 2g mobile and it has only one game which is full and not on the trial basis.I got a message from 53010 that Thank you for purchasing the iappgame.Enjoy and have fun [protected]@iappgame.com. Whenever I got this message, then every time Rs 5 deducts.I didn't buy any game.I called the idea customer care, they were saying that I had purchased the game but fact is that I didn't buy any game.My no. is [protected].Idea customer care is saying again and again that I've bought the game.They are not providing the solution.They are not refunding my deducted amount. Customer care executive also not talking professionally.

          Sir, I'm 5 year's old customer and satisfied with your good services but with effect from 12 jan 18 I'm not able to make any outgoing call and neither I am able to access any Internet facility on my mobile no [protected] after recharged of Rs 449/- on 12 jan 18. On enquiry balance is showing only 0.03 then I have recharge no with 55/- then also it is showing balance only 0.03 Rs. I am not able to contact your customer care executive also, after recharge of 449/- I shouldn't be restricted to access unlimited call and Internet facilities. Please do the needful in this regard. Please resolve my issue and contact me through call if problem still not being understood at your end.

            I have recently port my number form reliance to idea. But the network is not working properly. It is never stable and even if 4g supported, it keep changing to 3g and h. Also i want to port it back to some other network, but i am not able to. I called customer care for the same, but my network problem is not getting resolved with the solutions provided.

              Dear sir i am under corporate cug plan for so many years with idea with five active numbers. Few days back i went at sky communication to convert my two postpaid connection to prepaid. Idea executive told me terms and condition so i have changed my mind to not convert in prepaid but still after two days they have disconnected my those numbers without informing me and i have visited store regarding problem but response was very poor. I have called customer care executive but still not resolved my problem. I am suffering because those are my important numbers given everywhere banks, job office etc. So do needful so others customers will not suffer like me.

              I recently got my reliance sim ported to idea on 29/12/2017 and still today their is no network, when i called customer care they said my sim is already got activated on 3/1/2018

                I erroneously done the wrong rechagre on my number for 294 rupees. I want reversal of amount. Number - [protected].
                I done recharge through mobikwik. I want reversal or atleast give the amount in my main balance of idea number.
                Recharge amount is 294.
                Order id - en[protected].

                Transaction was done erroneously in my mobikwik account. I was checking plans and i have balance in my mobikwik wallet. The transaction got done without asking for confirmation of payment. The amount automatically deducted just because by mistake touch on make payment on recharge page. It has not shown any payment to be confirmed from wallet.

                    I am idea customer and my mob. No. Is [protected]. I had done a talktime recharge of rs. 40 and 15 on 10th january 2017 on my mobile no. And received balance rs. 40 & 7 total rs. 47. My mob. No. [protected], my 10 rupees have been deducted from main balance account in idea at continues 02 days. I have not subscribed to any service and i haven't use internet servises. When i asked the customer care why they have deducted my money they are giving an excuse that there is a technical problem in their server and moreover the giving several type excuse. I visited idea store they told me that now it's deactivate data service. But after some time again it deduct and deducted balance from my idea prepaid acount. Again talked to customer care they said it uses of internet service. This is not acceptable. Sir i am a student i hardely get money to recharge so please look after the mater and refund my money

                      By mistake I have reacharged for my phone twice please help me.

                      I was recharging from my idea app and forget to change the number and clicked the recharge button but the number I recharged was already recharged for rs 449 please refund me the second recharge was of rs 398 please help me.

                          I have an only one idea number [protected] purched from rudrapur (Uttrakhand). I was paid 2 months bill 1600/- of this number by paytm app with successful transaction on[protected] but this number showing me outstanding of 1583/- till now from[protected].
                          I have called to idea customer care but he told me that they can't help me for the same, then i was visit to dehradun idea store but he also told me the same he can't help me, my number has been barred 3 time from ravi communication (Rudrapur city) in this month after paid my bill against my other account outstanding is not clear, but i don't have any other account in idea.
                          So please help me as soon as possible otherwise i will be visit on consumer court on tomorrow for the same.

                            I want to deactivate my sim card as soon as possible because its lost.
                            I was out of my home for some days and my idea sim was at my home.
                            I kept it at home because i have an other simcard.
                            After returning home i found that i forgot where i kept the sim card. I searched almost every nook n corner of my house but i dint get it.

                              Hi team,

                              I want to share my experience with idea gallery (Store) opposite mahatma nagar ground
                              Nashik. I had visit your store on 05/01/207 and apply the request for port in and they told me to paid rs 557 and your sim card will automatically activate after 7 days.
                              Yesterday i was called in toll free no [protected] and executive simply told me your request is completed card will activate on midnight after 12pm.
                              Again today morning i was called same no and told them same story they reply me your card will activate eod. Now i just discussed with customer support chat team and they said your request is rejected due to 90 days not completed in your current operator.
                              They dont check before proceed the request
                              Now my concern is either your company dont provide proper training or may its business strategy
                              Idea team totally wasted of my time and money.

                                Without subscription more then 100 rs deducted with in 15 day
                                I never active for that service. I visited idea store they told me that now it's deactivate
                                But today again it deduct.
                                Detail of sms as per below

                                Your dhinchika has been activated. Amount charged is rs 105.00 /- for 21days. Renewal charge is rs 105.[protected]@21days. To deactivate sms stop to 155223. Your balance is rs.83.91/-

Idea number is not working here on roaming due to no network connectivity. Even i have searched network connectivity in operator selection as manual in my cell phone.                                     Idea cellular company send unnecessary massages and charged as much as they are comfortable to protect their cheating behaviour. Today i not used my phone for a long time and when used, saw a msg that you have been charged some money. I called them, they said that i dialed a number so i charged, like i don't know how to use my phone. They often use these tricks to fulfill their target of revenue.

                                      I have switched my network from cartel postpaid to idea prepaid.
                                      I have paid all the outstanding due from previous network and submitted the document to idea care.
                                      Without notifying us my calls are banned, this is very pathetic service i an not expecting from idea
                                      I would have receive call from idea that your number will be banned

                                        I had purchased idea hub with idea no.: [protected] from the dealer and i had given request on 14/october/2017 to disconnect my connection but in spite of disconnecting my connection is still working. I had given request to employee working there but still my connection is not disconnected. The balance outstanding which idea has to give me was approx. Rs. 350/- but instead of giving me money; the balance is used to deduct the current bill after 14/october/2017. I want to disconnect it and reimburse my full amount as soon as possible. Thankx..!!

                                        With Due Respect, I Want To State That I Was The User Of idea telecom postpaid network from past 18 years, recently i have ported my network from idea (postpaid) to jio .
                                        so, i need my refund back which is INR 2500 only
