This is in regards to the discontinuity of the plan of rs.509 which was activated in dec'17 and which is supposed to be completed on 10/03/18.
However, after the consumption of 1 gb data, i have recharged with rs.23 to get my internet pack active.
After which my original plan of rs.509 which includes 1gb data per day, free calling, free sms, has been lapsed.
As per discussion with your service executive i came to know that only my data services has been lapsed, and free calling & sms services are still to be continued.
I just want to know, is this type of services you offer to your customers??
Just stop fooling around the people, if you cannot stick to your promises..!!
You never informed us about lapsing the services in between or never explained about the terms & conditions of your offer.
