I am sbi bank mysore karnataka state, debit card no:[protected] holder. On 10th november 2017.@ 11.00 am i received call from cell no:[protected] with asking your debit card pos 12000 paints expire. Help with disclose my debit card no, and cvv no. For transfer paints to money value woth rs, 4996/- with exact my details over phone no:[protected]. I refused but again they calling with expire date of debit card with getting card detail and the otp for 6 time transfer money with idea money txn no:[protected] fraudulently, trans ferair tel money also rs, 30, 000/- please make me get back my amount it would very help full for me
I am very poor lady my husband under cardiac treatment i have dependent boy. I an in hard time.

    I use idea post paid connection with monthly rental plan of rs.349 and i get unlimited calls both incoming and outgoing, daily 100 sms and but only 1gb data for the month while the same company provides 1gb data in prepaid plan.
    Also i get extra amount charged in the name of gst with18% rate on my bill. Why such a huge difference between post paid bills and prepaid plan if there is one country one tax?
    Is this government sleeping while all these is going on.
    Both government and companies are looting public.

      I got a call from idea cellular representative for payment of bill for number [protected] (Post paid)... I have never refused to pay my bills... I went to idea centre at karad - 415110 (Shree ganesh communications, [censored]al chambers, budhwar peth, karad, maharashtra) to pay my bill and i noticed that they have generated bill for the wrong address (Which i dont know, i never stayed there, neither have i provided any proof of that address while getting the connection)... So i asked them to rectify the address issue and generate the bill to my correct address (The address change has been never communicated to me)... Idea centre employees sent me back saying they will contact the higher officials and contact me back and told me i need not have to pay the bill till my address issue is resolved... Now i am getting call from idea regarding unpaid bill or else face legal action in delhi court... I kindly request idea not to harass your customers like this when you have fault in your own proceedings... Again i am asking you to rectify my address issue and send the bill to my correct address (Proof of which i have already provided) i am happy to pay your bill provided billing address is correct...

          My international roaming service was not activated when i reached singapore on 29th of june. I complained about this several times to the customer care. I was very dissatisfied with the customer care as they were not at all informative and professional. They told that i need to contact the local (Singapore) network provider m1 to activate the roaming service which was not the right solution. Such a stupid solution to ask the customer to approach your telecom partner without any reference. I tried that too since i am tired of calling the amateur call centre of idea.

          As expected, m1 has said that it is not their responsibility. I even spoke to a senior person (???), he calls himself as such, vijay in idea tamilnadu. One of the most stupidest and rude person i have ever spoken with. Even after providing my singapore contact number, no one has called me so far.

          This has happened again this month and they are doing the same. Someone suggest me on how to escalate this to telecom minister

            I have applied for idea postpaid services for no. [protected] against billing account no.[protected]on 23.11.2017 at idea store in mancherial, telanagana. As per trai, idea executive have to verify my address. Without verifying my address/calling my alternate number, i got a message saying address mentioned by me was not found. I am a government company employee residing in a company quarter, how it couldn't be found (I was wondering). I made a call to 59059, they asked me to submit a fresh address proof at the same store. I submitted myself twice to the store and i asked for re-verification of my address. But the status is same. This implies it is mere negligent attitude of that executive who was posted for verification. I kindly request you to activate my sim without any further delay

              Idea कंपनी के[protected] इस नंबर के द्वारा दिनांक22.11.2017 को दोपहर 1:20pm, 1:55pm और 1:28 बजे पर मेरे मोबाइल नंबर +[protected] पर कॉल किया गया और अपने आपको idea कंपनी का देश का सबसे बड़ा अधिकारी बताया गया और मुझे उन्होंने कहा कि पूरे देश का दिल में ही संभालता हूं idea कंपनी का यह मान लो कि आदित्य बिरला जी का मैं राइट हैंड हूँ और आपने अभी तक बिल क्यों नहीं चुकाया है, इसलिए मैं आपको कॉल कर रहा हूं। मैंने बताया कि विगत 4 महीनों से मेरे बिल में गलत एमाउंट जुड़ कर आ रहा है जिस को सुधारने के लिए मैंने कई बार भोपाल ऑफिस जहां से मैंने पोस्टपेड सिम ली थी मैंने कंप्लेन किया है और उनको सुधार करने के लिए बोला है सुधार होकर फाइनल बिल आते ही मैं जमा कर दूंगा क्योंकि मैंने idea कंपनी के चार नंबर पोस्टपेड के लिए हुए हैं-पहला नम्बर है[protected], दूसरा नंबर है[protected], तीसरा नंबर है[protected], चौथा नंबर है[protected],
              महोदय विगत कई महीनों से मेरे बिल में विसंगति थी जिस कारण में बिल नहीं जमा कर रहा था मैं बिल जमा करने में पूर्णतः सक्षम हूं और मैं बिल जमा करना चाहता हूं। मैं idea सेलुलर को देश का सबसे अच्छा मोबाइल नेटवर्क मानते हुए मैंने यह चार नंबर लिए हैं। लेकिन आपके इस रायपुर में बैठे तथाकथित अधिकारी मिस्टर सिंह के द्वारा मुझसे अत्यधिक अभद्रतापूर्ण व्यवहार किया गया है धमकी भी दी गई है ।गाली गलौज भी किया गया है साथ ही मेरे मोबाइल को हैक कर मेरे फोन बुक से नंबरों को निकालकर नंबर हमें भी फोन किया गया है जो कि मेरे परिचित हो और रिश्तेदारों के हैं और उनको कहा गया है कि यह व्यक्ति बिल नहीं चुका रहा है, इसको बिल चुकाने को बोलो नहीं तो मैं इसको बर्बाद कर दूंगा।
              महोदय मैं मध्य प्रदेश कांग्रेस पार्टी का प्रदेश का महामंत्री हूँ और विगत 30 वर्षों से राजनीतिक जीवन में हूं खुद भी एडवोकेट और मेरा माइनिंग और बिल्डरशिप का बिजनेस मध्यप्रदेश के कई जिलों में है आप स्वयं भी समझ सकते हैं कि क्या मैं 5, 000 10, 000 15, 000 की रकम काबिल नहीं चुका सकता एक सिद्धांतिक बात थी कि मुझे बिल में सुधार करके दिया जाए।

                But i haven't received any porting code. I tried for 3 time on same day. And on 24/11/2017 also tried to get it..
                And also i had contacted too many times idea customer care on same dates. But they are not responding well n they're saying take 48 hours to get the code. Realates to it. I[censored] have any direct mail i'd address please forward to me (Devi. [protected]@gmail.com) as soon as possible. You may understand my problem.

                  Hi,

                  I would like to bring this to your notice that i opted to port my airtel postpaid number to idea postpaid.

                  For this i submitted my documents on 1st november 2017 and my number got ported on 13th november 2017 i. E., after 13 days, but after porting i am not getting signal on my sim and it is showing only "no service".

                  After confirming from idea customer care i got to know that the sim card provided to me has different sim number ([protected]) and some other sim number is registered. So i am unable to use my number since 13th november 2017.

                  As i am in other city i. E., pune (Maharashtra) so i cannot visit idea store in delhi/ncr. So i visited to 2 different idea stores in pune but both of them refused to help and said that it is delhi circle sim so they cannot help me and even customer care didn't help saying that i will have to go back to delhi to exchange the sim.

                  Then yesterday i sent one of my friend in delhi to visit idea store with my id proof and photo but they said that either someone in blood relation should come or i myself have to go to exchange the sim.

                  Currently i feel that i have done the biggest mistake of my life to port into idea, i was using airtel from last 4 years and never felt any such issues.

                  Please help me in resolving this as i am now fed up after running to different idea stores, customer care without any solution.

                      My account number is[protected].. On september 2017, i made this regretful decision of joining idea cellular network and subscribing to idea 349 plan in 4g. I use data only to check mails, make calls in skype and the daily limit of 1gb would have easily satisfied my need.

                      Within the first bill cycle i got a message from idea cellular that i had subscribed for one of their vas services. This was a shock to me as i never saw any link for those services and never subscribed to it as well. By that month i got two such messages and i was billed additional rs 240 in terms of vas services. I spoke with the customer care team asking them for waiver of these charges which they gave for one month. But the next month they charged an exorbitant amount of 349 in terms of vas services.

                      I haven't got any clear response from their customer care. All they are saying is do not click on the links wherein i never clicked on those links. I know enough to understand such subscription services cause money. I mainly use my

                      After this incident i wrote a mail to customer care asking them not to activate any vas services for me till i request them via mail. They didn't take my request into consideration. Every now and then i receive a message sating i subscribed for such and such service where in i never got those links. I did not click on any of their vas subscription link but still i'm being charged a huge amount every month for subscription and wap charges. Every time i got a sms stating i have subscribed to such services, i have disabled it with in seconds.

                      It is clearly cheating and skimming a customer in terms of vas services. I want to know if there is an official place where i can raise complaint against false billing. Sadly i can move out of idea network only after 90 days of being in the same. I'm counting my days to move out of the network. Being a subscriber of idea network is the worst decision i have made.

                        His is to bring to your kind notice highly unacceptable billing for idea postpaid number [protected], which is used by my elderly mother on a simple keypad nokia phone.

                        Idea cellular claims that on 1st november (10:56:46) she made call to this number 055315 for a period of 59 mins and 42 secs.

                        I was shocked to see the bill (Invoice no. Klp[protected]. Reference no.[protected], invoice date-10 nov 2017, account no.[protected] for last month (10 october to 9 november 2017) which is rs.1048.34 out of which rs. 540 is for this call that idea claims we made to this number and rs.160 is for tax. Myself or my mother never called this number. We do not make such long calls. I have followed up with idea customer care many times and they say that as per their records calls have been made and i need to pay. This has been very taxing for us. Sent email many times, but there is no waiving off the amount.

                        The monthly charges we opted at the time of shifting from prepaid to post paid was rs.349. Now i regret for shifting from prepaid to postpaid.

                          My plan is rs 349 but every month i'm getting more than rs 600 so i want to migrate my number to prepaid. Idea store asked me to pay extra 7 days bill amount with the actual bill for taking the migration request. I have paid and they have taken the request but now im getting message that the request has been closed and in that its mentioned i have agreed to close the request. For the past three months i'm going to idea store always they are giving reason and don't letting me to migrate to prepaid. Why these people are doing this? I'm fed up.

                            I have complain against the dnd service activation. I had applied twice. But the service has not been activated. Then i call to the customer care, the executive told me two things:
                            1) the request rejected because it is earlier activate. But actually the service is not activated.
                            2) she said to me to re-raised the request.

                            In this both condition. The idea did not send me any acknowledgement that why my request has been rejected. Except that unwanted calls and messages are coming in countless manner.

                            I want and request you that a strict action must be taken against this.

                              In our area there is 100% full network in 3g & 4g. But we were facing poor data speed.
                              I also contact customer service centre. They were send some settings to my mobile. I also set manually & set also automatically. But after this data speed is very poor. Plz solve this data speed problem.

                                Hello! I just dialled idea postpaid customer care number and got to know that my idea number has been permanently disconnected.
                                I was out of india for past three months and due to this i was not able to pay my bill. And when i came back i paid my bill as soon as possible.
                                But even after 2 days when the number didn’t start i called up idea customer care and got to know this.

                                Please help me as this number is my only number and my email, bank account all are linked to this number.

                                  I was an active idea user from last 1 year with idea postpaid, whereas befire moving to abroad, i planned to deactivate my postpaid connection and switch to prepaid because my i wanted to keep my idea number active due to registered on various accounts. However i went to idea store for procedure where i cleared my outstanding balance with idea on april 4th 2017. And submitted my id cards for prepaid registration of same number. I was informed that my current postpaid will be deactivated in 3 days, and as mentioned i got my number deactivated on mentioned date, and i had my prepaid sim card inserted in my phone and postpaid was of no use. Then i travelled overseas.
                                  But when i enquired my family if prepaid number is active, it wasnt active after 5 days too..And after a month i got mail from idea asking for bill payment if next cycle month. I was confused that why should i pay when i completed all formalities for deactivation and cleared my outstanding balance. I dropped mail to customer care for same, but they responded after tooo long that my number was showing active so i will be charged. What is my mistake here and why should i pay for this cycle? By the mean time i got legal notice from idea with court for bill clarification. Now i am staying abroad, and i am really not understanding how could they charge my 1330 rs for deactivated period as my base plan was 444 rs and they say i used data so the bill went to 1330. what the hell?? I didnt even had network coverage and my postpaid card was not even inserted in mobile phone, instead i was waiting for prepaid to get activated. But neither that happened.
                                  This is ridiculous service and i dont know what to do now, and why to pay for the other period which is no used at all. And my brother in india is continuosly getting calls that case is being filed against me and all. Please sort this out, and let my charges get waived off, i am not going to pay for the month where my number was deactivated, its your system issue that says my number was active still.
                                  I am again giving compalint here, as previously there was closure of ticket as resolved without resolving my issue,
                                  I am not sure if somebody here really cares about consumer complaints or not?

                                    From last 2 bills idea has added subscription charges in my bill.
                                    Simply i want to know the "way of my authentication" to activate that service.
                                    Again and again they give me useless answer they said "sir eise he hota hai"

                                    How can idea and other operator pay any amount to third party without take permission (I. E otp, form etc.) form there customer.

                                      This is kamalakarr. Contact num is [protected]. I have ported my existing reliance connection [protected] to idea sim. After 7 days my number was activated successfully. Before connection your executive told some story sir, our network is this our network is that, unlimited calls, daily 1 gb net and no roaming charges (Especially a lady mentioned outgoing and incoming calls). We have so many offers. Said please use our network. We give this much offers. 2nd story after activation saying that, a person called saying about plan details. 800 mins free, after 800 mins charges applicable, & only 1 gb internet. So, i called to customer care, i gave 3 times complaint about the situation. But cleverly they closed without any information. One lady called and said i will raise a complaint but finally not received any information about complaint. This is your service. Finally i spoke with sirisha
                                      Told (Escalation department). Arguing like anything. Finally you people disconnected my services. Due to wrong information i got 850/- rs bill. This is the way you people are maintaining your services. Squeezing from the customers pocket. Trying to raise a complaint but wantedly your executive # are disconnecting the calls.
                                      I will promote this information in social media. I will not pay the extra charges. I will promote like anything. You people are playing with customers. #. Lady executives are also behaving like... Nonsense. I am going to promote this incident through social media

                                        Sir, myself deepak kumar. I had an idea postpaid sim, got ported out recently on 08/08/17 to airtel. My concern is regarding security deposit of (Rs.150/-) and last payment with idea of (Rs. -119/-) which yet to be paid. I visited the idea store after got ported out and told to wait for 90 days as the money will get refund automatically by cheque to my mailing address. But till the date it has not done. I have attached my last bill with idea dated 01/09/17. Pls find it.
