Dear sir!

Previously i was using 3gsim. After i upgraded my mobile to 4g, i swapped my idea sim from 3g to 4g on 4th of november 2017. After the new sim activated, i visited idea 4g website and searched for offers, and i got to know about the offer of rs.392 which gives unlimited calls and daily 1 gb 4g for 84 days. Then i requested for that offer by entering my sim number on 5th november 2017, 11.20am, then i received notification of acceptance and it was mentioned to recharge rs.392 for 84 days validity. Then i recharged for rs.392 on the same day. But my all offer got expired on 18/11/17. Kindly view this issue and do the needful.

    Idea customer care executives are always busy. By default packs are activated in my no and automatically balance is deducted. Whenever i try to call the customer care it always comes out to be busy. I can't understand any time i call them they comes out to be busy and busy and busy. Fed up with their service. Thrice money has been deducted from my number but due to their pathetic service i am unable to talk to their executives to resolve my problem.

    Suddenly message comes in mobile that your code has been activated and balance is deducted but i have never applied for activation for such code. Automatic pack activation is there and balance is deducted from my mobile daily some or other pack is automatically activated and balance gets deducted. Apart from this whenever i call customer care they are always busy any time they are busy. Clearly it is intentional fed up with pathetic service of idea

    Asked to close idea broadband in September end, as I was leaving Pune. However received call from idea in November and being asked to pay the bill told them otherwise they will take legal action. As I have left Pune I have not used broadband from September end so no question of payment... now they are torturing me. Request you to help.

    To get the call details for the given number you can mark an e-mail on [email protected] or else you can send an SMS to get the invoice with the complete details that is for EBILL- EBILL<space>MONTH e.g: EBILL<space>JAN and send it to 12345. If your e-mail id is not registered with us first register your e-mail id follow these steps i.e. send EMAILID<space> e-mail address to 12345. For example EMAILID<space>[email protected].     Unknown message from 51998 and deducted Rs.3 every time

    Dear Sir
    I got message from 51998 number today.They are sending jokes without me subscribing it intentionally. One message has charged 3 rupees. I am not Interested in keeping this service. So Please deactivate this service from my number ([protected]).

      I was received below notice for idea last month regarding due amount

      Dear customer, your idea mobile ba[protected]/9370277xxx (Nuber hide) due amount is rs. 261.62 request you to make the payment to avoid further action.

      I have tried paid this amount by idea app and online portal but since i have port my no. That time to air-tel it din't accept transaction. Then i was psycaly went to idea outlet and did this payment. I have attached photograph of soft copy. Still i have received 2nd notice about attend lok adalat at shivaji nagar court on 9th dec 2017.

      Please check below notice-

      Post repeat follow-up u have failed to pay bill o/s 596 of idea a/c[protected] / 93702xxxxx (Hide this digit) request you to attend lok adalat at shivaji nagar court on 9th dec 2017 with notice no - 29372/lok/dec-17 for further details call our legal representative 9982

        Your idea internet facility is too much worst, cheap.
        Today your internet facility is down without any reason
        Your network is too much slow, i set it to 3g mode but i am not able to stream properly.
        I want to port my this number into any other network.
        Till its 12:35 am but i am not able to stream or download any videos
        I know that you are unable to tackle this issue. But still i am writing and raising my complaint to you

          I have port out my number [protected] from idea post paid to jio prepaid which request was done on 16/10/17. I have paid my post paid bill which was rs. 771.72 on date 17/10/17 while receipt no.:[protected] for account no.:[protected]. Again i paid future payment on dated 18/10/2011 while receipt no.:[protected] amount rs. 250.00/-
          Today i have received a mail from idea for rs. 1027.10/- bill date 16-nov-2017 which is totally unfair because my number was already ported on 21/10/2011. Total rant may be for 5 days only and i already paid 250 rupees extra to company.

            My Idea number also stopped working form 16th November night. I contacted customer care and they are saying that they are fixing the issue. But not resolved yet.

              Rs 5000 deducted from my credit card without my authorization. I received call from [protected] saying calling from sbi bank and said we are sending you new card and i said okay then they asked if i want to transfer my rewards points too. I agreed to it but they said balance is low so we cant process but can transfer to credit card so i gave the details of my icici credit card and they deducted rs 5000 from it. The transaction was made to idea cellular bildesk. Please look into it and refund the amount. My icici credit card number is [protected].

                This is only the second month sine i ported my number to idea. Lastmonth also thay charged me rs 25 for downloading something that i did not download. This month there are rs 200 charged again for downloading same app/service - 'animation by nazara' twice, which itself points towards fraudulent charges. Now they are refusing to reverse these charges. I am extremely disappointed in idea due to the ongoing cheating and spurious charges.

                  I have applied for porting out service as i am willing to change my service provider from idea-mobile to jio mobile. I have completed full final payment with idea-mobile - [protected]. The concern authority of idea not providing the clearance of settlement green signal to the new service provider (Jio). So i am unable to disconnect my present service provider by transferring to new service provider continuing with same mobile number.

                  At the same time idea is charging me illegal data services where as my mobile not at all enable for internet or data. The reason of changing the idea mobile is due to their weak network issue. Even i had so many complain launched to develop their network in the area where i am residing, but there was no such initiative observed from them.

                      I visited your authorized office( Near shahu corner) at ichalkaranji. As per government rule there is no charges for upgradation sim to 4G and KYC, but they are demanding money for that. They are demanding 10 rupee for KYC and 50 Rupee for upgradation to 4G .So take action against as early as possible.

                        As per the idea offer of rs 357 with 1.5gb/ day, unlimited calls, and i fb free data and 100% cash back if we activate the plan through idea app or website... After doing the same thing i never recieved cash back, when i called customer care number i was told cash back will be received after half an hour... I did not r coerce any so i called after 3hours then my call was transferred to support team in which i spoke with ashwini... Who was pathetic... If this is the customer service provided then it is the worst that idea provides... Keeping a customer on hold for 10 minutes and then talking rude...
                        I was informed it was not 100% cash back but i will receive some 7coupons and then some kind of 51 rs cash back which was never mentioned in website...
                        So this is somethingfraud happening.
                        I request you all to give me a solution of this or else i will sue idea
                        I might choose other provider if this is happening and i will make sure i will tell all this things to everyone

                          I am a idea pospaid customer [protected], i was using idea prepaid connection and 2015 the idea excutive girl cals me and force me me to convert to postpaid, already i told i dont have interest and they force me and came to my site and give me the new sim. They told about there plan 399 but till now i dint get the bill below 500. They are cheating. Sometimes i got 600 + bill and they making fake stories abt vas activation, and so i stop using this sim connection but after long time i need this number because of my worked based on this number. I asked them to change to prepaid connection they didnt giv me, they told me to take pospaid again and use 3 months and change to prepaid after 3 months. I take welcome back connection with 399 plan again but now the second month again my bil amount is 700+. I want to react againist to the cheating. Nowadays we get jio or good offered prepaid connections but i fall in to this because the girls executives call and crying to take the connection and after that they are doing such cheatings

                          I was using idea prepaid and the idea executive girl continuously called me disturbed and force me to take postpaid connection. I didnt go to there office they came to my work site and collected my documents.. They told me about 399 plan but i didnt get the bill bellow 500 til now, they adding fake charges vas and i just stop using, i asked to go back to prepaid they dont give me, now i again take the welcome back connections with same number because number belongs to my work.
                          Now the second month they start the same cheating vas fake charges my plan is 399 my bill is 700 above

                            It is the usual practice of idea, looting customers money in the name of a service which was not activated or even unheard of. My 35 rs was deducted from balance on 18th november 2017 at 12.18 am in the name of having activated sunny games. This is the 5th time i am facing the same cheating. Idea could have begged the customers instead of such cheap strategies to extract customers money

                              Sir/madam, I have been subscribed to an unknown VAS pack called COMBO PACK worth ₹150 per month. But I haven't sent any request to them, I haven't clicked any pop up, I haven't even seen their pack ad on my mobile screen yet I got subscribed to the pack. Please do help me in getting my money back.

                                Idea cellular is charging customers for idea power services which can not be deactivated through compliant at 198 also, and the same situation arises when we don't want to hear caller promo when we call somebody causing waste of 20 seconds each time when we make a voice call. Time is money, we know that, idea is charging money in first problem above and charging time in the later case.

                                  Dear team,

                                  I have received a call from [protected] on 05.30pm (Dated 17.11.2017) on my mobile no. [protected], where he said we are calling from citi bank online reward points department and he asked me to provide credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and he asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms received i could see that the transaction amount was in the status of spent then i questioned him about the spent word then he said it is being spent for now but will be converted as cash in 10mins. Also amount of 4761rs was deducted in 4 consecutive transaction with merchant name "idea money" and idea payment.

                                  Immediately when i notified the bank and card was blocked and i could see total of 19050 was debited from my credit card. Now when i reached bank executive then they too confirmed that transaction is done and they advised me to block the credit card. After this i tried to contact that person but the mobile no. Is in not reachable or switched off mode.

                                  Kindly request you to please help me to revert this transaction.

                                    Very irresponsible and unsatisfactory customer care service. Unnecesary messages from iz-ideacare. Wasteful reminders of linking adhaar card and mobile number instead of connecting the call to the customer care executive. After calling the customer care executive thrice, the reminder of linking the adhaar card and mobile number plays in a repeated form. Very disappointed with the service as this was complained before as well but no action was taken.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ported number [protected] on 11 nov 2017 and it was ported on 17 nov 2017 and i was asked by idea store guy to call 59059. From that time till date i am trying 59059 but it is not connecting.

                                        When call idea support and tell my problem they wouldn't talk logical and keep on saying please try calling 59059.

                                        Please provide any other number or activate services of my new idea number [protected].

                                        My alternate number is [protected].

                                        I think buying idea was worst decision.
