As i am using idea post paid plan with bearing number mob. No.[protected], last from 4 to 5 years, tariff plan of t99. But on 02/09/2017 i have got call from costumer representative from idea, as he has informed that the another which i am offering you in rs.199 rental with data of pack 3g 2gb/monthly and all india calling free, then i have agreed with his offer and said yes to change my plan. But after changing the plan till date i have got 3g data 1gb only instead of as he told 2gb. From day 3rd sep 2017 till date i am lodge the requiest on e-mail and on 198, til date they have not responding to me, i think they are making fraud with me. Please do the needfull to me.

    My idea no. is [protected] postpaid SIM .i used it for three months and bill came of three months i have paid last bill of 1200 rs and requested to put this no at bar company executives were ready for that, they said to pay the amount and we ll put this at bar idea, I agreed too and paid the amount i threw that sim.. now they mailed another bill fo1400rs and I haven't used that no. And no callsor any services were used, they should have closed the account as my responsiblty was over.. I am not liable for any of a such bill issued ...bhopal idea legal team is harrassing and treating for collection saying and even filed a case u/s 412, 413 and etc and and saying jail...please take action..otherwise I am moving to TRAI.

      I am your one of the regular customer and satisfy with service provided by you in past. On Friday i.e. 22nd of sept 17 I have
      Booked New handset MI MAX 2 in your special offer with replacement against my handset. This is third handset booked from Flipkart. After online test you have decided price of my handset and I am
      Ok with it. Then deal was final and amount was deducted. What happen at the time of delivery was my handset found dent and my handset delivery cancelled due to it.
      When online test was done no one asked me to mention the if there is any dent on handset. I am also not in favour to undisclosed any information.

      Dear Sir/Madam, as I was ready to handover my handset to you yesterday, handset was restored to factory settings, my entire data was on other drive and now deal is cancelled puts me
      In difficult situation. I went to your office yesterday to collect handset as I was not available at the time person came to my office. I am really disappointed yesterday and faces
      Lot of issues . In our telecom industry 90% work load is on handset and as deal cancelled my work slowed down yesterday.

      In our BIRLA Group we also always focus on customer satisfaction. Our customer base is huge and includes Retailers, Distributors and end users.
      Always there is solution and some exceptions are there if any issues arises to customers in our BIRLA Group.

      I hope your organisation also having same focus for customer satisfaction. FLIPKART is really one of the best online portal which I personally trust and I hope you will also

        My name is atul nehra, my number is [protected], i have port this number from vodafone to idea few months back, i am using this number from last 4-5 years. I had some network issues due to which i port it to idea, i m connected with my world through this number, my car has got theft two months back, my phone was in there, i got my phone back now, due to this i did not inserted my idea sim in my phone, last 10 days back i have putted it in my phone now then i found that you guys have deactivated my sim. And i tried everything roaming from one idea store to another. Nobody is listening they are saying go to vodafone store you will get back your number from there. And when i asked vodafone store they are saying they haven't received any formal request or anything from idea, saying you still have time, idea store can reactivate it, the first time when i went to your idea store in ghaziabad on 15th september 2017, but your people have nothing to do with your customer satisfaction as i am facing right away. Today is the 26th day after my deactivation of sim, day of deactivation of my sim is 30th august 2017, your store has wasted my 10 days left me nothing but to email you about this problem i am facing, i still have 5 days left with me, nobody has contacted me on my alternate number [protected]. To inform me that you guys are deactivated my number then why you guys take your customer alternate number if you cannot inform anybody and suddenly you just deactivated. Vodafone has 56 days period to retain back your no. Why don't you also apply it in your company. I have your idea sim, please reactivate my no. Else i have to take legal action against your company services. I am really upset, i buy this number from a retailer which costs me almost 15 k. And i cannot afford to loose this no.in any case, please help me out on this.
        Kindly reactivate my no. I am looking forward to a revert back from you soon.

        I went to idea store make them seen all the riverts from a complaints team, tried everything, requested them, finally got the approval from mumbai team after three days, did my first recharge and took a new sim from idea store. Now my no. Is active.

        I am awaiting for your response, I am asking for a positive reply, what are the steps have you taken on the issue of the deactivation of my prepaid idea sim which i ported it fron vodafone to idea, i told your people already in the idea store that this is very important for me to reactivate my sim because i have my gas connection, bank connected via this number so if i am doing any online transaction or billing i asked for an OTP which comes on my no.[protected]. This is my registered no. I was out of India for two month due to my official work just after when my car got theft cuz my phone was in there, please i m in a urgency of my no. I can't even open my gmail, yahoo account because they all are password protected with a security code which only comes on this no.[protected], i need my no. Back whosoever the concerned person is.. help me to activate my sim there is still 4 days left including today from the day of deactovation. I want my no. In idea only, i want the same operator, please dont make me suffer.

        I have already visited so many times, i m not finding any suitable anwer, they strictly said that they cant help me, saying go to vodafone store because vodafone is your first operator, i m really clueless, vodafone saying idea is your last operator because u port it to idea only idea can help me to reagain my no. Please console my problem give me the contact person name or contact no. Else arrange a call back on this no.- [protected], where else i would go?? I just want my no. To be activated, should i need to launch a f. I. R against your company, please fit me in with the solution of this problem, they do not have satisfied answer, i want my no. Back, for that i can go to any extent if i need to, hope u understand my problem, give me the appropriate solution.

          Top of above mobile made through icici bank for rs. 110/- carried out and transaction detail is "bil/[protected]/mobile idea rec/eu roacryls45gkw.
          Inspite of payment made the top has not been done.
          I thought that is transaction failure. I therefore agian made topup for rs. 110 vide transaction"bil/[protected]/idea mobile top/eu roacryls45gkw
          As detailed in my account. This too did not appear in my mobile
          Please let me know why the top up two transaction has not showing and the balance is same rs. 63
          If transaction is not accepted by idea it should be refunded imidiately.

            Hi have an idea postpaid number and i am guilty about it now. Since 1 month my number is barred from calling. Though asked them to send a physical bill copy which they never did, till now.

            It's been an hour and i'm saturated now realizing how in-convenient your support base could be. For past 1 hour, i was unable to speak to any customer support fellow till now.

            I have decided to switch to airtel or vodafone after this mess it sought out.

            Please don"t buy idea because you have no idea of the fact they have no idea about their own company.

              My cousin purchased idea postpaid. His bill is due he gives my no as a reference no. And that idea recovery agent calling me to tell my cousin to pay the amount till 5 o clock other wise he will stop the services of my no as i'm not the customer of idea.
              What the hell is the recovery system of this wellknown company, obviously he provided his address detail idea can go der and ask for payment even i read the recovery rules on the site and it never even mentioned the connection between the actual customer and reference no wala person
              And i don't even know dat my no is going to be referred their
              Idea should gv thair staff a better training for how to talk people and 1st of all they have to know the rules regarding thair job

                I have registered my number to be ported from airtel to idea. I did all the formalities for portability. 3 days back my number from airtel is deactivated but still there is no range on my new idea mnp sim. I went to idea offices many times still nobody is able to provide a solution. Please resolve this asap. Currently my number is deactivated from both the providers.

                  I was using postpaid plan in idea and decided to change it to prepaid. So on 15th of this month when the bill was generated i went to idea store and lodged the request. They took the bill amount plus they said it will take 7 days to process so i will have to pay 114 more for 7 days. On 19th i received a sms stating that my request has been closed due to outstanding balance. I called customer care and they said to don't worry your money as we can see 114 rs is unpaid. Then again on 23rd i received sms for cancellation of my request. I went to idea store this time and the person there said that 30 rs you will again has to pay as your 7 days are over and for next 3 days it will again take to process and this time he said your request will be processed. Now today i again received a sms stating my request has been cancelled due to outstanding amount. I called customer care and talked to senior executive and she says you will have to pay from 15th to 26th as it will take more time to process.

                    I have ported the line from vodafone, to india on 04/09/17, because of they also used to activate the vap service, made several complents to vodafone but no repsonce from them. Then i shifted to idea, it is the worse experince i have ever since i have member of idea, since day 1 i am getting message of lot of service actived when i am not activating any of the servies. I made several complents to the person from whome i have take the tranfer i.E. 91-[protected], but no body is picking up the phone. Even i complent with idea customer care. I had activated dnd service but they are not ready to activate the service and i now wanted to discontinued by internet service they are not allowing me to do so. They are contineously sending the messages that so and so service is activated and they are charging for the same on my bill.

                    Please look into urgently, as i am fed of these of telephone companies

                      As per trailing mail, your deptt continuous misguiede & misbehave with me, please look into the matter & resolve the issue on priority basis, details as given below:-
                      1 purchase new sim in nov 2014, can you confirm me all document submit in the name of om prakash meena or not

                      2. If yes why your system showing my name as om meena

                      3. On 20 aug 2017 i lost my mobile & block the sim date. Next day i visit connught place idea store & provide the pre paid sim, which sim not activate due to name mismatch.

                      4. Your idea store representative suggest me, we can issue post paid sim & activate within 2-3 hours. At that time i have no option due to my no. Very old & my business depend upon this no. But i request that person please try to give me prepaid paid but that person interested to provide me post paid with very high plan 349/- next time when i visit idea store to convert to post paid to pre-paid they misbehave with me.

                      5. Matter raised to your customer & appellate authority but as on date matter still pending. Neither they confirm me documents which are submitted to you in nov 2014 nor refund the post paid charges as they assure me refund the full amount after convert to post paid to pre paid.

                      I recharge rs 91 the credit is only. 380 mb. given I recharge. Earliy 1 week ago I receive the. Msg. After 3 days recharge. The credit to. 3GB but today I have only 380.                         Hey, my sim is not working i can not message, call or use internet. When i go to settings and change subscription to my idea sim it shows subscription not active and when i put this sim in other phone it show sim registration failed. It's been two or three months since i have use this sim and when i used it today it shows various problems that i mentioned above, this problem is annoying me.

                          My father owns a postpaid idea no. [protected], he has been regularly requesting idea officials/personals for conversion of his postpaid no. To prepaid no. But he is continuously being mislead and unwillingly he has to pay hefty amount every month without his wish. Every time he go for conversion, he is mislead, this is happening for last four months. He is very disappointed and feels cheated by idea services.

                              I am user of idea prepaid with number [protected] i did a recharge of rs 697 on 21 aug 2017 i was told that i will get 1.5 gb internet daily and all my calls would be free. I got the same till 21 sept 2017 and till then i had not received any internet data but my calls are free on complaining at contact no 12345 i am not getting any satisfactory reply all the employees are saying different things and are unable to resolve the issue.

                                Myself rupal. Idea service for mobile proving some recharge offer globally and additionally they are providing and advertising a lot to attract customers that, dial *121# and get your special offer.

                                Here special offer means its available to your number only. And not for all. Based on that, i have recharged today for rs.95/- by checking ftt 95 means full talktime avail on 95 recharge.

                                But after recharge i came to know they provided 77 rs talktime only and other service like i2i 11 pm to 6 am free etc... Which is i don't needed at all and was not my purpose of recharge.

                                I am customer of idea since many years, idea is cheating their long relational valuable customers in this way.

                                Please beware of any such offer from idea. And hope for co-operation from idea service customer care. My number is [protected] and recharge done in same.

                                I want full talktime now. If they really value their customer they will support else i will force for 1 more step to get rid of idea sim

                                  I had been user of your esteemed services since 2010 through mobile no. [protected] (Post paid - chhattisgarh circle). After due clearance from idea i have port my number to airtel in may 2017.
                                  I had paid my all outstanding dues/ payment, on 05.05.2017. Later on by mistake i had paid rs 1100/- twice (Total-rs. 2200/-) from my icici account-vide transaction reference no. Bil/[protected]/ideabill/ideacellular ii & bil/[protected]/ideabill/ideacellular i dated 05.05.2017 to get clearance from your side for completion of porting of my number to airtel.
                                  Therefore kindly acknowledge the extra payment of rs 1100/- made by me.
                                  Recently i received a phone call from your lawyer mr. Singh that some amount of rs 766/- is still balance.
                                  You are requested to kindly let me know the details of said amount and if it is kindly adjust the same from my extra paid amount (Rs 1100/-) and balance amount may please be reimburse to me by dd/e-payment.

                                  I have recharged for 50rs under magic recharge offer.
                                  i did'nt get any magic recharge and i get only 39rs of recharge and they mentioned 7.63rs of GST and where is my remaining amount.i want to know.

                                    Collection team harassment for 10 number payment.

                                    I am using Idea service from last 10-12 years but from few months I am suffering very poor, bad experience from Idea. I am using 4 connections in CUG but my other 2 no.s are not added in my CUG. I talked with customer care they advised me to go idea care center I took followup more than 100 times but they not giving proper solution.

                                      I was recieving a huge bill amount for my idea postpaid no. My plan is for 499 and i am getting bills generated for double the bill amount.
                                      When i inquired with the customer care, i found out that a vas named as dindo is added to my plan since june with a monthly charge of rs 210.

                                      This is really shocking as i have never applied of this vas. Even the customer care is not aware of what is this service all about and said that this is a 3rd party provided vas which is charging from idea and hence, idea is charging from me.
                                      But i have never opted for any vas. This is unacceptable that idea is charging extra money from the customers.

                                      Since june, i have paid 840 rs extra for this stupid service which no one knows what it is for and no one has an answer for this!!

                                      I want the money to be refunded back.
