My idea number ([protected]) stopped working so as per customer care advice I got duplicate sim issued. i deposited voters ID as proof.The store person filled the necessary form and said to wait for 2-3 hours as according to her, after 2.5 hours, the sim will be activated but after even 6 hours there is no service. Kindly help to resolve the issue

    I had applied for port in facility on 29th sep'17, i. E 4 days back through indrapastha tower outlet, mg road, indore mp. On that day your e-kyc was not working. Your executive deepak (What i remember his name) took all my documents and assured that my port-in will be processed on behalf of documents provided (Aadhar card, photo). But to my surprise when no verification happened in last 4 days i went to the same store again. Reaching there i met sameer and lakhan. They did e-kyc and told me that it will further take 7 working days for getting the process completed as e-kyc has happened today.

    It was actually bad on your part that your guys didn't process my case and my 4 days were wasted, was this my fault that your e-kyc was not working on that day.

    What if i would not have visited your outlet i would have been in impression thinking that my case is in process. This i complained to the store manager nitin (Contact number : [protected]). He was also stating that as per normal process it will take another 7 working days. I said boss, was it my fault your e-kyc was not working, my case tat has started 4 days back and now it is your duty to ensure in another next 3 working days (Total 7 days) get the formalities completed.

    When i was not getting satisfactory solution i asked him to give contact number of someone senior over and above him. He gave his superior number named amir (Contact number : [protected]) who mentioned himself as senior manager who is handling stores of indore, jabalpur, raipur etc. Same whole details was mentioned to him.

    To my surprise of life time i got an horrible customer service temperament from such a senior level person who straight away commented that "at his level they are not directly dealing with guest and his store manager will do the needful for me, apart he also mentioned that he doesn’t have much time to speak to me"

    I literally didn’t utter a single word after that and thanked that gentleman and dropped my call. Guys which kind of customer service standards are maintained in this company were a senior person at area head level is not at all interested in speaking to guest for giving resolution. Are these guys working for customer, for which work they are in system then. If they are not interested to listen to customer grievances when there juniors have failed to satisfy customer queries then i am really sorry for the future of this company having such employees handling this mega brand.

    I am hoping that i am reaching to right people through this concern highlighting real time scenario at ground level. Hoping for someone senior to acknowledge this matter.

      I m using idea postpaid connection. [protected]. Executive told me that he has activated the 599 plan but there is no 599 plan in plan list, he activated 2 plans simultaneously 349+249 without telling me the details, which i come to know in the month of august, i have denied to pay bill amount coz it is finally costing more than rs. 1000 every month, before this when i was on roaming even then my bill was too less than this amount. I m not able to understand why should i pay more.in august i went to idea store to resolve the problem but problem still exist in the same way. After all this, i stopped calling from this number, interestingly i m getting a bill of rs. 910.
      I asked to cancel all plans in august but things are still same. No one is listening to my problem.
      Now i want to change my postpaid connection to prepaid connection or i'll port my to any other service provider.

        Everytime when i visit to link my adhar network problem in the shop, , so far i have visited the shop more than 10 times each times i waited around 1 hour after an hour they are saying some network issue so we cant update your adhar and asking me to come on some other day.

          I raised a request to convert my idea post paid mobile number to prepaid connection. They were telling it will take 72 working hours for the sim to get activated. Last three days were holidays for them, and they work 12 hours a day, in that case, will it take 6 working days for them to get activate my sim card? And do you think i am sitting ideally at home and do gaming with my phone all these 6 days? In this case, please clearly mention in your business drives, that idea is meant for people who don't work. How foolishly the customer care are responding i can't even mention. If i my team is responding this way to our customer, we will not survive in the coming 6 months itself. Better to switch to other network is what i am feeling. Worst at its best is idea!!

            I may present the following matter for your kind consideration. I am an idea customer ([protected]). I hava a complaint about your customer service. As per the information from your idea customer center (Said that 397 offer covers 56 day 1 gb net offer +call rate), i recharged from a nearby shop on 30/9/2017 at 7.30pm. But didnt get call offer.. So i again contacted customer center and they said that it was due to network problem and asked me to wait for 6 hours. I waited till yesterday noon, but didnt get the offer. I once again called and they assured me that it would ok by night. I waited again and today morning i contacted again with your customer centre and now they said that it will not get for me.

            I recharged this offer as per your customer center's instruction and you cheated me. I want this offer otherwise i will look forward and register complaint.

              Hi, to the concerned team!!! Um writing this with the terrible n abominal experience i had with u guys, i used an idea sim i lost it 3months back also i had a phone ideally got damaged followed by the sim break, i had totally forgotten to make my payment, but wasn't even notified though, but i started getting calls from this specified number [protected] and the other number [protected] so wen i got a reminder stating that i will b making my payment in next two days, so they ideally told me they can't wait or there will be warrant issued or a fir filed against my name... I told them plz go ahead i know how the legal works um ready to face it... Coz authentically i know tht was not a biggest mistake coz i know what i was doing next, to say i got call from this number [protected] stating that this has to b dun today and this lady she claims she is a pc who ideally turns out to b a unprofessional wench abusing me and my entire family and groups, which ticked me off...! And also said this stating i have all your recordings i am going to upload it on the internet... Now my concerns are is the privacy that a network gives to their customers? Secondly is the professional way of dealing? And i wud have made thousands of xalling including my personal and deep personal calls so is the privacy that a netwrk providers can give their customers... Um deeeply concerned about every other customers now... I am ready to face this on media or anywr as well... I have the voice clips of the lady who spoke to me... And using abusing and filthy statements i am ready to legaly go against idea... The totally crappier customer care executives this is deeply a private and privacy concerns and also this has hit my self respect!!! Now wts next people plz help!!!

              From last 2 months there is not enough network in our area thats why there are lots of problem in communication and 3G internet network is so slow that we can not use properly other mobile networks is strong in our area then whats problem only with idea, pl confirm

                I'm getting problem of slow internet. I buyed this sim one and half month back. Im not satisfied with this speed. When i'm using net on the i can see 4g but the speed is 2g. You tell me in 4g network do they provide 30kbps speed. Please solve this problem. Or i change port my sim to another network. I called customer care 4 to five times but my problem was not solved. This is my humble request to you plz solve this problem. Im not at all satisfied with my speed. My handset is 4g. Lenovo k6 power

                  I don't got full benefit of recharge, i don't got unlimited local and std calls on my rs.404 recharged done on date 29 september 2017, i was complaint at idea office but not solved my problem, i was call at customer care many time but not attached my call any time, i'm not satisfied for service, please solve my complaint fast, i had 3-4 days to recharged and still i don't got full benefits, please solve this complaint fast

                    My number is [protected]. On 07 Oct 17, i switched on my mobile at 0157 hrs in the morning. soon after a few minutes i found the data of 1 GB is missing from my account. the data was credited on that particular day at 0000 hrs. i called up ur customer care number but the executive refused to register my complaint. This has happned several times with me. Where should i take the matter up now.

                        It has been 5 or 6 times when i have been charged rupees 3 or maybe 5 by the services of 51998. I haven't touched the phone since the past 3 hours and there is no one in my room still the message says you used the service. When i talked to customer care the employee was very rude and was not listening to me at all. If i had used the service, why would i call the customer care?
                        Till now, 20 rupees have been deducted. I want no such balance deduction should take place in future otherwise i will have to switch the services to some other company.
                        Also, train your customer care executives to listen more, talk less and in a polite manner.

                              This is to bring into your kind notice that i am a regular customer of your idea cellular from the past 6 years but day by day the quality of your customer sevices is getting poorer.
                              Last month i changed my postpaid rental plan to 349/- per month in which the executive told me that in this you will get local n std call unlimited free plus i will get 5 gb data. But when the bill comes then they have charged the amount for the same and also i am only getting 1 gb data pack from 5 gb
                              This shows that the company has cheated and lied on me as they had told me a wrong data plan n making me fool. From airtel i get an offer that if i would change my sim from idea to airtel postpaid then in 399 i would be getting local, std, other mobiles cals unlimited free plus getting 21 gb data pack per month.
                              I think, i had done a big mistake to continue and trust on your company. This behaviour of your company is highly irresponsible and untrustworthy.

                              It is humbly requested you to either solve my querry as soon as possible or i will be porting my sim to airtel.

                                I have recharged my number [protected] with 198 rs on 1 october 2017. But i have still unable get good service. My net is not working.. At my location range is full but no voice quality.. I am trying customer care to speak it is worst i found today.. I am feeling cheated so i ask you call me for my problems solutions or i[censored] can't please pay back my cash i will send my account number

                                  From past 6 months we are facing problem of internet use. We paid an 4g & 3g internet recharge amount, but we can't get the service of internet properly.
                                  When we use internet at the same time we faces our network conjunction problem and we can't get the access of internet. So we are not able to use internet at this instant. So our recharge amount also get wasted and we don't get the benefit of internet. We had done complaint to your customer care on 198 & 121 but they had not solved our problem from past 6 months.
                                  So solved the problem immediately otherwise we choose another option.

                                    I have a post paid connection with idea cellular ([protected]). Recently i landed in usa, i did not get the signal to my sim. So, activated international roaming with rs 2000. However, i am not getting any signal which is very important to me to get the signal. I am disappointed with that i can not get any messages or calls as all my credit/debit cards linked to this mobile.

                                      Robbing customers has been a way to become rich in this technology and communication world, and they find ways to do it. Twice i had deduction of 3rs each and every time they said it's because of one charges i activated by dialing some number, but i haven't requested nor wrong dialled, and i did not use my mobile for 5 hours when had this last deduction (Unless the mobile dialled itself which ain't possible), when i called customer care to take the complaint they persisted me that i have dialled, so i asked him if i dialled a number there has to be a request and evidence in my call list or request list and send me the copy of my dial list, he is faking around and told me he cant take the complaint. This is a bad way to treat customers and i would kindly request to solve such pathetic issues. If they can try and fool a literate, wonder how they might fool the illiterates telling you dialled some xxxxx number and persistently telling you have dialled numbers. The thing here is they aren't transparent, if i have requested there has to be authentication, but i don't see non here. It's just day light snatching.
