Today i. E 5 10-2017 in the forenoon between 9-10 am an amount of rs 9996 was tranferred to idea cellular bill desk mumbai using my credit card no 3838 based on a fraud call from mobile no [protected]. Their pretex was to transfer reward points from my old card to new card. I request you to kindly stop this payment immediately and save my money from going to wrong hands.

I had done mnp from airtel prepaid to idea postpaid executive told me about offer 299 (For 6 months) which includes 1gb/daily for 4g, unlimited national/local calls. Sales executive used different address not mine and activated my sim
I live in ghansoli executive my plan got activated on 28 jully. I never got 4g network on my redmi note 4 phone. I told him he said tower expansion is going on in you area i waited 2 months i visited idea store nearby ghansoli store
They said 4g will not work on my phone as its 1800 bandwidth.
I get only 2g network its ridiculous.

I have another idea prepaid sim on which i can use 3g it works good. When i said i want to convert to prepaid store execute said you have to wait 90 days then i can do.

Idea postpaid prepaid is fine as it give me attest 3g coverage even call quality is poor in my home i don't get coverage i stay in good a
I want solution otherwise i will stop al idea service even prepaid and postpaid and go with some good operator.

I done my mobile preapaid recharge on last month at that time i got offer in 450 get a unlimated call and internet for 70 days after one month i m unable to call and use internet because when i make a call some annoucemnet is there you dont hav enough balance when i call your cust care executive manasi patil talking rudely. Within 24 hrs my problem is not solve then i will go in consumer court. My mobile number is-[protected]

I have given request on 27.09.17 for migration from postpaid to prepaid. My number ([protected]) deactivated on 29.09.17 but till date (05.10.17) my new prepaid number not activated. I called to customer care my times they were response very bad. If i called to postpaid they said already disconnected in postpaid plz call prepaid. If i called to o prepaid they said we have no details because prepaid sim is not activated plz call to postpaid customer care. I went to stores 2 times they said sim card pairing not done. I using this almost more than 10 years because of this worst service i have missed important calls.
I can't understood if we migrate from prepaid to postpiad, prepaid sim deactivated immidately new postpaid sim activated why this service not available in migration from postpaid to prepaid.
Who are reponsable if i missed any important calls?
And do you think i am sitting ideally at home and do gaming with my phone all these 6 days? In this case, please clearly mention in your business drives, that idea is meant for people who don't work. How foolishly the customer care are responding i can't even mention. If i my team is responding this way to our customer, we will not survive in the coming 6 months itself. Better to switch to other network is what i am feeling. Worst at its best is idea!!

This is my no.[protected] and trying to port this in idea service but it is getting rejected several times. I am not even getting proper reason of getting this rejected and they after asking them a lot times the reason they are giving is that this no. Is already active in idea but how come it is possible as i am using it as the vodafone since last 3 months.
The customer here wanted to port the current vodafone service in your service but it seems that you don't want any more customers and taking this issue very lightly.
If it is like that then please send me an appropriate answer and reason of rejection of my request to port my sim in your idea service.
Hope this time i will get the proper response.

I went to customer service center mandsaur (Mp) to close my idea postpaid connection last month on 4th sept but your employ there told me that since i brought the sim from gwalior i have to go there and give the application and he won't accept it here.. Then i called customer service centre to close my postpaid connection and they didn't close it either and now they are sending me bill related to it.. I just want them to close the connection and stop sending me bills related to it

My citi credit card (Xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-4651) has been misused by a fraudulent team on 4th oct 2017 between 3:00 pm – 03:30 pm.

The numbers of those frauds [protected]. I have attached the transaction dispute form for your reference. An amount of rs18, 800 was deducted from the citi credit card.

As of now, i have blocked my credit card. Please help to reverse these transactions that happened in the name "idea payment" on 04/10/2017 for the amount 18, 800rs.

All the four transactions has happened via idea payement

I had lodged a complaint i. E. Sr no 1091094, with idea money on account of a fraud transaction that was done using my debit card. Idea money notified me over email stating that the money has been moved out of idea money wallet and is now with law and enforcement. Its been 2 weeks, i dont have any update on the same. I need to know at earliest when the money would be credited to my account.

My number was deactivated without my consent on 29th september, i have activated my international roaming as i was travelling to singapore. On 29th september, my services was barred and when i interacted with the customer support, they said you have an unbilled amount of rs. 2230 which is under your credit limit, that is the reason we have barred the service.

At least they should have informed me once before they deactivating my number. Very poor service and only because of them i missed a lot of important calls, everything was on stake. Please rectify the issue and do the needful.

Hi have migrate from reliance to idea ([protected]) last week, but still my sim card didnt get network and no proper response from any of customer executive. Also visited idea office at prahladnagar gujrat, but get irresponsible answer by security people, also put email 3 times to [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com but get same automatic reply each time. My main number is out due to such people.

Still we are suffering for same problem and nobody take care about network problem for our locations. Technical executive are not give satisfaction answer to us and no one are follow-up for problem. I have given many time complains but no one take this matter seriously and every couple of month we are getting network problem at our location.

One’s idea relationship manager raghunath gadhavi came to us for visit and tell us that they will provide particular person to us for resolved our quire but all the tell from your bdm was not done anything for us and we cautiously give complain to them but not a signal answer come from their side.

We are getting lots of network problem at out office from couple of weeks our location “ plot no. 98 national highway no. 8, near ranasan ring road circle, opp. Surya palace hotel, village: limbadia, dist. Gandhinagar, gujarat (India) 382 330.”

For your information also have booster at our premises may setup by idea and it’s not working properly and due to that we get lots of network problem at our premises. Due to poor network at our location our business authorities (Directors) are suffer from big losses. We are unable to contact our business clients and vendors due to that we bearing losses.

I am sk amirul lslam. I want to install idea company mobile tower. There's no network coverage so, idea network too bad that user costumers is being negative minded about idea telecom services.
Most of consumer want to mnp other network. Actually there is no strong network coverage. I have a suitable place for mobile tower installation. My mobile no is [protected]

We want to slap on your face because you ### people not think about that a call might be done by someone in emergency circumstances but your network before connecting any call promote advertising about your network which waste someone's valuable time in which may be he/she die, or raped. I want to ask who gives you this right for a such promotion???
