Hello Sir I m Neeraj singh rana from Etawah, I m using Idea network sim. One month ago the network work so good but now I m facing big call drop problem. Many times I cannot connect tha call. Duting call my call disconnect autometcly. I m regular customer or Idea comp. But now I m facing vry problm plz solve it otherwise I will change the Network.

    Dear sir,
    This is for your kind notifications that as i was on roaming in the month of july 2017 and august 2017 at delhi location. I called at ur customer care regarding the data pack for which i paid 250 rs for 1 gb 3g data, but i could not use it for that i continuously called to ur cc that i m not getting the 3g speed, the customer care gave such a stupid answer every time i called... That at delhi in some locations idea do not have 3g connectivity as the joint venture between idea and vodaphone is no longer... I was residing at new ashoknagar in delhi... It means that first i recharge my data connection and then search the area or location where should be ur connectivity. So ridiculous answer by cc. Second thing i started my roaming pack of somehow 70-75 rs.. On which the cc told that i will get 100 calls free... And as i used so little calls my bill on roaming was added by 356 more amount and rest so many charges...in past i have cleared my so many bills o[censored]rs amounting from[protected] which were genuine on my understandings... But these false comittment o[censored]r third class cc services i do want to notify you that ur cc point is also so third class... As i visited there when i came to dehradun cause ur cc point at delhi did not given me a prompt reply... I visited to ur nehru colony idea cc point from where i have ported my bsnl sim to ur idea cellular... They are behaving in such a manner less... As i asked them to take my july month amount and i have to close my connection on 5th august as my billing cycle was coming on two days after on 7th they do not give any priority neither listening to my saying... They only listen when have to make the fool of customers... Nor i need ur connection and nor i will pay any unjustified amount that ur company have beared on me after such a stupid cc and cc points... With so poor services and adding up unwanted and unjustified payments in my bills, that time cc or cc point is not listening my problems so nor i have a time to get disturb by ur cc or cc points, else i have to lodge a complaint in consumer form against ur company's working of making fool of customer... Do kindly noted it...

    Kindly inform that i m now not on roaming and nor i m in need of your data pack and neither i required to continue your services... Kindly noted to close my data pack and roaming for this i would be not responsible to pay, as my number was closed on 6sept2017 unable to close my data pack and roaming pack kindly do the needful as i do not want ur further services i have currently paid ur july month payment of amounting 1154 and rest of amount of august will be paid by before 22 sept2017... So kindly close my data pack and roaming pack as i do not want to continue ur services and i will not going to pay any of my bills after this august 2017 bill. There is no reply of my mail droped at ur customer mail id none of my problem resolved so i will not going to pay any amount further... Kindly de activate my services...

      Idea cellular is biggest fraud and unethical company, i am idea postpaid user, complaint for issue like dnd and overbill, they dint resolve, so finally i decided to port, i hv paid 1 week bill in advance, but they failed my porting by giving some stupid reason, i went to idea head office in indore, they said that they don’t know why my port has not been done, they wrote a mail to higher authority and said again u try for port, it will b done, again i hv paid for 10 days extra bill, done all the lenghty process and company said that on 23 sep17 or porting will b done, bt again it is failed, i am feeling like mental torture, i wanna file criminal case also for this torture, i find time for all this very difficultly out of my hectic business schedule.

        Recharged of 404 on 2nd september 2017 for 84 days unlimited local call and 1gb per day. (As it was in my offer verified through *121# as well as on idea website).

        Outgoing was discontinued from 15th september and net was working.

        This friday (22nd september) even internet was discontinued.

        Called and registered complaints on 15, 16, 17, 18 and 21.
        Spoke with seniors as well.

        Have multiple complaint numbers.
        Last one said 404 84 days u/l local and 84gb net is credited to your account from 2nd september.

        Still i cant use any of the benefit.
        Friday last senior executive said he will directly mail from there and you will get a message and it will be resolved and still haven't received any message nor problem is resolved.

        This is how an old customer is handled??

        Hi,

        I have checked on my benefit my offer *121# and also on idea cellular site after entering my number and only then i recharged for 404.
        Also logged idea customer care complaints multiple times with senior customer care as well.
        Received message from your backend team that too multiple times stating your eligible for 404 rs recharge 84d local n 84gb net from 2nd september.2-3 senior executive agreed on it as well your eligible and should get the required benefit.
        got the message today as well on 28th sept as well.

            My series of complaints piling since 25 days :
            1. I requested for change to prepaid from postpaid.. Over customer care and personal visit to the idea hub... Every time i am being asked to do a different process which has wasted about 20 days... Even now my request has not been processed.
            In an era of such high speed processes, where even portability is managed smoothly, conversion from postpaid to prepaid in same company is taking such a long time.
            2. After all done, i received a call yesterday that my existing card would stop functioning for 2 days to activate new card. Being a doctor, having intensive practice, i informed them that i and my patients cannot afford to have my phone services disrupted for 48 hrs. If at all needed, they may disrupt at night time.
            Inspite of my strong refusal regarding disruption of phone call services, they have deactivated my phone since yesterday morning.
            I am totally disconnected with my work and family.
            I strongly condemn this ineffective and inconsiderate attitude and request appropriate action to be taken.
            And of course, it goes implied, that following this displeasing experience, i shall change my mobile services to another provider.

              I have moved to usa in june and i have converted my number from postpaid to prepaid between 20th to 23rd june. I've done all necessary recharges for my international roaming.

              As per usage policy communicated by idea helpdesk official i have to use my phone at least once in 90 days which i was trying to do in last month and i found that my number is temporary barred.

              I had raised concern multiple times through email support and to my surprise they had lot of different reasons each time like my postpaid balance is not cleared, you are not meeting usage policy etc. As per them the number got barred on 30th june 2017 which is just 8-9 days after activation.

              Always i am getting a reply with one of the reasons above and talk to customer service by dialing numbers which can not be done unless my number is active.

              I tried sending multiple emails and call to [protected] using my us number in last 10-15 days but nothing worked. The call either gets disconnected or land in postpaid department. I am facing lot of issues for my banking transactions and income tax filing as i can not use otp.

              Hello,

              I don't understand how come there is high unusage in just 7 days? Before 21st June my number was postpaid and I paid around 5000 bill for my international usage and then number got converted into prepaid on 22nd June. And as per multiple communications my number got barred on 30th June due to unusage. As per the policy which was communicated to me at idea store I need to use it at least once in 90 days. Please explain how it is high unusage in just 7-9 days? And may I request a callback on my US number to discuss further which will help me proceed further for my blocked financial transactions for which I feel idea is responsible due to different communications at different times.

              Since idea does not want to help me I had forced to send authority letter and send my cousin to my idea two times in last week but both the times they just took a note n said it will be resolved in 48 hrs.

              Still the issue is not resolved and this is restricting me to update the aadhar as well at every place as otp comes on mobile which was barred just after 8 days after moving to USA.

              Looks like idea has decided to trouble me by all ways. Thanks for all these pains n sleepless nights.

              Not sure what should I do for a justice.

                I ported my reliance number to idea postpaid. Idea store person given me assurance that my number will be ported within 7 days & new sim will be activated as soon as old sim gets deactivated, i just need to call on 59059.

                After 5 days when the old sim is deactivated i am trying 59059 to verify & activate new sim but it is saying cellular network not available while the network is full. I am stuck at this point.

                Request to idea people please help me. I need the number to be activated at the earliest as my entire communication goes through only that number.

                  I am using idea number prepaid no [protected]. I recharge 370 for full talk time. Then today unknown data usage 373 was deducted. So, when call to you representative they said data pack used by you around 100 mb. And i told him that can be refund or some wavier they representative said no he did not say to try. I was shocked. But i remember some setting problem today data was open for while 50 sec. Not more. You deducted 373 all my recharge money. I am very disappoint with your company. I trust idea thats why port in idea. I this you did wrong to me. I was share this to my friend that idea was doing this to costumers. One day 373 rs. For unknown data usage. I was share to all and media also that you did this to me. Truth will come to idea customers.

                  Last time if refunded money its my right but if you not refunded so i have last option to port for
                  Other company. Money is not important. Important is justice. My right.

                    I have called idea customer care but no one are responding properly. Am not satisfy with the service. I want to escalate this to idea management.

                      I have a corporate plan of idea. Firstly i contact to customer care to deactivate some sims because it was urgent. They told me to go to idea store regarding any service for corporate plan. Then i visit to idea store (Khandsa road, near sunrise hospital, gurgaon). The customer executive of that store said that we can't help you because we don't want to deactivate 5 sims and he also said that firstly i will see who is the customer than i decide whether to deactivate 4 or 5 sims. The customer executive present there was a disgusting person. Finally he told me to visit to idea store of sec 31, gurgaon.
                      I am so irritated that i have ported my numbers to airtel because at least they care about their customers. It's a loss for idea of 45000 per year and i have also decided to port my other sims of idea to airtel. Dear idea keep your attitude with yourself.

                        I have converted my Idea prepaid to Idea post but I am not able to activate the sim. Whenever I dial 59059. I tried everything from meeting Idea store to changing phone but nothing is happening. And call center peoples are one of the big fools.. they are of no use.

                          I have submit a telephonically request on 29th aug 2017 to disconnect my mobile no.[protected] but the company not disconnect my connection. Then i was online block the same on 1st september 2017 and also visit to idea office sec-7, dwarka, ramphalchowk, new delhi and idea office munika but they donot disconnect the same. After the completing of the month of my plan they sent a e-bill of rs.130/- for payment. Rqst instruct the company to disconnect my mobile no. [protected] and refund my security money rs.300/-.

                            I am niharika from patna. I have received a phone call fraud citi bank asking me to adjust the rewards points rs. 4700/- to the next payment she told me my card number so i agreed. Then she ask for the otp which i received in the sms, after that 4 transactions of rs. 4700 each took place. For the fraud transcation, she used my citi bank credit card. Merchant is idea money mumbai.

                            Below are the fraud transaction (Narration & debited amount taken from account statement) on my credit card on 21st september 2017.

                              I have been recharged for rs.99/- to get 1gb data for 28 days on 16.09.2017.
                              The validity extends but the data not credited.
                              The previous recharge ends only on 17.09.2017. The balance on the previous recharge is in credit now. The new 1gb is not added to the previous balance even if i recharged before the expiry of the previous recharge.
                              I called the customer care executive on 23.09.2017 to register the complaint. But the response was not positive. She does not even give any attention to listen my complaint properly.

                                I have 4g internet (Rs. 349 per month) plan activated since 2-3 months and from last 5 days i am being charged for internet usage (Unbilled amount showing). I am not exceeding daily data limit. Have called customer care for 7-8 times. One lady told me i did not have the rs. 350 plan activated in the first place. I insisted her to check again and she said that i did have it. They ask me to call 1925 and speak with customer care executive for internet related issues. Have called 1925 for 7-8 and nobody answers the call, just the # 'idea 4g pe india hua hook' plays on and on. Highly irresponsible and incompetent service. Customer care people are being paid to say 'switch off phone, remove and reinsert sim card, restart phone' or 'call 1925 and speak with relevant person. Absolutely # service. Anybody reading this, i suggest you don't go for idea. You will be frustrated too.

                                    I am shridhar k. Konnur, subscriber of idea mob. No. [protected], had recharged rs.194/- on dtd. 10.09.2017 after receiving the sms promo offer for unlimited loc/std calls & internet 1 gb data for 28 days. But they are stopped the service within a week. After contacting customer care, they said that there is no such offer in your idea number. But still we receiving same promo offers even after. We have sent the request mail along with screen shot of sms's containing offers to them.
                                    Now they are not ready to continue the stated service for 28 days as per their promo offer.

                                      This really ridiculous, when ever I'm recharging you guyz are deducting ma whole balance within seconds by activating unnecessary services activation. I had tried calling so called customer care no several times but every time its response is like this no. does not exist. really sucks such a bad service. I had faced this problem from last 2-3 months. whenever I tried to reach the customer care they just gives unsatisfactory replies.

                                        I had paid for payment 6 month in advance of Idea broadband new connection. There was the offer that i shall get 3 months free if i pay for 6 month advance. Now after six month my net is down and when I called customer care they are saying that you pay current month bill we shall give free month in next month. My account ID is[protected].
                                        This is cheating, if idea had committed for 3 month free then no need to ask for payment.

                                        When I had called Customer Care they told me to pay me the payment, even I had receive and email from Idea saying that if the bill is not paid in two days then we shall apply the interest for the same and my link was disconnected. In email you had given me a no of Sonali for any issue but she didn't answer the call. I had tried her call twice or thrice but there was no answer. I had mention my account no you go through my issue and give me solution.

Since it was committed that 3 month will be free so ideally this and next month my bill should be zero.
