I am being charged rs 500 because o[censored]nnecessarily activation of services.
She only picks up calls and is not in a position to activate services

Customer services is really pathetic, they place on hold for 20-30 mins and then disconnect call without even giving solution.

Request the authorities to take care of customer services (I have names of ad visors who had disconnected my calls) or they will simply loose customers and also request to deactivate these services and make sure these charges are not deducted anymore.

I am a customer of idea since last 10 years and if don t get satisfactory solution - unfortunately i will have to do number port and take necessary action.

After few days i was purchase duplicate sim from idea service center and also submit document (Aadhar card number) five times but my number not activated till now, i also emailed customer care 4 times about this issue but there is no any response from idea cellular, and also talk five times with customer care executive but every time they said it will be activated shortly.

    My SIM is not activated till now, there is no any signal, I already check SIM with the different mobile handset. I am not interested to get status, I need SIM ready to use. If you do not resolve my problem then tell me is it not possible for Idea Cellular, this is not a very big problem but I am suffering form 3 months.

      I have first recharged my idea prepaid no.[protected] with 209 dated-1 october 2017, amount got deducted from paytm but i didn't get a confirmation that the recharge has been successfully done and page was not getting loaded. I waited for some time then i tried again doing same recharge and it got successfully recharged and i got confirmation also for the same, after few second the first recharge has also got confirmed. Now my concern is that both the recharge are for same combo pack. Please if you could refund the second recharge of 209 any how it would be really appriciable. Thanking you in anticipation

          Faulty idea operator... Never use idea gsm operator..
          Hello friends..
          Now this time... Idea earnings by deduction from main account balance for unexpected reason.. And they didn't refund also after complaint about deduction... They refuse our complain by saying that there is no deduction as per your complaint... I have faced 2 times about deduction for unexpected reason... And about idea network, it is very poor.. I had complained about network, they said, there is no solution about network, please use your phone in network zone, and we will set network tower which takes 2-3 month..
          Reliance jio is best now a day... I also process the request of port out from faulty idea to great reliance jio...

Is [protected] and mobile operator id idea, i seen a offer of rs. 697, with validity of 84 days for unlimited local/std/roaming, and 1.5 gb/day data for 4g users, but i have received only 6gb data and only 70 days validity, i called idea customer care but they also refused to help, no idea why paytm making fool to customer, as showng wrong information.

              In solapur city there idea stores are not providing service, when i visited stores i got reply that link website are not working you come afterwards.

              Such things happen in 3 idea stores in solapur.
              2 stores at employment chowk vip road and 1 store at mahavir chowk hotgi road solapur.

              These stores deny services, so where we do our work of idea mobile. You will loose customers and your brand value too. And we face difficulties of services.

              Please take appropriate actions against these stores.

                The complaint is regarding the idea postpaid connection taken in the name of veerargavan. V, connection no -[protected]. The customer have already requested to disconnect the connection 2 months before, and the bill for the same connection is keep generating and he is forced to pay the bill. From customer services he is getting calls using threatening language. He has paid rs. 1286/- for the last bill (Attaching the bill copy) and despite the fact paying the bill and not using the number and not disconnecting the number from the customer service they are still asking for the payment for this month as well. We have no longer interested in this connection and unable to disconnect the connection and payment is being made forcefully.

                Desirable resolution : getting the disconnection as soon as possible without making any more payments (Last payment was made on 23/09/2017)

                    I have ported from docomo to idea as of my understanding 2g speed is up to 1 to 100 kbps and 3g is 1 to 21 mbps and 4g is suppose to be atleast 1 mbps to 512 mbps but most of the time the actual speed downloading from google drive is around a few 100 kbps
                    So my question is this, are you providing 2g speeds at 4g rates??? I already contacted customer care several times all they say is it's a network issue and i already got resolution 2 times and not a thing changed
                    So if you are going to keep this up i am definitely going port as soon as this month's data offer expires
                    Please try to give atleast 1 mbps speed stable data for 4g it's a request
                    And also the post data usage speed of 80 kbps is useless it's not even getting average speed of 1 kbps please look into that too that is, if you are even concerned about your customer, services, and promises

                        Call forwarding is not working on mu idea prepaid number, very poor service!! I have tried to forward calls many times but when some one calls me, it says "kindly hold the line; your call is being forwarded to another number" and then call is dropped itself. I have also tried to forward calls to my another number, but same thing happens. Other idea sim cards are working properly with call forwarding feature; only mine is not working.                             I called idea customer care for information about the messages that were coming to my phone. First the customer care officer gave me wrong information about stopping the message, the right method is msg stop to 593350 but instead they told me stop to 5859, so this is wrong number,
                            After that i again called customer care and they kept me waiting and cut my call, that is very rude.
                            Thirdly i called him from my another number and told them about that but the officier again disconnected my call without proper response, and i was deeply unhappy.

                              I have idea cellulars prepaid mobile number 91 [protected]. I use this number for my family call only. So i have manag sufficient pre paid balance also and all ways it has not busy.

                              But because of not making any calls, i have received many international miss calls. I go to register my complaint to idea customers support but they are not ready to register my complaint regarding this matter.

                              I have fully doubt about idea cellular company. Company has making some gammon with me.

                              Definitely Idea cellular company makeing some FRAUD with her customers and me also. Because of increasing our business.

                                  I am informing you that my indian number having internet issues from few months back i called customer care and they said it’s your tower problem and wait for one week we will fix the issue after one week they said we fixed the issue you can get maximum range. Then i recharged my number for three months with 3g/4g but the issue still there your internet service very poor and you charging a lot. Today i called your customer care so many times but they cut my call i wasted my money a lot so i am planning to change my network to other one and you need to return back my money

                                    I have idea number : 91 [protected]

                                    I have been changed for date usage charge of 0.04 inr for every 1 to 2 hrs once & used data is 0.00mb. Please find the attachment. I have even checked the data usage system available on most of the smart phone. I have attached that as well.

                                    I have even spoken to customer care more that 30 mins, while speaking with them i got charged again, same message is attached.
                                    As per customer care every 10 kb of data will be charged 0.04 inr, but for 0.00mb no charge. They can able to see when my mobile data is on but they can't able to see how i have used. For me this really stupit...

                                      Sir, my number got blocked from yesterday, i called idea customer care but they are not giving proper information. They saying i have used my number in telemarketing and this was done by trai not by them so they cannot help. Really i didnt used my number for any telemarketing calls or messages. But they are blocked by trai and they are saying to register in trai. I have tried but they asking for payment. How can i pay fine without doing anything?? You need to answer me and help me to restore my number

                                        Hello Sir/Mam
                                        I am Manoj. I have an issue regarding your customer helplines.
                                        I applied to Tuesday for Port in Idea. This is [protected] my Airtel no. I wanted to port in Idea. In this regarding i talk with miss.. kiran.
                                        She sent a man to me to get the document and advance payment. At 4 o'clock in the evening, the man meets me at my office (PFC Corporation's.)
                                        He would take me the document and 100 rupees and give me the new SIM of IDEA and say that till the evening your no. Will activate. But that day my no. Does not activate.
                                        The next day I get a calls from a girl. She called me for document verification. He has a little problem on the phone, so to file a document, I have given him a soft copy of his documents and an address match. tfr858.[protected]@gmail.com On this mail id.
                                        She told me, now your no. soon Will be activated. But this evening (Thursday evening Evening / Sep 28, 2017, date / 20:33 time) From [protected] a boy calls me, he asks me to get a document again. And I let it clear all over again but the way I talked about it was a bit futile.
                                        I was feeling disappointed to talk to him. And in the end, he talked to me with a big bang and said that he Will not activated my no.
                                        And when I told him because of his bad temper, I did not even Do not have to want activate my no. port and return my 100 rupees, then he told me that money will not be refund and what you can do. And disconnected the phone.
                                        I'm really disappointed with all of this. If you are disturbing me even before the number is ported then what will happen next.
                                        And you say you fully believe in customer satisfation. I really want to take your plan but I also have to look at your help to connect with you how much you support the customer. If I lose 100 rupees, I do not have any problem but if you do lose your customer by doing such a thing then you may lose a lot in the future because the many participants are competing in the market.
                                        I hope you will resolve my issue ASAP.
