Today morning idea activated bollywood diaries service on my mobile and deducted 21 rupees without my knowledge.

This act from idea was completely without my knowledge and they did not ask me for any kind of confirmation before doing this.
I sent stop to deactivate this service as soon as i saw the message and want my 21 rupees back....

I called many times to idea customer care for network complaint but still, customer care didn't resolve my problem. There is no network in side my home. To make a call or receive a call i need to go outside of my home. Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible. We have 2 idea connections 1), [protected] 2). [protected].

I am jaswinder singh no. [protected] in punjab. My idea sim showing h+ network and provide speed like 2g edge. I tried airtel sim and get good network speed. I complaint to customer care but no solution came.
I have activate 505 plan for 105 gb for 84 days.
Idea cheat us showing 3g network and providing 2g speed.

I received a call from idea with exciting offers.
1.in 499 100 rupees discount for a year and 35 gb 4g internet data.
From day one i was facing network issue. And i complaint same day for network issue. Then cc told me that sir kindly wait till 11th july will resolve and inform as well. But nothing happened and they old me that sir wait till 19th and then 24th and then 26th and now 18th sept is resolution date for my issues....

I have recharged my account with ₹404 while it was showing an offer o[censored]nlimited free calls and free internet 1gb/day on 22 aug. But i m not getting free calls... I should get free calls or net on my no.. Immidiately.. Othervise i will change my sim connection because this sim company is making fool instead of giving or working on offers they promises to give...

Case: postpaid to prepaid
Not happening because of no reason. I paid outstanding amount plus extra amount. (Rs. 900).
I was given prepaid sim. I gave adhar card. All formalities done and postpaid to prepaid was to happen in 2-3 days time. Its been 2 months.

My number 81xx31xxxx never got deactivated and i could not use prepaid sim.
Constant follow-up did not help.

I have done recharge of 404 rs on 28.08.2017 on [protected] this number, as suggested by idea best offer services. As per their information same day plan has to be activated once recharge is done.

But till date plan is not activated.

Hi,

This is regarding the auto deduction of rs. 5 multiple times.
Everytime, it deducts rs. 5. This has been done multiple times which caused approx 50 rupees deduction.
I have called customer care 6-7 times but they are so unhelpful that they event don't tell why is the balance being deducted. They just say that no amount would be deducted from future but i am getting continuous deductions till now.
