My idea no [protected] is deactivated after 2 years of service without any reason. I have visited your store at Brookfield, Bangalore 2 times. Every time I visit I was given a new sim and I was told no will get activated next day. But it is still not active. I also called customer care. There is no satisfactory reply.

      A lots of people going to indraoasth tower idea store but idea represantative not respond for people help there is no any responsible person for recieved people problem i am going to lots of 5 to 6 times he register my request but after 4 to 5 days says invalid documents i am very tired for idea company my mob no.         Today on 31st, august, 2017, is the 10th disappointing event when i woke up to check the message received on my phone and found that again the so called alien service skillderby is activated. I am very much annoyed by this. I am using two other networks: airtel and vodafone as well but never came across such situation even once, that i am experiencing with idea for the 10th time. I googled to find that the other customers have also become victims of the fraud as well. I would call it a sheer loot. Never expected it from idea. Just because no one is purchasing this service that you jointly launched with acotel, it doesn't mean your company has right to autonomously activate it on customers' phone without confirmation. Definitely i am going to switch to airtel or vodafone. I am tired of calling your customer service again and again to deactivate service and refund.

          I was subscribed to glam divas pack without my permission and the amount was deducted . I deactivated it as soon as I got the message of subscription yet ₹35 was not refunded.w hen will it be refunded???

            I have received a message from idea cellular network that i am charged rs 75&15 for my request of activating service of movies matti &blue lima. While i have not sent any requests for the same. Also that i don't know what is the service provided under the plan. Now this is very bad that a subscriber is charged for a vas without his concern. Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of frodulant activity. Not only that i want refund of this.

                      I received a call from idea with exciting offers.
                      1.in 499 100 rupees discount for a year and 35 gb 4g internet data.
                      From day one i was facing network issue. And i complaint same day for network issue. Then cc told me that sir kindly wait till 11th july will resolve and inform as well. But nothing happened and they old me that sir wait till 19th and then 24th and then 26th and now 18th sept is resolution date for my issues. I had word with idea applette officer regarding same he told me same as cc.
                      They barred my services because i denied to pay until my problem remain same.

                      I am liable to pay instead of services but why should i pay when i facing issue.

                      Cc replies about network. Sir we are really sorry we checked network coverage and we found some issues in your area. When will rectify network issues will inform you.
                      And sir we don, t have 4g service in delhi and in your area too.

                      If they knows the issues why they selling new connections and why calling to offer new plans and why misguiding customers to port in idea.

                      I know how i am earning, and i am not satisfied if i have to pay for worst services.

                      After facing mental n financial harassment from idea how i convince myself to pay to idea.

                      My office target and adoptions affected due to network issue. I am 30days warning period in my company.

                      Kindly help me out from idea. I want to switch from here asap.

                          My complain regarding network issue from the beginning since i switched to idea is not been solved, trying to contact customer care on 12345 been waiting for 5-10 mins no one is available, need to change my plann no respond from executive but when plans r changed n charges got expensive yor plans switches automatically but now when plans got cheaper no response from yor side is this what u call service? I call it worse servise ever and on other side while traveling on roaming no internet connection i get i got a corporate number and v have 9-10 numbers in group if my problem is not resolved i would consider to switch all my numbers to other better network preferably airtel which got better service n network experience.

                            Since last one month i have been charged for some vas services which i have never subscribed for, the details are mentioned below:
                            1) 1st aug 2017, glam divas, charged 35/-
                            2) 5th aug 2017, store30, charged 30/-
                            3) 10th aug 2017, skillderby gaming, charged 35/-
                            4) 15th aug 2017, skillderby gaming, charged 35/-
                            5) 30th aug 2017, dindo, charged 105/-

                            I deactivated all these services as i got the message of it been subscribed, however the amount has already deducted and even worse is the customer care where i called in, as after multiple attempts since the beginning of the month to reach the customer care i was successful to get connected on 30th aug 2017, but they were of no use at all... They completely put the blame on me stating that i have subscribed for it myself and they cant do anything.. So much so, they even stated that i may have activated the services by mistake... I understand mistake can happen, but certainly mistakes cant happen 5 times for different services in a month.
                            I dont even know what these services are for.

                              Today, i had recharged for rc193 (6 gb 4g/2g 28 days) on my idea number. The offer was valid at the time of recharging and still continues to be so. However, after waiting for almost half an hour, i found that the amount of net recharged was just 775 mb. I called the customer care number thrice, with the customer care executives responding with utmost neglect. Finally they informed me that the above mentioned offer is not valid for my mobile, upon my mentioning that it is still valid and that it still shows on my mobile, the executive told me that he is transferring my call to the superior, who ironically never picked up the call, even after a patient wait of about 10 minutes. I then had to cut the call and again call, go through the entire process only for the same issue to happen again. I don't understand these executives can be so neglectful and disrespectful of the consumer's time, efforts etc. I haven't got my recharge benefits and the idea executives seem to be washing their hands off this issue. It is indeed irresponsible for a company to be making claims which it doesnt seem to be able to deliver

                                Kindly inform iam a idea postpaid customer and my cell no.[protected], last month i have change a plan monthly rental rs.399/- (Invluding all local call and std call free and daily 1gb 4g with extra 5gb) only tax and msg charge are extra but idea cellular sent me on my mail rs.1093.90 monthly bill after receiving this bill, i have call to customer care but no any feedback after i request for upc, after receiving code idea contact me and telling we are solution your complain but not solution and direct debit from my credit card before 10 day of due date, after i have calling to customer care on 12345 and 198 but not reach, after will contact customer care at gandhidham but no responce only registered complain, finally i have call on 12345 and 198 on dated :[protected], i am on wait on call approx 22 minutes but no any contact and talk with customer so i register my complain against idea cellular for very poor services, i finally leave this company as a customer, so i request please do a need full help for above and solve my problems...

                                    Case: postpaid to prepaid
                                    Not happening because of no reason. I paid outstanding amount plus extra amount. (Rs. 900).
                                    I was given prepaid sim. I gave adhar card. All formalities done and postpaid to prepaid was to happen in 2-3 days time. Its been 2 months.

                                    My number 81xx31xxxx never got deactivated and i could not use prepaid sim.
                                    Constant follow-up did not help.

                                    I mailed tajinder and megha my details two times but still they did not receive it. When i went to fso they had received it and read it also but they were claiming they have not received it.

                                    Contact person: megha (Fso on ab road opp. C21 mall - her contact number[protected]
                                    Extremely rude person.

                                    I have been given excuses of postpaid to prepaid not happening like,
                                    • backend issues
                                    • docs not complete
                                    • come to fso
                                    • adhar card copy again and again required and many many others.

                                    If my number had so many issues how were you running a postpaid number. If docs were not complete they were complete for postpaid and not for prepaid. Please explain the logic. Wow…
                                    How will my identity change from postpaid to prepaid. I will remain child of same parents, wife of same husband, living and not dead.

                                    2. Now, that a month has passed another bill has generated. They want me to pay the bill again. When i have not used anything why should i pay. It is lack of megha and idea’s team and not mine. Why should i pay. Please explain.

                                    3. There is a death that has happened in my family and i am not able to come to your fso.

                                    Why are you guys not changing my postpaid number to prepaid.
                                    Why so much of harrasment. One is going through emotional trauma and you guys are harassing.

                                      Hello Team,

                                      I have done recharge of 404 rs on 28.08.2017 on [protected] this number, as suggested by idea best offer services. As per their information same day plan has to be activated once recharge is done.

                                      But till date plan is not activated.

                                      Also due to this when i was activate my data connection all my previous balance on same number is turn to ZERO (it was about 158 rs.).

                                      I have called many times to idea customer care and complaint care but the call is automatically disconnected. and not provide me the specific information when i tried to contact them by E mail.

                                      please take suitable action on them. I need all my previously balance back to my account WITH ACTIVATED PLAN.

                                        I bought moto e4 plus from flipkart and there was an offer from idea to recharge with 443 rs and benefits will be 84 gb data and unlimited calling for 84 days.

                                        But i received only unlimited calling not the data.

                                        I upgraded the sim into 4g and then contacted the customer care he told me that additional 50gb data has been given to you for 6days after that your 84 gb data will be continue.

                                        But no data is given to me and even senior executive was not registering my complain.
