    Dear sir/madam,

    I am binu chandrababu (Postpaid number: [protected] location: cochin, kerala)
    I have been using idea for more than 4 years now. By the end of jul /2017 i have requested to change my connection from prepaid to postpaid. I applied for the special plan rs: 249 unlimited.

    My connection activated by 28/jul/2017. I got the 1 month bill by 01-aug-2017 for rs: 293 (Full month bill for just 2 days!...). I contacted the idea office located in cochin vazhakkala office, the executive said you don't have to pay the full month amount for just two days and he would sort out the issue. But the problem is still existing. I got the august bill added with the so called july bill + 50 rs extra. What the hell is this. Why should i pay full month bill for just 2 days. Why your marketing staff (Mr. Jiby in cochin location) is not communicating this. I am having 3 idea post paid connections now. And planing to close all the connections if idea is not ready to waive off this bill amount and fine.

      Today morning when checked mobile found 2 messages from 51998 which were received in the night around 1:49am. 1st meesage has some link to download ringtone & 2nd was about deduction. When i tried several times on 198 to register a complaint regarding this unethical deduction, received no response giving the reason that all the customer care executives are busy with other "customers" (??). Hence i tried all the other nos. Like 121, [protected], [protected] etc but same story repeated. Finally on 12345 (This call was charged rs 0.50/3min) one lady picked up the call & told me that there is no information in the system about the deductions & she can't register the complaint. Infact she blamed me that i'm the one who clicked on the link & thats why deduction occurred (???). I'm amazed that how can be she damn sure about this. She argued rudely and when asked to lodge the complaint or else transfer the call to nodal officer, she told me to call on 198 & disconnected the call. I haven't clicked on the link & also my mobile data is activated on sim-1 which is vodafone & not on sim-2 idea. Also full dnd service was active on this no. Then how could it's possible? I've no idea?? After this i tried several times on 198 to connect with idea customer care executive but not succeeded. This is 2nd time idea cellular cheated like this. I know i'm not the only one who has been cheated like this by these cellular companies & also the amount is not much big but cheating is cheating. This is the unethical but well planned way of cheating customers in the name of vas services by third party. It happens only because trai doesn't take strict actions against these cellular companies for such cheatings. When will we have a strict law against such crimes???

        I wanted to port in to idea, had my port out number along with all valid documents. Had been to 2 different idea stores thrice but the representative s did not help me at all, infact they all were pushing me to take up post paid connection instead of prepaid. I also contacted idea, they said the sales team will call me but no on did. Finally i raised this to state appellate officer. He asked me for the details of the store but did not help me with my port in. I have all the mails to prove that i had contacted idea.

          Hi, i'm y saaket. My mobile # [protected]. I'm being cheated by idea cellular with the charges on data pack proration. As per my plan 299, i have 250mb free data then after completion of this i have added 100rs. 300mb pack. I have got charges on data pack pro-ration as 606.48 rs. This is not disclosed any where in any document and has been done without my consent. Now i have a bill of 1100rs.

          As per plan, You have to opt for 8 !-plan packs in multiples of: 100 Mins. Local !-Pack; 90 Mins. STD !-Pack; 135MB 3G !-Pack; 250MB 2G !-Pack; 350 L/N SMS !-Pack; 6 Mins. US/Can/UK-Fixed ISD !-Pack; 40 OG Mins. Roaming !-Pack.
          overage would be charged @ 4p/10kb till Rs.500 value and data services will be stopped after that. Customer need to wait till bill cycle date or can take booster/add-on packs to resume internet services.

            In last week on 25.08.17 in my idea cellular account deducted 35rs, after that i called customer care, they told bluelima service was activated on your no. I told them to deactivate & refund my money, so they deactivate the service but not refunded my money. I tried to call 2 to 3 times but they didn't respond and told mi we couldn't your you your money back. So i want my money back.

              Even i had to face this issue on 8th august and 30august i. E, last month. On 8th august i was charged rs. 35 and when i called customer care they said i activated skillderby gaming service at 6:03am that day. I was sleeping after i kept my phone in a shelf. I called them at 9:07am and finally they have refunded. On august 30th day before yesterday at 10:31pm i opened google to check some info and there it goes i was again charged rs. 35 for the same skillderby gaming service and when i called the customer care at 10:34pm some # from customer care by name t. Avinash from hyderabad was so rude. Was unhappy with the wrong charge but reckless behavior by that executive. Even now when i opened google and typed the game name it shows idea and the game name, i got message from 53400 saying game is activated and charged and when i reply to stop the service to 155223 it shows reliance. Where the heck did reliance come from in! Dea network.
              People are busy with their daily life and won't check balance but there is a limit for begging,

                I have subscribed for the ultimate 499 plan for idea 4g in pune. Since past month and more, the 4g speeds have dropped so much that it is slower than 2g and many times not available. I have complained to them multiple times on their tweeter handle. Apart from posting copy pasted responses they have not been able to resolve the issue.
                I have been idea customer since last 8+ years and the quality, customer care and efficiency to resolve issue has plummted significantly. They have become absolute incompetent to handle customer issue.
                Its been almost a week and i have not heard back from them.

                  Today 1/9/2017 i got a message through idea aaj ke best offer! 1) rs28-250mb 3g data, 28 din, dial *150*28# 2) rs.51-2gb 3g data, 28 din, dial *150*51# i have done recharge of 51rs and i got only 200 mb 3g data for 5 days i want my whole data. I got msg from this no 612345 at 11:15. I want my data back or my money back otherwise i will go consumer forum.

Well, i even don't know anything about bluelima. I have just searched about this bluelima service on internet, there are other idea users also who are suffered from this.                       I just got my number ported to idea network and i recharged for 349 /- expecting for 1 gb daily internet for 28 days pack but got some other benefits so to enquire about it i called customer care. He told me that the benefits of recharge differ from customer to customer and he told me to recharge with 499 in order to avail desired benefits. So i did a recharge of 499 again to avail the internet benefits but surprisingly i got some other benefits. So i feel cheated as how can a recharge vale differ to a customer of same network of same circle and why the customer care provide with false information if they don't know about it... This incidence has broken the trust on your company which i had before porting by number ([protected]) to your network...
                      I request you to kindly verify the same from call recordings which your database may have and give me a resolve to this problem as. Have spent almost 800 ripped to avail that offer but still not able to access that... So i feel idea network is a fraud making fool of the customers and wish to port my number to some other trustful network who do not differtiate among the customer and do not misguided them to make money out of their pocket

                        Internet speed is very slow is greater than last 3-4 months.

I have submitted my documents to idea agent naveen who sits in our office campus minacs cafeteria ecospace bangalore. On 22 aug i received mail stating order for new connection [protected] was processed i informed customer service regarding same but no response and sim was activated too. Need immediate assistance else am forced to register legal case against the company for miss using my personal documents.

                            I recharged my idea prepaid phone no [protected] on 22/7/17 at 8:24 am with rs 296 reference no[protected], amount money is deducted from my account but i didn't find any pack a message has come that we have failed transaction and sorry for the inconvenience and amount 296 rs will be refunded on same account with in 7 working days but the amount doesn't refunded yet so refund my money in my account

                              Myself girish, recently 3 months back i ported my number from airtel to idea. And i got outgoing barred on date 30/08/2017 saying my previous operator bill is due.
                              But i paid my all dues of airtel on 10/08/2017.

                              Questions.

                              1) when i paid 3 weeks ago why my number got bared?
                              2) i tried to call customer care and their response was very pathetic and irresponsible.
                              3) before i barring i dint got hint.
                              4) after barring number even after 24 hr none of idea executive interacted with me.

                              This pathetic service i must say. I am regretting for switching.

                                ✓i have problem with vas subscription i lost rs 15 due to some mistake.
                                ✓so i contacted costumer care, they told though internet pop up we got subscription. He then transferred to supervisor for remaining thing.
                                ✓know my problem is i asked them recharge money in idea so idea need to intimate me before taking any action on my account like (Warning i need).
                                ✓so supervisor directly telling we can't do that this is our rule we follow.
                                So i requested take a compliant or a feedback. He directly tells will not take any feedback or compliant.
                                ✓then i asked what is the need of company if you cannot take complaint or feedback from consumer, he tell we have some rules we go through only though that.
                                ✓ i asked name he told mahesh babu as hero name i asked for i'd number he directly reject it and told we don't have any i'd no.
                                So please lodge a compliant against him and idea.

I really got irritate by such things 2 times my 35 rs gone where i dint use this service at all,, so u better deactivate it and dont activate any services without consumer concern..

                                    My name ishan muhammed, i am using idea mobile number [protected] since 2012 as a post paid connection. And the plan i chose was 250/month (21500 seconds and 300 message free). When i was gone to the store to paid the last month bill amount of 422/- on 25/082017. Just checked about my plan and other details because i noticed that the bill amount was more than my actual plan or expected amount. I found that a pack of 50 rupees added to my connection without my request or knowledge, what benefits u give is idea to idea 10ps /s, and rupees 77 for someone called me from his kerala state sim outside of the state when me and my mobile connection was with in the state. I asked about when was the pack added to my number the store executive said that they can only see the past 4/6 month bill details and it's in the bill from there and for more details i have to contact customer care.
                                    Then i have contacted customer care (12345) on that date (25/08/2017) which is a lady picked up the phone exactly at 17:11pm. I think and first she said this plan was started on april 10 2016 and then suddenly she changed it in to that, only plan name changed on that date, which is ideal plan changed to new ideal and my number is using this pack from the date i have purchased it. She will connect me to the supervisor for more information and put me on hold above 20 to 25 minutes. All that time i had to hear the worst advertisements of your company which i am paying 50ps/3 minute is that a good behavior that you guys taking my money and for reputed company like adithya birla. And then so called supervisor named shinsu from your same office vytila, kochi. Have connected and i requested for the bill of past 2 years. She declaims it and said they can give bills only from april 2016 (According to the information your executive gave that the same month when my plan changed). Then i requested to stop that pack and a detailed bill of past month in to my registered mail id ([protected]@gmail.com). And i disconnected the phone properly after total 59 min 50 sec.
                                    And on the next day after i checked my mail and nothing is there in the name of idea cellular. Again i contacted complaint no:198 to ask about it, a lady named nithina pick up my call and i repeated the same request. She also try to give me some wrong information's and when i proofed that she is wrong, she apologized 2 times to me with in 15 minute. And as usual she said that going to connect to supervisor, i said ok, i can wait for as much as u want but please avoid that advertisements which u compelled me to hear but she said that this is your company rules. Which i give you guys a middle finger first. And she put me for hold for 30 minutes and disconnected my phone without any information and warning.
                                    After that again i call back in to 198 and a executive named prijil picked up the call from the same office. And i asked him about that why did the other executive disconnected the call, then he asked me "would you like to know about that or your past complaints" then i realize that he know's about my call and all whats going on. And when i asked him to send me the past 2 year bills he said i can go and take it from nearest showroom. My nearest idea showroom was 3 shutter away from my office, i asked him to hold and rushed to the showroom which is located in vikas building, opp apsara theater, near kozhikode railway station, kerala, asked about the bill details he said, they said they only can give past 4 month details only. And then he said he can't give any other information's to me. And i realize that all executives are playing with customers like me. You are getting more money from our pocket in the name like customer care call's, connecting time to supervisor's, taking time to checking details etc... And again and again as usual he put me in hold for another 20 to 25 minutes to connect supervisor. And unluckily i am connected again to ever misbehavior and liar customer care supervisor in the world shinsu. I asked about her the detail bill and the other things. She said that mail is send to my mail id and i gave more request for dnd serviece, and cancellation of that 50 rupees pack, and send past month details to my mail again. It takes more than 70 minutes to finish this call. After that i received a message for duplicate bill communication id c1-[protected], dnd activation id c1-[protected]. Not anything about that bloody f... Ng 50 rupees pack which i have contacted your executives. One of your executive call me on today morning (30/08/2017) and when i started tell my problem she disconnected the phone and the phone is switched off till now. I didn't receive any mail or calls regarding this request and am thanking you for creating such good opportunity for me to take this chance to another level and i will assure that everyone who talked and try to fool me will regret the time they used it for me
                                    And i know that this mail is also going through the same office and staffs of your company. By this mail i just want to inform you that you guys are going to lose more than 8 customers right by one week you can note the numbers. First 5 numbers are post paid. This numbers are my own company staff, my relatives and friends connections are going to port after this.

                                    I just want to inform you one thing more if i did't get any reply or actions on this mail before 24 hours. I will file a complaint against you in consumer forum of india and tag your all company profiles on social media. You can concern it as a threatening or disappointment words from your customer

                                      I used a 4g connection from idea for around 6 months till the month of feb2017, and asked them (Idea gallary) to disconnect the number as i was not to use it anymore. Post that i kept getting calls from idea - asking for the payment of 1100 odd rupees as the bill towards the same number. Every time they called i informed them that i am not wanting the number and hence have asked it to be disconnected. Infact i never got any bill, intimation or any communication on my registered email id.
                                      Now, i get this call from a lady on 31st aug 2017 - her number is [protected], saying she is filing a case in delhi court against me. I wonder, where this is coming from? Why? And the lady uses such abusive language.

                                      Can i know what this is about, if idea wants the bills to be paid, they can write on my registered email id. The idea number i am talking about is [protected]. Idea can search in their records and get my registered email id for further communication.

                                      I have paid all the bills, that too I would go to the Idea gallery to know the bill amount and pay them the bills. I have paid all the bills till the month I used the connection and then asked them to disconnect the number. I have not got any bill on the registered email ID.

                                      Now, again I got an SMS from 'IZ-IDEA' asking to connect on following numbers [protected]/[protected]. Who are these people please; again absolutely rude!! why has IDEA being harassing me for nothing!

                                      If there is any pending bill, send the bills to my registered email ID and then connect for payment.
