I am idea post paid customer. By mistake i have been added to some corporate connection. Not getting monthly bills, i spoke to customer care executives, went to many idea stores but no solution yet. My outgoing is stopped for last 5 months. Cust care executive says contact store and store executives say contact customer care. My#[protected]. Please assist if any bony can.

I went to Idea Store at Sector 12, Noida near H.P. Petrol Pump for linking adhar card but mr. arvind behaved very rudly and told me just get out will not link adhar card.
I requested again but he was speaking in abusing way.

    I have been using idea since a year with a add-on card, recently i changed plan of one of the cards to ultimate 999 plan where i get everything free including roaming, but idea is still charging me for roaming charges. From last 3 months. I called up customer care to raise a complaint, i was given waiver in first month bill but next 2 bills the waiver was refused stating my other number doesn't have same plan so i will be charged for roaming. It doesn't make any sense for me. I was also told to separate both the numbers and have different account numbers. I went to idea store thrice but they say it is not required to separate both the numbers and i should get the waiver. There have been multiple complaints which were closed stating the charges are correct.

    Need help in resolving this.

      My balance is being been deducted several times a say. Customer care executive says it's your phone default not ours. Says you send messages to an anonymous no, although i didn't. Hope i don't have to discontinue my no. Truly disappointed form idea network. Tried everything to resolve the issue, called customer care, went to idea showroom but didn't received any solution.

        My idea number [protected] why you reject my port out request and advise what is my outstanding amount. Because as per your executive showing some outstanding on my number. Request to you. Please stop making fool to customer. Every time you debit rs50/- on my account and every time your executive say system problem. Yesterday i have submit my bill amount rs250/-. Then my account showing negative rs13/-. Today i am see again rs60/- wrong debit on my account. Team, i don't want to use your third class services and request to you stop making fool to customer. Why you reject my port out request and advise what is my outstanding amount. Because as per your executive showing some outstanding on my number. Request to you. Please stop making fool to customer.           I raised a request on 26 april 2017 to change the plan. They replied me on 6th may 2017 to send my company i'd from my professional email address. I did that on 10th may 2017. There was no response from idea. They charged me with old plan in month of may, june and july. I call customer services on 10 july to check the status on my request and they changed my plan on 11 july 2017. When i asked them they said some technical issue so they didn't process request. To fix small technical issue they took 2.5 months. The great services i have ever seen.

            I am s m pathan. Yesterday i did recharge with paytm of 404 rs. By mistake i did recharge on wrong number. I also contact to paytm for reverse the transaction but they replay negative and told me to contact your operators. My operator idea customer care said it's not done in any request. You told to wrong number of person and recover from. Wrong number of person told me it's not done.

              The idea cellular has allowed unnecessary sim and the person use no and ask for the card no and as well as cvv no so kindly please take a legal action for this so that the cellular company will not allot unnecessary sim for the person. Today i have got a call and said that please your credit card has expired and please tell me the your card colour. Please do the needful protection from your side and the cellular company should not allot unnecessary sim. Got the call from the no of idea cellular :- [protected].

                I am using idea no [protected], i applied for postpaid to prepaid migration for several times but no luck. Then i changed my plan to 349 which is having unlimited calling and 1gb internet. And also, i am getting several flash messages which are saying that you have 10gb free data for3 months etc.
                I got recent bill of approx 6000 rs. How is this possible if i get unlimited calling and 10 gb free data? How you can say you have used data of almost 5000/-
                I want to close this connection. Please provide me history of my data usage.

                  I am getting your services for last 7-8 yrs.. I reacherged my idea no. For internet connection of rs 348 after seeing a msg on my mobile (In rs 348 get 1gb per day for 28 days) from company.
                  There is no information about the distribution of data..
                  When i use the date it's 1 gb internet ends in two days and my net is not working when i call c. Care they said to me that there is 1 gb for 3g/2g and left gb for 4g.. And my hand set is 3g supportive.. Now the rest data is waste for me..
                  I request the c. Care to convert my 4g data into 3g date but they did not do this. And waste my time by giving me time duration for solving my problem..
                  Company has to give full information regarding offers.. Other wise they play with our time, emotion in this busy life schedule... I feel very bad as i requested them to convert it but they don't. Now im port my no. Into other company service provider. I will suggest people don't idea sim b, coz they giving 3rd class service. Idea is fraud company. C. Care excutive is very shameless people.

                        Request to refund my money back to my card, please take necessary action and help in the refund of the amount rs 19, 171.

                        Citibank credit card was used for the merchant - idea payment (Idea money)

                        I got a fraud call around 18:15 pm on 25th jul as calling on behalf of sbi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points.

                        4 fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards (Idea payement) ideamoney with three transactions each of 4783/- and 1 transaction of rs 4782making the total amount of 19171/-

                        Below transaction ids:

                        Transaction id-2: of rs. 4783/-
                        Transaction id-3: of rs. 4783/-

                          This complaint is behalf of my mother mrs chandrikaben n mer (Sr citizen) to get the justice for charges billed to user no [protected] by service providor idea cellular.

                          When we came to know about this charges we have immediately registered a complaint to service provider customer service centre.

                          And also have mailed regarding the same from my registered mail id at service provider, we have also so many times taken follow up/request to resolve this issue before bill due date.

                          But there is no any reliable answer or resolution provided by company or its customer service centre till date.

                          I minesh mer son of chandrikaben mer have personally visited at local idea office (Prasham complex) on 21st at 2:45 pm also recorded in customer visit register with details and met mr shah (Authorised officer) and requested to resolve this issue before bill due date as being genuine consumer wanted to pay the actual payable amt as per my usage.

                          But no any perfect resolution received and my mother's no service is blocked as no payment made by me.

                          But i want to know how they can stop my service as being genuine consumer i wanted to pay the outstanding what is genuine charged and also have taken so many times follow up/request for resolution.

                          Dear team - request your support for resolution as being sr citizen - as anybody needs this flash service for games and online hot videos type nonsense services??

                            In my idea sim there was approx 4.5gb 4g data on 29 july 2017 with validity till 16 august 2017. I got a message of recharge with rs 52 and get 10gb 4g data with validity of 28 days, i spoke to customer care about the same which he told me that yes this was the offer on my number & i've to recharge on the same day to get the benefit.
                            I even confirmed from him about the current data i had, to which he told it'll be added. I asked what if i activate the same plan twice, he said i'll get 20gb for 28 days, then i recharged with rs 52 & checked my data balance which showed my new plans data & validity & the previous data was missing.
                            Then i called them several times to which they received my call after 15 hrs the next day. Very shamelessly the person told me that my data has lapsed, & can't return it. To which i told i had verified from them before activation, to which he said for my recharge of rs 52 i've got the benefit & that's it, now nothing can be done, & they are even denying about the wrong information been given to me. When i told them that i shall now complain to consumer forum, trai, etc. He (Mr. Sanjay kumar) said very shamelessly & freely that "ok, go and complain", & my issue is not been resolved yet. He didn't even allow me to register my complain to them nor transferred the call to his senior. These people don't know how to treat their customers and value them. These cheapsters & fraud people can only loot our money and lapse data balance & cheat us, which they are masters in. They don't know how to be alive in the market with competition. Already half of their customers have left & the rest they have also will be leaving them soon.

                              I was overcharged for the network usage. Due to the problem with the network connectivity and limited benefits, i thought of switch to other network. Due to delay in processing my request, i was in idea for 4 days of my billing cycle where they charged me for the full bill cycle. I tried to get the information from their executives and poor response from them,

                                I have migrated mobile number on mnp from idea celluar services to other service provider. I have requested mnp on 8th june, 2017 and later on completed all the necessary formalities.

                                On 10th of june, 2017 i have paid the due bill of idea cellular. After this process gets over on 12th june, 2017, idea cellular had relieved my number to other service provider and mnp process successfully completed.

                                After completion of june 2017 month, (Bill cycle 15 june to 14 july). I have received my phone bill from idea for the entire month of june, 2017, though i have used idea services for the 2 days only. (16 and 17 june)

                                After that i have made complaints to idea customer care, as per their cc personnel it is rule of the company to charge the bill for entire month when one customer leaves the company but when one customer joins the company, it can charge the bill prorata on per day usage.

                                Why billing on mnp when one leaves the company should not be on pro rata basis on per day usage? Is it trai rules?

                                  I am getting your services for last 9 yrs.. My mobile no is [protected] (Prepaid customer)... I had incorrect deduction of charges on every day as i recharge i never get balance you guys don't know why deduct my balance for bada ets and all. I called to your idea center to know the deduction reasons but they are saying i have taken loan, if i have taken loan then you will deduct 40rs??? For what kind of charges??? But it not done & still i am getting deducting incorrect charges... If all the charges not reversesd, i have to think for other mobile service providers..

The contents of the message is "mms from [protected] wait for you at http// www.ideacellular.com/web mms user name is your mobile no. And password is 4r251. Msg expiry is 1 days." these messages were sent without my notice. Please arrest or stop such messages from receiving and sending from my mobile. Please see that my mobile number is removed and should not be sent such messages through my mobile number which is causing lot of nuisence. An ugent action is required in this regard.

                                        My issue is that past few months idea network is charging extra bill on my number. I complained in there customer service but still i am facing problem. Matter is that they provided me 4g internet free of cost. When i use it they add that bill on my main balance. When i call there customer service toh banda kehta hai k humne apko 4g net dia h to jab bhi apka phone 3g area me jata hai to charges cut te hain. Now according to them i should check myself wether i am on 4g area or 3g area. Yahe kaam reh gaya hai customer ka k area dekh k net use karein. I can explain whole thing on the call. Kindly look into this.

                                        I have a idea network number [protected] irecharge with 395 rupees they are said net speed is 3G 21.1 but realty is 0.5 and 4G speed is 0.0 its test trough myspeed app(trai) the idea is fraud network and giving a fake imformation and advertaisements
                                        Without any information my idea mobile deduct amount for activating value added services, caller tone activated without my concurrence, my no is [protected]
