Hi Team,

Have recharged number [protected] on 25th Jul, 2017. I dint get any msg confirmation on recharge and amount deduction from bank. When i checked account transaction, the amount was deducted.

Kindly resolve this issue. Either recharge the number or refund the amount.

      Idea jackpot offer was activated by checking out myidea android app. Immediately when i read about 100 rs extra payment. I called and emailed custormer care at idea. They prompty replied that jackpot offer has been deactivated.

      I never get 4g signals in my area. Therefore the offer is of no use to me as it works only on 4g signal with 4g data. However, when i received the montly bill, i was shocked to see 100 rs extra added in name of jackpot offer which was already stated to be deactivated by idea's email.

      I emailed them again to revise the bill as the offer was deactivated but no response till now.

      There is no option for user to deactivate the offer through the app also. I am an idea postpaid user for past 7 years but now it seems i will have to switch looking at these unfair practices.

        Hi, now a days idea is taking more money with vas charges. 3 days back i got msg like 3 ₹ got debited from your account. When i check with customercare, no vas were registered. But idea people said due to vas reduced money from account. Today i went to idea to change post paid to prepaid. They took 100₹ justfor sim. They said its cost of sim. Same time other 2 people came to shop and they are scolding idea people as they as steeling so much money from their bills. And i got to know from other friends as idea is taking money from accounts with little amounts. But from person it will be 3₹. When consider laks of people, it will be huge. So beware of idea connections and come out from the idea to save money. Now a days idea network is not good and so mich disturbance. But i think they are concentrating on taking unnecessary money from customers and not working on improving network. Please check your account regularly to avoid loosing money and don't encourage this, even if you call the customercare care there will be no use of getting your money back, this might be the new scheme from idea people.

              Respected sir,
              I am using idea prepaid number [protected] for several years. I had recharged for rs 453 on 16 jul 17 for getting offer 1 gb per day and 300 std local calls per day for a period of 84 days. But idea had credited 2 gb data only. Idea charged 226.50 rs per data. The very next moment i called customer care for reversal of rs 453 recharge to convert it either to talk time or rs 397 plan. I had registered complaints with idea customer care. Complaint number is in this matter i had also send emails to customer. Care on 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 jul 17. But all in vein. As i am normal employee and for getting 453 rs i had to work a lot. And i dont want to loose hard earned money in this type of charges. (Idea charged per gb 226.50 rs). The whole india is converting into reliance jio but i still prefer idea because i am using it for years. Kindly look into this and credit my 453 rs as talk time or activate rs 397 plan. My experience with idea customer care is very bad view te taking to resolve issues. I further request you to kindly look into the grievence redressal mechanism (Sorting out of complaints asap) my complaint number is[protected].

                Hello,

                My number is [protected], i changed my number from postpaid to prepaid after clearing all my dues and additional 350 rupees. Still the customer care executives calling me and saying i have to pay 2200 rupees more. I have not received any message not any email regarding the bill, which i was receiving every month when it was a postpaid. They are saying that the bill is from 21 may to 30 may. I have paid already and then only my sim changed to prepaid, and also the customer care representative confirm that now no more amount will be charging on this postpaid number.

                Please have a look on this issue, till then i was using postpaid never ever that much bill charged.

                    I sent a request for port of my mobile no. [protected] on 14-15 july, 2017. But nobody bothers to take action on that. What is this state of affairs? It is nothing but sheer harassment.

                    Take action quickly. Unwanted questions should not be raised from the customer, like... Why i want to port the number? We will give you good service, etc.

                    Pl. Port the number immediately as it is delayed by 10 days.

                      I am process mnp from 4 months.. Idea is rejecting my mnp request 5 timee they r not port out my number and not convert my number in prepaid.. I visited 3 times idea care they r not responding.. I had calling idea customer care they said: i dont know go to idea care.. And also they mailed me i[censored] port out idea deposite 1000 rs..

                      Pls tell me this is trai rules for mnp process deposite 1000 rs???

                      1) i am pocess mnp on 24th march 2017
                      C1-[protected] = rejected without any reason

                      2) i am process again on 28th march 2017.. Idea reference id is c1-[protected] = this is also rejected without any reason

                      3) i am process again on 15th april 2017
                      C1-[protected] = rejected

                      4) 4th process on 3rd july
                      C1-[protected] = rejected

                      5) i visited idea care on 13th july for postapid to prepaid migration
                      C1-[protected] : this is also rejected

                      6) process again for mnp on 19th july
                      C1-[protected] = rejected

                      My bill is paid and 940 rs credit in idea. I completed 7 months in idea. My postpaid plan is rs 99.

                      I asked other operators... They said: your mnp is rejected by your curent operator on account of outstanding dues

                      My amount is 940 credited in idea this fraud companh said outstanding dues

                        I am resident of sarai jullena new friends colony new delhi 110025, and this tower is situated just opposite to my home in sarai jullena new delhi 110025 and is about 3 meters away from my window. It is clearly written there that "at this level harmful ionizing radiation exist and human exposure is prohibited". Due to these radiations my family including me are suffering from anxiety, sleep disorders, skin diseases and i have medical proofs of all of them. Mobile tower installed is of idea cellular ltd. I would request you to kindly remove such carelessly installed tower in our are as early as possible.

                          I have received idea postpaid connection on 1 jul 2017 by mnp.
                          My plan is 499 unlimited, but from the fist day i am getting value added services activation massages on this number and my unbilled amount has been reached to 1536 as on date in just 23 days. Now they have stopped my services and i m not able to make calls or use data.
                          They are asking me to wait for the bill generation.

                          I have made a big mistake by talking idea postpaid conection.

                            Sir, on 21/07/2017 i recharged my mobile of rs 65. I got offer that on 65 you will get upto 2gb data 3g/4g. But after recharge i got only 1gb when i called customer care they said this is magic recharge and you are about to get 500mb but you got 1gb so be happy. Idea cellular is making people fool. Why they don't mention complete information in their offer. I need 1 gb more aur my money back. Pls sir help me. Pls these cellular companies only wants to earn by making its customers fool.

                              I'm supposed to receive 1 gb everyday but i only receive 864mb everyday! That's very bad of idea! And youre fooling your customers!
                              Everyday i used to feel like i have received lesser data than i am supposed to as it used to finish earlier than expected. So since the past 4 days i have been noticing that i'm only receiving exactly 864mb and even if shut my data at 11:55pm and start again at 12:05am it's that much so i'm very sure it's idea fooling their customers. Very bad.

                                I recharged with 18 rs on 20 july via my idea app. It is mentioned in idea app that by recharging 18 rs i'll get unlimited 4g data for 1 hour but i got some minutes instead of data. I needed internet that time so i recharged again but again i recieved same message of free minutes. This is very ridiculous.

                                Today i complained about this issue on idea customer care 198. Supervisor, mr sachin patel handled my call. He is also parroting same thing that i've got correct benefit. Even after discussion of several minutes he didn't want to listen my problem.

                                I've attached my idea app screenshots of recharge and i also have call recording of customer care.

                                Please look into my issue and give me proper resolution.

                                    Sir,
                                    Yesterday i recharged my idea no. [protected] with 18rs. Through online recharge. The actual offer is that with 18rs of recharge 4g net (Validity 1 hour) mentioned on the care. Ideacellular.com. When i have done 18rs. Recharge (Txn no. Jsm[protected]) on 22 july 2017 at 10.21 pm through idea website and i got 32local mobile minutes. Whenever i called them and asked for clarification on this they are misleading me that the provided by dial ussd code, not mentioned in idea website. Moreover they wasted my time and i lost 35rs. Of my balance. I requesting to refund my money back.

                                      I was vodafone user for 10 years but idea lured me and got my cel ported. Now they say they do not have site at my place and as per rule i have to stay with them for min 90 days. I have lost rs 12674 till this day. Idea is neither rrimbursing my loss nor is providing services.

                                      They have cheated me need to be penalized and punished.

                                        I have requested the idea support executives many times to permanently close the connection of idea cug number [protected] from the past 2 months but the executives don't pay any heed to that.
                                        I am facing a lot of problems because of this.
                                        I want this connection to be closed permanently with immediate effect.
                                        I have repeatedly raised request for the permanent disconnection of this number but its of no use.
                                        Instead i am receiving messages to pay the bill for the services which are disconnected temporarily by the company and the services are not even being used.
