I ported from Vodafone to idea and number not yet activated since past 48 hrs I had this number everywhere in my advertisements and on such a peak time of weekend my number is inactive this is causing a lot of loss to me and my business

When i was just searching on the internet regarding some video suddenly i got the message that dindo service has been activated by idea cellular company without asking me. When i called them that i have requested to activate. But i haven't requested it. I have unsubscribed the service. But they have deducted 105 rs from my balance for this service. I want refunde of that money. The customer support agent was very rude and non cooperative. Mobile [protected]

I have recharge with 11rs on 30/07/2017 saying that 10p/min local I2I and other mobiles 1p/sec for 90 days in paytm app.But I get msg local calls 1p/s validity upto 13/08/2017 cheated me by telling false statement.

Sir we are receiving various sms from idea cellular to link our idea prepaid number with adhaar card in gujarat gandhinagar district.
The message says link mobile number with adhaar and you can submit your adhaar card at gajanan medicals sector 14 gandhinagar when yesterday we went there he is asking a charge of rs 20/- (Rupees twenty to link adhaar card with mobile).

I said the sms message do not say to pay rs 20/ as charge but the person at gajanan medical say he will charge on ly then he will link.
Please look into the matter he is charging amount for linking the adhaar with mobile.

I have recently converted my sim from prepaid to postpaid. It got activated within 72 hours while i was in india. When i left country for job purpose to gulf country, sim got disconnected from service.
I tried to resolve this problem through customer care from my family members. But, noone from idea could even answer for sorting out this matter. Finally, upon reaching idea show room, they advised to deposite rs. 2000 in order to activate international roaming service. Even after paying also, it is not yet activated after 8 hours. Seeking assistance from idea cellular servuces at the earliest.

Idea installed qwalli and dindo VAS and deducted around 100₹ in total. I never installed anything and never visited any idea website for VAS. It is unacceptable. 54300 is number which sent me this. Please contact me and reemburse me ASAP.

I use idea cellular sim in the dwarka, new Delhi area, but I found that the network of idea is very weak and the 3G/4G speed of the idea network is very slow. I inform about the problem on their customer care number also but no action is taken by company.

it is my complain that the upgrade the network and internet speed.

I would like to bring it to your kind notice that owing to hassle free online recharge system, i opted for the same for my prepaid idea number, which is [protected] but unfortunately the amount instantly got deducted from my bank account whereas the recharge failed. Thus, i am asking for an early refund because if such things will happen over and again, it is highly doubtful and disappointing on your part to show "best offers" for a certain number and then failing the recharge. Kindly work on this flaw running in your system as your company's reputation is at stake. As a loyal customer, i am expecting you to resolve this issue at the earliest.

There is no network/tower in gyan sarover complex, mount abu, dist. Sirohi (Raj.) since 23rd july an till writing this complaint. I already lodged the complant twice i. E on 28th and 29th of july and talked to madamjasoda and kajal on other network i. E. Airtell. Madam jasoda told within 24 hours the comppalint will be looked into and solved. After 24 hours when contacted on customer care madam kajal was on the line and told that after 48 hours your com[plaint will be solved. What, s going on with idea cellular. No proper customer care is being provided. Some of the customer is having pre-paid customer and having net-pack of a limited period. Out of that limited period already 7 days without net-work or no tower has eplased. The customer has to follow the other network even to lodge the complaint. Dear sir., i reacherged my idea no. For internet connection of rs 96 after seeing a msg on my mobile (In rs 96 get 15 gb 2g/3g/4g for 28 days) from company.
There is no information about the distribution of data..
When i use the date it's 1 gb internet ends in two days and my net is not working when i call c. Care they said to me that there is 1 gb for 3g/2g and 14gb for 4g.. And my hand set is 3g supportive.. Now the rest data is waste for me..
I request the c. Care to convert my 4g data into 3g date but they did not do this. And waste my time by giving me time duration for solving my problem..
Company has to give full information regarding offers.. Other wise they play with our time, emotion in this busy life schedule... I feel very bad as i requested them to convert it but they don't.

I did file a request for about 3 times but time it gets rejection, it they dont want to do it and annoying the customer after this i have make my mood to leave idea connection as they cant even fullfill the customer need and the idea store are also great, sometimes they are not present neither tell the issue why it is getting rejected. Now i'm feed up with this connection.

Hello Team, my idea number is not working. I am able to get incoming calls but outgoing is not working. I have recharged my number with 199 Rs 3 days back. And even today I have recharged assuming the talk time is over. But I realized that problem is not with balance.

Please reply and make it work as soon as possible

Last month i bough a sim, idea executive promise the plan fro per day 1 GB 4 G speed and after that speed will down to 128 Kbps but after 1 gb data not connect so i need to discount my number [protected]

From the last two days i am calling the idea customer care toll free number for registering a complaint regarded to my sim but there is no response from the idea company. I am calling customer care again and again but still there is no response only a lady operator says that (If you want to talk to our customer executive/or register any complaint so please dial 2 or 4 anyone number which the lady operator says and when we dial that number still no response) only the operator says we are connecting to our customer executive and after some time she says that you have to do some wait, some wait and wait but the call is not connected to the customer service. I want to ask that please improve your customer service as soon as possible or fastly.

[protected] i ported in idea at 27/7/17 at 11:50 mnp sim given to me by idea office was defective so idea manger assured to me today morning that new sim which he given to me will activated in 10 min but not activated. Again i approached to local idea office avatar communications at about 19:45 he told me your new request to be submitted he again took my adhar card and said he will send request and assured that sim will sim has not been activated in 10 min but no results. I m suffering great loss due to idea negligence and defect in services. My clients suffered great loss due to defect in services of idea.
It caused harassment physical and mental to me as well as to my clients.

I am from hyderabad, india using idea prepaid 4g sim. From the last one week, i am getting these flash messages every 1-2 minutes which are so annoying. Messages are coming during night time as well from 12 to 6 am. A serious action needs to be taken by trai against idea cellular and other such cellular companies which are sending those unwanted messages with out any consent from consumers. Cellular companies must provide consumers a way to stop these messages or they must be fined for doing such activities.

I was recharging my number ([protected]) on 24.07.2017 by rs.50/- through idea web recharge. The money got deducted from my bank account but recharge didn't happen.
And when i called the customer care, they said they have no such records.

I don't want to post this on facebook tweeter or any social media just because of mr. Kapania.. I respect him. But below case is a serious issue.

There is an issue with a bill which you claim is pending and i have been receiving calls from some legal firms from delhi stating bill payment of 2000 rs.. Infact these legal guys have even called my colleagues and told about my case.

I also received a bill from this legal guy for the period of mar-apr 17.. My number is with airtel since april.. How come a bill of 2000 got generated that too with idea?

I hope, being a firm you understand what is this?

My number got ported to airtel because of sad service i received from idea.

My idea number got ported with airtel in the month of april. I have received welcome sms from airtel for the same.
There was some pending bill which idea executive had called me and asked to do the payment of around 550.

She had asked me to go to the link of payment of discontinued idea number and make the payment.

I made a payment of 554 from my account of which i have the statement proof, post this my number was successfully ported to airtel.

After 2 months suddenly some one from delhi named manoj aggarwal calls at my place and threatens my father and tells him that i have misused my documents in some fraud and they have registered my case and asked the police to arrest and all..

Forget about this letter i have not even received the bill pending from idea till date..

Who are these people..? They even ask for card details on phone... I hope you guys know what is this...

I don't want to do anything as of now just because of mr. Kapania.. I respect that person..

I would request you to stop this and take strict action against this manoj aggarwal..

My father is a heart patient making a statement like "police ghar aegi" is unacceptable at this age.

It's not about skipping the payments it's about facing threatening calls for not doing anything? And these guys have simply spoilt it even in my office...

This is a clear case of mental and image harrassment.

I am have cleared all my dues with idea because of which my number got ported. Another call regarding this will force me to take some actions..
