You are sending messages to my mobile for linking of aadhar to my prepaid mobile number. I am having two pre paid idea sims bearing nos. [protected] and [protected]. But, to my surprise, our machilipatnam idea dealer is charging rs.20 for linking of the same. Please let me know, whether i have to pay the charges for linking of aadhar to my prepaid idea number. Please arrange online linking system to facilitate the idea customer for visiting the dealer for this work.

Just before 10 minutes you people have charged me with 34 rs. And
After that i've called to your 198 service at there you people are saying that at these moment all our customer care executives are busy so wait and then you are disconnecting the call
Then i've called to 121 as per your 198 service has suggested where no option for talk with customer care representative
After that i've called to 12345 and at there i was charged with 50 paisa and there also i got the same response which i got from 198 and mine call was disconnected and i was charged with call charge also without talking.
And this same issue is happening with me about customer care service call charge within 2 months
... Hope for the help

I have been charged for vas services since last 6 months, i have never asked nor i have given confirmation to activate vas services on my mobile number (Mobile number - [protected]), still i'm getting charged unnecessarily. I have been complaining and paying bills since last more than 6 months.
Despite of deactivating so many time, idea cellular is activating the service on it's own without my confirmation/request. This month i have been charged rs 2054 for vas services which is huge amount, last month as well they charged me 800 rs but somehow i could manage to pay as they promised me this won't happen again.
I have been registering complaint by mailing to customer service/appellate authority, contacted my idea gallery, called customer service but all my effort were in vain. What response i'm getting from everyone is vas is managed by third party so we can't do anything.
It's very irritating and annoying that i have been charged for 38 vas services which i never activated, because of this issue i have even deleted all browser from mobile and stopped using internet still i'm getting charged for it. I don't understand, how someone can activate services without our consent.

Request you to kindly look into this matter and help me with this. It would be great if charges applied for vas services get waived off for me.

Its been very unfair, disappointing that idea cellular is charging for the services which i never opted for. This is just fooling customer just because we are postpaid user.

Dear sir.
I have port my mob no.[protected] from vodafone to idea but after using it for few days signal problem arises because of which when people try to call on my no. They hear an engaged sound and many times operator says this no is not available.
Kindly please look into the matter and resolve this signal issue as i am working in sales industries and such kind of problem affects my work.

I have raised several complaints, called 100s of times, my twitter account has only tweets to you. You guys have kept me on hold for hours, threatened me, abused me. And filed a complaint for billing issue. You are doing this to a woman customer, who has repeatedly reached out to you, politely to settle the disputes, and you are harassing me in return? I am so ashamed to say say that i was associated with this. Your company recruits from iim i. Let me make sure people know what are these company's values and trust quotient and work ethics.

My prepaid idea cell number is inactivated by the company.

Sir my phn no.[protected]... Its no.. Delhi circle idea sim... Now i am posting in bangalore so change circle... Then i port idea so porting idea... But my phn before porting my phn balance 250 rs approximate... Then change sim no come balance in phn sim idea... Many time i call customer care... Not attend me... Not satisfied service of idea service...

Please give my money in my sim idea...250₹

My problem is that, i received late payment charges although the payment was made in-time. And adjustment charges shows up in addition.

Expecting your earliest resolution, before i move to other operator

Ideacellular has detected rupees 120 from my account claiming that I have made international call.I did not make any international calls on the day 18 July 2017.
Really frustrated about this.

Hi, This is manas ranjan sahoo my idea no-[protected] & alternate no-[protected].i had escalated so many times with Idea customer care but no one has responding over my mail & call.

On 15th of july from my sbi savings account rs.4998/-, rs.4998/- has been debited without my concern, this came to my light only after i transfered rs.1000/- on the 16th of july to one of my friend, when i happened to check my closing balance, i noticed that my account has been debited without my concern for rs.4998/-, rs.4998/- (Total rs. 9996/-) when approached the sbi branch manager he never showed any interest, but due to my pressure he accepted a written complaint from me on dt;[protected], but this forced me to approach me to lodge a complaint to cyber crime police station vide complaint no;245 dt;[protected], but till today the problem is not solved, the bank is making my constrain more and more by not taking appropriate action till date is there a help for me to get back my money

I had requested for porting out on 3rd july and 8th july & submited to other service provider. However, since then i was receiving regular calls from idea for retain in idea postpaid. I had denied to stay. After 4 days they had just send me text msg your request is rejected. They didnt confirm on what ground. Pls support

Every month idea company adds some extra amount other than my plan. Then whats the use of the plan we customer chosse. If you are activating any plan as you wish even though the customer dont want. During the last bill payment your customer executive said that from next bill they wont add any extra charges the all vas and other extra add onns have been deactivated and now the same issue. Every month you add 200 or more than that amount without reason. Do you thin that we customers are mad to pay every month the extra amount. Without any usage and your every customer care executive says that please pay the bill this wont be repeated and at every billing time the same amount gets added. I want my refund. Off my extra money you have taken from me

I am from rajkot. I have called to sbi to close my credit card and they told me they will call in 24 hour for confirmation. Once he cut my call exact after 30 second i got another call. So i trusted on that because sbi team told me they will contact in 24 hours. Confirmation call got from mobile number ([protected]).

"caller was a gents and said she is calling from sbi credit card department".
She requested to verify card details, even i denied to provide details. But he said i am not asking about your pin number. If i need to do fraud i can do big amount. Coincidence was my bonus point was matching with number she said so somehow i convinced.

He added the 4900 rs to idea money wallet.

I am idea prepaid user. On my number a message was mentioning that company offers call rate 25 paise/minute so i recharged my no. From main balance but recharge didnot get successful even not a confirmation message came of recharge. When i wanted to know about the recharge then customer care executive said this recharge was valid only recharging through retailer but in company message it was not mentioned anywhere. When i said this is cheating and get me back the sum she said sorry not possible and recharge again. Is this good for a common man. Even trai doesnot look the company's strategy.

This is regarding my mobile ([protected]) june month bill, which i have received is 542.22 ; i have found issues when check in details:

Rent charge : 349

Value added charges :100

Gst (18%) = 82.72...???

Total : 542.22

As above bill is for the month of june then why gst tax applied as 18% should be 14% as earlier tax. I think you must aware of as per government declaration any company or service provider should not applied gst for june month bill but apply from july month.

It is ridiculous even after govt. Cleared there stand about gst taxation in my bill 19% applied as this june months bill.

I know you may say my bill generated on 4th july that's why applied gst. You aware this bill not for only 2 to 3 days of july its 28 days of june. If you still insist then you should apply 19% gst for 3 days not for whole month bill.

I have checked with my friend having other service provider there service provider also not applied gst on bill was generated 2nd or 3rd july. Why idea applied gst for june month bill?

Even i have raised concern with customer care (Request number:e1-[protected]) still more than 48 hrs no one responded yet.

Hope you understand my query properly and will wait for positive response.

I am charged rs. 115 extra for vas services, 2 times rs. 35 (Total 70 rs) for bluelima services and rs. 45 for global models serivce. I have never requested for this service and i immediately deactivated it before 24 hrs. I tried calling customer care but they are not connecting call with their executive. Worst service provided by idea.!

I am a service user of idea cellular and my mobile no is [protected].. As i changed my handset i took a duplicate sim from pashim vihar outlet. I submitted my driving licence but same was not updated by then and then the services to my number is blocked also i have shifted from pune to delhi so now they are telling me to go to pune and update the kyc. Please look into the same as i can't change the number as i am using it for last 4 years and is distributed to every one.
