As per current pack 1 gb data limit is there with unlimited calls, they should explain how unbilled amount can go upto 779 within 12 hours. I have suffered a lot due to this because my outgoing calls are on kold.

My idea money account number is [protected], in date 15 may 2017, rs 40000 withrawl from my account. I hv regular compalint to company person. But no one solve my problum till date. Compant did not provide data, how 7 where use my money from my account. Its very big amount for me. Kindly contect with company and solve my issue.

I have recharged re 348 to [protected] online by idea cellular the offer was 1gb per day but didn't get that. When i call customer care they are saying your phone is not supporting 4g but the phone is iphone 5s that is supporting 4g.....

I have taken an idea connection (Number:[protected]) on 21.07.2017 and it was supposed to be activated within two days. But it has been five days now and no activation has been done and all company activities relating to the number has stopped and created a lot of confusion.

All the necessary documents have been submitted for activation and it is unfortunate that the delay has occurred.

Kindly address this issue...

I have applied from postpaid to prepaid conversion and received new idea SIM before 10 days and till the time I am trying 59059 to activate but it is not connecting saying not registered on network.

So its mohammed arif here, i was using idea cellular postpaid was paying all the bill amount before the billing cycle.

So 3 months back i had lost my idea sim card which i was using for idea 4g lte smart wifi router..

The very next month of the day i lost my sim.. I went to idea outlet opposite to gopalan mall, bannerghatta road. I informed all my scenarios about loosing of my sim and i wanted to block and disconnect...

I have subscribed for isd pack as on[protected], they always say that pack will be activated in one hour or two but that pack is not activated yet. They even took deposit amount of 1000/- on immediate basis but neither complaint help line no (198) nor that shop is giving proper response, we have to wait everyday for an hour and to argue and discuss with them, they are not providing any satisfactory service and always find loop to escape....

I have called idea customer care many times

i want to remove the call barring for outgoing calls from my mobile phone

Without my acknowledge rs.35 bal deducted from my main balance while i call "198" consult with your adviser he not able to give proper response and discounted call???. This was very unacceptable behavior pls immporve it and refund my bal whichever deducted my account. Also pls activate full on "dnd" service in my number. Otherwise i will port my number other services provider.

I want to know why any deduction will be done as no such clause was told to me while taking connection. To me it appears a hoax call from idea (No number in message and reply sent was rejected). The company must explain reason...

I have lost my mobile on 23/07/2015 . I got a new idea card on 24/07/2015 . Card got activated but I am not able to receive any messages from another number as well as any OTP from bank numbers .
It is creating lot of ruckus in my day to day lie .

I was earlier using services of 4g data and unlimited calls facility from another service provider, at the time of porting idea executives have promised 35 gb 4g data but 6 gb 3g data has been provided.

I have valid proof for the same from idea executive.

Hi Team,

Have recharged number [protected] on 25th Jul, 2017. I dint get any msg confirmation on recharge and amount deduction from bank. When i checked account transaction, the amount was deducted.

Kindly resolve this issue. Either recharge the number or refund the amount.

Idea jackpot offer was activated by checking out myidea android app. Immediately when i read about 100 rs extra payment. I called and emailed custormer care at idea. They prompty replied that jackpot offer has been deactivated.

I never get 4g signals in my area. Therefore the offer is of no use to me as it works only on 4g signal with 4g data. However, when i received the montly bill, i was shocked to see 100 rs extra added...

Hi, now a days idea is taking more money with vas charges. 3 days back i got msg like 3 ₹ got debited from your account. When i check with customercare, no vas were registered. But idea people said due to vas reduced money from account. Today i went to idea to change post paid to prepaid. They took 100₹ justfor sim. They said its cost of sim.
