I had received a promotional call for porting to idea for which i had shared my documents also. I had cleared my payment with vodafone against the same.
This call was from sdc communication, dilshad garden near metro station as they had told me. I have not received the sim card and my number is expected to be ported today itself. They are responding in a very bad and unethical manner.
I have to travel tomorrow. I am also scared these people may use my sim card in some fraud activities.

    I have been deceived by idea cellular mobile network operator company
    They gave me 10gb 4g data per month and never informed me that i will be charged for 3g data
    The network connectivity is poor and it keeps on shifting to 3g regularly. If know earlier, i would had never used free data as i am already using data of other telecom operator. I had requested appellate authority to reverse the charges of data but they were very rude. They authority said that i should assume that i will be charged for 3g data without informing me the same. This is fraud and i request you to take the matter with idea cellular goa

      I have informed the change in my billing address at idea store (Casino cultural complex, t b road, thrissur) in may, and a follow up reminder through email in june.

      The new address is 5/534, pazhedath mana, kunnathangadi, veluthur post, thrissur, kerala, pin: 680012.

      There is no action so far and a little worried.

        I got my number ported from idea-maharashtra to idea-karnataka, immediately got new sim. On 26th 00:30 my old sim was out of service and hence inserted new sim. Now idea guys are asking to call on 59059, but whenever i try to make call, it gets dropped i. E. Not able to connect. My number [protected].

          No.. Its not resolved.. Even a person called me on my number and asking money for the activation fees.. And he was trying to make me fool asking my debit card number and account details... I am also mentioning his number 9060032762.. Bhai bevkoof bnaane se phle company ki timing to jaan liya kro..subah 6 bje kaun sa representative call krta h bhai... Stupid guy

            My no. Is [protected]. On 20th june i received sms from 155223 about starting of masti club without my asking. Tried to deactivate with no success. It was followed by 3 more services without my request. Visited your office in pune to help me stop this. They confirmed that all these have stopped. Even after that received bill for the month charging for these services. I am not only paying for these unwanted services but will shift to other service provider if my bill (Due on 5th august) is not immediately amended. I am senior citizen and such harassment (Unwarranted non sense services) will not be tolerated if no action is immediately taken. Visited your office on karve road pune today and have lodged a complaint.

              This is sandip gutte, idea no [protected]. I have changed my pack on[protected] through call center.
              On[protected] i have cleared bill of rupees 772. Today my account is barred,

              As per current pack 1 gb data limit is there with unlimited calls, they should explain how unbilled amount can go upto 779 within 12 hours. I have suffered a lot due to this because my outgoing calls are on kold.

                    I have taken an idea connection (Number:[protected]) on 21.07.2017 and it was supposed to be activated within two days. But it has been five days now and no activation has been done and all company activities relating to the number has stopped and created a lot of confusion.

                    All the necessary documents have been submitted for activation and it is unfortunate that the delay has occurred.

                    Kindly address this issue at the earliest, since all my customers have been given this number and and it has resulted in a lot of chaos.

                        So its mohammed arif here, i was using idea cellular postpaid was paying all the bill amount before the billing cycle.

                        So 3 months back i had lost my idea sim card which i was using for idea 4g lte smart wifi router..

                        The very next month of the day i lost my sim.. I went to idea outlet opposite to gopalan mall, bannerghatta road. I informed all my scenarios about loosing of my sim and i wanted to block and disconnect the connection.
                        One of the person over there informed me that, if your sim is lost no problem, your sim card will not be having the internet connection, and it will deactivated. You can just leave it like that only.. It will automatically disconnected.

                        So after that for my course of java i went out to hyderabad..

                        After 3 month i was back from there and i got a call from idea saying your balance of bill should be paid.. I told them am no more using the network and it is lost 3 months back.. Still she argued.. Then i got a number mr, suresh @ [protected] to contact. So i contacted him on june 28th of 2017 and told my issues.. And i told him that my sim was lost and why for no reason you are charging me, he told me to pay in any cost, i told am student still i dont have that much of money, so he suggested me that i'll reduce the money rs.2670.. So he finally told to pay rs.1500 to disconnect the connection.. So i paid 1500 through paytm and called him to confirm the disconnection of my network, he told its already disconnected. But i dint get any confirm message of disconnection, so called once again to confirm, so he told its disconnected rest of the amount is waved off..

                        But, today.. (07/25/2017) another person called from idea saying that there's due on your idea bill amount. I told him that i already paid the amount and its already disconnected. Still he dint understand.

                        So i called the same person mr. Suresh @ [protected] to ask about this.. Called more than 7 to 8 times, he dint attend the call..

                        So i just want to raise a complaint on idea cellular..

                        If they do same thing to all the customers like this after paying the amount..
                        Then its a fraud activity..

                        I want strictly action to be taken on employers like suresh ([protected])

                          I have subscribed for isd pack as on[protected], they always say that pack will be activated in one hour or two but that pack is not activated yet. They even took deposit amount of 1000/- on immediate basis but neither complaint help line no (198) nor that shop is giving proper response, we have to wait everyday for an hour and to argue and discuss with them, they are not providing any satisfactory service and always find loop to escape. I have full fledged recording of the answers they have given.

                              Dear sir, i have been using mobile no [protected] for more than 10 years. Stopped using internet on this number for last more than 6 months. Idea has activated 10 gb free pack without any request by me. While i was chased & prompted for the same, i tried to use the service being free but to my utter surprise, a charge of rs.508.00 was levied. On repeated follow up through e mail to customer care, company has neither refunded the amount nor de activated the pack from my number. This is to mention that, the service has been activated without being solicited and the charges levied are unlawful

                                Without my acknowledge rs.35 bal deducted from my main balance while i call "198" consult with your adviser he not able to give proper response and discounted call???. This was very unacceptable behavior pls immporve it and refund my bal whichever deducted my account. Also pls activate full on "dnd" service in my number.                                   I have a mobile connection number [protected] in up east. Very frequently i get sms ' apke mobile balance se rs. 20 katne wale hai! Kripya ise bachane ke liye turant calling ya data ka usage shuru kare,,,,,,,,,,, '
                                  I want to know why any deduction will be done as no such clause was told to me while taking connection. To me it appears a hoax call from idea (No number in message and reply sent was rejected). The company must explain reason for such messages, if any and stop sending vague warnings.

                                      Sub: idea cellular false commitment of services

                                      I was earlier using services of 4g data and unlimited calls facility from another service provider, at the time of porting idea executives have promised 35 gb 4g data but 6 gb 3g data has been provided.

                                      I have valid proof for the same from idea executive.

                                      Not satisfied with the 3g speed & services in terms of bill plan and not using the idea services, want to port back to other available service provider.

                                      Tried to complain couple of times on customer centre but response was not satisfactory.

                                      Look, if my issue can be resolved asap.

                                        My name is planisamy. K living from jambai at erode district, i have savings account with state bank of india at erode main branch. Last few days before exatly 18.07.2017 ihave received a phone call from one person who said as a bank manager of state bank and asking my sbi atm card details unfortunately i was told him all the details of my card. Then he withdrawed my savings amount of fourty thousand rupees. Again i called that number was switched off. Then only i was realised my money was thefted. Please file a complaint against that transaction. And make step to refund my money. There is my account details are given below
