I went to link my mobile number [protected] at idea store - h&n store in ettumanoor, kottayam district kerala.. The store manager after linking my mobile number asked for rs10. I told this is a govt order and u cannot charge me for the same.. He told he is doing this with every customer and dare me to complaint.. I told no other mobile company is doing this and u have not informed customers early or showed any board indicating the same. Hence...

I have today recharged Rs.199 through paytm by seeing available recharge offers to my no by dialing USSD code.
But the money is deducted and recharge did not happen.

With the refernce number given below they are saying its not enough then what else do i need to give for them to refund my money...

With out my intimation, they added a subscription called celebrity chat @ charge ₹0.00 for 3 months, and later renewal also @ ₹0.00, you can find this on screen shots, after 3 days i got a message that i deducted ₹15.00 for celebrity chat, there is no information regarding this deduction from them, please take action regarding this indents for cheating customers in the name of subscriptions...

I have corporate idea postpaid connection and using it from 2 years and this cycle i got a bill of 2500 inr and it is mentioned 1500+tax is for data pack pro-ration charges and that is only detail i have.

I have changed my postpaid connection to prepaid connection on 12th july. I have been asked to dial 59059 to activate the connection but so far i am unable to activate. I am getting a message saying "not registered on network" whenever i am dialing the customer care number. Please activate the services as i have been using this number from past 5 years. I am missing all important phone calls....

My idea number is [protected], my monthly billing plan is rs. 349 and i just changed free of cost data plan.

They charge me rs. 1545 for data proration, while i am entitled to get 1 gb per day as free with top up of rs. 50 per month.

This rs. 1545 for proration charges is huge amount and this is a type of cheating by them.

Please let me know how i can initiate a complain against the company "idea...

Sir, I have idea prepaid number [protected] in Maharsatra circle. I am regularly getting flash messages from your side which are chargable also. I had requested through customer care to stop these messages but to no avail as I have been charged multiple times. Please stop these messages or I shall have to discontinue using idea prepaid....

4 days ago i recharge for Rs346 for unlimited call and daily one GB internet, but i can't use internet it shows the speed of 3G net not more than 75 kbps . Kindly fix this otherwise i will port this number to any other network. I only use 300MB due to low speed. Kindly fix this.

First time idea care told me that they have not this number and its details and It is a number of another company. After some time they said that your number is blocked by someone. This is the 3rd compliant i am registering in this site. I am here at germany for the last month onward. There is no network connectivity for idea sim for me.
My idea number is registered to all my banks and currently i am not able to do any transaction because i am not receiving any otp.

This is very pathetic, if you are not able to provide any such support outside india then you should have...

10 gb 4g data has been rewarded to my no. [protected] for free...

When i started to use it... It's working good.. At same place same time it's automatically connected to 3g services.. And now i received message that around rs. 670 is my bill amount...

I have ported my number to idea on 15 july 2017. I got this message as mentioned. "dear customer, welcome to idea. Please call 59059 for tele-verification after 15/07/2017 23:30:00 to enjoy our services. Expected no service period is 4 hours."
But when i am dialling this number 59059 after 5 hours when the idea signal is available, it says "the number you have entered is not a correct number". I have an urgent requirement...

I am complaining about i have to change my idea no postpaid to prepaid but due to customer service centre employee my idea prepaid no is no working from last one week. I am complaining daily to mr. Hello idea,
These days i don't know whats happening with idea, they are charging the customers with unexpected charges even phone is not in use.
When spoke to customer care they are unable to help and saying that you have used that service. This is not the first time, it happened many times.
They never refund that unexpected charges from idea.
How come i'm responsible for this charges even if i didn't use service....

This service was subscribed without my knowledge, and the amount for this was being deduction from past 1 month, around 5₹ or 35₹. Since i recently noticed this and unsubscribe date it. Pls provide me a statement y this happened. Or refund the amount. However if this doesn't happen we will be moving to another service provider, since i'm facing lotzz of issue with idea....
