In the month of may, idea representative called me for new plan 499 with unlimited calls and 3 gb 4g data usage, this plan also included 1 gb of 4g usage per day.
I did not believe as there have been many such miss leading calls in the past, and, the tel-callers just say they have changed the plan, and the user under a believe uses the service, they then send a bill which does not reflect the plan changed, its the only way idea is earning money.
Since i knew this was the recent way idea works, i called the customer care number to confirm such plan, after a through questioning and effects of bill thereafter, i asked them to change my plan from 1299 to 499
On june 10th i was surprised to see a bill of rs 5, 000 plus which included rs 3, 700 for 900 mb o[censored]sage
Its been over a month with various written and oral complaints, i still don't have a resolution to the problem.
I need guidance to go to consumer court and solve this problem for may other users.
Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
