I being an airtel customer for past 12 years was desiring to port my airtel sim to idea so i visited idea gallery of dafftary road, malad (E), mumbai
They charged 100 rs for prepaid sim of idea which they assured me of being start in 7 days taking my documents and legal procedures since then it has been over a month and i had visited the gallery 10 times for which they requested me for documents nearly 5 times which i submitted to them, but then also they are unable to port the sim as they are talking some technical probs, i told them to refund my money for which thay are ignoring to, what should i do i may not the only one as they would be making many more frauds like this, pls help in this matter as soon as possible

Today i recharged my mobile with 150 rs, after 30 minuts i got message from idea cellular network your ndtv pack is activated and without informing they deducted amount 42 rupees. I dont know what is ndtv good time pack. I want my money back. Refund my amount.

I got fraud call on 10/07/2017 from mobile number [protected] and i raised a complaint on ideamoney through city crime police station yesterday it self.
Amount debited twice rs.4992/- respectively please don't adjust to any of your customer numbers are whatever kindly kept on hold this rs.4992*2= 9984 inr

Please don't utilize please revert to city crime branch mail id bangalore when sent mail 10/07/2017 time in and around 18.00 to 19.30 hours i need immediate action on the same.

I got fraud call on 10/07/2017 from mobilenumber :[protected] saying my bank of india debit card reward points got expired and you can opt for cash back amount of 4992 rs. Caller asked me to provide debit card number to get amount back. Initially i denied sharing personal details. But after some discussion i agreed to share my debit card nos and otp. Amount got deducted from my account instantly twice and was transferred to ideamoney vide transaction numbers 1. Medr/ideamoney /552913/ and
2. Medr/ideamoney /555553. When i went asked to the bank, they replied saying we will check and it will be credited to your account that money lying in ideamoney account within 1 week. After 1 week, they sent me a sms saying my request is denied. Please help me in this regard am not consumer of ideamoney

But no money was transferred.
Customer care needs to check ideamoney account in haryana state may be twicecdebited to my account big fraud in india someone innocents money is transferring to ideamoney in the market

Hi my name is keshav gupta i port my mobile number from airtel to idea and they give me new sim and take 100 rupess and from that day 5 days are completed but no response come from their side my mobile number is still not working they only said wait for few hours no. Will be activated surely
This is my postpaid number or my business number also they take it lightly and my business loss increases day by day who is responsible for that please register my compliaint and process it as soon as possible

We are feeling very much disappointed to inform you that from your retention department one member ms. Monica called me her contact number is [protected]. First, she was enquiring about divanshu ahuja afterthen when i told her that i dont know any divanshu. She again called me within two months regarding divanshu payment. First time, she was abusing me and second time, she was talking in a very aggressive manner. I am a idea user facing the problem of wrong money deduction for unwanted services. I had ₹300 balance and now its ₹8. Seriously i used only ₹100 or 120₹ out of it. Rest were deducted for vas automatically. Idea do not acknowledge the complaints. So it is better to keep the balance to minimum.

Vodafone on the other hand returned back all wrongly deducted money the next day itself after i complained. The amount refunded was around ₹150 by vodafone.

Idea ate all my money. Now i don't feel like recharging again because idea will finish the amount up with vas.

I have recharged amount of rs 180 for my number [protected]. The website showed that the recharge was successful and money was deducted from my sbi account (Receipt is attached). But the recharge has not yet been done.

Billing cycle starts at every 27th of the month (Refer attachment).
Unnecessary internet charges were applied in billing from 27- april to 30 - april.
On those days it is constantally increasing my unbilling amount. Immediately i approached all ways to find the problem. Called to customer care, visited store. Every one said we cannot tell now until bill is generated, but every one assured that i am having active 512 mb plan. I have recorded audios as well, but no option to upload audios. After billing cycle i mailed complaint, but no use - i have proofs for all. I dont no even video is not uploading in this site.

I had called idea customer care to confirm if my idea net setter was active as i want to recharge it since it was not in use since 6 months. So they said it was active and i can recharge, upon rechrge still it did not show any service.. So i called them again now they said it was in somebody elses name and number from my name has been canceld.. So this information they guve me after i recharge the number with 989 data plan. Top of ot the cuatomer care was rude enough to say i was on fault... Pathetic idea customer care and their service.

Sir your idea gallery store, dholepatil road, pune-411001, maharashtra. Staff is very rood's. All staff not have discipline & manners. Any time i go in there they told me server down, electricity gon, sum time not available all staff there.
Sum time they told you go kallyani nagar gallery.

Incident details:
1. Idea cellular is over charging internet usage. Even after purchasing booster internet packages. They have charged 3700 just for internet access just for a month.
2. Despite making several complaints they refused to accept and reduce the amount.
3. After refused to pay the billing amount (3700). They even have stopped the internet services and out going calling services and still in the next month i got a bill of 5000 rupees.
4. Because of this i discontinued the service.
5. Today, after a 2 months they have violating the confidentiality law and my personal contact details referred by their agents to get my new number and keep on calling each and every possible number and asking them to repay 7000 rupees of the billing amount.
The amount is doubled this time.

This is regarding fraudulent call which i have received today on my mobile. Those people claim that they are part of icici credit card team and they discussed about the my reward points are expired and i can get cash back of rs. 10000/- approx. Adjusted against my reward points for shopping.

They asked for my credit card details such as my date of birth and card number. I was suspicious and asked how could i believe it. They mentioned to send the otp. Then they asked for my credit card no. & cvv and informed that 10000/- will be credited immediately. After providing otp 2 transactions were done and in 10 minutes i got to know that it was for fraudulently spending money from my credit card.

Request you not to settle the transactions as its a fraudulent one.

Dear i was recharged my account with 399 than got all benifit and my balance was 23.33 on 08/07/2017 last night. From the next day my balance is 16.83. I have free mint free data and i am not crossed the daily limit. So i want know about my 6.50 balance. 1 more think i am not recieved any company call and not activated any vas sarvice so plz check and inform me details if its fake so provide me waiver. Sir i had prepaid sim they told unlimited calls and 31gb data so i changed it to post paid from nagesh and paid 300₹ now they are telling if you have 4g mobile then it is applicable otherwise no.. Really i did a mistake in buying the idea sim and no one is responding worst customer service nagesh he will never pick the call what he is collecting money by this.

My no. Was [protected] air tail. One day lady called me from idea and promise me to switch to idea and we have unlimited data plan and calls. I was agree with that plan and submit all documents. But after taking idea number i have to call many times for internet connection the have been taken the complain olso but nothing has been done. I have got my internet after 25 days after complainig so many times i have told them to close the number but no body to resolve the problem simply they have changed for two months. And now one lady is calling and thretning that i will submit the document to the cibill court. No sense while taking simply calling and thretning. Very poor service and customer care olso useless.
