I had recently ported to idea and the servies are up and running. But to get me ported your sales team had made many promises which is not being satisfied now.

So i got a call from some female (Unfortunately i don't know the name or number) on june 29th asking whether i need to port to idea. The same day i already made my mind port to aritel but some final discussion was ongoing with them to conclude on the plan. But then idea was offering me much better offers. The offers they told me was

Unlimited incoming/outgoing calls free.
Unlimited roaming incoming free
Daily 1gb 4g data

Welcome gift of provogue gift voucher which will contain a travel bag and watch.

I found this very interesting but then i asked them to share some more details regarding the plan via email and i got an email from vstelecom vstelecom

Further since i was happy with the offer i asked them to send a representative to come and collect the documents for porting.

A guy named manoj ([protected]) came almost immediately to collect my documents.
But he had to sell me much better offer.

Welcome gift of several options which i select from one of them was provogue and another would be bill waiver for some months.

Later my sim got ported successfully to idea on 6th of july. For verification/activiation purposes i used to get call from a female from [protected].

After my sim got activated i called the same female to ask about my plan and enquire about the gift voucher. They told me told the first set of plan which was told to me and when i asked about the offer manoj told me they said it could be some special offer from their section which they are not aware off and hence asked to him up directly and for the gift voucher they will share the same by email by the same day evening.

Since any mail didn't come i have been trying to reach out to this female since 9th of july. They just don't pick my call, and once in a while by mistake they do pick my call and when i start talking about the gift voucher they immediately hang up the call and there after the same response as they don't pick my call.

From the start of this week i have been trying to reach out to manoj, good thing about him is he picks my call. And he said that my plan is already changed to what he actually told me and i can easily make all calls during roaming and send as many sms i want because all those are free. The plan change is already done. I asked him to send me that information via email which never happened. And for gift voucher every single day he tell me he is coming to meet me. Everyday the story is the same. I start calling him in the morning, he picks the call and tell he will reach in 1 hour. So i keep calling him and he promises 10am, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, 6pm and at 7 pm he just switch off his mobile.

This is like clearly irritating the hell out of me. This is clearly breach of trust and giving false promises to cheat people. I'm completely unsatisfied with the proceedings so far.

As a follow-up i had raised a complaint with idea sr# c1-[protected] but i didn't have any update from customer care so far.

It seems it's a joint attempt to get people ported to idea and then fool on them.

My bill due date is june 12 2017 to 11 july 2017
But they charge tax on total bill
How can they
Gst applicable from july 1 2017

I call customer care near about 1hour but they are busy
No one can answer me
How they apply gst to total bill it is against the rule and regulations

I raised a concern regarding close my number on 16-march, i called on their customer care and they refuse to accept the request and waisted my time saying that i need to go to customer care center. After i visited 2 center no one accepted my request. Then they started harassing me for baying bill, called all my relative and family member,. The girl who contacted me also talk very rudely. I kept patience now they had converted a bill to 1000+ added april, may, jun and july also. When i called to customer service they start asking why u want to port and waste my 1 hour for such a small thing. Now their customer person ram kumar called and told that he will close my nymber but still i am not sure if its close as the status is not updated on their application. On his saying i payed bill of 1000 on 11 july 2017.
My number was of delhi circle and now i relocated to telgana (Number:- [protected])

I had lent money to k vishnuvardhan reddy, person known to me through bharatmatrimony site, of approximately 1.15 lakhs through multiple bank transactions on the basis of trust from the duration of july 7, 2015 through october 1, 2015 as he was in some trouble and need of money. I have not met him directly. Later got to know that k vishnuvardhan reddy had expired through his relative/friend sridhar who was in touch with me at that time. Initially sridhar told that he would repay the money as vishnuvardhan reddy's father had helped him to go to us. Sridhar later informed that his brother in law, dr. Dilip, would repay the money. Sridhar and dilip were in touch with me through messages and call until june 2016. After that, my calls have been barred by above said people and i am not able to reach them in any manner as i do not have their address too. I have registered a complaint on the same to uttaralli bangalore branch police with acknowledgement number of po[protected]. I request to help

I feel it is a deliberate act of romance scams. Therefore, i am registering a complaint for settlement of the above mentioned issue/concern. I would provide further details upon scrutiny.

Idea team,

I ported from vodafone to idea due to poor vodafone network and expected a good n/w from idea. But things are too worse after porting to idea. Very very poor network at my home and not able to receive any calls also

I lodged a complaint on july 3rd with c1-[protected]. They promised me to resolve the issue on or before 7/7/2017 02 : 13 (Including time).

Somebody from idea came to my home and verified the signal strength and they confirmed that 0 signal at my home. Then on july 7th somebody from idea called and informed me that, this issue will take some time

I again called to idea on july 13th, just to recheck the status of my complaing. But unfortunately, they closed my complaint. (This is absolutely wrong, how can idea associates close the complaint with resolving / informing customer. How can you get age of complaint if you close without resolve the issue.

And i sent an email on july 12th to 'hcore2. [protected]@idea. Adityabirla.com' but they are not respondng to my mail

On july 13th when i called to cc, they registered one more complaint and asking for 30 days time to resolve this.

How can i live with this problem for next 30 days??

Why cant you install a booster at my home until issue resolves?

Why this kind of ignorance from idea management?

I am subbaraju and using the number [protected] (Post paid). My sim got damaged and request for new sim in your miyapur office. But due to sim stock unavailability they took 1 week time to replace my sim. Finally i got sim on 11th. But still they have not activated my new sim. When we call the miyapur branch office there is no proper response. Raised same issue with customer care as well on 12th july. This is causing so much of inconvenience and loss to me. So i am requesting you to look into this immediately.

Sir i request to you that there is a very bad network at bhatti mines. I can't use anything like msg... Internet... Calls.... There's too much call drops. If i use whatsup... There is no network if. You resolve it please do it... Im suffering that issue from three months.... There is airtel network so strong.... And vodafone too.
So many people are facing this problem witch use idea network at this area

I have zte 3g (3g hostless modem) data cart and using idea 3g internet service for internet browsing but i am not able to connect vpn server in my office i have tried to connect secondary vpn server as well but getting same error. I have check with my it - network team and they confirmed it's idea internet issue. So i have called idea customer care but they don't know about vpn connection.

I am unable send port sms to 1900, every time when i send the sms it shows error, even though i got enough free sms left to send my idea cellular is not allowing to send the message. This is my number [protected]. Please kindly go through my request and take action as soon as possible.

Useless VAT services are being activated on my number without my intimation and deduction of money for this useless services.
I tried to call customer care but no body bother to receive calls. now I am fade up with idea service and wanted to disconnect idea connection and I will move to customer forum with this issue.

I have moved out of the idea on jan 28 and still they have not refunded the outstanding balance i had on idea. When i called the customer care they are asking to go to the idea outlet and when going to the outlet, they are asking me to call the customer care number. Nobody is serious about this and kindly let me know how this can be made legal. I have an outstaniding amount of ruppe ~1800 on the number [protected] when i used the idea network. Till today i have got the amount refunded.

Here is the case

1: i received a call from ankita, she informed me that she is calling from idea, and have better plan for me.
I. E;-
1) unlimited calling (All india)
2) 3000 sms (All india)
3) roming free (In & out)
4) 35 gb data (3g or 4g)

I agreed to her and ask to send some person to collect documents,

So she sent manmeet ([protected]) and he to explained me the same, but i dis agreed to give the documents as manmeet was not having any id card.
So he asked another idea person to send his id card via whats app. Am attaching a copy of the same.

I called the person (Mr hitesh jain) on the same number ([protected]) the id card and he to explained me the same plan. So i gave my documents and 200 rs as they told it as processing charges and will be revert in my first bill,

But now as i have become the member of idea, i called the customer care to and found that i was put in 499 plan and not in 399, the data they provide me is just 5 gb

I found my self alone as theres no one to help me out,
1) customer care informed me that they cant do any thing,
2) i visited idea store, they to informed me the same and ask me to contact manmeet & hitesh or visite police
3) hitesh is replying like he didn't visit my place and only manmeet is responsible,
4) manmeet's number is not reachable

I already requested to you guys to close all the services for [protected], but still i am receiving your email to pay due amount, please check the attached document and send me confirmation,
And if sandeep nirwan is available please take action against him, this person told me that he will close my number once i will make all the due amount.
If still it will continue i will take legal action against you guys.

We are disconnected this number [protected] for invalid billing purpose some one it recovery team calling and using abuse words to me i want clarification about value added services than i will pay outstanding but calling party not clarification any about this they are asking payment i asked clarification than suddenly started the bad words chetan [protected] and anita [protected] pls take neccary action on this fellows and pls explain bill details than i ready to pay outstanding my number is [protected]

I recharged my idea number [protected] with 347 Rs . In the plan it was not mentioned wither it is 2G or 3G or 4G network net the company is giving. They gave me only 1gb 3G net plan
In 346 Rs the company is giving 28 GB
They are cheating the customers by not giving the full details in the plans

I recharged to my idea no [protected] with 395 plan which was shown as unlimited calls by idea app and in idea message service *121#. After recharge came to know it was giving 3000 minutes for 70 days. I would like to fight against this cheap trick play by idea. It's directly making customers as fools. If they can't provide unlimited at least they have to mention what they can. So my fight was, file this incident against idea cellular, i demanding the claim against this blame in worthy which i wish.

I have paid 385 rupees last month and asked to close this number as i am not using and i have visited idea outlet electronic city twice also called number of times to customer care to close the number.
Now you people have generated again 491 rupees bill and asking me to but i have not used that number from 2 months as it was assured to me that number will be disconnected. But you people are asking me to clear the bill but since i did not use the number why should i pay 491.
Also i have spoken many times on customer care but they are not at all helpful and worst service

The stuff was very rude and arrogant with the customer as we he could not retain us to close the connection.
He abused and used incorrect language.
Also have requested to activate on the services on prepaid no however he directly disconnected the total service

Idea outlet has activated Rs 250 booster pack without my information. After asking to customer care regarding this, they lodged complain but cancelled after 44 hr working day. I lodged the complaint again but no result. This is totally harassment and cheating to customer. I have decided to leave idea network. If anyone can help please refer my complaint no. C1-[protected].

I being an airtel customer for past 12 years was desiring to port my airtel sim to idea so i visited idea gallery of dafftary road, malad (E), mumbai
They charged 100 rs for prepaid sim of idea which they assured me of being start in 7 days taking my documents and legal procedures since then it has been over a month and i had visited the gallery 10 times for which they requested me for documents nearly 5 times which i submitted to them, but then also they are unable to port the sim as they are talking some technical probs, i told them to refund my money for which thay are ignoring to, what should i do i may not the only one as they would be making many more frauds like this, pls help in this matter as soon as possible
