Dear sir,
I was using mobile no. [protected] it is a vodafone punjab prepaid number. I have port out it into idea postpaid punjab circle. The port in date given by the idea cellular was[protected]Time 10pm). On the informed date my vodafone sim loose network but my idea sim not started yet. All my work and phone calls has been stopped due to this issue. I have taken idea postpaid sim from idea cellular postpaid counter which is star city telecom, sahitya sadan road, city-abohar, district-fazilka, state-punjab (152116). Here the officer was mr. Amit (Mob. [protected]). Yesterday (On saturday) i have visited the star city telecom and asked about my problem and mr. Amit assured me that my sim will start by today at 10pm but it is still not started even after 16hours passed. Now mr. Amit is not receiving my phone calls and not starting my sim. I am very frustrated and very tense. Please provide a solution or do the needful. I will be very thankful to you.

    Hi,
    I have ported my number to idea on 15 july 2017. I got this message as mentioned. "dear customer, welcome to idea. Please call 59059 for tele-verification after 15/07/2017 23:30:00 to enjoy our services. Expected no service period is 4 hours."
    But when i am dialling this number 59059 after 5 hours when the idea signal is available, it says "the number you have entered is not a correct number". I have an urgent requirement to make calls. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.

        Hello idea,
        These days i don't know whats happening with idea, they are charging the customers with unexpected charges even phone is not in use.
        When spoke to customer care they are unable to help and saying that you have used that service. This is not the first time, it happened many times.
        They never refund that unexpected charges from idea.
        How come i'm responsible for this charges even if i didn't use service. This is pathetic response from idea.
        Look at that message which is not at all acceptable.
        Im not that much vulgar to use that kind of services. Its very bad from idea.
        Solve my issue and refund my amount. You can see the attachment below.

          This service was subscribed without my knowledge, and the amount for this was being deduction from past 1 month, around 5₹ or 35₹. Since i recently noticed this and unsubscribe date it. Pls provide me a statement y this happened. Or refund the amount. However if this doesn't happen we will be moving to another service provider, since i'm facing lotzz of issue with idea.

            They always activate any service they want to activate on their coustomers account. And when you call them, their answer would be you had activated this. This time i went to idea store for changing my sim bacause it was not working. So i went their got my sim recharged. They said it will be activated in 2 hours. It was not activated, next day again i went their, then they replied that a vas service is activate on your account due to this your account balance is low now i recharged my account and asked them to deactivate all vas on my account, they made it and said your balance will not be deducted in future. Then i recharged my account again and got my sim activated after 3 hours as they told me., i said that's fine. Then, i just opened whatsapp on my mobile because my mobile account sim was not working from 15 days, during the time it was downloading msg. I got another msg from idea about another vas service has been activated on your account. Even i did not open any browser or clicked any add. I called customer care no. They picked my call no greeeting nothing. After listening their chit chat for 5 seconds, i started the conversation, i told that guy the thing happened. But he argued and start telling me that you had done this you activate the services, customer service center don't have any rights to deactivate any vas services bla bla blah, they will not even tell you their name even when you asked for it. More over this that guy cut the phone from his side. This is the kind of service idea is providing to their customer very cheap and pathetic. Cheating people for[protected] bucks.

            Also ask them who activated vas on my account.
            It is your product, I bought it and used the services, it got some problem, I reached your service center, your service center promised me something, I faced the problem again, than i called up your customer care, they are telling me something else. Fault is in your system. As a consumer I had paid for everything but what you are doing as a service provider is you know better than me. I don't think that I do need to tell you anything more on the topic.

              Hello,
              I checked *121*12# and got info about plans. Then, i recharged 799 from paytm. Got wrong befits added to my plan. Actual benefits are 2gb daily for 56 days and unlimited calls.

              Now im trying to connect to cc on 12345 and 198 (Waited for 10 mins for both) so they are not receiving calls.

              Please provide solution. Please see attached screenshot as well.

                        I am not sure what is happening but someone from one of the idea stores in moradabad barred my number twice within last 2 days under sim lost.

                        I first called the customer yesterday and they unbarred the same as per my request but today they are unable to do this again on phone call.

                        I visited the idea store as well in moradabad and they are literally making some unnecessary excuses!

                        I did some argument with the executive at store and came to know the store code is 17439 that made these requests.

                        Can someone please take further action and let me know why is it happening again and again?? Why i am being played like this??

                        I need a detailed explanation on this asap else i will definitely consult this with my legal advisor and take further action.

                          While submitting disconnect request i had cleared all outstanding. But still am getting bill every month for these numbers. Why should i get bill if number is disconnected??

                            I want to complain about fraud money deduction from my account. I am using plan of 348 of idea cellular. As per

                            I was in roaming on 09/07/17. I used data services for internet. After that rs. 70.60 has been deducted from my

                            Account. When i called customer care of idea he says since you were using other network so money has been

                            Deducted. He was also not registering my complain. After long request he put my complain. The complain number

                              I got a offer of rs399 on my number [protected] and then i confirmed same by calling 198, asking is this offer valid for 3g handset i called 3times.
                              First time confirming offer and next 2times before recharge and those 3 people told it is valid when i did recharge i didn't get 1gb/day offer for 70 days but i received 512 in total.
                              I again called they say if even we have provided false information the offer benefits are not going to change this is pure cheating i confirmed 3 times before recharging and lost 400rs.
                              I'mvery disappointed with idea as no body is understanding that i lost money due to there uneducated customer services and they are not even checking those recorded calls.

                                    In april 2 i talked with idea customer executive. He offered me a postpaid plan of 499 and told me there will be a discount of 300rupees for next 3 months. So including tax i have to pay 270-280. But in may they billed 582 rupees. On 18th may i complained about the discount but they have not registered any complain. On 22nd they barred my no. When i complained again they told me within 72 hours we will verify the conversation of2nd april. Again without resolving this problem they barred my no on 24th may. Then again i complained on 24th may so they told me to pay the total amount otherwise my no will remain in barring condition. So i paid the total amount and also they assured me to give me cash back of 300 rupees on 29th may and told me that by mistake their customer care executive assured the discount so from next month they can't avail that discount to me. Again on 29th they didn't give me that cash back so i complained on 5thmay about the same but they are telling that there is no such assurance given to me. Then finally due to frustration i started the process to switch to other operator but again idea customer executive asked me not to switch and they offered me a one time discount of 300 and activated a new plan of 499. They told me that in this new plan i will get discount of 150 for next 3 months on 9th june. Now in july again the bill was 832. Now they are telling that from 2nd june to 9th june i was billed 499 (According to previous plan) and from 9th june to 2nd july i was billed 399 (According to new plan). Every time idea customer care is cheating.

Everytime they say it wil start in 2hrs. All my business n other important work has been on a hault. They said their service has problem for last few days..                                         सर सिंगोट सरकल मैं 3G नेटवर्क होने के बावजूद भी ज्यादातर 2G नेटवर्क ही मिलता है अधिकतर उपभोक्ता इसके कारण परेशान रहते हैं अनुभव बहुत ही खराब है प्लीज कुछ करिए नहीं तो हमें दूसरी SIM लेनी पड़ेगी

                                        सिग्नल भी बार-बार कम ज्यादा होते रहते हैं सिग्नल भी बार-बार कम ज्यादा होते रहते हैं
