Am currently having idea network in narnaul, mahendergarh, haryana.i am facing network issues since the past 25 days.its network is very fluctuating.sometimes its shows 4g then suddenly not even 3g then drop to2g.i am currently using one month pack of 348 rs which includes unlimited calling and data(1gb 4g per day) but i could not use the calling feature properly 3 out of 5 calls drops.sometime it losses it connection during a voice call...

The most stupidest, dumbest, idiotic telecom provider in India. Rude people with misleading informations. No response when I called the Head office number. Irresponsible and irritating answers from the customer care and from the so called senior person Vijay. So disappointed and lost all my communications including bank related transactions. Cannot transfer money through internet banking etc. Lost my clients and projects because of this stupid...

Moreover the manager does not know any services of idea thier helpline numbers. Even what to do to know my offers. I received two sms from IDEA the first one saying that I had requested for Bluelima services and second saying it is being activated and that I will be charged for the same. I DID NOT request for bluelima services and there is no mention of how to get it deactivated. I was surprised and thought it as a spam/fishing sms since I had never heard of the same....

This happened on 27/06/2017, when I got a call from Mobile No, [protected] where the person said we are calling from SBI Credit Card and He asked the credit card details for the purpose o[censored]pdating my reward points in the new card.
I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP which I gave her. When I checked the SMS the transaction has already been completed.

At 30 june 2017 i do recharge on my idea number of 50 rupee by my internet banking of state bank of india but after recharge they deducted money from my net banking account but they don't accumulate recharge of 50 rupee on my idea cellular number.
I believed that perhaps it may be causes due to slower net banking but after 5 days no any recharge done in my idea cellular number.

Without visiting how can idea balance be deducted rs 29 has been deducted for a service named my dala that even i dont know wht that is this is very unfair my phone was on charge and when i checked it it just showed up a balance cut of rs 29 when i talked to the customer care they just say that u opened a link how can a person open link of that thing abt which he dont even know...

Sir I Want to say that I am living in Jasraur Village Teh. Ajnala Distt.Amritsar and I have recharged 3g/4g with 245.I further want to say that in my village only 2g and 3g internet works while the 4g works in City. Hi, I am having 2 sim cards of Idea Network. Now 1 is in Roaming and other one is a local sim. The Roaming sim will be working Awesome where as the local one will not. Roaming sim will be showing full network where as Local will be having a single tower or no network.
