I am using idea's postpaid number. My plan is "249- No Bill shock". Generally my bill is rs 290 for last 6 month. Today I got a msg from idea regarding monthly bill Rs 862. I checked the details of bill, they deduct 485 rs for net usage..
Few days back I rcvd a msg from idea that there is 10gb 4g data is free on my number for 3 months. I started using the net on idea, but due to weak network of 4g in my area I switched it to 3g network, & continues net surfing..
Today when I rcvd a msg regarding bill for the month of June that is rs 862, I called customer care to idea n asked about the huge amount of bill, the replied that you were using 3g data in your phone, that's why we deduct 485 for net usage.. Only 4g data was free to your number, if you are using 3g due to weak network of 4g, we can't help you, you have to pay the amount.
I am surprised that how can idea give a half information to customers. They should at least msg to customers that use only 4g data, 3g data Would be chargable.
Plz help me I will not pay this amount, how could the pass a half information.. I will not mention my number here, where I have to share my number with your team. Plz reply.

Updated by neha.y Idea accepted my request for waive off that extra amout of rs 483 for net usage deduction next day but after 2 days they msg me that they can not processed my request. Again I called to idea customer care on 10 July to waive off the extra deduction their executive told that we will waive off the amount, & today I rcvd a msg that idea can not processed my request..
This is the msg text-
"Dear Customer, We are unable to process your interaction acknowledged earlier via Communication Id C1-[protected].Regret the inconvenience caused.Thank you."
Plz help me, I want my extra money back.
