Respected sir,
I have see 25 % cash back offer by paying bill through mvisa on my idea mobile bill ([protected]). As per advertise i have pay my mobile bill through mvisa. But 25% cash back amount not given by idea. When i given complaint to customer care then he replied me offer is closed from 31. March 2017. If offer is closed then why it shown on my bill dated 19.06.2017? Through this idea is dome cheating with me and other customer.
Please help me and solve my problem.

    Hi thi is asha s of mobile number [protected] which is under the name of karik kumar... I am the customer of karnataka... I have moved for 1 month to mumbai as per my job requirements... So i have activated roaming offer of 27 which was useless... Then i called customer care karnataka and was advised to recharge with 346 rs for unlimited offer, which i have done on 7th july that went completely useless by consuming all my remaining balance... At 11 pm a single lady in mumbai... Without a sufficient balance couldn't get the cab...
    And was totally pissed of by the customer service of karnataka with names called pradeep and jhansi... Told them to connect to their supervisor... Had kept my call for more than 12 minutes and have cut the call... I really want to raise my voice on this issue seriously... Being an educated and self employed lady if i am facing such an issue then what is the service offered by this idea... I am going to change my service as soon as possible

        Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, Please take acion and help in the refund of the amount RS 9570/-.

        citibank credit card was used for the merchant - IDEA PAYMENT(idea money)

        I got a fraud call yesterday on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about 2 Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards (IDEA PAYEMENT) ideamoney with transactions each of 4785/- making the total amount of 9570/- with below transaction ids:

        I raised complaint in Bangalore cyber security cell.

        Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

          My bill is generated today.. i do email to idea company 17 Jun 2017 and 04 July2017 also about falsified charges..
          Idea company send me a falsified scheme. and they charged me Rs 500 rupees..They give me a free offer 10 GB 4 G internet per month for 3 month.. I have a 4 G mobile and also it activated 4G continuesly and i live at swarget in Pune. Where idea 4 G range available 24 × 7 hours. When i complained idea care, they said you are use 2G/ 3 G mobile or you live 2G idea range area. You think customers are fool.. But this is not good for a popular company.I hope, you will cancel this charges.. Please don't cheat any customer. Cause of idea brand is very popular. And it is very bad for it.. My bill is generated today . And now you check my details and tell me how are cancel this charges.
          This is second time idea company cheat with me..
          First time i accepted and paid that charges but now it is impossible..
          i am regular customer of idea from 2010 to till..
          And i hope our relation also become very well in future..
          If you do not cancel this charges, i haven't​ paid any bill.. you can remove me from your customer or what you want so, but this time i can't​ paid it charges cause of you cheat me..

            Idea has an offer for new prepaid users: Get 70% off on Makemytrip hotels on FRC of 344. They will send a coupon through SMS after recharge. I already have an Idea postpaid (on my dad's name) but got a new prepaid sim to avail the offer on July 2.

            Never got the coupon code I was supposed to get. Have raised a complaint but no one cares. It was supposed to be resolved by July 4th. Still in Progress. See attached images. SR number is in the attached image.

            No one in the customer care at 121 has any idea about the offer. They literally say "It might be on Idea website but we don't have any information so we can't help you. Send an email and wait till it is resolved."

            I got two calls from Customer care for the ticket. In the complaint I have raised, I clearly mentioned the link where offer is available, yet every time they call, they ask me when did you get the sms about the offer. When I say, it is on your website and explain them everything (although I have one the same on email), they will disconnect saying they will call back in 10 minutes (they don't).

            They literally want me to explain the whole situation everytime and then disconnect.

            Due to this issue, I delayed the booking of my hotel by two days and the room price increased. Not only did I pay 350 for this sim, I had to shell out extra at the hotel as well coz of IDEA's dumb customer service.

            Will switch the Postpaid to any other service but not Idea. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

              (1) I'm receiving frequent messages even after activating d.N.D. Service.
              I complaint the company many time and to national consumer helpline and p.G. Portal too.
              Number is "IH-IDEA".
              (2) Also i'm getting stock market related sms from outsiders which disturbs the most.
              Just fully fed up.
              Examples of numbers are "MD-StpStl", "AM-CAPVIA", "AM-DSIJPL" etc.

                    I have visited many idea stores in pimpri ( pune) for changing my postpaid to prepaid. But they are telling server problems, go in your nearby area and request them, unavailability of. sim cards. My number is [protected]. Where I should go now?
                    It is ridicolous to visit stores after these annoying answers.please let me what can be done or rather ways consumer forum is the last option.

                        VAS has been auto activated on my mobile number today at 6.13 however I haven't been activacted this. After talking to customer care did not care about resolving my issue he intentionally again activated some charges to my mobile number after talking to customer care (just after seconds), these all charges are intentionally charged to my number.

He asked me to provide debit card number to get amount back. I said it's personal can't be shared. They transferred the call to senior executive. After some discussion i agreed to share my icici card no and otp. Amount got deducted from my account, i asked him same and he said it ll be credited back to your account in 24hrs.

                          I got doubt, i called to icici customer care immediately they suggested me block card and give complaint to get amount back.

                          Fake call recived number [protected],

                          I can provide the timestamp of all messages received for the debit.
                          Please do the needful to get amount back.

                            For the month of June I was charged a bill of ₹303 whereas I have taken up the plan of 199 and when I complained to the customer about this all they say is you have to pay the bill any how claiming that I have used internet from this portal.. FIRSTLY when u have free internet of some other network who would use it...I have been telling the customer since October last month to change my plan to 99 coz I am not using this network on regular basis(as we all know the network issues this idea network has) secondly the y disconnected my number (i.e. [protected]) and now they are claiming the bill for the month of which I was forced to not use the network( as it was disconnected)..n since the network is disconnected I cannot even call the USELESS customer care( calling them by this name as they hardly help the customers).please suggest what should I do now?

                              I ported out my number from idea to airtel after paying advance amount, now bill generated on due date shows amount 117.35/- is due to pay which I am ready to pay but I am unable to pay bill via idea app or idea website as both are not accepting my number, I tried to mail to [protected]@idea.adityabirla.com but all the time I got reply " Your mail may not be registered please mention valid mobile number.                                 I requested for a plan change which was supposed to be processed by one hour. But it was not done even after 4 working days. When i call customer care they simply say they have a server problem and it would be resolved at the earliest (may be in 1 day or 2 days or 3 days). There was no specific time limit told by them. They were simply advising to wait till the end of the bill cycle.

                                  I received a letter from Idea company to pay bill for March 2017 with interest and legal expenses even after disconnection. I made the payment as legal words were used in their letter. Again now I have received April 2017 bill and again I will receive legal notice, etc. for disconnected line. AS individuals do not have power to fight, Idea cellular services adopt such technique to extract money instead of providing services. This may be the only company charging customers with legal notices without proper servicing. Who can help customers like me please.
                                  Please arrange to get me back my money and also advise Idea company to dispense with such Ideas.

                                      Receive the call from [protected]? Saying that they will transfer cashback of payback visa payment points?

                                        I am an idea customer, my number is [protected]. My balance is deducted by idea for services like bollywood life style and bluelima, which I have never activated. I dont even use browser or anything other than whtsapp on my phone that uses internet.
                                        I dont even know what is bluelima.
                                        Idea is automatically activating this service and deducting from customer balance.
                                        Idea customer care number does not work. You never get connected to a customer care executive. I have made more than 200+ calls at 12345- so call customer care number. I never got connected to any customer care executive.
                                        I even sent multiple STOP messages to the services that were activated but haven't got the refund.
                                        I just hope that there should be some bigger entity who can take action against such companies and their unjustified behavior towards their loyal customers.

                                        I have not activated VAS service on my number. When I received this message I have immediately called 155223.
                                        Also, sent STOP message at 54300 same day same time when this service was activated without my consent. But till date I have not received any refund. I dont even know what is VAS service and why do we need that or rather how to activate that.
                                        This is not first time I am having this issue, this has happened quite a few times. Thats why I am writing a complain on this forum. This is irritating because I have to spent time and energy to call IDEA customer services to turn off the services which I never activated.

                                        If I dont receive refund this time and assurance from IDEA that this will not happen again, I will very soon port my number to other service provider.
