My Idea prepaid number was not in use from March so it's status got inactive. ON 22June we got a new SIMsim from MP Nagar idea office after submitting the required documents.

They said, you cannot get the same no in prepaid but in postpaid you can, one person will come to your home address for verification then same no will be activated on this sim. We asked so many times for verification, but no one came...

It is so annoying that, every time i recharge my mobile, idea company adds some vas services, without my permission, n they cut the money from my recharge. When i try to call the customer care, it takes forever to speak with them. I was using idea's corporate plan of 399 from past 2 yrs and bill was regularly coming between 400 to 500, in last month they gave me 10 GB of free data for which I never did any activation, now they are saying I have used more than 10 GB of data for which they have charged me 600 rs extra in this month bill.

If I have not made any internet activation on my number then why should I pay this extra 600 rs...
