    I changed my no. from postpaid to prepaid around 3 months back. I was told that time that I will receive security deposit amount of Rs 300 through a cheque after 45 working days. After 1 month i got a call from idea that your cheque has been returned to us as no one was available at provided address. This is a lie. Then I was asked to visit near by idea store. When i went their they asked me to contact customer care as they can not do anything with this. After so many follow ups I got a revert that for security deposit money i will have to port my no. or close my no. permanently otherwise i will not get my money back. I am fed up of trying here and there just to receive my money.

      Police Complaint Acknowledgement C.No.1529/CCPS/CYB/2017 dt. 29.06.2017 Against Unknown person Online Credit Card Transaction (on my ICICI bank Platinum visa Bank credit card)

      Dear Sir,

      Its further to Police Complaint Acknowledgement C.No.1529/CCPS/CYB/2017 dt. 29.06.2017, I had received a call from [protected], [protected] and [protected] on 12.00 pm (dated 27.06.2017) on my mobile no. [protected], where he said we are calling from bank online reward points department and he asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and he asked the CVV & OTP details, when i checked the SMS transaction has done i came to know and i asked him how come 14976.00 rupees deducted then he told me within 1 days the reward points will credit in your card. After 1 days later (28.06.2017) i checked & the amount of Rs.14976(Fourteen Thousand Nine Hundred and seventy six rupees ) debited in my card. I have checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant(IDEA CELL BILLDESK), immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person, i found that mbie is working and he asking me the same details to credit the amount.

      Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

      Note_____ Acquire number : 456822 is the same in all transaction. i think catching the fraud with this ID is easy.

      I believe on IDEA Name that what i got them, please understand our situation and Please kindly do the needful.

        Hi Idea Team,
        I am using idea number - [protected], in Wagholi, Pune. The sim I am using have the standard size. But recently I got a new mobile and that accepts only nano sim. I went to Idea store in wagholi, Pune (Near Wagheswar temple). They have asked a charge of Rs 50 for that. As the sim replacement service is free from service provider(Let me know if I have wrong information), they are getting these money to their pocket. As most of the people don't get into further discussion, they simply pay and get the sim. i would request you to please check and take the relevant action for this kind of fraud that is happening around in Idea stores.

          I recharged with rs 347 in my idea no. [protected] and it worked fine on the first day and as soon as i finished my 1 gb it deducted money frm main account so i turnd it off bt nxt day i still have o gb in my account. Its been 2 days and i am not getting any data. As promised tht i will get 1 gb every day. Free call works fine. But i need the data. Help me out at this

            [protected] is the number for which I made demand for porting on 07/06/2017..and then again on 29/06/2017 and Both times the Monthly bill was not only deposited but also sufficient Excess Money also deposited as to meeting the excess days required for porting.=

            During verification call from IDEA customer care (or concern department of Idea) I was offered for discount etc and deductions in Monthly Bill.. But I refused and requested to forward my porting request.

            But Later when even after 12-15 days porting my request date, no any response I received and also the number not ported to other service provider.
            Then I enquired at the concern service provider who informed me that the porting demand been declined by Idea Cellular,

            Second time also on date 30 June my porting request declined as telling me the reason of pending dues, which was shocking.

            For the first case, I visited to your Idea outlet where I got the information that the same is declined due to Rs 2/- unbilled amount, which was very shocking and strange..
            When monthly bill was already generated, and also the payment was Cleared, and apart from this Extra payment was also done. How come there remains any pending dues??

            Then it is strange that porting demand declined for the said reason o[censored]nbilled amount & pseudo pendencies!! What was then checked by concern verifying person(s) in the account.

            How said demand of porting declined When Extra amount was in Credit after payment of Monthly Bill..
            How it remains unbilled for an amount of Rs 2/- and why not credit money was checked & updated in system, when the account was to be closed against porting request demand??

            Due to this declination I had to make a fresh porting demand again on 29 June, which had wasted my time and caused me great trouble.

            It is not good that in the rivalry with your Competent competitor You decline the customer's requirement unlawfully, using unfair means. Due to Your this Jealous attitude against your competitor service provider and act against your dignity I faced problems, irreparable losses, trouble and tension and also felt insulted. For which I demand for a Compensation of Rs 50, 000/- (Ten Thousands).

            I request to revert with your convincing reply, and payment of Compensation amount..

            This is the fourth time I am raising porting request to get out of IDEA. Such a horrible service you provide to customers.

            I am not using postpaid but still I am paying bill from January this year, tried to change to prepaid but the store people are least responsible in helping out.

            Now I am fed up and raised a porting request on[protected], still now my number is not released and I am being asked to raise a request again. After waiting for 23 mins on line your customer care executive disconnected my call.

            After paying outstanding amount only I raised port request, How many times should I do that. Such disgusting service you provide ??

            I want my number to be released immediately, I do not want to raise again, If you are not processing I am not going to pay your bills (as I am not using it anyway).

            MY DAD IS AN ADVOCATE AND I CAN VERY WELL POST A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT FOR THIS TORTURE IF YOU ARE NOT RELEASING MY NUMBER TO AIRTEL.

            If you are not ready to provide good service when customers stay, at least do that when they opt out of network.

              Hi,
              I was using 'no bill shock-249' plan for last month. My account no is[protected]. Bill amount of last month is 624 rs and out of this 441rs is for data pack pro-ration. As per my plan i get 520 mb data per month and i used only 303.398 mb for last month.
              What is the 441 rs is charged for?
              Please correct the bill and provide the new bill then only i can pay the bill.

              Still no one from idea customer care contacted me for the above mentioned problem
              My internet is not working for the past 3 days and after trying to connet to customer care for 100 times i am still not able to talk to any representative, the only thing i get to hear is your idea song. The idea store in my locality is also not open .

                I am very disappointed to tell about the idea cellular company allotted my phone number to other person without any prior notification or information through post or any method. They have my Identity Proof. If you allotted the number to others why don't you give some mail notification on my address.That number is connected with my bank account, insurance & other social activities. Please help us if you can otherwise we will go for consumer court. This is very big security issue. It means the other person can easily theft any information like whats app, facebook login etc. Idea is very big organisation every customer do not expect these types of behavior. These types cellular companies not secure for anyone. I don't know the person if he can do anything with my whats app account and facebook account. also don't know if he also using paytm then my overall bank balance he can use. One thing is also today we can withdraw money from atm through using mobile number, The person will get easy access. We are expecting some help.

                  Last 10 days I am facing issue with network and mobile data on my number [protected].
                  Though network shown in mobile but unable to call anyone not even receiving call.
                  Also same issue with internet facility.

                  Don't know why idea advertising that all indians are now moved to idea network.
                  No customer support.
                  I have daily 1 GB data pack Plan what the benifit of it if you don't have network to use it.
                  Giving facilities that they are providing 1 GB data plus unlimited call but also they GIVE POOR NETWORK FACILITIES WITH IT.

                      Bluelima service is activated without my knowledge and an amount of Rs35 is deducted from my balance. Please de-activate this service and refund that amount to my main balance. This has also occurred in the past but no one from the customer care team is bothered about it. Please look into this matter on urgent priority . This is very unfortunate that something like this is happening ever now and then and amount is deducted illegally from the customer.

                      When I call customer service they told me it's happen when open advertisement in Internet.. but this problem is only of idea customers and I need clarification about this. And I need refund my money..
                      I call customer care twice for take a complaint about this issue. But they not allow to register as a complaint. This cheap trick of idea. Anyway dry bad

                          On July 3, 2017 i have made a recharge using idea site for 347 (it was a offer i got in my idea app). Though the money was deducted from my account the offer was not activated and the customer care executive said that the recharge was not successful. The money deducted from my account is not credited in my account. Please take immediate action to reimburse the money.

                            I have been charges almost 60-70/- rupees for using data when I have data available. I have ever sent sree shot from my phone to consumer service email address.. Idea is pathetic... I will port out my number soon... Feeling frustrated because of the unfair charges and this is not the first time I am charged incorrectly. I want my money back

                              29 rs has been deducted illegally from my talk time account by idea in the name if mydala service. When enquired in terms customer service they are repeating the same dialogue. How would I subscribe to something even I don't know.. Why should I pay money for something like that. They are not even bothered about the customers. It's like looting from the customers. Till now I have used idea services. Now it's charging money illegally too.. Better port my number. This will continue and we can't say anything and the executives always talk like it's our fault.

                                Someone has done fraud transactions using my citibank debit card with idea money. It is for 4 transactions of value of rs.4785 on 19th june 2017, that is for rs.4785.

                                As requested on customer care phone to send the complaint/fir copy from police and the citibank bank statement for the period of transaction with idea money. I sent them to grievance officer

                                Also the phone call came to my mobile number asking for my debit card details from mobile no. [protected] which is registered with idea money.

                                I request you to refund the money as early as possible. I have not got reply from grievance officer

                                  I ported my mobile no from Vodafone to Idea but its worst experience. While porting all telephone executives are telling my device will work on 299 plan where I will get 1 GB everyday.
                                  Once my device is ported I check no 3G/4G network is getting. Once 2G works. When I inquired then I got information my residential place is not supported 4G network what a joke in Navi Mumbai no 3G/4G? Its surprised me. I tried to called 12345. 121 & 198 since 15 days but not able to communicate customer care these calls are automatically ended with a dialog "All customer care are busy".
                                  Idea has frustrated internet and network I am facing call drop like things. I don't want continue this network for 90 days.

                                  Idea is providing bad service.

                                  Please help me how to get out from this.

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have got a call from [protected] to my mobile no [protected] where she mentioned that she is calling from citibank & she told that my reward point got expired so they want to give cashback & asked for my card details, then i doubted & then she forwarded the call to higher management & he told that his name is mr. Prem singh & his employee id is citi28205 & sent me a message for confirmation & i have shared the otp, then again he was asking to share one more otp which i doubted then i called to citibank office & i blocked the credit card. Then i checked the no. Was from up east.

                                    Kindly request you to help me to get my money back.

                                      I have full network in my phone but when I try to call anyone I am not able to call same problem coming for incoming calls also when anyone wants to call me. they will got either engage tone or phone out of coverage area voice. and sometime phone is switched off but my phone is neither switched off nor out of coverage area. this problem is coming from monday morning morning and still is not resolved

                                        Hi,

                                        I have been using internet on mobile number [protected] using data pack 1GB/Day. Even then on 25th June and on 26th June money from main balance was deducted for using internet. I wrote complaint on Idea's facebook page on 26th. but till now no refund has been given. Neither they are providing any complaint id nor taking action to resolve this issue.
