I am sharad staying at vidyanagar, alibag, maharashtra. Since last fortnight in my area we are facing network problem. I have registered the complaint to idea customer care. After two to three days i. E on 16/06/2017 i got message that our area is under consideration for enhancement and complaint is closed.

On 29/06/2017 i again contacted customer care and asked about the solution for my complaint, that a lady in charge told me the same as per the earlier message and also told that our area has overloaded with new customer. I asked for the time frame to resolve the complaint. But no assurance has been given.

My Idea connection is not active due to technical reasons since 6 days and no one cares.I have gone to idea centers for 8 times and talked to customer department. None of them cares that its important. I plan to register a complaint with the consumer court and see what happens.

Sir, y. Day i had 120+ in my accout n 2day the balace showed 18+. I have a complaint at 198, ist they told it's for speaking (I'm under d schem of 197, it's give 30000sec free in dat scheem i have 50sec balance) i explain it dey told suddenly for roming, i told dem i'm not and next dey told it's for data use. I reject dat too coz. I have wifi n operate it at d time of my complint. I want my looted money back in 2 my account. It have happen offtenly

I want to know the reason why idea reject my port in request. All bills and dues already paid of idea and vodafone then what is the reason

My number [protected], said to prepaid migration but connected to post paid from other circle. Again I requested to change to prepaid but not doing for their targets.
I have to visit other branches who not at all involved in this.

Very bad behaviour of Customer care executive. While requesting for resolving the network issue.
Very rude behaviour she has shown even ended my call after again and again requesting for getting the procedure done.

Please take appropriate action for the same.

Today i recharged my mobile number with 395.00, unlimited calls and daily one gb for 56days, i confirmed this with so may times with Idea customer care through chat as well as in call, and i also received SMS regarding offer, but after i recharge with 395.00, i got only idea to idea unlimited and other mobiles i got only 3000 minutes, this is too worrest and very dis pointed, Idea always cheats me, last time also i faced same problem,

I clearly informed by your people there is unlimited calling to all network of course daily 400min, but i received only 3000 minutes for 56 days.I am also attaching proof of SMS i received from Ida, and also that 3000 minutes credited screen shorts, i need to resolve this, this time i wont leave i have clear proofs and i will go to consumer complaints if i dint get solution.

I upendran. M have approached idea cellular office at calicut located at railway station link road to link my adhar with my sim which i have brought about five years back from kerala. My permanent residence in kerala, but my wife is working in kernataka and have my own home at kernataka. I have adhar with kernaka home address. Hence the idea cellular people informed me that they can"t able to link my adhar with my idea number since the adhar is from kernataka. Please resolve the problem.

Your compay charge me doble minimum bill plan of rs. 600 and approx. 399 of bill of 14 may2017
Even after many request to sirsa office in gandhi market to mr. Rajan not waiver of rs. 600 + service tax
I have already deposited rs. 800 against this bill
And your company stop my outgoing facility.
I have to go for consumer court as my heavy loss for my phone is out of service for outgoing call.
This is your company fault that there is double plan charges in my 14 may 2017 bill.

Dear team,

I have changed the plan on dated : 23rd march 2017. I have taken a plan of rs 199/- rental basis. Still i have received the bill amount according to my previous plan o[censored]n499, requesting you to please change or do the correcting in my outstanding amount for doing further bill payment & number activation.

Otherwise close my account with immediate basis.

I have raised complaint above 10 more days no any one response to me totally cheated to me about plan regarding.. So please look in to my request asap..

My idea account ([protected]) balance deducted around rs.300/-, call to customer care on dated 27.06.17 for query he said balance deducted due to internet used but my already 9gb net balance available so what are u deducted balance asked for him, he called i forward call to senior, i wait few minutes but not any answers,
I called next day i. E. 28.06.17 but don't give proper answer and phone cut
Please refund my balance.
Otherwise i have no option that port this no. And complaint to consumer forum.

This is dilip kumar andey a customer of idea iwant to bring some facts to ur notice iam using postpaid connection of this network since last 4years and the no# is [protected] and i had given for prepaid migration on 12/6/2017 and the customercare executive told me that sla time is 4 working days. Iam a kidney transplant patient so i clearly mentioned him that i have only one no and it is given to doctors and emergency purpose so he told no worries sir it will done by 17/6/2017 and i comeback and waiting for 17th but on 15th og and ic were stoped and a mail came from customercare that the no will be migrated very soon so iam waiting for 17th but it was not activated on that day 18th is sunday so i waited for monday 19th but same thing it was not activated so on19 th i wrote a mail to customercare and the team replaced that the issue resolved on 23/6/2017 11.45.46 am so i waited for 23rd and on that time also not activated so again i given a mail to customercare they replied that the closure time is same 23rd so iam waited and 23rd gone but the no not activated so again i mailed to customercare several times but no reply from customercare till now. Iam also complaint to appellate authority through mail but their also no response. Iam attaching the mail copy of idea customercare which comes last response from their side on 23/6/2017. I have been charged 29rs for mydala subscription. I didnt even used the internet for that hour. When i tried to lodge a complaint at idea cellular they refused to take complaint. They are not even ready to help. Also i dont even know for what i have been charged. If the content was chargeable, who gave idea rights to deduct it from my main balance. Chargeable content should have their own payment system.
Roshi jaiswal was the senior support from idea and she refused to take my complaint.

Data over charges giving in my last month bill. I have already complain for over charges on 07 may 2017. I discussed that please disconnect my no. Services. I will pay.. They promissed they will clearout over charges in may month end. But again charges shown 495 rs. Then again complain please disconnect my no. Or remove over charges. They again said clear out on 7 june. 2017.
Again same problem. Again complaint about charges and said to disconnect my service several times. But they didnt resolve problem or didnot disconnect connection service..

Why i will pay 1700 rs. Due to idea poor service.

I use my cell phone on 30 may 2017 by sending a sms from japan.
But suddenly my cell no is not working now. Last working of my cell phone is 17 june.

Please immediatly start my cell because i am at japan and my internet banking is stop and i an seriously in trouble.
