Dear sir/madam,
I have been idea prepaid mobile customer for almost 15 years now, and i had been happy with the services with some minor inconveniences during my relationship with idea. However, recently i have become exasperated due to unexpected, unwanted, and unsolicited automatic subscriptions of vas titles such as bollywood bazaar, bluelima (I don't even know what it is) etc. With deduction of charges from my main balance. When i lodged a complaint with customer care, they said it is not automatic, and i must have pressed some buttons to activate those services. I am not a child, or an elderly man, i don't have kids, and phone is password locked of which even my wife doesn't know about. I don't and never require these services, and i am 100% sure that the vas services are automatically activated. Since, idea's customer care doesn't accept my concern, i am not sure where to go to make my voice heard. If this continues to happen, you will surely lose a loyal customer. I know one customer's departure will not affect the sea of idea, but i hope that the issue is taken care of.
