Dear all

I use my cell phone on 30 may 2017 by sending a sms from japan.
But suddenly my cell no is not working now. Last working of my cell phone is 17 june.

Please immediatly start my cell because i am at japan and my internet banking is stop and i an seriously in trouble.

I will register an fir against you because without intimation my cell is stoped.

Please immediatly reactivate and let me know the reason of dicontinuation

    0.04 amount was deducted from my balance 4-5 times a day from date 25/6/17 onwards. Today on 27/6/17 0.12 ruppes are deducted. I went to idea store but they said that no amount is being deducted from your balance but the pop up message shows that amount has been deducted for using 0. Something something data. But i do not use data i use wifi. Help!

      I've taken new postpaid connection on 26/06/2017 i. E yesterdayfrom my idea store, chincholi bunder, malad west, mumbai. Executive name mr. Vinod instructed me to buy new sim card of idea which he promised to get activation with in 2 hours so i bought by paying rs. 400 because my parents are traveling to amarnath, himalaya for that purpose i had to buy postpaid connection. Even after my house verification is done and now it's been more then 24 hrs and yet my number is not active my parents are about to leave in half an hour i. E by 7pm and not getting any network to register my postpaid for televerification. Now what's the point in buying this postpaid connection if it's not getting active even after your executive vinod promised to activate my sim in 2hrs. Please consider this a serious issue as i won't be able to contact my parents for another 15days. Please do the needful by activating my no. So i can do teleerification.

        Dear sir

        Without my knowledge juiceup service has been activated 35/- has been deducted from my balance. I called customer care to register complaint twice but they did not responded and disconnected my call by saying some vas service has been activated check your inbox. This is the second time i have been charged for unkown vas services.

          I have recently stopped the irrelevant calls which i was receiving from idea phones under dnd. Today again i received 3 calls in an interval of 30 minutes from one madam (Name not known) to my idea no [protected] mentioning that i am using their no very less as i am suffering from fever for last 2-3 days and was sleeping (Bed rest) after taking dr medicines as per his advice. This is very wrong on the part of idea people. Can anybody tell me why it is happening by idea.

            Im have been using an idea number continuous for past 13 years. Now im abroad since dec 2016 but i keep my number on and i make sure i send sms to keep my number active.

            Last i send sms was on 24 april 2017 and now on 23 june 2017 my sim has been deactivated without any prior notice. Atleast idea should have sent me a deactivation notice so that i could have taken necessary action to avoid deactivation. My number is really important to me as i have my number registered almost everywhere in goa. I am ready to pay the necessary fees.

            As i know a notice had to be sent before deactivating my sim/number. On the idea website it says;

            'in case of non-usage for a continuous period of 90 days, the validity can be further extended if you maintain a balance more than or equal to rs 20.in this case, idea will debit rs. 20 from the pre-paid account and extend the validity period by 30 days and the process will continue till the account balance is more or equal to rs. 20.'

            I don't think its 90 days from the day i send the last sms i. E. On 24 april 2017 till the day my number was deactivated i. E. 23 june 2017.
            Please look into the matter and help me activate my number atleast because i have been an idea customer for such a long period.

            I forgot to post 1 more thing mentioned on the idea website,
            'If during this cycle, the account balance becomes less than Rs. 20, the number will be disconnected and cannot be used. ''However, you have the option to get the same number reactivated within 15 days of disconnection by paying reactivation charges of Rs. 20''.
            I think I have 15 days to reactivate my number as mentioned on the website? This is totally not fair by Idea to just deactivate my number without any notification. Im really disappointed and angry..

              Dear team

              I had received a call from [protected] on 11:28 am (Dated 27.06.2017), where she said we are calling from bank online reward points department and she asked the debit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the cvv & otp when i checked the sms completely till the transaction done. After she told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. I checked my account and found that the amount of rs 14976/- in three transactions. I tried to contact that person but they are not picking calls.

              Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I have been idea prepaid mobile customer for almost 15 years now, and i had been happy with the services with some minor inconveniences during my relationship with idea. However, recently i have become exasperated due to unexpected, unwanted, and unsolicited automatic subscriptions of vas titles such as bollywood bazaar, bluelima (I don't even know what it is) etc. With deduction of charges from my main balance. When i lodged a complaint with customer care, they said it is not automatic, and i must have pressed some buttons to activate those services. I am not a child, or an elderly man, i don't have kids, and phone is password locked of which even my wife doesn't know about. I don't and never require these services, and i am 100% sure that the vas services are automatically activated. Since, idea's customer care doesn't accept my concern, i am not sure where to go to make my voice heard. If this continues to happen, you will surely lose a loyal customer. I know one customer's departure will not affect the sea of idea, but i hope that the issue is taken care of.

                  If this continues, not just one but many others will follow you in abandoning Idea. This is the story with so many o[censored]s. I have been hearing the same response from them for the last one week.
                  I have the same issue. They activated many vas on my number without my consent and charged me for it. I'm going to log a complaint in consumer court against them.

                    I thought idea has a big brand name who provides great services to their customers to satisfy their needs and wants and alwayz help to solve their problems but due to some really worst experiences my this thinking has been changed. Fr the 1st time, my mummy got a call from various agents named ritika/kritika (Mob no. - [protected]), riya and priya. Remaining no. I donot remember. These girls are calling my friends, abusing them on daily basis. How dare they can disturb and disrespect my family n friends. They don't have manners how to talk with a customer specially with elder ones. They were so rude with my mummy and me also. She was abusing endlessly to us. I have all the recordings regarding their calls. So my question to you idea team is thats on what basis you give training to your agents? Dont you train them how politely they should talk with respect and help to resolve the issue? Don't you train them about positivity with their customers?
                    I'm soooooo angry with the so called attitude shown by your agents. Secondly, i'll file a complaint in police station regarding these girls. They are just letting down the brand name. You must take positive action regarding this case. Otherwise i'll go in the court and you have to answer that!!!

                      I have been charged 35rs unnecessarily for a service named 'bluelima'. I haven't opted for the same nor did i asked idea to start the service.
                      Also i was charged rs.7 previously for which i called idea customer care and they deactivated it as promised. Why i am getting this service and why will i pay for it unnecessarily. I need an immediate refund for it.

                        I have a number registered under the name of swati goyal,.
                        My number ends with *149152.
                        My account nubmer is:[protected]
                        My billing cycle is 25-05 to 24-june.
                        I was trying to port out my number, then the executives gave me a plan of 499 where i get unlimited calling but limited data.
                        There after i was getting steep bills, when i requested for another plan, the executive updated me with another plan.
                        He now informed me that the 499 plan was not prorata. When i told that i was not informed earlier. The executive said me that he would check the tapes of earlier discussion and then take convert the plan to 349, if what i was saying was true.
                        The company changed my plan and now charged me flat 499+349 for my current bill.

                        This is really frustrating, the executive who talked to me today was so unfriendly he was not bothered to listen to me and ended the conversation saying he cannot help.

                          What is this nonsense 'mydala deal pack'. I dont know, they deducted my money makes my life uncomfortable. They deducted 30 rupees for same pack. I am using 'idea'internet but their customer care services says they are also helpless to me and cant do anything. What type of this company is, they are making fool to us. Please do something, i want my money back any how.

                                This is laxmi from bangalore. I have received sms on my mobile for the fraud transaction of rs.5000 using my debit card. Merchant is idea money mumbai.

                                Below are the fraud transaction (Narration & debited amount taken from account statement) on my debit card on 26-june 2017.

                                Below is debit msg :

                                Dear customer, purchase of inr 5, 000.00 has been made on debit card linked to acct xx1366 on 26-jun-17. Info: vin*ideamoney.

                                Please take severe action against the people who did this and reverse the amount back to my account immediately.

                                  Idea Charged me near about 3-4 VAS services even without my permission. After reading the subscription message I immediately sent unsubscribe messages to Idea number. They replied with successfully unsubscribed messages to me but they didn’t reduced the unbilled amount. Why are you charging for VAS services even without customer using them.still there is 440 rupees unbilled amount on my account.

                                    I've a idea cellular post paid connection. On 17th may 2017 they have charged me for 2 wap download at exactly the same time. One is "mydala powered deal" for rs. 29 and another is "fol" for rs. 39. I've completely no idea what are these two on even what wap is. All i know that, i never used any pin or otp to authorize idea to charge me for these wap. When i talked to idea customer service they could not resolve the problem. After the experience i had talking to idea customer service quite few times all i can say is, port your number away and be aware of idea postpaid service

                                      Today morning i experienced a froodlent call that transaction happen to your account to pay the postpaid bill amount so please stop the transaction which have the [protected] mobile number as registered mobile number, please block all the transaction.

                                      I got call from [protected] and asked for otp, i revealed those otp and the amount started deduction so please find the fraudulent and revert the amount back.

                                        I am postpaid customer with account no.[protected] mobile no. 99xxx xx209. Bill generated on 15jun17 showing rs44.64 gprs usage charges. My plan during 15-may17 to 14 jun 17 is rs99 rental with rs255 data pack.in-spite of data pack subscription why rs44.64
                                        Gprs usage charges is applied.

                                        I write this issue to customer care on 15 jun 17 but till date only i get auto generated acknowledgement.

                                        Till date rs44.64 is not revert back and not get any reply from your customer care.

                                        Kindly look in to matter and revert rs44.64 gprs usage charges.
