I've installed my idea app and it displays wrong name in my account. I have submitted my Id proofs at the time of purchasing the SIM card which was around 5-6 years ago. So why it shows other person's name on my profile(while I don't know anybody by that name)? Kindly request you to rectify the same. And let me know if any kind of verification is needed from my end. Hence we are not aware about the matter.
A female staff is calling on continue basis from above mention mob no.

    I have done online recharge of Rs. 111/- for my prepaid idea number [protected] but it failed. But the amount is deducted from my ICICI Bank Account.

    The customer who is doing prepaid recharge should get a recharge message on the cell phone. I did not receive a message on cell phone.

    However, the amount is deducted from my ICICI Bank account. If inappropriate details have been filled then it should have been proceed to next step. This is not accepted at all.

    Please Do needful.

    Without any intimation and request Bluelima service is activated at a cost of Rs. 35/-. Please refund the same and don't allow third party to be a owner of your customer.
    I am not activated any Vas service from idea, I am shocked when I received sms while call is on. What the fcuk.

    Now idea dont have their own network then they do such stupid things..

    Henceforth I will be exchange my sim with better one.

    Such a dumb network as well service.. Fed up with idea [censored]

      My Citibank credit card was used by someone and made transaction to Idea money payment around 4 times @ 10:48 AM to 10:56 AM As I got to know from online as a merchant you can block those fraudulent transaction which was made by the frauds. Could you please block those transactions at the earliest .

      As informed by customer care people, I have already filed FIR and sent that copy to idea fraud reporting team.

        I have used IDEA service till 12th May as I have ported out from IDEA since that day.
        However as confirmed by my current network operator, I have left unpaid Rs-270.49/- in IDEA (from 22-04-17 to[protected] and therefore my outgoing service has been deactivate since 01.07.17. Hence request to kindly confirm my billing details as I never left any unpaid amount in IDEA as Rs-500/- has been already deposited as security and I does not get my refund amount.

        Kindly give details bill for Rs-270.49/- to make understand and process payment further.

        Twice it has happened that deductions of rs. 29 each have been made on my mobile number under the pertext of mydala deal. Customer care has not been able to satisfy me with the information regarding the same. I demand full description for such deductions and the needful to be done to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.

            I took the idea connection three weeks back and used only for three days and i lost the sim and raised request to block my sim through the executive who placed in hcl sholinganallur.. But all of a sudden i received some 4k bill today which i never used.. Consider this mail as official cancellation and please find out who used my number after i lost the sim..

            Need immediate solution on this i won't pay the bill which i never used

              My idea no is [protected]. Idea postpaid give me 10gb free net last month. I have proof. Bt after one month they charge rupies by saying sir we give only 4g free data. Bt 2g n 3g net is not free so we charge. N this thing nt tell to any customers. I have all call recording in which idea customer care say 4g net is free. Bt in between 4g network not strongly works some time it fails n go to 3g n 2g network. Now they charge from me 544rs. I m give all the information at news reporter to published in news. The idea make fool to customer. N making fraud with customer.

                I got call from +91 [protected] on[protected] at 3.35 PM, where She said she was calling from bank online reward points department and he asked for my credit card details for the purpose of converting my reward points into cashback. I gave the card number and he asked for Card no, Validity date, CVV and checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. At the end of the call the person informed that it would be credited within 2 days. Immediately when i checked my account, could seen amount of Rs.4776+Rs.4776, a total amount of Rs.9552 and the amount was debited from my sbi credit card no[protected]. I got to know that i was trapped under fraud after having word with bank authorities and immediately blocked my card.

                As of now, I have blocked my SBI credit card and have registered an online FIR . NO. 98166364 Please stop this transaction that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on[protected] for the amount Rs.9552.00.

                On 24/02/2018 I got Fraud Call, The Fraud call speak out my all details correctly and I was not aware that information which i had given to SBI unnati Credit Card get Leak in such Kind to fraud people.
                I thought it was SBI customer and He/she knows me very well. So i get connected to them and fraud call said me he will just verified your details and will send your verification code and later i saw it was OTP. The fraud call made four transaction of Rs.20, 000.00 from sbi unnati credit card. fraud translation details as below

                  In my locality idea cellular limited's 4g service is very poor amd we are not able to use internet in 4g speed. I have complianted several times in their customer care but they didnt reacted to my compliant. Here i am only getting 2g connectivity. Idea is looting the money from the their customers without providing good network strength and the internet speed is very low here.

                      I had received a call from [protected] on 13:14hrs (dated 01.07.2017) in my mobile no. [protected], where she said we are calling from SBI CARD department and she asked the credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. I gave the card number and she asked the CVV & OTP when i checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. I checked & the amount of Rs.14999 debited in my card. I checked with bank, they told the amount transaction done in some other merchant, immediately i blocked my card with help of bank executive. I tried to contact that person but the mobile no. comes switched off.

                      Please request you to help me on this matter to get back the amount.

                        I have just ported my number from Vodafone to Idea for getting a better network and service.But I am experiencing too bad service from Idea. My plan is of 349 in which it is listed that u will get 1gb 4g and 10gb extra internet per month till 6 months but I got only 1gb and it is 3g while in your offer plan is for 4g. I have been trying to reach out ur customer care executive to get resolved my problem but every time I get same message that our all executives are busy nd try later.
                        If you don't have enough work force to give service your customers then why you people are selling your sim to us by committing to give better service and plans than others.

                          My balance is deducted by rs 75 on 23 June for activating MobiMusic services which I did not activate, again on 26.. rs 35 is deducted for Bluelima. i didnt sed any request for these service...today again i got the message Fun Video has been activated. Amount charges is Rs 35.

                          when i contacted custmer care, , they told me ..u sent the request for activation.
                          i didnt send any request...and i dont hane any idea about these services that are automatically activated on my mobile..

                          Idea cellular service should be punished for this type of fraud activity. Nd i want refund of this.

                          after deactivating the VAS on 30th june...today morning again i got the message ...your Bluelima has been activated. Amount charged is 35/...its 4th time when amount is deducted from my balance...now its too much...

                          When enquired in customer service they are repeating the same dialogue. How would I subscribe to something even I don't know.. Why should I pay money for something like that. They are not even bothered about the customers. if they will not do anything...last option is Consumer Court

Idea network is very less and Airtel network is 0% available in my village. So i requested to you installed at least one network tower in my village.

                              All transactions happened on 26 jun 2017. Some Rohan kr sharma called me to get details of debit card and i disclosed some information unknowingly. Of-course this was a scam. But i am sure, there must be some safeguards, if something like this happens.
                              Can anything be done?
                              This is major problem with cashless transaction which government is encouraging, if we cannot track the money easily. Everyone will stop cashless transactions sooner or later, if complaint resolution is not speedy.

                                I had port my sim Tata Docomo to Idea because of idea agent called me several times and offered new plans. As per request I changed but after one month customer care of Idea called me to clear the dues, so i cleared it in no time.But after 10 days once again Customer care called me to clear the dues and submiit to Idea care.After two days my sim has been barred and after continuous follow up customer care are not responding it.Please suggest to strart my connectionas I had already cleared my all dues of previous operator.Also I am facing lot of problems because this sim nuber -[protected] I am using since last two & half years. Also this number has been circulated to my Office colleagues and work place. I am facing a lot of problems since two days.kindly help in this regard.Also signal of the same has been barred. MY mobile number is [protected].

                                    This is to inform you that my idea mobile no starting with [protected] received a phone call from the idea customer care service on 1st of july. immediately after the phone was hung up, a deduction of rs97 was made without any prior information. Such deductions have already taken place earlier amounting rs 100 and 150. Infact they speak so sweetly to convince the customer that they are providing free services but instead deduct money in return. I assume that the action taken wont be negelected and furthur mishaps wont occur. I even expect to get back my money deducted as they do such things due to the growing competition in the cellular market.

I had informed customer care to deactivate all my internet access as I do not want internet service from idea a year back it was done as per customer care but after a year June 2017 I received bill for usage of 114mb of 400+I reached out to them asking why and how my internet worked when Iwas informed that internet is deactivated. I used other service providers internet facility. My mobile data was always ON since last year I never faced such issue which meant my Idea access was not working but all of sudden how and why did it work and I raised this issue to investigate further becoz I had clearly informed customer care to deactivate then why this was not done and why after a year I have faced this issue why customer care did not provide me correct information if Idea has provision to connect customer care for all solution . Why I should pay for their miss if my idea was active I should have received call from customer care or alert message informing that you are using idea internet
