Idea cellular keep sending idea power flash notification. They keep flashing on mobile screen anytime and consumer
is charge if he clicks ok. A cheap trick to earn money. Please stop sending this ridiculous notification. I didn't opt for this service.

WTF.. I never heard any bluelima anytime but surprisingly it is activated on my number, why why why... ? It is showing weekly charge of Rs. 35 on my number [protected].
If it will added to my bill then it will be my last bill with Idea..

Exact same thing happened with me. They activated many vas on my number without my consent and charged me for it. Guys let's log a complaint against them in consumer court.

You are saying right..lets lodge a complaint against them in consumer court..the problem is with idea user only...n they are saying it is not their fault. It is third party service activated by ourself only...We..only idea users dont know how to use internet..every month they are charging 30-35 rs..

Twice it has happened that deductions of rs. 29 each have been made on my mobile number under the pertext of mydala deal. Customer care has not been able to satisfy me with the information regarding the same. I demand full description for such deductions and the needful to be done to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.

After complaint i have received call on my number than he is ask me for payment and ask me my debit card number for payment.
After payment your complaint will be forwarded

I have received call. So i think this is fake website.

IDEA CELL BILL DESK – FRAUD DRAMATICAL CALLS

Dear Sir/Madam,

My ICICI Credit Card ( xxxx xxxx xxxx 2020) and SBI Credit Card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-9195)
has been misused by a fraudulent team today between 11.45 AM – 12.30 PM.

The numbers of those frauds CALL FROM [protected] I have attached the transaction dispute form for your reference. An amount of Rs 19477.00 was deducted from the ICICI & SBI Credit cards.

As of now, I have blocked my ICICI & SBI credit card and have registered an online FIR . NO. 75802 Please stop this transaction that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on 04/07/2017 for the amount 19477.00 Rs.

All the four transactions has happened via IDEAMONEY

My SBI Credit Card (xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-1789) has been misused by a fraudulent team on 5th August 2017 between 11:30 AM – 12:30 AM.

The numbers of those frauds [protected] . I have attached the transaction dispute form for your reference. An amount of Rs19080 was deducted from the SBI Credit card.

As of now, I have blocked my SBI credit card . Please help to reverse these transactions that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on 05/08/2017 for the amount 19080Rs.

I got call from +91 [protected] on[protected] at 3.35 PM, where She said she was calling from bank online reward points department and he asked for my credit card details for the purpose of converting my reward points into cashback. I gave the card number and he asked for Card no, Validity date, CVV and checked the SMS completely till the transaction done. At the end of the call the person informed that it would be credited within 2 days. Immediately when i checked my account, could seen amount of Rs.4776+Rs.4776, a total amount of Rs.9552 and the amount was debited from my sbi credit card no[protected]. I got to know that i was trapped under fraud after having word with bank authorities and immediately blocked my card.

As of now, I have blocked my SBI credit card and have registered an online FIR . NO. 98166364 Please stop this transaction that happened in the name "IDEA CELL-BILL DESK" on[protected] for the amount Rs.9552.00.

On 24/02/2018 I got Fraud Call, The Fraud call speak out my all details correctly and I was not aware that information which i had given to SBI unnati Credit Card get Leak in such Kind to fraud people.
I thought it was SBI customer and He/she knows me very well. So i get connected to them and fraud call said me he will just verified your details and will send your verification code and later i saw it was OTP. The fraud call made four transaction of Rs.20, 000.00 from sbi unnati credit card. fraud translation details as below
