Thsi is reference to a call i received from delhi stating a transaction shortfall on my bhelf. I need to bring into your notice that all the said pending payments have been made and i have also received an acknowledgement for the same from idea.
I need to know as to why are the guys troubling me now.
I would like to know as to what can be done to stop this.

    There has been a deduction of rs.29 from my main balance of my connection :[protected]. And i received a sms regarding downloading of mydala powered deal which i have not performed.
    Kindly look into the issue and refund the amount and restrain from causing such future inconveniences.

      FRAUD transaction of my credit card
      I had received a call from +91- [protected] on 21/MAY/17 at 6:56 PM, where he said we are calling from SBI rewards and he asked me to confirm credit card details for the purpose of giving additional reward points and cash back. For this he asked me to do an online transaction to process the same. When I checked, the SMS was for initiating the transaction of Rs.4785/-. The transaction has happened four times and a total of Rs. 19140/- has been debited from my credit card. After that he told me within 2 days the reward points will credit in your card. When I cross checked everything, found the transaction done in some other merchant. Merchant is IDEA BILLDESK. My credit card is auto blocked the next day. I tried to contact that person but the phone is switched off.

      I want to know if proper KYC details of the person exists for contact number +91- [protected] .
      Also want to know why such fraud numbers are not being blocked from your end. I am filing a cyber crime complaint for the same.

      Please report the fraud persons details and help me in recovering the amount.

        Today smt manpreet called from the phone number [protected] at my phone [protected] and said about unpaid bill. She insisted me to pay bill through phone banking. As i have paid all my outstanding amount of said post paid number and even opt portability at madhyapradesh circle of IDEA. After my resistance smt. manpreet started abusing me and said bad words. now she hacked call records of my phone and making calls to my contacts spreading bad rumars about me.

          I had an idea broadband connection. The connection was pay and use - meaning we pay the bill in advance for the month. I raised a disconnection requested on 27th Feb 2017 (TCT[protected]). Still, I got a bill on 2nd March for the month of March. On calling the customer support on 2nd March, they said my request to disconnect was declined. I told them that I will not be using the connection, and it needs to be disconnected. Another ticket was raised (TCT[protected]) and again, it was closed without any action.

          Now, I am getting call from [protected] on behalf of lawyer, Mr. Ashok Malhotra - who is representing a company called ICMS Pvt Ltd. On searching the web, I found that this is regarding Idea Broadband.

          A bill due is generated on my behalf, for services that I did not avail, and about which I had informed in advance. This is really bad on idea's part and I advice people to be aware of such false charging. Requesting Idea to look into the matter and resolve this immediately.

            Hai we taken our idea postpaids on march 17 and the plan was 499 with unlimited calls and 4g data upto 7gb, but the last month bill for my [protected] was 900, and the same issue repeated for to my second number [protected] was billed 1100 i really didn't understand why you making fools with your plans which you cant follow i was really regretting about this bad service to your costumers

              My name is munesh tripathi and number [protected]. I am having idea postpaid number since dec 2014.
              Recently, i have changed my existing plan after looking at these plans as attached in image and shared by idea representative in my company.
              My net data was closed on saturday 20th, 2017 and when i called idea cc, they told me that they don\’t know the issue and registered the complaint (C1-[protected]) and came know on monday 22nd 2017 that it’s exceeded the max limit o[censored]sage (1 gb) and more utilization. But in the plan it mentioned 10 gb for month for 2g/3g/4g.
              Now when i visited to idea store to convert from postpaid to prepaid they are saying to wait till the bill generation that in 4th june 2017 by paying bill amount and excess usage of net data.
              My concern are,
              1. Why will i wait for bill generation till 4th june 2017 to convert it to prepaid and who will pay the rental for these 12 days.
              2. Why will i pay extra amount for excess usage of net data if i had promised to get 10 gb of data.
              I have sent email to customer care of scan image of corporate plan on 22nd may 2017 at 2:50 pm shared by idea representative but no response.
              I wanted to convert my number from postpaid to prepaid asap.
              Please check and provide me the resolution.

                I got call from [protected] from a lady she said that she is from delhi lok adaalat and i have a case lodged on my name for some financial transactions with icms pvt ltd.

                She offered to speak to mr ashok malhortra for help.

                I see mulptiple cases on this name, i dnt know whom to blame for.
                But just for the record for people to get mislead by these calls. Thank!

                    Myself Sagar Raheja. I purchased a postpaid sim of Idea & deposited 250 Rs. as a security deposit. I have closed the sim but my security deposit money has not been refunded to me so far. I was told by mail that money will be send back to me by 30.04.2017. But still i have not received that. Today when i visited Idea store, he told me that it will not be refunded to me. I am really very much disappointed with this act of Idea guys & wanna fire a complain. Plz do something.                       I am Kanchan.

                      My current bill has been excessively charged for GPRS and VAS download charges for ₹1169.

                      I never use VAS and always use given data. I haven't used any extra internet nor downloaded any VAS. Then why should I pay for that??

                      Wrong benefit is being taken with ₹1169 burdening me and troubling more.

                      The moment I paid ₹436 for last bill, promptly got message that you have crossed 70% of your credit limit set at ₹1625 against your Bill .41.

                      I had also unsubscribed this service many times but still it’s promoting me for the services. You are imposing me fake additional charges of ₹1169 for the unused services. And I am not going to pay those additional bucks for non-used things...

                      You can deactivate my number if you won’t but I’m not going to pay the bill for this service which I’m not using.

                            I have idea internet pack on my phone but each time I receive a text saying service is activated and they deduct balance. Even when only data is on and it's not in use then also balance gets deducted. Talked to customer care but they keep on saying that you have clicked some of the link or add. I am very much clear that no pop-ups appear regarding activating services and no adds or links are there on which I click. As per the TRAI rule it has been stated that customer consent is compulsory to activate the service then also services are activating without consent. While contacting customer care they have also talked in very rude manner saying we will not refund your money. I have already talked not to activate the services 12-13 times and also to activate dnd, still the same problem remains as it is. I have also seen so many similar complains about idea. Kindly resolve the issue.

                              I, Jaideep Thakkar, was using Idea postpaid services with mobile number.
                              On 17th/ 18 th April, 2017 I have requested to change my Idea postpaid connection to Idea Prepaid connection and also my circle was change in the same process from Mumbai to Maharashtra.
                              The process was successful before 24th April, 2017. That means my number services was changed from postpaid connection to prepaid connection.
                              I have already over paid for the previous bill so that there the process gets smooth. But now I have received the bill for the whole month.
                              As i have changed my connection from postpaid to prepaid and it is successfully converted then where is the need to pay the bill for the whole month.
                              Please clarify on these and revise the bills as soon as possible.

                                    My idea prepaid no. was ported from Airtel postpaid to IDEA prepaid 2 months before whose service is on HOLD from last 20 days.

                                    I Spoke to IDEA care on the no. [protected] and came to know that my service is on HOLD because of pending billing issue, after that i visited AIrtel outlet and got information on the same and my bill was already paid.
                                    I got receipt of the last bill payment from Airtel and submitted it to Idea care center on 10.05.2017 details as below:
                                    S. K associates, Kurmannapalem, Visakhapatnam, (AP) 530046.
                                    After that i visited 3 times to the IDEA care center and was told that my no. will start working after 24 hours every time i visited.
                                    as i didn't get solution from there i called again customer care helpline 5 to 6 times and i didn't get any solution.
                                    I am struggling with a very poor customer care service support from IDEA and don't know the solution.
                                    As my no. is very important for me.

                                    After that i wrote mail to [protected]@idea.com and got reply for details regarding last rechrge and KYCs of mine given at the time of porting.
                                    I replied with all the details 4 days before but still there is no response from your idea care, Its harassment to the customers and irresponsible behavior from idea group and worst customer services.
                                    Please take appropriate action in this regard and let me know when my no. will start working.

                                      Dear sir on[protected] I asked customer representative for data recharge for remaining data balance addition and validity extension. He told me to recharge 41 for it. Validity extend for 28 days but remaining data didn't add. When I complaint it on customer care they didn't solve it and simply said it was freedom pack and remaining data doesn't add.

                                      Because of wrong information provided by customer representative I have lost more than 8000 mb data. I requested you plz solve this problem.

This data prorotation pack of 1650 is showing active which i never opted for . Why and who has activated this plan on my no and why am i being charged on this which i had never opted for.

                                        I recharged for 347 which claims to give you 28GB data(daily 1Gb 3g/4g) which is not working, as a student this amount is big for me, I want my data or I want my money back..
