Here i want to bring you in knowledge that since two days there is lot of fluctuation in the network on my sim with no "[protected]".in every 2-3 minutes the signal goes off from the mobile.
When i tried calling to customer care one of the executive named "arvind" did not responded me properly, and was giving the suggestion to exchange the sim from the idea store.
Another time when again i tried to call the customer care one guy named "prajjwal" disconnected the call without giving any proper solution.

If the suggestion is to exchange the sim then who will bear the expense for the sim and the wasted time. Also what is the surety for the signals would be working, as i am not only the person facing this problem. My roommates are also facing the same issue.

Here i am facing lots of problem, as you can imagine, how it works without the mobile or a mobile without network. I request you to make the positive solution to this matter asap. Otherwise i would have only option to change the operator, as this was my choice to port in idea, as i felt that time this would help me, but now i think that decision made by me was wrong.

    I got a call yesterday from the mobile no:-[protected] a person (Called himself mohit) asked for my debit card details and i refused to give then he said that he was a bank officer. Then i shared the info. Then he said that to confirm my mobile number there was a code sent on my mobile so i had to tell him. And when i read the message carefully i was towards idea money wallet so pls cancel the transaction off this number and return me the credit of rs4000 this transaction was made yesterday around 5:50 pm.
    Idea Cellular customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Today morning i do data recharge as per my mobile offer (Dhamaka offer : rs. 303 unlimited idea to idea + 1gb daily 4g/3g data for 56 days) please see the attached screen shot.

      As per offer i recharge rs - 303.00 through idea web site - idbi bank internet banking. After recharge rs.- 303.00 debit my idbi account rs - 303.00 bank debit sms received my mobile. (Bank statement attached) & i get recharge receipt from idea web site transaction ref. No - iidb[protected], date 20.05.17, morning 9.42 am (See the attached receipt), after some time i wait for recharge successful massage for my mobile no. But after half hour waiting i did not received recharge successful message. Then i call to idea customer care 198. "he said, your recharge not done on your mobile no recharge history page."

      Then i meet in bank for this problem but he said amount debit from bank & credit credit to idea cellular account so meet to the idea office. After i meet to local idea care office in ichalkaranji & give compliant.

        Your idea store people's has called me and said me about idea postpaid plan and make me port from Airtel to idea postpaid by saying the details.
        349/- plan Unlimiled Local and STD Calls. per day 100 sms 4G Ph ayithe per day 1G Data. 3G ph ayithe month motham 3G Vastundi sir Roming incoming free sir

        But on that plan only 1gb 4g data for month. And I knows by knowing when the customer care says. There is no option for me your bloody executive phone number was switch off from yesterday night when my sim was activated.
        How they can sell a product by saying false statements and how their officials​ are encouraging their number is [protected]

              I have lost my sim. I have immediately apply for new sim I got the sim they told that it will activate in 24 hours. It's been almost 5 days still know not activated. I have called idea customer care executive 2times and vent to showroom twice. Both are just blaming on one another but no results. My lost number[protected]. I have begged both idea executive and showroom prison. Because of their recluseness I have lost my job. So that's the reason why I am reacting like this. Actually I have attended an interview this month first week. I have selected they told that we will give a confirmation call on 16 of this month. Before night I lost my phone. So next day I started process. Both the people (idea executive and showroom prison) told it will be activated in 24 hours. The company people tried for my call for me on 19 everything and today morning they sent me mail due to not attempting the call by them I have been rejected. Out of 4. three are in if I receive it I would also be in. It's over due to this both idea people. Pl take an action.

              As of your customer service executive suggestions I have once again when to store and provided my proof once again. It's almost 28 hours but no use still not yet activated. So what u finally decide to do with me. Do u think it's a joke everything time call me and asking what happened and telling once again go to store and submit proof. It happened already 3 time's and the SIM is not activated it's already 9 days from the first day I submitted my proof. I have given u both my hard and soft copy of my proofs. So once again tomorrow you call and tell sorry sir pl once again go and submit your proofs. It's not fair. Think about it seriously. If it will be not activated in next 24 hour I would have to take a action.

              Still my problem was not yet rectified. I just a call today afternoon from one of your executive. That's it but my problem remains same. Sim not yet activated. It's so disgusted. No words to say... To activate a sim I think no other network with take this much time in India. It's already 7 days.

                I am Nitin from Mumbai. I have received a phone call fraud SBI lady[protected] asking me to adjust the rewards points Rs. 4998/- to the next payment she told me my card number so i agreed. then she ask for the OTP which I received in the sms after that 3 transactions of Rs. 4998 each took place.For the Fraud transaction using my SBI credit card card. Merchant is Idea Money Mumbai.

                Below are the Fraud transaction (Narration & Debited Amount taken from Account statement) on my SBI credit card on 29-April 2017.

                1. IDEA CELL- BILLDESK IDEAMONEY MUMBAI – Rs. 4, 998.00
                2. IDEA CELL- BILLDESK IDEAMONEY MUMBAI – Rs. 4, 998.00
                3. IDEA CELL- BILLDESK IDEAMONEY MUMBAI – Rs. 4, 998.00

                Please take severe action against the people who did this and reverse the amount back to my account immediately...

                  I had been using an idea number; however, I have not been using the number since the last 6 months now; moreover, I am being continuously billed even though the number hasn't been touched in all this time.

                  Further, when the bill touches a certain threshold, the idea goons start calling up my parents, my friends, my landlord and misbehave with them, speaking rubbish. I had called Idea asking them to deactivate my number and stopped worrying thinking that the number must have been deactivated, but again I have been billed and the goons have started calling.

                  Kindly look into this, further, if there is any further harassment of any of my friends or family, I will definitely register an FIR with the cops and sue Idea in court. You might be a big corporation, but when it comes to my friends and family I am willing to take down Goliath if I have to for their honor.

                      I was wrongly billed for internet in my April billing cycle for which Idea provided me with an waiver and asked to pay the remaining amount. Which I did before the due date. Total amount billed as Rs 3217, waiver provided for Rs 1782 and Rs 1435 was paid.

                      However in first week of may I got a reminder regarding non payment of bill and subsequently my services were barred. I raised the complaint and my services were restored. Like this it happened three times. On the three occasion they didn't activated my services instead provided a complaint Id for the same which as C1-[protected]. The same was suppose to get resolved by 17th of May 2017 however till today it is in pending mode only. When I tired to check it with the customer care they had no answer for it.

                      Kindly help me in resolve the same.

                        I have paid amount of 1166.50 twice by mistake for bill of month march for my no-[protected] on 17th april and sme day i have requested for refund of extra money paid. Till date i have not got that money back and when i am inquiring about it getting a reply that it is allready done on 20th april, to prove that no such amount was credited to my account i have mailed account statement of my bank account by mail about 6 times and for that got no reply except a auto generated email. Many a times i have highlighted the issue by contacting customer support and 3 times to senior customer executives who themselves have called me on my request. After doing all i can do, now i am searching for alternative ways to contact birla group. If any one can help please write to '[protected]@gmail.com' or drop message to above mentioned number.

                          Hello,

                          I am drafting this email on the basis of a incident that happened to me yesterday (May 18th 2017). Before the incident I would like to tell you that I have been a loyal postpaid customer from over 6 years. My number is [protected]. I have always paid my due's through out my tenure with Idea except for some odd months in which what I do is I pay some amount and pay rest of the amount during next billing cycle.

                          Whenever such scenario's happen I get reminder call from Idea Customer Care asking for paying my bills. I tell them that in my next billing cycle I will pay but they never stop calling me, sometimes it happens that they call me multiple times a day and I tell them the same. It is really frustrating however I happen to ignore as it's their job.

                          Now yesterday it happened that I got a call from a Customer care executive demanding to pay my bills. I told him politely that I will pay it when my next bill is generated, however that executive was not willing to listen. He was very rude with his tone and language. It made me furious too and I told him once again clearly that I WOULD PAY MY DUE'S IN THE NEXT BILLING CYCLE. He was not ready to listen to me and I was forced to tell him that "You do what ever you want to do but I will pay when my next bill generates".

                          He told me that I should rather use Prepaid service if I cant pay Postpaid bills. After being a loyal Idea customer for over 6 years this was the last thing I was expecting. The story doesn't end here. After a little more conversation I disconnected the call, he kept on calling me. I picked the call but I dint speak. This happened couple of times.

                          Next what I see is my friends and family called me saying somebody from Idea called them stating that "I have not paid the phone bills and have asked them to pay the bills instead of me". Also to add, these numbers are not the alternate numbers which I have provided to Idea. The executive has gone in my call log and seen whom do I speak frequently and contacted them.

                          This is completely ABSURD, I WILL NOT AT ALL TOLERATE THIS, AS IT"S A BREACH OF MY PRIVACY . How dare IDEA have the right to contact my friends and family without my consent. I want to file a Defamation Case against Idea and would request your help in the procedures.

                            Dear sir,
                            I went to idea office to upgrade my sim to 4g network, they done the process and said that my old sim network will gone then use your new 4g sim. After some time my old sim network gone, but new sim is not activated, it shows no service. When i ask about this to customer care also they are not responding properly, saying that everything is ok the sim is upgraded but it is not working you need to buy a new sim if i want same number. I am using this number from past 10 years, now that number is not working. Please take a necessary action about this issue

                              Last week, a complaint was marked resolved without any confirmation. I relogged a complaint this week and found the same template being followed. I told the technician not to close the complaint as the issue still exists. He was rude, angry and when I asked to speak to a superior he says "aap kisi se bhi bat karlo, complaint toh band hi karna hai".

                                I checked the recharge offer on *121# n I got offer of Rs.245 and get unlimited local second free for 28 days so did recharge of Rs.245 on 16/05/2017 but today my outgoing call disconnected directly and my main balance of Rs.09 has been deducted. When I called to customer care (No.198) and talked with Mr. Ajay he told me there are limitations for call but the same information not mentioned anywhere in massage. after that i wrote a mail to customer care but they also didn't raised my complaint.

                                So i want refund of my money.

                                  I was recharged with rs 353 in my idea 4g sim, but my phone is 3g, it is free call and 1gb daily for 28 days but my data for 28 days suddenly stopped yesterday, call works fine, my phone no is [protected].. Can you solve my problem

                                    Hello my name is kailash Adhe using idea postpaid number [protected] that number was not in use as i was in ladakh where i wasn't able get any network by which because of that i had a payment due of 2526 rs...as the number get permanent disconnected i paid my bill and the store operater sais number will get activated...but not there are saying it is not confirmed i want to activate that number at any cost i have submitted my documents again still number is not activated...please help me its my business number it will be alot Losss for me if i didn't get that number...

                                        I received a call from +91 [protected] on 18th May 2017 mentioning it to be from SBI Card section for issuance of my new credit card that I have applied for. I have received few earlier calls for various verification process of Credit Card. However this time they were telling that the old card will be deactivated & all the dues & reward points will be transferred to new card for which they need some verification of old card details. Unfortunately based on the facts they were telling me I was convinced about them to be real SBI representative & shared the card details.
                                        Finally they cheated me with Rs 4999 (Four thousand nine hundred ninety nine) by pretending it to be the reward points to be transferred to my new credit card.
                                        I do agree that I have done a mistake by sharing all the details & after realizing it, I have immediately called the bank (SBI) & lodged the complaint vide service request no.[protected].
                                        I want to file a complain here also against the fraud so that necessary action can be taken to prevent further loss to other person. Since last few months these fraud activities have increased enormously & I keep receiving calls pretending from various online shopping sites for wining of prizes, online Jobsites for Jobs etc where they finally lead to seek some money to provide the service etc. It is really surprising that how these peoples are carrying out such fraudulent activities in spite of so much of laws, rules & governing bodies to control such frauds.
                                        On 18th May SBI Message center sent the message which shows that the money was transferred to “IDEA CELL BILL DESK (IDEA MONEY)”

                                        In my belief all account must have been registered to receive money & there must be appropriate authority to verify all their details before making the account which should be in their record & must be traceable.
                                        Also the mobile number is traceable (Both no. seems to be from Tata Teleservices) & must have all the details with concerned service provider.

                                        Then it must be possible to investigate & find them to stop such frauds & initiating strict legal action against them.
                                        Also it should be possible by the Bank to trace all the details of the merchant name account where the money was transferred & to retrieve it back based on the complain as they will not be able to provide any evidence of any deal or service for which they can charge the money.

                                        Also it is worth to mention that some of the organization person (the bank) may be involved, else how one know that I have applied for credit card & also have other credit card of the same bank & all the details that they have told me which is not possible for anyone to know other than the organization itself.
                                        Thus please help me on this regard to catch those frauds & to prevent further loss to others.
