I made a request to close my idea wifi prepaid on 28th dec. 2014 as i was moving from pune to mumbai. And now they are saying that you have pending payment of 3 months and asking to pay 1500. Since it was a prepaid and i recharged it on 15th dec. 2014 only. Then how its possible. Everyday i am getting threatening mail and call that you need to come in lok adalat or pay the amount.
In the 2015 only some people called me from higher authority as per them. And after checking every aspect they told me that there is nothing due.
Pls suggest.

    I have complained about poor network service network of Idea cellular and call drop from.last 1 month

    They are assuring will reslove soon but no response

    Sometimes the network is full and immediately within fraction of seconds the network is lost

    I am facing this problem from last 1 month, whereas using idea from last 5 years

    Company is not at all resloving issues

    No response ...frustrated...

      * I brought a post paid plan from IDEA (gallery-wakad pune), As per the plan, I was suppose to get 4gb of data.
      * only got 1gb so lodged this complain 4 to 5 times with IDEA with no resolution and feedback.
      *I then went to IDEA gallery and they said they would activate a pack costing 350 rs and latter provide me a waiver for the same.
      * when at the time of bill the IDEA gallery representative asked me to pay the bill leaving 350 which he would waiver as agreed
      * then after I never got any waiver as commited by idea and latter he even stopped taking my calls
      * I have been paying all my bills except 350 rs with an expectation of getting a waiver as commited but still my services was always getting barred and disrupted due to system flagging an outstanding amount of 350 which was left outstanding as advised by idea to get it waivered
      * when i did not get any assistance from any channels i reached out to IDEA via Twitter before 26th april. Since then received just 2 calls from idea who asked the same things again but with no resolution and on the second call attempt they just disconnected the call when i asked the status. The orignal issue started in Feb. And today its may 18 with no resolution yet.
      * I am an NRI and in india just for a limited time, and this being my primary no is used accross india while I travell. I heavily rely on this no for communication and accessibility. Due to service disruptions it not only causes inconvenience but also poses a greater risk if at a situation o[censored]rgency i am not able to access my service.
      * now along with the rs 350 idea has slammed a rs50 late fee.
      * idea never first of all resolved my orignal complaint regarding internet data (got 1 gb should have got 4 gb as per plan) and on top it they did not even fulfill its commitment to waiver off rs 350, more over the work around to add a 350 rs pack was from IDEA gallery. And on top now they have added another rs 50. And during all this my phones services were frequently barred leaving me in a state of no means of communication while my stay and travell in india.

      * all I request is to waive off the rs400 (late fee of rs 50 and earlier rs 350) and a quick port of this no to a different better service provider.

      *I am not the only one who is facing this issues. There are quiet many who are facing such same issues from IDEA.

      I would urge for a strict action as there are quiet many who are facing similar issues.

        I opted for idea iplan 399. In 399 rs i was supposed to get 15 packs but idea offered me only 12 packs from last three to four months. On their network roaming incoming was done free for all and yet they deducted 75rrs national roaming pack activation. When the incoming is free than they should inform me that incoming is free on roaming. I need compensation of atleast 800rs. 3packs per month loss for four months and 75 rs roaming incoming pack twice.

            When I checked my balance i realised that my balance has cut by 39/-, i called to customer care to know the reason regarding this, they are giving improper answers and after calling repeatedly finally said that i have activated 'duo Tele ' at 9.52, from idea power, i didn't even know about it and i was not using my phone at that time and I didn't get any message regarding the service i have activated and the amount i have been charged untill i checked my balance today but customer care executives are saying message was sent and they can't refund the amount. When i asked them to raise a complaint they refuged to raise, saying you have activated the service how can we raise the complaint
            But I didn't used any service of that kind.
            In fact, I don't know what is this service.I was charged with out my knowledge and they didn't even intimate me regarding which service i have been activated.and how much i was charged untill i called to customer care
            I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

              Its highly unprofessional to harass a caller, also not guide them through the proper usage of packages. After calling 5 times in a day does one person say that offer is not valid on roaming. I made a recharge of 347 for unlimited calls, for which later i get to know is invalid. Why do you send half baked information when its not valid. And then your customer care executives do not understand the meaning of Customer CARE and they yell and shout on the caller. Your Executive named Swati dealt with the call on 18th of May 2017 at around 4.45, also denied giving me her Employee code when asked for. I hope to receive a reply soon which would prevent me from switching my number to other Tele company service.

                ​When I received a retention request from your Customer care, i was assured that the new plan​​ (Rs. 349/- with unlimited Calling and 1gb 3G data)​​ will enhance my monthly internet free usage limit from 750mb to 1gb 3g. Also i was not informed that changing the plan in middle of a billing cycle will increase my billed amount in the month of transition.

                Secondly, in the current month, i noticed that the pop up message shows unbilled amounts. On inquiry, i was told that I am offered 1gb 2​G data instead of 1gb ​3G data which I had opted for. ​ Neither i had asked them to change the plan, nor I had given my consent or authority to do so.​

                Since i have already informed that i use a 3g handset and my desire to get a better plan so as to reduce my bill amount, your team had committed to give me 3g data to the extent of 1gb every month under plan 349. ​​

                Both the bills, for the months of April and unbilled month of May have been wrongly computed.​​​ ​This seems to be a fraudulent activity conducted by your customer care team in order to raise extra money from me illegally.​

                  I have received the various calls regarding recovery of Rs. 1935/- from one lady. She is threatening whether you have pay your dues immediately or otherwise come in the court and pay the dues and fine of Rs. 15000/-. She has also given me a number of his boss Advocate Mr. Ashiwini Sharma. She is using very harassed languge and each and every time she is threatening like jujde of Senior Court.

                  I also tried to talk to Idea and their advocate about this but no body is interested to talk. At Last Assistant Mr. Ashwini Sharma talked me and threatening me that you cleared the dues or otherwise you come at court for levy of Rs. 15000/- Fine alongwith dues.

                  I dont know the procedure of recovery adopted by Idea is right. Idea company always refer their terms and condition in the agreement to their client. we hope so, Idea has mentioned all this type of threatening clause in their agreement.

                  My Idea account No.[protected] have 2 connection. ( [protected] and [protected]) Total Outstanding as per Idea is Rs. 1935/-

                  I have taken these 2 connection in my Shop Name Delhi Hardware and Machinery store, Tapukara in Nov, 2016. At the time of connection, Idea representative promised and assured me that there is no courier service in this area hence our man will come to deliver the bill and collect payment from your premises.
                  Unfortunately, we never received any bills and no body has approached us for collecting payment. We always talked to customer care but
                  nothing has been done at Idea Company end. We always goes to Idea Office at Bhiwadi to deposit payment.( Appx 15 kms away from our Premises). We always requested to their Idea office at Bhiwadi M/s. Ansh Communication, that please close these connections. But as per ansh statement, connection can not be closed between the month hence you may come specially at new billing cycle date. We were surprised with this reply,

                  We were totally fade up with the attitude of Idea company and therefore we decided for portability of above number from Idea to Vodaphone and close the second number.
                  We were submitted our request of portability on 27.01.2017 and received a messege (Your request UPC for Mobile No. [protected] has been processed sucessfully. Communication ID C1-[protected]) on 27.01.2017.

                  We again received messgae on 27.01.2017" Unique Porting Code for your Mobile No. [protected] is CIR43286. Your UPC will be valid till 11.02.2017.

                  We again received a messege on 31.01.2017 that your port out request has been registered and would be action by 06/02/2017- 8.00PM through Communication ID C1-[protected].

                  Suddenly in the month of April 2017, you have sent copy of bills and asked for balance outstanding of Rs.1763.22 included Rs. 929.92 of Feb, 2017 bill whereas portability request is completed on 06.02.2017.

                  Under the circumstances, Why we pay the bill for the month of Feb 2017.for Rs. 929.92.

                  Now you are hire a advocate agency for recovery. They are therenting us for the full recovery and harassing by making calls to my family member.
                  We never thought compny like you is harassing their client in such way the customer dont have much option except to disconnect their number from your company.

                  However, we have deposited Rs. 600/- on 17.05.17 at Ansh Communication, Bhiwadi and Rs. 400/- at Lakshay Enterprises, Uttam Nagar. Regarding Feb bill of Rs. 929.92, there is no question arise for Payment as our poratability request has been activated on 05.02.2017 hence we shall pay feb bill on prorata basis for 5 Days only.
                  Hope so, you understand my concern.

                      I am unable to get any Incoming calls on my Maharashtra IDEA sim since 16.may.2017.
                      I have raised the first complain with customer care on 16.May and was told the issue will be resolved in 4 hours.
                      When i called the Customer care again on 17.May morning i was told the ticket resolution time ETA is set to 20.May. and im following up too early -seriously do u understand the seriousness of the issue - if i do not have any alternate number how can some one contact me in case of any emergency? Also this number i[censored]sed for my official calls as well, so urgent calls are missed.
                      The customer care was not even ok to provide me a complaint number even when i had requested for it.
                      Finally after calling the 3rd time yesterday one of the executives named Pratik Hirulkar provided the ticket number - C1-[protected]

                      I really dont understand how long are 4 hrs as confirmed by the customer care, it pathetic to use this service

                          Hi,
                          I got a call from Idea cellular service centre to migrate into a post-paid plan of ₹349. They offered through this plan i can get unlimited local and national calls, 1gb data per day total 30gb data per month. Those benefits for 3 months. I replied I'm interested. They said they will send a sim card to my company address on next day (16/05/17) itself. Today 18/05/17, and I not yet get any sim card and my number is disconnected after their process.

                            Some one has activated juiceup and spuul and many other services on my cell no +[protected] ; i have tried to stop service by verious ways but no sucess ; since last couple of days lost 200+ balance ; kindly deactivate service or i have make portable no and switching to other service provider or close sim ; hope i will get resolution and balance credit back as soon as possible;

                              Hi,
                              i have made a request to idea customer care to close my number and services in the month of February. Customer care folks asked me to clear bill due and so as i cleared all dues and then again requested a closer. I would like to mention that not a single time they told me about the process to stop services on the other hand they keep on telling me to continue. Finally they told me something like your number will be deactivated. Being unaware of some other process to close connection i got assured that my number will be closed and i disposed the sim card. Now after 2-3 months i got to know that i am being charged every month and they force me to pay bills outstanding. This is very disappointing and misguide to innocent customers. The issue is still unresolved and they keep on charging for my dues.

                                Thank you for downloading mydala powered deal from mydala.
                                You have been charged rs. 29
                                Your balance is rs. 31.56

                                Please note i did not subscribe for any such nonsense... I did not download it and i should not be charged for it. What is this mydala powered deal anyway? You're charging me for something i did not subscribe to? Please look into the matter.
                                Kindly return my money.

                                  On May 16, 2017 at 14:25, I got a message saying that you have been charged rs.29 for using MYDALA service.
                                  But I didn't used any service of that kind.
                                  In fact, I don't know what is this service. I tried contacting the customer care but they said they cannot do anything about it its a premium link. But why I am being charged, when I haven't even used anything. My phone was charging and all apps and internet was off. Then suddenly I got that sms.
                                  I WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE.

                                    Hi, i have raised request to stop the servises of the broad band on 23-feb-2016 but still i continued to recieve bill for month of march and april.
                                    The srevices werent stopped as what they claim, since i had diconnected the router i am not sure if it was really actviated or not but i havent used the data since the day of request post my email to discontinue.

                                    Now im recieving call from lok adalat stating some ashok malhotra has raised a legal case and you need to pay the bill 1400+ rs.

                                    Why should i be paying the bills for the services i havent used and even after my email to discontinue why idea has still continued to provide the services?

                                    This is not the end now they ask to visit delhi to face the proceeding, why dhould i be visiting delhi when the connection is taken in maharashtra - pune? I have all the email evidence sent to idea on the same have also raised issues to idea post reciept of bills but no response

                                    Dear Mejain,

                                    You simply suite a case in Consumer court with the Proof of your mail regarding to disconnection of your connection. Also if you have not used the data connection after your request for disconnection means you need not to pay bill which they claimed for. Also if you need not to worry about case with they suited against you. If they asked you for pay of bill means ask them about usage of your connection after your request through RTI and copy to court where they suited case against you.

                                      Sir i have eariler recharge of Rs.1000 but the talk time is not credited in my account at that time.i have lodged a complaint in idea call center regarding such credit is not given to me by the idea company.the complain id is :[protected].im very disappointed from the reason the representative of idea company gives to me.so its my humble request to you sir please process the my refund.

                                        I have received an mms and idea giving me a link and id password but when i open the mms some time show wrong id password and cant reached the side.
                                        I am very irritating about this whats wrong with...
                                        I waiting this mms for long time but when it receive it cant open pls solve my problem immediately if my mms is expire then i will complain of idea raddi company
